Description

方向盘组件 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件,具体地,涉及方向盘组件。
背景技术
已知汽车的方向盘组件中使用用于识别其产品的发光标志。这些发光标志可以包括简单的几何图形、字母、短横线等标志特征或其组合,发光标志中的电致发光材料制造的电致发光元件能够在通电时发光,以照亮上述标志特征。对于安装在汽车内部的发光标志,其一般放置在方向盘的中心区域中。
在方向盘组件的安全气囊的展开过程中,发光标志将受到安全气囊迅速展开时造成的较大冲击,使得发光标志的元件可能由于受到冲击而脱离其原本固定位置(由此可能伤害驾驶员),从而影响方向盘组件的安全性、工作性能和使用寿命。
因此,期望一种安全性较高、工作性能较好且使用寿命较长的方向盘组件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全性较高、工作性能较好且使用寿命较长的方向盘组件。
本发明提供一种方向盘组件,其包括:
方向盘基板;
安全气囊,其位于所述方向盘基板上,并且包括罩盖和壳体,所述罩盖和所述壳体形成容纳所述安全气囊的气袋的空间;
发光标志,其在通电时能够发光;
其中,所述发光标志包括电子控制元件、标志部和柔性电路板,所述 电子控制元件被构造为基于硬式印刷电路板,所述柔性电路板被构造为其第一端连接到所述电子控制元件并且第二端连接到所述标志部,使得所述电子控制元件通过所述柔性电路板对所述标志部的发光进行控制,以及,
所述电子控制元件布置在所述方向盘组件内的第一位置处,所述标志部布置在所述方向盘组件内的第二位置处,所述第二位置被定位在所述罩盖处,并且,所述第一位置和所述第二位置隔开一段距离。
根据本发明的实施例,所述第一位置被定位在所述壳体、所述罩盖、所述方向盘基板中的一者上。
根据本发明的实施例,所述第一位置被定位在所述壳体的外侧底面处,或,被定位在所述罩盖的外侧面处。
根据本发明的实施例,所述电子控制元件的外侧还设置有防尘盖。
根据本发明的实施例,所述标志部包括导光板和发光板,其中,所述导光板被构造为用于使进入所述导光板的光线均匀地经由所述发光板向外发射。
根据本发明的实施例,所述柔性电路板上设置有发光二极管,并且,所述柔性电路板上设置有所述发光二极管的部段被布置在所述导光板的侧面,以使所述发光二极管发出的光线进入所述导光板。
根据本发明的实施例,所述柔性电路板被设置为粘接在所述罩盖上。
根据本发明的实施例,所述电子控制元件通过所述柔性电路板对所述标志部的发光的时刻、颜色、强度中的一者或多者进行控制。
根据本发明的实施例,所述标志部的所述发光板的表面被构造为具有被设计的形状、图案、文字中一者或多者。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图描述根据本发明的方向盘组件的具体实施方式。下面 的详细描述和附图用于示例性地说明本发明的原理,本发明不限于所描述的优选实施例,本发明的保护范围由权利要求书限定。
此外,空间相关术语(诸如“上”、“下”、“左”和“右”等)用于描述附图所示的元件与另一个元件的相对位置关系。因此,空间相关术语可以应用到使用时与附图所示的方向不同的方向中。显然,虽然为了易于说明,所有这些空间相关术语指的是附图所示的方向,但是本领域技术人员能够理解可以使用与附图中所示的方向不同的方向。
图1示出根据本发明实施例的方向盘组件的示意图。以下参照图1描述根据本发明实施例的方向盘组件。
如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的方向盘组件100包括安全气囊的罩盖10,此外,方向盘组件100还包括壳体(图1中未示出,可以参照图2中示出的壳体20),罩盖10和壳体形成容纳安全气囊的气袋(未示出)的空间。并且,安全气囊位于方向盘组件100的方向盘基板(未示出)上。
继续参照图1,方向盘组件100还包括发光标志30,发光标志30在通电时能够发光。具体地,发光标志30包括电子控制元件301、标志部303和柔性电路板302,其中,电子控制元件301被构造为基于硬式印刷电路板,柔性电路板302被构造为其第一端连接到电子控制元件301并且第二端连接到标志部303,使得电子控制元件301通过柔性电路板302对标志部303的发光进行控制。此外,电子控制元件301的外侧还设置有防尘盖304,以防止电子控制元件301受到污染而影响性能。
在图1中示出的实施例中,标志部303布置在罩盖10的内表面的中心区域中,并且,电子控制元件301布置在罩盖10的左侧壁的外侧面上。需要说明的是,在本发明中,将罩盖10和壳体两者限定的空间称为安全气囊的内部空间,方向盘组件的部件的位于该内部空间的表面被认为是位于内侧面,否则,则被认为是位于外侧面。
因此,在图1所示的本发明实施例的方向盘组件100中,电子控制元件301与标志部303隔开一段距离。在方向盘组件100的安全气囊的展开过程中,由于发光标志30的电子控制元件301布置在距标志部303一段距离的位置处,因此,标志部303自身的重量较小。在这种情形下,标志部 303受到安全气囊迅速展开时造成的较大冲击时,由于重量较小、由此惯性较小,使得发光标志30的标志部303由于受到冲击而脱离其原本固定位置的风险较小。
因此,本发明的方向盘组件的安全性较高、工作性能较好且使用寿命较长。
图2示出根据本发明其他实施例的方向盘组件的示意图。以下参照图2描述根据本发明其他实施例的方向盘组件。需要说明的是,图2所示的实施例与图1示出的实施例基本相同,不同之处主要在于发光标志中的电子控制元件的布置位置。以下仅针对不同于图1中实施例之处进行描述,以避免冗余。
如图2所示,在本发明实施例的方向盘组件100′中,标志部(未示出)同样布置在罩盖10的内表面的中心区域中,并且,电子控制元件301′布置在罩盖10的上侧壁的外侧面附近,使得电子控制元件301′与标志部隔开一段距离。同样地,电子控制元件301′的外侧还设置有防尘盖304′,以防止电子控制元件301′受到污染而影响性能。
在本发明的方向盘组件中,发光标志的电子控制元件的布置位置不限于以上实施例。在满足电子控制元件所在的第一位置和标志部所在的第二位置隔开一段距离的情形下,电子控制元件开可以布置在方向盘组件内的其他位置处,例如,壳体20的外侧底面(即,图2中壳体20的上表面)、罩盖10的右侧壁的外表面、方向盘基板上。
作为本发明的优选实施例,电子控制元件通过柔性电路板对标志部的发光的时刻、颜色、强度中的一者或多者进行控制。作为本发明的另一优选实施例,标志部包括导光板和发光板(均未示出),并且,导光板被构造为用于使进入导光板的光线均匀地经由发光板向外发射。作为本发明的另一优选实施例,柔性电路板上设置有发光二极管,并且,柔性电路板上设置有发光二极管的部段被布置在导光板的侧面,以使发光二极管发出的光线进入导光板。作为本发明的优选实施例,柔性电路板被设置为粘接在罩盖上。作为本发明的优选实施例,标志部的发光板的表面被构造为具有被设计的形状、图案、文字中一者或多者。
然而,本领域技术人员能够理解,以上优选实施例仅仅实施例,本发明的方向盘组件不限于以上实施例。例如,本领域技术人员可以根据实际工况,将发光部设置为不包括导光板,或者,柔性电路板上设置有发光二极管的部段被布置在导光板的底面。
如前所述,尽管说明中已经参考附图对本发明的示例性实施例进行了说明,但是本发明不限于上述具体实施方式,本发明的保护范围应当由权利要求书及其等同含义来限定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种方向盘组件,其包括:
    方向盘基板;
    安全气囊,其位于所述方向盘基板上,并且包括罩盖和壳体,所述罩盖和所述壳体形成容纳所述安全气囊的气袋的空间;
    发光标志,其在通电时能够发光;
    其中,所述发光标志包括电子控制元件、标志部和柔性电路板,所述电子控制元件被构造为基于硬式印刷电路板,所述柔性电路板被构造为其第一端连接到所述电子控制元件并且第二端连接到所述标志部,使得所述电子控制元件通过所述柔性电路板对所述标志部的发光进行控制,以及,
    所述电子控制元件布置在所述方向盘组件内的第一位置处,所述标志部布置在所述方向盘组件内的第二位置处,所述第二位置被定位在所述罩盖处,并且,所述第一位置和所述第二位置隔开一段距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方向盘组件,其中,所述第一位置被定位在所述壳体、所述罩盖、所述方向盘基板中的一者上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方向盘组件,其中,所述第一位置被定位在所述壳体的外侧底面处,或,被定位在所述罩盖的外侧面处。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方向盘组件,其中,所述电子控制元件的外侧还设置有防尘盖。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方向盘组件,其中,所述标志部包括导光板和发光板,其中,所述导光板被构造为用于使进入所述导光板的光线均匀地经由所述发光板向外发射。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方向盘组件,其中,所述柔性电路板上设置有发光二极管,并且,所述柔性电路板上设置有所述发光二极管的部段被布置在所述导光板的侧面,以使所述发光二极管发出的光线进入所述导光板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方向盘组件,其中,所述柔性电路板被设置为粘接在所述罩盖上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方向盘组件,其中,所述电子控制元件通过所述柔性电路板对所述标志部的发光的时刻、颜色、强度中的一者或多者进行控制。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方向盘组件,其中,所述标志部的所述发光板的表面被构造为具有被设计的形状、图案、文字中一者或多者。
