技术领域
本公开涉及即时通讯技术领域,例如涉及一种会话消息显示方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质。
背景技术
即时通讯是比较流行的通讯方式,多种多样的即时通讯应用程序也层出不穷。对于即时通讯客户端,一般以会话列表-会话-消息三级模型进行设计,其中,消息是信息的内容,会话是消息的集合,会话列表是会话的集中地,会话列表中的所有会话,按照对应会话中最新消息的生成时间倒序排列。
即时通讯客户端中,所有消息会话会显示在会话列表中。当用户A使用会话向用户B发送消息M后,如果用户B没有立即阅读和回应这条M消息,则用户A会暂时离开这个会话,处理会话列表中其他会话的消息。此时,如果用户A想要了解消息M是否被阅读或是否有回应表情消息,需要再次进入用户A和用户B的会话中才能查看。如果消息M未被阅读或没有回应表情消息,用户A还需要离开用户A和用户B的会话,过后再反复进出会话查看。反复进出会话查看的操作非常占用时间,消耗注意力,影响工作效率。
发明内容
本公开提供一种会话消息显示方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,以实现对会话消息显示方案进行优化,减少用户为了获得会话的沟通进展,需要反复进出会话查看的重复低效的操作,提高会话消息处理效率。
提供了一种会话消息显示方法,包括:
在会话页面接收第一用户针对一个或多个第二用户输入的第一会话消息,并将第一会话消息发送至每个第二用户的即时通讯应用客户端;
根据第二用户对所述第一会话消息的读取动作或读取动作与回复动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容;
其中,消息显示内容中包括第一会话消息和消息状态信息,消息条目与所述第二用户相关联。
还提供了一种会话消息显示装置,包括:
消息发送模块,设置为在会话页面接收第一用户针对一个或多个第二用户输入的第一会话消息,并将第一会话消息发送至每个第二用户的即时通讯应用客户端;
第一内容生成模块,设置为根据第二用户对第一会话消息的读取动作或读取动作与回复动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容;

图1为本公开实施例提供的一种会话消息显示方法的流程图。本公开实施例可适用于根据会话中的会话消息,确定会话列表页面中的消息条目中的消息显示内容的情况,该方法可以由会话消息显示装置来执行,该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,该装置可以配置于安装在电子设备中的一个即时通讯应用客户端中。如图1所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:

会话一般分为单聊会话和群聊会话。单聊是指会话参与者有且仅有2个人的会话。群聊是指参与者可以有2个人或2个人以上的会话。
会话消息有未读和已读状态。当会话消息发出到会话后,除了发件人之外的其他会话参与者没有阅读该消息,则该会话消息为未读状态。除了发件人之外,其他的会话参与者全部阅读该消息,则该会话消息为已读状态。
会话消息分为独立消息和回应消息两种。独立消息是指包含发件人,消息内容,消息发送到的会话,发送时间等主要元素的会话消息。回应消息是指包含发件人,消息内容,消息发送到会话,发送时间,回应目标消息等主要元素的会话消息。回应消息包含回应内容消息和回应表情消息。回应内容消息可以是任意文字、图片、文件等形式作为回应的正文。回应表情消息只能以一个表情符号作为回应的正文。
在一个具体实例中,会话为单聊会话。会话的会话参与者为第一用户和一个第二用户。在会话页面接收第一用户针对一个第二用户输入的第一会话消息,并将第一会话消息发送至第二用户。可选的,第一用户的即时通讯应用客户端获取第一用户针对单聊会话输入的第一会话消息,并将第一会话消息发送至一个第二用户的即时通讯应用客户端。可选的,第一会话消息可以包含发件人,消息内容,消息发送到的会话,发送时间等主要元素。第一会话消息的发件人为第一用户。
在另一个具体实例中,会话为群聊会话。会话的会话参与者为第一用户和多个第二用户。在会话页面接收第一用户针对多个第二用户输入的第一会话消息,并将第一会话消息发送至多个第二用户。可选的,第一用户的即时通讯应用客户端获取第一用户针对单聊会话输入的第一会话消息,并将第一会话消息发送至多个第二用户的即时通讯应用客户端。
步骤102、根据第二用户对第一会话消息的读取动作和/或回复动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容。
消息显示内容中包括第一会话消息和消息状态信息,消息条目与第二用户相关联。
可选的,消息状态信息包括针对第一会话消息的读取状态和表情回复。
针对每个会话,当该会话存在会话消息时,可以通过会话列表中该会话的消息条目中的消息显示内容对会话消息的重要信息进行显示。由此,用户无需进入会话内部,只在会话列表页面即可了解会话消息的重要信息。原本需要反复进入会话查看,才能及时获知的信息,现在不需要动手操作,只需要保持会话列表页面的打开即可直接了解会话内部的消息。
可选的,根据第二用户对第一会话消息的读取动作和/或回复动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,可以包括:在第二用户读取第一会话消息之前,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,消息显示内容包括未读取标识和第一会话消息。
由此,第一用户无需进入会话内部,只在会话列表页面的与第二用户相关 联的消息条目中即可确定第二用户接收到第一会话消息,且未读取第一会话消息。
可选的,根据第二用户对第一会话消息的读取动作和/或回复动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,可以包括:在第二用户读取第一会话消息之后,更新消息显示内容,将未读取标识更新为已读取标识。
由此,第一用户无需进入会话内部,只在会话列表页面的与第二用户相关联的消息条目中即可确定第二用户已读取第一会话消息。
可选的,根据第二用户对第一会话消息的读取动作和/或回复动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,可以包括:当接收到第二用户对第一会话消息的表情回复时,更新消息显示内容,将已读取标识替换为第二用户回复的表情图标。
由此,第一用户无需进入会话内部,只在会话列表页面的与第二用户相关联的消息条目中即可确定第二用户是否回复表情图标。
本公开实施例的技术方案,通过根据第二用户对第一会话消息的读取动作和/或回复动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,消息显示内容中包括第一会话消息和消息状态信息,消息条目与第二用户相关联,可以通过会话列表页面的消息条目中的消息显示内容,直观地提供会话消息的消息状态信息,避免用户为了获得会话的沟通进展,需要反复进出会话查看消息状态的重复低效的操作,提高会话消息处理效率。

第二用户针对第一会话消息反馈包含表情图标的会话信息。表情图标可以是任何图形,用来快速表达第二用户对第一会话消息的态度和反馈意见。
当接收到第二用户对第一会话消息的表情回复时,消息显示内容包括第二用户回复的表情图标和第一会话消息。
可选的,当接收到第二用户对第一会话消息的表情回复时,更新消息显示内容,将已读取标识替换为第二用户回复的表情图标,可以还包括:在表情图标和第一会话消息之间增加分隔标识。

本公开实施例在会话列表页面,对于会话内部对沟通进展比较重要的信息进行提炼,并在有限的空间内进行重新组织并显示给用户。本公开实施例采用了最精简的页面元素,在会话列表页面的与第二用户相关联的消息条目中,最大限度的提供了多种消息状态信息,不仅不会造成页面布局的混乱,同时避免用户反复进入会话内部的时间浪费,用户可以直观地了解到会话消息的状态,便于做进一步沟通的计划。如果用户在同时和多个人进行多个单聊会话沟通,其效率提升的效果会更加明显。原本只能串行进行的沟通工作,现在可以并行进行。
一般的即时通讯工具无法在会话列表中直接查看是否有反馈包含表情图标的会话信息,也无法在会话列表中直接查看表情图标。用户仍然要进入会话内,才能查看表情图标。
本公开实施例的技术方案,通过在第二用户读取第一会话消息之前,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,消息显示内容包括未读取标识和第一会话消息;在第二用户读取第一会话消息之后,更新消息显示内容,将未读取标识更新为已读取标识;当接收到第二用户对第一会话消息的表情回复时,更新消息显示内容,将已读取标识替换为第二用户回复的表情图标,可以在会话列表页面的与第二用户相关联的消息条目中,提供多种消息状 态信息,从而用户只需要保持会话列表页面的打开即可直接了解会话内部的信息,可以在会话列表页面的与第二用户相关联的消息条目中,显示第二用户回复的表情图标,避免用户为了查看对方是否有反馈表情图标,需要反复进出会话查看的重复低效的操作,提高会话消息处理效率。
图3a为本公开实施例提供的另一种会话消息显示方法的流程图。本公开实施例可以与上述一个或者多个实施例中的可选方案结合,在本公开实施例中,在接收第一用户针对一个或多个第二用户输入的第一会话消息之前,可以还包括:接收一个或多个第二用户针对第一用户输入的第二会话消息;根据第一用户对第二会话消息的读取动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容;消息显示内容中包括第二会话消息和消息状态信息,消息条目与第二用户相关联。

示例性的,图3b为本公开实施例提供的另一种会话列表页面的示意图。接收第二用户“赵××”针对会话输入的第二会话消息“今天的工作进展如何?”。如图3b所示,在会话列表页面的与第二用户“赵××”相关联的消息条目中,接收未读取标识31显示在会话列表页面的与第二用户“赵××”相关联的消息条目中的会话标识32上。
可选的,根据第一用户对第二会话消息的读取动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,可以包括:在第一用户读取第二会话消息之后,更新消息显示内容,将接收未读取标识更新为接收已读取标识。
可选的,将接收未读取标识更新为接收已读取标识,包括:删除接收未读取标识。
由此,第一用户无需进入会话内部,只在会话列表页面的与第二用户相关联的消息条目中即可确定已读取第二用户发送的第二会话消息。
示例性的,图3c为本公开实施例提供的另一种会话列表页面的示意图。如图3c所示,在会话列表页面的与第二用户“赵××”相关联的消息条目中的会话标识32上,未显示未读取标识31,代表第一用户已读取第二会话消息“今天的工作进展如何?”。
步骤303、在会话页面接收第一用户针对一个或多个第二用户输入的第一会话消息,并将第一会话消息发送至第二用户。
步骤304、根据第二用户对第一会话消息的读取动作和/或回复动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容。

本公开实施例的技术方案,通过接收一个或多个第二用户针对第一用户输入的第二会话消息,然后根据第一用户对第二会话消息的读取动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容;消息显示内容中包括第二会话消息和消息状态信息,消息条目与第二用户相关联,可以通过会话列表页面的与第二用户相关联的消息条目中的消息显示内容,直观地提供会话消息的消息状态信息,避免用户为了获得会话的沟通进展,需要反复进出会话查看消息状态的重复低效的操作,提高会话消息处理效率。
图4为本公开实施例提供的一种会话消息显示装置的结构示意图。本公开实施例可适用于根据会话中的会话消息,确定会话列表页面中的消息条目中的消息显示内容的情况。该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,该装置可以配置于安装在电子设备中的一个即时通讯应用客户端中。如图4所示,该装置可以包括:消息发送模块401和第一内容生成模块402。
消息发送模块401,设置为在会话页面接收第一用户针对一个或多个第二用户输入的第一会话消息,并将第一会话消息发送至所述第二用户;第一内容生成模块402,设置为根据第二用户对第一会话消息的读取动作和/或回复动作, 在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容;消息显示内容中包括第一会话消息和消息状态信息,消息条目与第二用户相关联。
本公开实施例的技术方案,通过根据第二用户对第一会话消息的读取动作和/或回复动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,消息显示内容中包括第一会话消息和消息状态信息,消息条目与第二用户相关联,可以通过会话列表页面的消息条目中的消息显示内容,直观地提供会话消息的消息状态信息,避免用户为了获得会话的沟通进展,需要反复进出会话查看消息状态的重复低效的操作,提高会话消息处理效率。
可选的,在上述技术方案的基础上,第一内容生成模块402包括:第一内容生成单元,设置为在第二用户读取第一会话消息之前,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,消息显示内容包括未读取标识和第一会话消息。
可选的,在上述技术方案的基础上,第一内容生成模块402包括:第一内容更新单元,设置为在第二用户读取第一会话消息之后,更新消息显示内容,将未读取标识更新为已读取标识。
可选的,在上述技术方案的基础上,第一内容生成模块402包括:第二内容更新单元,设置为当接收到第二用户对第一会话消息的表情回复时,更新消息显示内容,将已读取标识替换为第二用户回复的表情图标。
可选的,在上述技术方案的基础上,第二内容更新单元可以还包括:标识增加子单元,设置为在表情图标和第一会话消息之间增加分隔标识。
可选的,在上述技术方案的基础上,第一内容更新单元可以包括:标识更改子单元,设置为更改未读取标识的颜色和/或亮度,生成已读取标识。
可选的,在上述技术方案的基础上,会话消息显示装置可以还包括:消息接收模块,设置为接收一个或多个第二用户针对第一用户输入的第二会话消息;第二内容生成模块,设置为根据第一用户对第二会话消息的读取动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容;消息显示内容中包括第二会话消息和消息状态信息,消息条目与第二用户相关联。
本公开实施例所提供的会话消息显示装置可执行本公开实施例所提供的会话消息显示方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和效果。
下面参考图5,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备500的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的电子设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平 板电脑(Portable Android Device,PAD)、便携式多媒体播放器(Portable Media Player,PMP)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等。图5示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图5所示,电子设备500可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)501,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)502中的程序或者从存储装置508加载到随机访问存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)503中的程序而执行多种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 503中,还存储有电子设备500操作所需的多种程序和数据。处理装置501、ROM 502以及RAM 503通过总线504彼此相连。输入/输出(Input/Output,I/O)接口505也连接至总线504。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口505:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置506;包括例如液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置507;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置508;以及通信装置509。通信装置509可以允许电子设备500与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图5示出了具有多种装置的电子设备500,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。
根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在非暂态计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信装置509从网络上被下载和安装,或者从存储装置508被安装,或者从ROM 502被安装。在该计算机程序被处理装置501执行时,执行本公开实施例的方法中限定的上述功能。
本公开上述的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、RAM、ROM、可擦式可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(Compact Disc-ROM,CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本公开中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本公开中,计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基 带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读信号介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:电线、光缆、射频(Radio Frequency,RF)等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
在一些实施方式中,客户端、服务器可以利用诸如超文本传输协议(HyperText Transfer Protocol,HTTP)之类的任何已知或未来研发的网络协议进行通信,并且可以与任意形式或介质的数字数据通信(例如,通信网络)互连。通信网络的示例包括局域网(Local Area Network,LAN),广域网(Wide Area Network,WAN),网际网(例如,互联网)以及端对端网络(例如,ad hoc端对端网络),以及任何已知或未来研发的网络。
上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。
上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:在会话页面接收第一用户针对一个或多个第二用户输入的第一会话消息,并将第一会话消息发送至第二用户;根据第二用户对所述第一会话消息的读取动作和/或回复动作,在第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容;消息显示内容中包括第一会话消息和消息状态信息,消息条目与所述第二用户相关联。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本公开的操作的计算机程序代码,上述程序设计语言包括但不限于面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络——包括LAN或WAN—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

描述于本公开实施例中所涉及到的模块、单元以及子单元可以通过软件的方式实现,也可以通过硬件的方式来实现。其中,模块、单元或者子单元的名称在一种情况下并不构成对该模块或者单元本身的限定,例如,消息接收模块还可以被描述为“接收一个或多个第二用户针对第一用户输入的第二会话消息的模块”,第一内容更新单元还可以被描述为“在第二用户读取第一会话消息之后,更新消息显示内容,将未读取标识更新为已读取标识的单元”,标识更改子单元还可以被描述为“更改未读取标识的颜色和/或亮度,生成已读取标识的子单元”。
本文中以上描述的功能可以至少部分地由一个或多个硬件逻辑部件来执行。例如,非限制性地,可以使用的示范类型的硬件逻辑部件包括:现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、专用标准产品(Application Specific Standard Parts,ASSP)、片上系统(System-on-a-Chip,SOC)、复杂可编程逻辑设备(ComplexProgrammable Logic Device,CPLD)等等。
在本公开的上下文中,机器可读介质可以是有形的介质,其可以包含或存储以供指令执行系统、装置或设备使用或与指令执行系统、装置或设备结合地使用的程序。机器可读介质可以是机器可读信号介质或机器可读储存介质。机器可读介质可以包括但不限于电子的、磁性的、光学的、电磁的、红外的、或半导体系统、装置或设备,或者上述内容的任何合适组合。机器可读存储介质的示例包括基于一个或多个线的电气连接、便携式计算机盘、硬盘、RAM、ROM、EPROM或快闪存储器、光纤、CD-ROM、光学储存设备、磁储存设备、或上述内容的任何合适组合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种会话消息显示方法,包括:
    在会话页面接收第一用户针对至少一个第二用户输入的第一会话消息,并将所述第一会话消息发送至每个第二用户的即时通讯应用客户端;
    根据所述第二用户对所述第一会话消息的读取动作或读取动作与回复动作,在所述第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容;
    其中,所述消息显示内容中包括所述第一会话消息和消息状态信息,所述消息条目与所述第二用户相关联。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在所述第二用户读取所述第一会话消息之前,还包括:
    在所述第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,其中,所述消息显示内容包括未读取标识和所述第一会话消息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述第二用户对所述第一会话消息的读取动作或读取动作与回复动作,在所述第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,包括:
    在所述第二用户读取所述第一会话消息之后,更新所述消息显示内容,将所述未读取标识更新为已读取标识。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述第二用户对所述第一会话消息的读取动作或读取动作与回复动作,在所述第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容,包括:
    在接收到所述第二用户对所述第一会话消息的表情回复的情况下,更新所述消息显示内容,将已读取标识替换为所述第二用户回复的表情图标。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述将已读取标识替换为所述第二用户回复的表情图标,还包括:
    在所述表情图标和所述第一会话消息之间增加分隔标识。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述将所述未读取标识更新为已读取标识包括:
    更改所述未读取标识的颜色和亮度中的至少之一,生成所述已读取标识。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在所述接收第一用户针对至少一个第二用户输入的第一会话消息之前,还包括:
    接收至少一个第二用户针对所述第一用户输入的第二会话消息;
    根据所述第一用户对所述第二会话消息的读取动作,在所述第一用户的会 话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容;
    其中,所述消息显示内容中包括所述第二会话消息和消息状态信息,所述消息条目与所述第二用户相关联。
  8. 一种会话消息显示装置,包括:
    消息发送模块,设置为在会话页面接收第一用户针对至少一个第二用户输入的第一会话消息,并将所述第一会话消息发送至每个第二用户的即时通讯应用客户端;
    第一内容生成模块,设置为根据所述第二用户对所述第一会话消息的读取动作或读取动作与回复动作,在所述第一用户的会话列表页面的消息条目中生成消息显示内容;
    其中,所述消息显示内容中包括所述第一会话消息和消息状态信息,所述消息条目与所述第二用户相关联。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理装置;
    存储装置,设置为存储至少一个程序;
    当所述至少一个程序被所述至少一个处理装置执行,使得所述至少一个处理装置实现如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的会话消息显示方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的会话消息显示方法。
