Claims (14)
- 극판의 상방에 위치하여, 회전하며 상기 극판을 절단하는 상도; 및상기 극판의 하방에서 상기 상도와 일부 겹쳐지게 위치하여, 회전하며 상기 상도와 함께 상기 극판을 절단하는 하도를 포함하고,상기 상도는,최하단에 형성되는 팁으로부터 상기 하도를 향해 경사를 가지며 연장되는 제1 내면; 및상기 팁으로부터 상기 하도의 반대측을 향해 경사를 가지며 연장되는 외주면을 포함하며,상기 제1 내면은,상기 상도의 회전 중심이 되는 회전축에 수직인 수직선으로부터, 제1 각도로 경사를 가지고,상기 외주면은,상기 수직선으로부터 제2 각도로 경사를 가지는 슬리터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 각도는,0.6° 내지 1.1°인 슬리터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 각도는,0.9° 내지 1.0°인 슬리터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 각도는,80° 내지 90°인 슬리터.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제2 각도는,85° 내지 90°인 슬리터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상도는,상기 제1 내면으로부터 내측을 향해 연장되는 제2 내면을 더 포함하고,상기 제2 내면은,상기 수직선으로부터 제3 각도로 경사를 가지는 슬리터.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제3 각도는,2.6° 내지 3.1°인 슬리터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제3 각도는,2.8° 내지 3.0°인 슬리터.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 상도는,상기 하도와 선으로 접촉하는 슬리터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상도는,상기 팁으로부터 상기 하도와의 접촉점까지의 수평거리가 0.01 mm 내지 0.5 mm 인 슬리터.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 상도는,상기 팁으로부터 상기 하도와의 접촉점까지의 수평거리가 0.1 mm 내지 0.4 mm 인 슬리터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상도는,전체 두께가 3 mm 내지 5 mm인 슬리터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상도는,상기 팁이 상기 극판과 가장 먼저 접촉하는 슬리터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하도는,상기 극판이 안착되는 외주면이 평평하게 형성되는, 슬리터.
