Claims (11)
- 서열번호 5 또는 서열번호 10의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 탈모증 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 펩타이드.서열번호 5: SCRIQ서열번호 10: RIP
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 펩타이드는 Wnt/β-카테닌 신호전달 경로를 활성화하는 것인 펩타이드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탈모증은 원형 탈모증, 유전성 안드로젠 탈모증, 휴지기 탈모증, 외상성 탈모증, 생장기 탈모증, 비강성 탈모증, 지루 탈모증 및 선천성 탈모증으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인, 탈모증 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 펩타이드.
- 제 1항에 따른 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 탈모증 개선용 화장료 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 유효성분은 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.0001 내지 10 중량%로 포함되는 것인, 탈모증 개선용 화장료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 따른 펩타이드 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 그의 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 탈모증 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 서열번호 5를 포함하는 펩타이드의 아미노산 서열의 수는 5 내지 15이며, 상기 서열번호 10으로 이루어진 펩타이드의 아미노산 서열의 수는 3 내지 13인 탈모증 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 펩타이드.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 서열번호 5를 포함하는 펩타이드 및 서열번호 10을 포함하는 펩타이드를 포함하는 탈모증 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 펩타이드 조성물.
- 서열번호 5 또는 서열번호 10의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는, 모발 성장 촉진용 펩타이드.서열번호 5: SCRIQ서열번호 10: RIP
- 제 9항에 따른 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 모발 성장 촉진용 화장료 조성물.
- 제 9항에 따른 펩타이드 또는 약학적으로 허용가능한 그의 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 모발 성장 촉진용 약학적 조성물.
