本申请要求于2019年9月16日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910872151.9、申请名称为“显示方法、显示终端及可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及计算机领域,尤其涉及一种显示方法、显示终端及可读存储介质。
近年来,AI(人工智能)和IoT(物联网)融合成为一种趋势,“AI+IoT”即AIoT,指的是人工智能技术与物联网在实际应用中的落地融合,即万物智联。AIoT技术已被应用在电视领域中,它可实现各类家电互联,实现智能家居生活,但是现有AIoT画面信息出现时,往往会暂停用户当前正在观看的电视节目,从而影响用户的正常观看。
本申请提出一种显示方法、显示终端及可读存储介质,旨在解决AIoT画面信息出现时会暂停用户当前正在观看的电视节目的问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种显示方法,所述方法包括步骤:
在接收到唤醒信号后,根据所述唤醒信号获取对应的智能终端反馈的描述信息,并生成所述显示终端的包括所述描述信息的万物智联AIoT显示信息;
将所述显示终端的显示区域划分为至少两个不重叠的区域,并在其中一个区域中显示显示终端当前的播放画面,同时在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息。
在一实施例中,所述根据所述唤醒信号获取对应的智能终端反馈的描述信息的步骤包括:
确定发送所述唤醒信号的对象;
当发送所述唤醒信号的对象是用户时,从所述唤醒信号中获取用户指令,并根据所述用户指令确定需要唤醒的智能终端,以获取该智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后反馈的描述信息。
在一实施例中,所述获取该智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后反馈的描述信息的步骤包括:
当需要唤醒的智能终端为相联智能终端时,获取所述相联智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后的执行状态信息以及所述用户指令相关联的推荐信息,并将所述执行状态信息以及所述用户指令相关联的推荐信息作为所述相联智能终端反馈的描述信息;
当需要唤醒的智能终端为显示终端本身时,获取所述用户指令对应的本地应用程序,以接收所述本地应用程序反馈的所述描述信息。
在一实施例中,所述确定发送所述唤醒信号的对象的步骤之后,还包括:
当发送所述唤醒信号的对象是相联智能终端时,获取相联智能终端对应的提醒信息,并将所述提醒信息作为获取的对应智能终端反馈的描述信息。
在一实施例中,所述至少两个不重叠的区域还包括菜单显示区域;
所述将所述显示终端的显示区域划分为至少两个不重叠的区域的步骤之前,还包括:

在一实施例中,所述在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息的步骤之后,还包括:
检测是否接收到输入设备或用户发送的反馈信息;
若是,则将所述显示终端划分后的显示区域还原至初始状态。

若否,则判断AIoT显示信息对应的显示时间是否已经达到预设显示时间;
当所述对应的显示时间已经达到所述预设显示时间时,执行步骤:将所述显示终端划分后的显示区域还原至初始状态。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种显示终端,所述显示终端包括:通信模块、存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上所述的显示方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的显示方法的步骤。
本申请在接收到唤醒信号后,根据所述唤醒信号获取对应的智能终端反馈的描述信息,并生成所述显示终端的包括所述描述信息的万物智联AIoT显示信息;将所述显示终端的显示区域划分为至少两个不重叠的区域,并在其中一个区域中显示显示终端当前的播放画面,同时在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息。本申请在显示AIoT信息时,将显示区域划分至少两个不重叠的区域,其中一个显示电视正在播放的电视节目,同时在另一个区域显示AIoT信息,AIoT信息出现时不会影响当前正在播放的电视节目,而且AIoT信息不会覆盖当前正在播放的电视节目,不会影响用户的正常观看。

请参看图1,图1为本申请所提供的显示终端的硬件结构示意图。
所述显示终端在硬件结构上可以包括通信模块10、存储器20以及处理器30等部件。在所述显示终端中,所述处理器30分别与所述存储器20以及所述通信模块10连接,所述存储器20上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序同时被处理器30执行,所述计算机程序执行时实现下述方法实施例的步骤。
通信模块10,可通过网络与外部通讯设备连接。通信模块10可以接收外部通讯设备发出的请求,还可以发送请求、指令及信息至所述外部通讯设备。所述外部通讯设备可以是用户终端或其他系统服务器等等。
存储器20,可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据。存储器20可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如获取电视当前光强值对应的初始电流值以及所述光强度调整请求中的目标光强值对应的目标电流值)等;存储数据区可包括数据库,存储数据区可存储根据显示终端的使用所创建的数据或信息等。此外,存储器20可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其它易失性固态存储器件。
处理器30,是显示终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个显示终端的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器20内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器20内的数据,执行显示终端的各种功能和处理数据,近而对显示终端进行整体监控。处理器30可包括一个或多个处理单元;在一实施例中,处理器30可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器30中。
尽管图1未示出,但上述显示终端还可以包括电路控制模块,用于与电源连接,保证其他部件的正常工作。本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的显示终端结构并不构成对显示终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
基于上述硬件结构,提出本申请方法各个实施例。
请参照图2,图2为本申请显示方法第一实施例的流程示意图,在该实施例中,所述方法包括:
步骤S10,在接收到唤醒信号后,根据所述唤醒信号获取对应的智能终端反馈的描述信息,并生成所述显示终端的包括所述描述信息的万物智联AIoT显示信息;
本实施例中的AIoT指将人工智能技术与物联网技术相结合。伴随着人工智能技术的发展,传统物联网设备将趋向于智能化,从而形成AIoT人工智能物联网,使“万物互联”向“万物智联”进化。在AIoT时代,“语音+屏”已经成为了万物智联的入口及中心。对于AIoT时代的智慧家庭而言,因为家庭的公共属性(家人共享),需要一块“公共屏”来承担全屋万物智联的入口及中心,在AIoT智慧家庭时代,对全屋所有“公共屏”(家用电视、油烟机等屏幕)实现赋能,进而实现多屏互联互通,家里的每块“公共屏”均是家庭内AIoT生态的入口,与任意一块“公共屏”均可实现与全屋智能设备的语音交互,而位于全屋最核心位置客厅的智能大屏,将是家庭里最完美的“公共屏”。
本实施例中显示终端可以是电视或者具备显示功能的相联智能终端,用户和相联智能终端均可发送唤醒信号至显示终端,当检测到唤醒信号时,接收外界发送的唤醒信号,并根据唤醒信号获取对应的智能终端反馈的描述信息,其中对应的智能终端可能是接收唤醒信号的显示终端本身或者是发送唤醒信号的相联智能终端,需要根据唤醒信号进一步对应的智能终端,之后生成包含描述信息的万物智联AIoT显示信息。通过唤醒信号获取描述信息,再生成包含AIoT显示信息,从而进一步将AIoT显示信息呈现至用户。
步骤S20,将所述显示终端的显示区域划分为至少两个不重叠的区域,并在其中一个区域中显示显示终端当前的播放画面,同时在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息。
本实施例中在显示AIoT信息时,需要将当前的显示终端的显示区域划分至少两个互不影响互不重叠的区域,可以理解为将电视的显示区域划分为至少两个互不重叠的区域,在其中一个区域中显示当前电视正在播放的电视节目,在另一个区域中显示AIoT显示信息。实际是将当前电视播放的电视节目在不影响清晰度的情况下按比例进行缩小,缩小后的电视节目依然可以正常观看,并不影响画面画质,之后将缩小后的电视节目显示在划分后的一个显示区域内。
本实施例中在接收到外界的唤醒指令后,根据唤醒指令可以获取接收唤醒信号的电视本身或者是发送唤醒信号的相联智能终端反馈的描述信息,并生成显示终端的包含描述信息的AIoT显示信息,之后将电视的显示区域划分为至少两个显示区域,并将当前正在播放的电视节目按比例缩小,在其中一个划分后的显示区域中显示缩小后的电视节目,在另一个划分后的显示区域中显示AIoT显示信息。通过将显示区域进行划分,从而将正在播放的电视节目和AIoT显示信息一同显示在互不重叠的两个显示区域内,在给用户呈现AIoT显示信息时不会影响当前正在播放的电视节目,而且AIoT显示信息出现时不会覆盖当前正在播放的电视节目,不会影响用户的正常观看。
在一实施例中,基于本申请显示方法的第一实施例提出本申请显示方法的第二实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S10中所述根据所述唤醒信号获取对应的智能终端反馈的描述信息的步骤包括:
步骤S11,确定发送所述唤醒信号的对象;
步骤S12,当发送所述唤醒信号的对象是用户时,从所述唤醒信号中获取用户指令,并根据所述用户指令确定需要唤醒的智能终端,以获取该智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后反馈的描述信息。
本实施例中用户或者相联智能终端均可发送的唤醒信号,需要在接收到唤醒信号后进一步确定发送唤醒信号的对象是用户还是相联智能终端,用户可以直接通过语音发送唤醒信号,例如,用户想要查看天气预报时,用户可以语音输入查看天气或天气预报等内容。当确定发送唤醒信号的对象是用户时,从唤醒信号中获取用户指令,此时的用户指令是查看天气,并根据用户指令确定需要唤醒的智能终端,当用户需要查看天气时,对应唤醒的智能终端为电视本身,电视接收到用户指令后反馈描述信息,此时电视接收到用户查看天气的指令为用户反馈天气预报,反馈时可将天气预报的文字信息呈现至用户,同时还可以进行语音播报。
本实施例中用户输入的指令包含动作指令和非动作指令,例如用户指令为天气预报时,此时电视只需调用本地内容即可为用户呈现天气内容,此时用户指令为非动作指令,在一实施例中,需要唤醒的智能终端为电视本身,获取电视在接收到用户指令后反馈的描述信息。例如用户指令为打开窗帘时,此时电视需要将指令发送至控制窗帘闭合的相联智能终端,此时用户指令为动作指令,在一实施例中,需要唤醒的智能终端为控制窗帘闭合的相联智能终端,获取控制窗帘闭合的相联智能终端在接收到用户指令后反馈的描述信息。可以理解为电视自身可完成的用户指令为非动作指令,电视需要将指令发送至相联智能终端,由智能终端完成该指令,与此时用户指令为动作指令。
在一实施例中,步骤S11还包括:
步骤S13,当发送所述唤醒信号的对象是相联智能终端时,获取相联智能终端对应的提醒信息,并将所述提醒信息作为获取的对应智能终端反馈的描述信息。
本实施例中用户或者相联智能终端均可发送唤醒信号,需要在接收到唤醒信号后进一步确定发送唤醒信号的对象是用户还是相联智能终端,当确定发送唤醒信号的对象是相联智能终端时,说明此时相联智能终端完成了某个用户指定的事件,需要提醒用户该事件已经完成,此时获取相联智能终端的提醒信息,将该提醒信息作为发送唤醒信号的智能终端反馈的描述信息,例如,洗衣机已经完成洗衣,洗衣机发送唤醒信号至电视,电视获取洗衣机的提示信息,洗衣机反馈的提示信息可以是衣服已经洗好,请尽快晾晒等内容,还可包括洗衣机的使用说明或保养说明以及衣服的晾晒保养说明等,将洗衣反馈的提示信息作为描述信息。
本实施例中在接收到唤醒信号后,需要确定发送唤醒对象,当确定发送唤醒信号的对象是用户时,从唤醒信号中获取用户指令,用户指令包括非动作指令和动作指令,并根据用户指令确定唤醒的智能终端是电视本身还是相联智能终端,从而获取电视或相联智能终端在接收到用户指令后反馈的描述信息,根据描述信息可进行生成AIoT显示信息;当确定发送唤醒信号的对象是相联智能终端时,获取相联智能终端的提示信息,将提示信息作为相联智能终端反馈的描述信息,根据描述信息可进行生成AIoT显示信息,从而将包括了描述信息的AIoT显示信息呈现至用户,使用户获取信息的途径更加方便,快捷。
在一实施例中,基于本申请显示方法的第二实施例提出本申请显示方法的第三实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S12中所述获取该智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后反馈的描述信息的步骤包括:
步骤S100,当需要唤醒的智能终端为相联智能终端时,获取所述相联智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后的执行状态信息以及所述用户指令相关联的推荐信息,并将所述执行状态信息以及所述用户指令相关联的推荐信息作为所述相联智能终端反馈的描述信息;
步骤S200,当需要唤醒的智能终端为显示终端本身时,获取所述用户指令对应的本地应用程序,以接收所述本地应用程序反馈的所述描述信息。
本实施例中根据用户指令可进一步确定唤醒的智能终端,当用户的指令为动作指令时,需要唤醒的智能终端为相联智能终端,例如,动作指令为打开窗帘,此时需要唤醒的智能终端为控制窗帘闭合的相联智能终端,获取控制窗帘闭合的相联智能终端在接收到用户指令后的执行状态信息以及用户指令相关的推荐信息,其中执行状态信息可为即将打开窗帘或正在打开窗帘或窗帘已打开等,执行状态信息随着窗帘状态而变化;或者执行状态信息可在完成打开窗帘时直接显示窗帘已打开。其中用户指令相关推荐信息可推荐与用户指令相关程度较高的信息,例如,用户指令为打开窗帘,推荐信息可为室外紫外线强度、天气等,根据当下室外紫外强度或者天气进一步在推荐信息中推荐用户需要带伞等,将执行状态信息以及用户相关联的推荐信息整合为相联智能终端反馈的描述信息。
本实施例中根据用户指令可进一步确定唤醒的智能终端,当用户的指令为非动作指令时,需要唤醒的智能终端为电视本身,例如,用户指令为查看天气,电视根据用户指令获取本地应用程序-天气app,接到天气app反馈的描述信息,此时的描述信息可包括当日最高温度、最低温度、当前温度、湿度、降雨概率、能见度、紫外线指数等等。
本实施例中根据用户指令确定唤醒的智能终端是电视本身还是相联智能终端,当唤醒的智能终端是电视本身时,获取本地应用程序并接收本地应用程序反馈的描述信息;当需要唤醒的智能终端是相联智能终端时,获取智能终端在接收到用户指令后的执行状态信息以及用户指令相关联的推荐信息,将执行状态信息和推荐信息整合为描述信息,进一步将包含推荐信息和执行状态信息的描述信息添加至AIoT显示信息中呈现至用户,使AIoT显示信息内容更符合用户需求,使用户获取的信息内容更加全面、更加具体。
在一实施例中,基于本申请显示方法的第一实施例提出本申请显示方法的第四实施例,在本实施例中,所述至少两个不重叠的区域还包括菜单显示区域;
步骤S20中所述将所述显示终端的显示区域划分为至少两个不重叠的区域的步骤之前,还包括:
步骤S30,获取除反馈描述信息的智能终端以外其它相联智能终端的状态信息,并按照预设顺序对所有相联智能终端的图标排序,其中所述预设顺序为反馈描述信息的智能终端的图标排列在首位,在位于首位的图标确定之后按照状态信息中工作剩余时间从小到大的顺序或者与所述描述信息的关联度强弱进行排序;
在执行步骤S20中所述在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息的步骤的同时,还执行以下步骤:
步骤S40,在菜单显示区域显示排序后的图标。
本实施例中显示区域划分为至少两个互不重叠的区域,划分后的显示区域还包括菜单显示区域,例如,如图3所示,将电视区域划分为三个,其中包括节目区域,AIoT显示区域以及菜单显示区域,在将显示终端的显示区域划分前还可以获取除反馈描述信息的智能终端以外的相联智能终端的状态信息,其中状态信息可为工作状态信息,通过状态信息可进一步得知该相联智能终端是否处于工作状态,当有多个相联智能终端均处于工作状态时,例如,电饭煲正在焖饭、烘干机正在烘干衣物等,此时可以按照预设顺序对处于工作状态的相联智能终的图标进行排序,图标排序时将反馈描述信息的智能终端的图标排在首位(其中图标也可为相联智能终端的设备名称),其它正在处于工作状态的相联智能终端可按工作剩余时间进行排序,将工作剩余时间最短的排在首位图标之后,将工作剩余时间最长的排在末位,例如,洗衣机已经完成洗衣,电饭煲焖饭剩余时间为3分钟,烘干机工作剩余时间为5分钟,如图3所示,根据时间紧迫程度排序将洗衣机排在首位,电饭煲排在烘干机之前,最后将菜单显示区域显示排序后的图标,其中,因首位是洗衣机,所以AIoT显示区域的信息为洗衣机对应的描述信息,包括衣服已经洗好,请尽快晾晒等内容,还可包括洗衣机的使用说明或保养说明以及衣服的晾晒保养说明等。用户在看到图标排序后即可得知下一个结束工作的相联智能终端具体为哪个,使用户获知的信息内容更加全面、更加具体。
本实施例中的图标排序除了按时间紧迫程度排序还可以按关联程度进行排序,具体地,在确定首位图标后,根据首位图标中对应的相联智能终端的描述信息的查找与之关联的信息,例如,如图4所示,排在首位的图标为窗帘,窗帘对应的AIoT显示信息中的描述信息包括执行状态信息和推荐信息,其中执行状态信息包括打开窗帘和完成情况等内容,推荐信息中又包括室外紫外线强度、带伞等信息,该AIoT显示信息中涉及室外紫外线强度,所以与窗帘相关的可有天气app或空调等,将空调、天气app的图标排在窗帘图标之后,按照关联度强弱进行排序,例如,可将天气app排在窗帘图标之后,天气app之后排空调,最后将菜单显示区域显示排序后的图标,用户在看到图标排序后可根据自身需要进行选择,呈现给用户的信息更加人性化。
在一实施例中,步骤S30中所述获取除反馈描述信息的智能终端以外其它相联智能终端的状态信息的步骤之后,还包括:
步骤S31,将每个其它相联智能终端的状态信息与其对应的图标关联;
所述S40步骤之后,还包括:
步骤S32,在检测到菜单显示区域对应的移动指令时,确定所述移动指令响应完成后对应指向的图标,以获取该指向的图标关联的状态信息,并将另一区域中显示的AIoT显示信息替换为包括该状态信息的新的AIoT显示信息。
本实施例中发送反馈描述信息的智能终端为电视本身或相联智能终端,在获取除反馈描述信息的智能终端以外其他相关联智能终端的状态信息之后,将每个其它相联智能终端的状态信息与其对应的图标关联,将菜单显示区域显示排序后的每个图标与其状态信息关联,并在菜单显示区域显示排序后的图标之后,检测菜单显示区域范围内是否有移动指令,在检测到菜单显示区域对应的移动指令时,确定移动指令相应完成后对应指向的图标,其中可以使用光标指向图标,或者将指向位置的图标设置为闪烁或者设置不同颜色使之与其它图标区分开,在确定移动指令响应完成后指向的图标后,获取该指向的图标关联的状态信息,将显示AIoT显示信息的区域中将AIoT显示信息替换为包含状态信息新的AIoT显示信息,例如,请参照图5,图标移动至天气,AIoT显示信息中显示的是与天气有关的状态信息,实际此处图标中的内容是电视本地的应用程序时,状态信息为其对应的描述信息,当图标中的是相联智能终端时,状态信息为其工作状态信息。本实施例中根据移动指令指向的图标实时更新AIoT显示信息,使用户获取的信息更加全面、更加具体。
在一实施例中,基于本申请显示方法的第一实施例提出本申请显示方法的第五实施例,在本实施例中,步骤S20中所述在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息的步骤之后,还包括:
步骤S50,检测是否接收到输入设备或用户发送的反馈信息;
步骤S51,若是,则将所述显示终端划分后的显示区域还原至初始状态。
本实施例中将AIoT显示信息呈现至用户后,检测是否接收到用户通过遥控器发送的反馈信息或者用户通过语音发送发反馈信息,当接收到户通过遥控器发送的反馈信息或者用户通过语音发送发反馈信息时,将显示终端划分后的显示区域还原至初始状态,其中初始状态即为显示区域划分前的状态,实际上是将电视播放的电视节目按等比例进行放大,取消对显示区域的划分,全屏显示电视节目。当AIoT显示信息中包含提示信息时,为了确认用户已经看到该提示信息,当接收到用反馈信息时就说明此时用户已经看到该提示信息,取消显示区域的划分,使电视显示界面恢复未划分前的状态。在确定用户看过AIoT显示信息后,恢复显示区域的初始状态,确保用户不会漏看提示信息。
在一实施例中,步骤S50之后,还包括:
步骤S52,若否,则判断AIoT显示信息对应的显示时间是否已经达到预设显示时间;
步骤S53,当所述对应的显示时间已经达到所述预设显示时间时,执行步骤:步骤S51中的将所述显示终端划分后的显示区域还原至初始状态。
本实施例中将AIoT显示信息呈现至用户后,检测是否接收到用户通过遥控器发送的反馈信息或者用户通过语音发送发反馈信息,当未接收到户通过遥控器发送的反馈信息或者用户通过语音发送发反馈信息时,获取AIoT显示信息对应的显示时间,该显示时间由系统设定或用户自设,判断AIoT显示信息对应的显示时间是否已经达到预设显示时间,当所述对应的显示时间已经达到所述预设显示时间时,将显示终端划分后的显示区域还原至初始状态,其中初始状态即为显示区域划分前的状态,实际上是将电视播放的电视节目按等比例进行放大,取消对显示区域的划分,全屏显示电视节目。例如用户查看天气,该条AIoT显示信息中不包含提示信息,天气信息显示并播报后并在到达预设的显示时间时,自动退出恢复全屏。当AIoT显示信息中不包含提示信息时,不需要用户进行确认,在到达预设的显示时间时,自动将显示区域恢复未划分前的状态,可减少用户操作。
本申请还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序。所述计算机可读存储介质可以是图1的显示终端中的存储器,也可以是如ROM(Read-Only Memory,只读存储器)/RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、磁碟、光盘中的至少一种,所述计算机可读存储介质包括若干指令用以使得一台具有处理器的终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,终端,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
在本申请中,术语“第一”“第二”“第三”“第四”“第五”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不必须针对的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。此外,在不相互矛盾的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以将本说明书中描述的不同实施例或示例以及不同实施例或示例的特征进行结合和组合。

Claims (19)
- 一种显示方法,其中,所述方法应用于显示终端,所述方法包括步骤:在接收到唤醒信号后,根据所述唤醒信号获取对应的智能终端反馈的描述信息,并生成所述显示终端的包括所述描述信息的万物智联AIoT显示信息;将所述显示终端的显示区域划分为至少两个不重叠的区域,并在其中一个区域中显示显示终端当前的播放画面,同时在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示方法,其中,所述根据所述唤醒信号获取对应的智能终端反馈的描述信息的步骤包括:确定发送所述唤醒信号的对象;当发送所述唤醒信号的对象是用户时,从所述唤醒信号中获取用户指令,并根据所述用户指令确定需要唤醒的智能终端,以获取该智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后反馈的描述信息。
- 如权利要求2所述的显示方法,其中,所述获取该智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后反馈的描述信息的步骤包括:当需要唤醒的智能终端为相联智能终端时,获取所述相联智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后的执行状态信息以及所述用户指令相关联的推荐信息,并将所述执行状态信息以及所述用户指令相关联的推荐信息作为所述相联智能终端反馈的描述信息;当需要唤醒的智能终端为显示终端本身时,获取所述用户指令对应的本地应用程序,以接收所述本地应用程序反馈的所述描述信息。
- 如权利要求2所述的显示方法,其中,所述确定发送所述唤醒信号的对象的步骤之后,还包括:当发送所述唤醒信号的对象是相联智能终端时,获取相联智能终端对应的提醒信息,并将所述提醒信息作为获取的对应智能终端反馈的描述信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示方法,其中,所述至少两个不重叠的区域还包括菜单显示区域;所述将所述显示终端的显示区域划分为至少两个不重叠的区域的步骤之前,还包括:获取除反馈描述信息的智能终端以外其它相联智能终端的状态信息,并按照预设顺序对所有相联智能终端的图标排序,其中所述预设顺序为反馈描述信息的智能终端的图标排列在首位,在位于首位的图标确定之后按照状态信息中工作剩余时间从小到大的顺序或者与所述描述信息的关联度强弱进行排序;在执行所述在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息的步骤的同时,还执行以下步骤:在菜单显示区域显示排序后的图标。
- 如权利要求5所述的显示方法,其中,所述获取除反馈描述信息的智能终端以外其它相联智能终端的状态信息的步骤之后,还包括:将每个其它相联智能终端的状态信息与其对应的图标关联;所述在菜单显示区域显示排序后的图标的步骤之后,还包括:在检测到菜单显示区域对应的移动指令时,确定所述移动指令响应完成后对应指向的图标,以获取该指向的图标关联的状态信息,并将另一区域中显示的AIoT显示信息替换为包括该状态信息的新的AIoT显示信息。
- 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的显示方法,其中,所述在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息的步骤之后,还包括:检测是否接收到输入设备或用户发送的反馈信息;若是,则将所述显示终端划分后的显示区域还原至初始状态。
- 如权利要求7所述的显示方法,其中,所述检测是否接收到输入设备或用户发送的反馈信息的步骤之后,还包括:若否,则判断AIoT显示信息对应的显示时间是否已经达到预设显示时间;当所述对应的显示时间已经达到所述预设显示时间时,执行步骤:将所述显示终端划分后的显示区域还原至初始状态。
- 如权利要求2或3所述的显示方法,其中,所述用户指令包含动作指令和非动作指令。
- 一种显示终端,其中,所述显示终端包括:通信模块、存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现显示方法的步骤:在接收到唤醒信号后,根据所述唤醒信号获取对应的智能终端反馈的描述信息,并生成所述显示终端的包括所述描述信息的万物智联AIoT显示信息;将所述显示终端的显示区域划分为至少两个不重叠的区域,并在其中一个区域中显示显示终端当前的播放画面,同时在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息。
- 如权利要求10所述的显示终端,其中,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现所述根据所述唤醒信号获取对应的智能终端反馈的描述信息的步骤包括:确定发送所述唤醒信号的对象;当发送所述唤醒信号的对象是用户时,从所述唤醒信号中获取用户指令,并根据所述用户指令确定需要唤醒的智能终端,以获取该智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后反馈的描述信息。
- 如权利要求11所述的显示终端,其中,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现所述获取该智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后反馈的描述信息的步骤包括:当需要唤醒的智能终端为相联智能终端时,获取所述相联智能终端在接收到所述用户指令后的执行状态信息以及所述用户指令相关联的推荐信息,并将所述执行状态信息以及所述用户指令相关联的推荐信息作为所述相联智能终端反馈的描述信息;当需要唤醒的智能终端为显示终端本身时,获取所述用户指令对应的本地应用程序,以接收所述本地应用程序反馈的所述描述信息。
- 如权利要求11所述的显示终端,其中,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现所述确定发送所述唤醒信号的对象的步骤之后,还包括:当发送所述唤醒信号的对象是相联智能终端时,获取相联智能终端对应的提醒信息,并将所述提醒信息作为获取的对应智能终端反馈的描述信息。
- 如权利要求10所述的显示终端,其中,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现所述至少两个不重叠的区域还包括菜单显示区域;所述将所述显示终端的显示区域划分为至少两个不重叠的区域的步骤之前,还包括:获取除反馈描述信息的智能终端以外其它相联智能终端的状态信息,并按照预设顺序对所有相联智能终端的图标排序,其中所述预设顺序为反馈描述信息的智能终端的图标排列在首位,在位于首位的图标确定之后按照状态信息中工作剩余时间从小到大的顺序或者与所述描述信息的关联度强弱进行排序;在执行所述在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息的步骤的同时,还执行以下步骤:在菜单显示区域显示排序后的图标。
- 如权利要求14所述的显示终端,其中,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现所述获取除反馈描述信息的智能终端以外其它相联智能终端的状态信息的步骤之后,还包括:将每个其它相联智能终端的状态信息与其对应的图标关联;所述在菜单显示区域显示排序后的图标的步骤之后,还包括:在检测到菜单显示区域对应的移动指令时,确定所述移动指令响应完成后对应指向的图标,以获取该指向的图标关联的状态信息,并将另一区域中显示的AIoT显示信息替换为包括该状态信息的新的AIoT显示信息。
- 如权利要求10-14任一项所述的显示终端,其中,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现所述在另一个区域中显示所述AIoT显示信息的步骤之后,还包括:检测是否接收到输入设备或用户发送的反馈信息;若是,则将所述显示终端划分后的显示区域还原至初始状态。
- 如权利要求16所述的显示终端,其中,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现所述检测是否接收到输入设备或用户发送的反馈信息的步骤之后,还包括:若否,则判断AIoT显示信息对应的显示时间是否已经达到预设显示时间;当所述对应的显示时间已经达到所述预设显示时间时,执行步骤:将所述显示终端划分后的显示区域还原至初始状态。
- 如权利要求11或12所述的显示终端,其中,所述用户指令包含动作指令和非动作指令。
- 一种可读存储介质,其中,所述可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的显示方法的步骤。
