Claims (14)
- 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템에 포함된 상호 병렬 연결된 제1 내지 제n 배터리 팩에 대한 동작 특성값을 측정하는 제1 내지 제n센서 유닛;상기 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 총 출력에 대응하도록 부하에서 소모되는 전력 또는 충전 장치에서 제공하는 전력을 제어하는 출력 관리 유닛; 및상기 제1 내지 제n센서 유닛 및 상기 출력 관리 유닛과 동작 가능하게 결합된 멀티 팩 관리 유닛을 포함하고,상기 멀티 팩 관리 유닛은, 상기 제1 내지 제n센서 유닛으로부터 수신되는 각 배터리 팩의 동작 특성값에 기초하여 제1 내지 제n배터리 팩의 팩 저항을 각각 결정하고, 팩 저항과 가용 출력 사이의 미리 정의된 상관관계 정보를 이용하여 각 배터리 팩의 팩 저항에 대응되는 가용 출력들 중에서 최소 가용 출력을 결정하고, 팩 저항이 가장 낮은 배터리 팩의 팩 출력이 최소 가용 출력과 동일하도록 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 총 출력을 결정하여 상기 출력 관리 유닛으로 제공하도록 구성되고,상기 출력 관리 유닛은, 상기 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 총 출력을 초과하지 않도록 부하에서 소모되는 전력 또는 충전 장치에서 제공하는 전력을 제어하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상관관계 정보는 배터리 팩의 팩 저항에 따라 배터리 팩의 가용 출력을 정의한 팩 저항-가용 출력 룩업 테이블임을 특징으로 하는 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티 팩 관리 유닛은,상기 제1 내지 제n센서 유닛으로부터 각 배터리 팩의 전압 측정값 및 전류 측정값을 주기적으로 입력 받고,복수의 전압 측정값 및 복수의 전류 측정값을 선형 회귀 분석법을 이용하여 분석함으로써 각 배터리 팩의 팩 저항을 결정하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티 팩 관리 유닛은,하기 수식에 의해 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 총 출력을 산출하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는,P total = min(P pack,k)*min(R pack,k)/R systemR system= [Σ(1/R pack,k)] -1(k는 1이상 n 이하의 정수; n은 배터리 팩의 수량; P total은 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 총 출력; P k는 k번째 배터리 팩의 팩 출력; R pack,k는 k번째 배터리 팩의 팩 저항; R system은 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 총 저항; min()은 복수의 입력 변수들 중에서 최소값을 반환하는 함수)병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 멀티 팩 관리 유닛은,각 배터리 팩의 팩 출력을 하기 수식에 의해 산출하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는,P pack,k = P total*R system/R pack,k(P pack,k는 k번째 배터리 팩에 대한 팩 출력; P total은 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 총 출력; R system은 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 총 저항; R pack,k는 k번째 배터리 팩의 팩 저항)병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 멀티 팩 관리 유닛과 상기 출력 관리 유닛 사이에 개재된 통신 유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템은 전기 구동 자동차에 탑재되며,상기 출력 관리 유닛은 상기 전기 구동 자동차의 제어 시스템에 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 따른 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 장치를 포함하는 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 따른 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 장치를 포함하는 전기 구동 장치.
- (a) 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템에 포함된 상호 병렬 연결된 제1 내지 제n 배터리 팩에 대한 동작 특성값을 측정하는 제1 내지 제n센서 유닛을 제공하는 단계;(b) 상기 제1 내지 제n센서 유닛으로부터 수신되는 각 배터리 팩의 동작 특성값에 기초하여 제1 내지 제n배터리 팩의 팩 저항을 각각 결정하는 단계;(c) 팩 저항과 가용 출력 사이의 미리 정의된 상관관계 정보를 이용하여 각 배터리 팩의 팩 저항에 대응되는 n개의 가용 출력과 최소 가용 출력을 결정하는 단계;(d) 팩 저항이 가장 낮은 배터리 팩의 팩 출력이 최소 가용 출력과 동일하도록 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 총 출력을 결정하는 단계; 및(e) 상기 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 총 출력을 초과하지 않도록 상기 제1 내지 제n배터리 팩의 충전 또는 방전을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 상관관계 정보는 배터리 팩의 팩 저항에 따라 배터리 팩의 가용 출력을 정의한 팩 저항-가용 용량 룩업 테이블임을 특징으로 하는 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계는,(b1) 상기 제1 내지 제n센서 유닛으로부터 각 배터리 팩의 전압 측정값 및 전류 측정값을 주기적으로 입력 받는 단계; 및(b2) 복수의 전압 측정값 및 복수의 전류 측정값을 선형 회귀 분석법을 이용하여 분석함으로써 각 배터리 팩의 팩 저항을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬 멀티 팩 시스템의 출력 제어 방법.
