一种尘杯(10)和具有它的吸尘器。该尘杯(10)包括:尘杯本体(1),尘杯本体(1)内具有旋风室围板(11),旋风室围板(11)所围区域内设置有旋风器(12);盖板(2),盖板(2)与尘杯本体(1)以可拆卸的方式相连接,且在旋风室围板(11)与盖板(2)之间形成旋风腔(3)。

技术领域
本申请涉及家用电器领域,具体而言,涉及一种尘杯和具有它的吸尘器。
背景技术
对于现有技术中具有旋风器的吸尘器,当吸入尘杯内的气流具有毛发和纸条等杂物时,毛发和纸条容易缠绕在旋风器上,用户不便于手动清理这些杂物,缠绕在旋风器上的毛发和纸条会降低旋风器的除尘效果,严重时会导致旋风器失效。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种尘杯,可便于清理缠绕在旋风器上的毛发和纸条等杂物。
本申请还提出了一种具有上述尘杯的吸尘器。
根据本申请实施例的尘杯包括:尘杯本体,所述尘杯本体内具有旋风室围板,所述旋风室围板所围区域内设置有旋风器;盖板,所述盖板与所述尘杯本体以可拆卸的方式相连接,且在所述旋风室围板与所述盖板之间形成旋风腔。
根据本申请实施例的尘杯,盖板与尘杯本体以可拆卸的方式相连接,且拆卸盖板后可露出旋风器,可便于用户清洁缠绕在旋风器上的毛发和纸条,从而有利于保持旋风器的除尘效果。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述盖板包括:盖板本体和凸出部,所述凸出部与所述盖板本体相连,且所述凸出部与所述旋风室围板搭接。
进一步地,所述凸出部上设置有与所述旋风腔连通的甩灰口,所述尘杯本体内具有集尘室,所述集尘室与所述旋风腔通过所述甩灰口相连通。
进一步地,所述甩灰口的背离所述盖板本体的一侧设置有引导筋,所述引导筋伸入所述集尘室内。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述尘杯本体上设置有进气口,所述盖板上设置有出气口, 所述进气口、所述出气口均与所述旋风腔连通。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述尘杯本体上设置有出气通道,所述出气通道位于所述旋风室围板的外壁与所述尘杯本体的内壁之间,所述出气通道与所述旋风腔连通,且所述出气通道与所述出气口对齐。
进一步地,所述出气通道平行于所述尘杯本体的长度方向设置。
进一步地,所述盖板与所述尘杯本体的长度方向之间的夹角为锐角,且所述盖板的上端向靠近所述旋风腔的方向倾斜,所述盖板的下端向远离所述旋风腔的方向倾斜。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述盖板的背离所述尘杯本体的一侧设置有拎手。
根据本申请另一方面实施例的吸尘器,包括:吸尘器机体,上述的尘杯。所述吸尘器机体上设置有吸口、机体第一进风口、机体第二进风口和机体出风口,所述机体第一进风口与所述吸口连通,所述机体第二进风口与所述机体出风口连通;所述尘杯的进气口与所述机体第一进风口连通,所述尘杯的出气口与所述机体第二进风口连通。
进一步地,所述吸尘器机体包括:机体本体和机体引导部,所述吸口和所述机体第一进风口位于所述机体引导部上,所述机体第二进风口和所述机体出风口位于所述机体本体上,所述机体本体和所述机体引导部所围区域为尘杯容纳部,所述尘杯置于所述尘杯容纳部。
进一步地,所述的吸尘器还包括:电机,所述机体本体上设置有电机容纳部,所述电机置于所述电机容纳部,且所述电机位于所述机体第二进风口与所述机体出风口的气流路径上。
进一步地,所述机体第二进风口与所述机体出风口之间设置有过滤组件,所述电机位于所述过滤组件的下游侧。
进一步地,所述机体本体还具有手柄,所述尘杯容纳部位于所述电机容纳部的背离所述手柄的一侧。
进一步地,所述盖板和所述机体本体二者中的其中一个设置有定位凸起,另一个设置有定位凹槽,所述定位凸起适于伸入所述定位凹槽中。
进一步地,所述机体引导部上设置有锁扣转轴,所述尘杯本体的远离所述盖板的一端设置有尘杯本体锁扣,所述尘杯本体锁扣连接所述锁扣转轴处。
进一步地,所述机体引导部上设置有机体锁勾槽,所述尘杯本体的靠近所述盖板的一端设置有尘杯本体锁勾,所述尘杯本体锁勾适于与所述机体锁勾槽锁合或解锁,在所述尘杯本体锁勾与所述机体锁勾槽解锁后,所述尘杯本体锁扣适于绕所述锁扣转轴旋转。
进一步地,所述盖板适于与所述机体本体的朝向所述尘杯容纳部的表面贴合。

下面结合图1-图9详细描述根据本申请实施例的尘杯10。
参照图1-图6所示,尘杯10包括:尘杯本体1、盖板2。
尘杯本体1内具有旋风室围板11,旋风室围板11所围区域内设置有旋风器12,带有灰尘、毛发、纸条和其它杂物的气流进入尘杯本体1后,由旋风室围板11导入旋风器12内做旋转运动,颗粒较大的灰尘和杂物在离心力的作用下与气流分离,毛发和纸条可能会缠绕在旋风器12上。
盖板2与尘杯本体1以可拆卸的方式相连接,且在旋风室围板11与盖板2之间形成旋风腔3,旋风器12在旋风腔3内,也就是说,通过拆卸盖板2可露出旋风器12,方便用户对旋风器12上缠绕的毛发和纸条等杂物进行清理,避免旋风器12被杂物堵塞而影响除尘效果。
根据本申请的尘杯10,盖板2与尘杯本体1以可拆卸的方式相连接,且拆卸盖板2后可露出旋风器12,从而有利于用户清洁缠绕在旋风器12上的毛发和纸条,进而有利于保持旋风器12的除尘效果。
参照图1和图4所示,盖板2包括:盖板本体21和凸出部22,盖板本体21与尘杯本体1可通过卡扣连接,凸出部22与盖板本体21相连,凸出部22位于盖板本体21的朝向尘杯本体1的一侧,且凸出部22与旋风室围板11搭接,以形成旋风腔3。
参照图1和图4所示,凸出部22上设置有与旋风腔3连通的甩灰口23,尘杯本体1内具有集尘室4,集尘室4与旋风腔3通过甩灰口23相连通。
具体地,凸出部22与旋风室围板11搭接后,将尘杯本体1分隔成旋风腔3与集尘室4,旋风腔3位于集尘室4的上方,颗粒较大的灰尘和杂物在旋风腔3内与气流分离,并由甩灰口23进入位于旋风腔3下方的集尘室4,集尘室4用于存放旋风器12排出的灰尘和杂物。
参照图1、图2、图4和图6所示,甩灰口23的背离盖板本体21的一侧设置有引导筋24,引导筋24伸入集尘室4内,以将灰尘和杂物导入集尘室4下方,还可以防止集尘室4内的灰尘窜入旋风腔3,需要说明的是,甩灰口23形成在引导筋24与盖板本体21之间。
参照图1-图4所示,尘杯本体1上设置有进气口13,盖板2上设置有出气口25,进气 口13、出气口25均与旋风腔3连通。
具体地,带有灰尘、毛发、纸条和其它杂物的气流由进气口13进入尘杯本体1的旋风腔3内,经旋风腔3除尘后的气流由出气口25排出尘杯本体1。
参照图1-图6所示,尘杯本体1上设置有出气通道14,出气通道14位于旋风室围板11的外壁与尘杯本体1的内壁之间,出气通道14与旋风腔3连通,且出气通道14与出气口25对齐。
具体地,如图3所示,尘杯本体1上设置有用于间隔集尘室4与出气通道14的间隔板15,以将出气通道14与集尘室4分离开,进而在旋风腔3内经过初步除尘后的气流可通过出气通道14排出。
参照图1所示的实施例,出气通道14平行于尘杯本体1的长度方向设置。
参照图1所示的实施例,盖板2与尘杯本体1的长度方向之间的夹角为锐角,且盖板2的上端向靠近旋风腔3的方向倾斜,盖板的下端向远离旋风腔3的方向倾斜。
参照图1、图2和图5所示,盖板2的背离尘杯本体1的一侧设置有拎手26。
具体地,盖板2与尘杯本体1可以通过卡扣连接,盖板2的背离尘杯本体1的一侧设置有可翻转的拎手26,需要拆卸盖板2时,可将拎手26翻转以便于通过拉动拎手26拆卸盖板2。
参照图1-图9所示,根据本申请另一方面实施例的吸尘器,包括上述实施例的尘杯10,还包括吸尘器机体20。吸尘器机体20上设置有吸口2011、机体第一进风口2012、机体第二进风口2021和机体出风口2022,机体第一进风口2012与吸口2011连通,机体第二进风口2021与机体出风口2022连通。
尘杯10的进气口13与机体第一进风口2012连通,尘杯10的出气口25与机体第二进风口2021连通。
具体地,气流将灰尘、毛发、纸条等杂物吸入吸口2011,然后经机体第一进风口2012进入进气口13,经旋风器12分离大部分灰尘和杂物后,通过出气通道14和出气口25进入机体第二进风口2021,最后由机体出风口2022排出大气。
参照图7和图8所示,吸尘器机体20包括:机体本体202和机体引导部201,机体引导部201可用于引导气流进入尘杯10内,吸口2011和机体第一进风口2012位于机体引导部201上,机体第二进风口2021和机体出风口2022位于机体本体202上,机体本体202和机体引导部201所围区域为尘杯容纳部203,尘杯10置于尘杯容纳部203。
参照图7和图8所示,吸尘器还包括:电机2041,机体本体202上设置有电机容纳部204,电机2041置于电机容纳部204,且电机204位于机体第二进风口2021与机体出风口2022的气流路径上,以通过气流对电机2041进行降温。
具体地,通过电机2041带动叶片高速旋转,在吸尘器机体20内产生空气负压形成气流,进而通过气流将灰尘、毛发、纸条等杂物吸入吸口2011,并由机体出风口2022排出干净的气流。
参照图7和图8所示,机体第二进风口2021与机体出风口2022之间设置有过滤组件205,电机204位于过滤组件205的下游侧。
具体地,过滤组件205用于过滤尘杯10未过滤掉的小颗粒的灰尘和杂物,过滤组件205包括:粗过滤件2051、细过滤件2052和过滤件盖板2053,粗过滤件2051和细过滤件2052上设置有缺口2054,机体第二进风口2021与过滤组件205之间设置有导气管206,导气管206穿过细过滤件2052和粗过滤件2051的缺口2054,导气管206的一端与机体第二进风口2021连通,导气管206的另一端朝向过滤件盖板2053,过滤件盖板2053位于过滤组件205的上端且与吸尘器机体20密封连接,以实现从机体第二进风口2021沿导气管206进入过滤组件205的气流只能由上至下依次经过粗过滤件2051和细过滤件2052,从而有利于防止过滤组件205过滤的灰尘和杂物阻塞机体第二进风口2021,电机204位于过滤组件205的下游侧,从而有利于防止气流带入灰尘进入电机204,进而有利于提升电机204的使用寿命。优选地,过滤组件205为可拆卸结构,从而有利于用户清除过滤组件205内的灰尘。可选地,粗过滤件2051为海绵,细过滤件2052为海帕。
参照图7-图9所示,机体本体202还具有手柄207,以便于拿取使用吸尘器,尘杯容纳部207位于电机容纳部204的背离手柄207的一侧。
进一步地,盖板2和机体本体202二者中的其中一个设置有定位凸起2023,另一个设置有定位凹槽27,参照图5和图7所示的实施例,盖板2上设置有定位凹槽27,吸尘器机体20的机体本体202上设置有定位凸起2023,定位凸起2023适于伸入定位凹槽27中,以将盖板2定位在吸尘器机体20上。
参照图1和图8所示,机体引导部201上设置有锁扣转轴2013,尘杯本体1的远离盖板2的一端设置有尘杯本体锁扣16,尘杯本体锁扣16连接锁扣转轴2013处,以实现尘杯10的一端可转动地与吸尘器机体20连接。
参照图1和图7所示,机体引导部201上设置有机体锁勾槽2024,尘杯本体1的靠近盖板2的一端设置有尘杯本体锁勾17,尘杯本体锁勾17适于与机体锁勾槽2024锁合或解锁,在尘杯本体锁勾17与机体锁勾槽2024锁合时,尘杯10固定在吸尘器机体20上,此时吸尘器可进行吸尘工作。在尘杯本体锁勾17与机体锁勾槽2024解锁后,尘杯本体锁扣16适于绕锁扣转轴2013旋转,以将盖板2露出,进而可通过拆除盖板2清理旋风器12上的毛发、纸条和集尘室4内的灰尘、杂物。
进一步地,盖板2适于与机体本体202的朝向尘杯容纳部203的表面贴合,以实现尘 杯10置于尘杯容纳部203后,尘杯10的出气口25与机体第二进风口2021连通。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种尘杯,其特征在于,包括:
    尘杯本体,所述尘杯本体内具有旋风室围板,所述旋风室围板所围区域内设置有旋风器;
    盖板,所述盖板与所述尘杯本体以可拆卸的方式相连接,且在所述旋风室围板与所述盖板之间形成旋风腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的尘杯,其特征在于,所述盖板包括:盖板本体和凸出部,所述凸出部与所述盖板本体相连,且所述凸出部与所述旋风室围板搭接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的尘杯,其特征在于,所述凸出部上设置有与所述旋风腔连通的甩灰口,所述尘杯本体内具有集尘室,所述集尘室与所述旋风腔通过所述甩灰口相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的尘杯,其特征在于,所述甩灰口的背离所述盖板本体的一侧设置有引导筋,所述引导筋伸入所述集尘室内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的尘杯,其特征在于,所述尘杯本体上设置有进气口,所述盖板上设置有出气口,所述进气口、所述出气口均与所述旋风腔连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的尘杯,其特征在于,所述尘杯本体上设置有出气通道,所述出气通道位于所述旋风室围板的外壁与所述尘杯本体的内壁之间,所述出气通道与所述旋风腔连通,且所述出气通道与所述出气口对齐。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的尘杯,其特征在于,所述出气通道平行于所述尘杯本体的长度方向设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的尘杯,其特征在于,所述盖板与所述尘杯本体的长度方向之间的夹角为锐角,且所述盖板的上端向靠近所述旋风腔的方向倾斜,所述盖板的下端向远离所述旋风腔的方向倾斜。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的尘杯,其特征在于,所述盖板的背离所述尘杯本体的一侧设置有拎手。
  10. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
    吸尘器机体,所述吸尘器机体上设置有吸口、机体第一进风口、机体第二进风口和机体出风口,所述机体第一进风口与所述吸口连通,所述机体第二进风口与所述机体出风口连通;
    权利要求1-9中任一项所述的尘杯,所述尘杯的进气口与所述机体第一进风口连通,所述尘杯的出气口与所述机体第二进风口连通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸尘器机体包括:机体本体和 机体引导部,所述吸口和所述机体第一进风口位于所述机体引导部上,所述机体第二进风口和所述机体出风口位于所述机体本体上,所述机体本体和所述机体引导部所围区域为尘杯容纳部,所述尘杯置于所述尘杯容纳部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,还包括:电机,所述机体本体上设置有电机容纳部,所述电机置于所述电机容纳部,且所述电机位于所述机体第二进风口与所述机体出风口的气流路径上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述机体第二进风口与所述机体出风口之间设置有过滤组件,所述电机位于所述过滤组件的下游侧。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述机体本体还具有手柄,所述尘杯容纳部位于所述电机容纳部的背离所述手柄的一侧。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述盖板和所述机体本体二者中的其中一个设置有定位凸起,另一个设置有定位凹槽,所述定位凸起适于伸入所述定位凹槽中。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述机体引导部上设置有锁扣转轴,所述尘杯本体的远离所述盖板的一端设置有尘杯本体锁扣,所述尘杯本体锁扣连接所述锁扣转轴处。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述机体引导部上设置有机体锁勾槽,所述尘杯本体的靠近所述盖板的一端设置有尘杯本体锁勾,所述尘杯本体锁勾适于与所述机体锁勾槽锁合或解锁,在所述尘杯本体锁勾与所述机体锁勾槽解锁后,所述尘杯本体锁扣适于绕所述锁扣转轴旋转。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述盖板适于与所述机体本体的朝向所述尘杯容纳部的表面贴合。
