Description

在本公开的一些实施例中,第二信息包括以下各项中的至少一项:车辆130的当前位置信息、车辆130的导航信息以及车辆130的状况信息。具体而言,车辆130的当前位置信息、导航信息和状况信息都可能有助于确定未来驾驶车辆出行的风险,因此,可以从车载设备131获得这些信息,以提供给移动设备120。
在本公开的一些实施例中,车辆130的导航信息包括以下各项 中的至少一项:车辆的历史路线和车辆的预期路线。车辆的历史路线和预期路线可以指示获得的信息是否与未来的驾驶车辆出行相关联,并且有助于确定可能的风险。例如,通过分析车辆的路线,可以确定出行时的车辆所需要行驶的距离并且确定车辆需要经过哪些路段。这些路段例如可能是高速公路、普通公路,或者可能经过山区、荒漠或者河流。对于不同类型的路段,车辆的行驶可能存在不同的风险。
在本公开的一些实施例中,车辆130的状况信息包括以下各项中的至少一项:车辆130的行驶里程、车辆130的行驶年限、车辆130的历史保险、车辆130的当前使用参数、以及车辆130的维护状况。具体而言,车辆130的历史保险包括车辆曾经购买过的保险信息,这些保险信息可以包括已失效的保险和仍然有效的保险。车辆130的当前使用参数涉及车辆自身的传感器或仪表可以测量的车辆参数信息,例如车辆的油量、胎压、平均车速、油耗等。车辆130的维护状况可以包括车辆的维护保养的信息,例如,车辆的哪些部件近期进行过更换或者维修。这些信息均有助于确定推送什么保险给用户。例如,对于行驶里程高和行驶年限久的车辆,可以加强对人员安全的保险。例如,通过获取历史保险,可以避免推送重复的保险信息,或者提示用户倾向于购买哪些保险。例如,对于很长时间没有维护或保养的车辆的零部件,这些零部件出现问题的概率较高,因此用户可能会需要相应零部件的保险。

在本公开的一些实施例中,移动设备120确定第一信息和第二信息中的至少一个信息与未来的预定时间范围内的出行相关联包括:标识第一信息和第二信息中的至少一个信息的时间信息以及与该时间信息相关联的位置;以及响应于确定所标识的时间信息在未来的预定时间范围内,确定以下至少一个预定条件是否被满足:所标识的位置与车辆的当前位置的距离小于或者等于预定距离阈值,或者所标识的位置被包括在车辆的历史行驶路径中;响应于确定上述预定条件满足,确定该至少一个信息与未来的预定时间范围内的出行相关联。具体而言,移动设备120可以对所获取的信息中的时间信息以及与该时间信息相关联的位置信息进行标识。移动设备120可以预定义将要驾驶车辆出行的时间范围,并将所标识的时间信息与预定义的时间范围进行比较。如果时间在预定义的出行时间范围内,则可以进一步基于预定条件来确定所标识的、与该时间相关联的位置信息是否可用。该预定条件可以包括判断所标识的位置与车辆的当前位置的距离。如果所标识的位置与车辆的当前位置的距离小于预定距离阈值,则可以确定所标识的位置是可用的位置信息,即这个位置是用户在未来预定时间范围内驾驶车辆可能抵达的位置。该预定距离阈值例如可以基于车辆的正常车速和车辆的行驶时间来定义。然而,本领域技术人员可以理解,也可以根据需要而由用户以任何适当的方式来定义预定距离阈值。此外,上述预定条件还可以包括确定所标识的位置是否被包括在车辆的历史行驶路径中。如果所标识的位置是车辆曾经到达过的位置,则也可以认为所标识的位置是可用的,即该位置是用户在未来预定的时间范围内可能抵达的位置。这种方式利用了历史数据,可以有效的降低移动设备的计算量,提高了效率。可以理解的是,预定条件并不限于上述类型,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要而增加其它的预定条件。在 确定的预定条件被满足后,移动设备120可以确定所获取的信息与未来的预定时间范围内的出行相关联。
例如,用户的手机收到了用户预订酒店的短消息,该短信息包括酒店的地址和入住的时间。例如,该短消息显示酒店是位于浙江千岛湖的A酒店,入住时间为2019年10月29日。移动设备120的虚拟钥匙可以获取这样短消息,并且标识出上述时间信息。例如,可以设定预定义的时间范围为10月28日至10月30日,则上述时间信息在预定义的时间范围内。由此,可以进一步判断该短消息的位置信息是否有效。如果千岛湖的A酒店与用户的当前位置小于预定距离阈值,则意味着用户能够驾驶车辆抵达该酒店,因此该位置是有效的信息。此外,如果移动设备120的虚拟钥匙中的历史行驶路径显示用户曾经驾驶车辆到达过这个位置,则也可以指示用户在预定时间范围内可能抵达该酒店。随后,可以确定关于千岛湖的A酒店的位置信息是与未来的预定时间范围内的出行相关联的有效信息。如果所标识的时间信息在预定时间范围之外,或者所标识的时间信息在预定时间范围内,但是与时间相关的位置无法满足预定条件,则移动设备120可以确定这个信息(例如上述短消息)是无效信息。
在框204,如果确定第一信息和第二信息中的至少一个信息与未来的预定时间范围内的车辆130的出行相关联,将第一信息和第二信息中的至少一个信息发送给服务器140。具体而言,如果从移动设备120自身收集到的信息和从车载设备131收集到的信息是有效的出行信息,则可以将这些信息发送给服务器140。
在框205,从服务器140接收与所发送的至少一个信息相关联的保险信息。如上文所提及的,服务器140可以具有包含保险数据的数据库,或者服务器140可以与包含保险数据的数据库进行通信。由此,服务器140可以根据来自移动设备120的信息来提供合适的、驾驶车辆的出行保险。
在本公开的一些实施例中,保险信息是服务器基于所接收的至 少一个信息而确定的,该保险信息包括以下至少一项:与车辆的修理相关联的保险信息;与车辆的抛锚相关联的保险信息;以及与基于所述至少一个信息而识别的时间相关联的保险信息。例如,如果车辆经过的路段的路况差,发动机故障或轮胎破损风险高,则服务器140可以基于这些信息而提供与发动机维修以及换胎或补胎服务相关的保险;如果车辆经过路线较为拥堵,则服务器140可以提供与堵车或者住宿延期相关的保险;如果车辆经过追尾或剐蹭的高风险路段,则可以提供与车辆外观维修相关的保险。此外,服务器140还可以根据来自移动设备120的信息而提供与人员安全有关的保险信息。此外,保险信息还可以包括与基于从所获取的信息而识别的时间相关联的保险信息。例如,保险信息可以包括用户自驾出行期间保险所覆盖的时间范围,由此用户可以根据需要来灵活选择所购买的保险的时间范围。可以理解的是,上面的描述不是限制性的,服务器140可以根据需要而提供任何必要的保险信息。
在框206,移动设备120可以呈现所接收的保险信息。具体而言,移动设备120在接收到来自服务器140的保险信息后,可以向用户110呈现这些保险信息。例如,这些保险信息可以借助于移动设备120上的虚拟钥匙来呈现。这些保险信息的呈现可以不需要任何触发或操作。例如,当移动设备120接收到保险信息后,可以通过亮屏的方式来提醒用户110进行查看。可以理解的是,保险信息也可以在经过一定的触发和操作后呈现在移动设备120上。
在本公开的一些实施例中,由移动设备120呈现所接收的保险信息包括:显示用于指示与车辆130的出行相关联的保险的可操作图标,该可操作图标用于接收关于向服务器140发送与保险相关联的订单的输入。具体而言,在用户的行程安排完毕后(例如用户在虚拟钥匙的钥匙卡片上输入了行程地址,或者用户通过互联网预订酒店并收到了反馈的短消息),移动设备120的虚拟钥匙可以以图形化的方式向用户提示行程所涉及的保险信息。例如,用户可以周五的晚上将周六和周日自驾出行的目的地地址输入到虚拟钥匙的钥 匙卡片里,在完成行程地址的输入之后,用户的、诸如手机的移动设备120可以以保险卡片的形式直观地呈现保险信息,其可以包括保险权益和费用(例如,短期车损险和人身意外保险组合28元/天)。随后,用户通过点击或者以任何方式选中上述可操作图标即可完成保险的购买。
在本公开的一些实施例中,例如,如果移动设备120中的振动传感器监测到发生往复式振动,以声音和图像中的至少一种的形式呈现所接收的保险信息。移动设备120在接收到服务器140所推送的保险信息时,也可以暂时不呈现这些保险信息,以避免不适当地打扰用户,并且移动设备120可以在用户进行一定的简单操作后再呈现这些保险信息。例如,用户110可以通过摇一摇的操作来触发保险信息的呈现,并且摇一摇的操作必然会被移动设备120的振动传感器所感测到,因此保险信息的呈现可以通过来自振动传感器的信号来触发。被呈现的保险信息可以是图像内容。例如,移动设备120上的虚拟钥匙可以以图形化的方式生成保险卡片以供用户110浏览。此外,保险信息也可以以声音的方式来呈现,或者同时以图像和声音的方式来呈现。
图3示出了根据本公开的实施例的生成保险信息的过程300的流程图。过程300可以在图1中的场景100中被实现。过程300涉及移动设备120、车辆130的车载设备131以及服务器140。

通过本公开的实施例的方法,在用户即将驾驶车辆出行之前,可以基于用户的移动设备和车辆的车载设备中的与出行相关联的信息,来自动确定用户在自驾出行期间可能需要的保险。移动设备120可以对其自身所存储的数据和来自车载设备的数据进行选择和判断,从而排除干扰信息,并且获得更加精准的用户自驾出行信息,这可以使得所确定的保险对用户而言更加准确和有效。此外,根据本公开的实施例的方法可以将这样的保险信息自动推送给用户的移动设备。在保险信息的生成过程中,用户不需要专门针对保险进行任何的特定操作。在移动设备获得保险信息之后,用户可以无需任何操作或者仅通过非常简单的操作(例如摇一摇)而触发移动设备呈现这些保险信息。用户看到或听到、或者同时看到和听到这些保险信息后,只需要进行简单的确定操作就可以购买驾驶车辆出行期间所需要的保险。本公开的实施例能够以多种方式获得用户未来驾驶车辆出行的目的地和时间,从而生成与未来的行程安排准确匹配的保险信息,并且用户能够借助于移动设备方便地查看和选择这些保险信息。由于获得的保险信息与用户未来自驾旅游的行程安排高度匹配,以及大大简化了用户购买自驾旅游保险的操作,本公开的实施例提高了用户购买自驾旅游保险的可能性,并且有效改善了用户的出行体验。
图4示出了能够实施本公开的实施例的设备400的示意性框图。例如,如图1所示的设备112可以由设备400来实施。如图所示,设备400包括中央处理单元(CPU)401,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)402中的计算机程序指令或者从存储单元408加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)403中的计算机程序指令,来执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 403中,还可存储设备400操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU 401、ROM 402以及RAM 403通过总线404彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口405也连接至总线404。

- 一种用于生成保险信息的方法,包括:在移动设备处,从所存储的数据中获取第一信息;接收第二信息,所述第二信息经由车辆的车载设备所获得,所述车辆与所述移动设备相关联;响应于确定所述第一信息和所述第二信息中的至少一个信息与未来的预定时间范围内的所述车辆的出行相关联,将所述第一信息和所述第二信息中的所述至少一个信息发送给服务器;从服务器接收与所发送的所述至少一个信息相关联的保险信息;以及呈现所接收的保险信息。
