- 一种复合型升控温一体式发热元件,其特征在于,所述发热元件(1)包括:发热体(4),其通过两种不同导电材料在焊接点(3)处焊接而成为一体,所述发热元件(1)上未设置除所述发热体(4)以外的测温元件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发热元件,其特征在于,所述两种不同导电材料包括:两种不同金属、两种不同合金、或者两种材料中一种为金属另一种为合金。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发热元件,其特征在于,所述发热元件(1)的形状包括片状结构、棒状结构、或杯状结构,所述发热体(4)设置在所述片状结构、棒状结构、或杯状结构的中空内部或者外壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发热元件,其特征在于,所述发热元件(1)还包括:外壳(2);其中,所述外壳(2)具有中空腔体;所述发热体(4)设置在所述外壳1的中空腔体内;所述发热体(4)末端具有露出所述外壳(2)的2个发热线路引脚(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发热元件,其特征在于,所述发热体(4)的结构包括一段螺旋缠绕结构或分段螺旋缠绕结构,或者为折线式结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发热元件,其特征在于,所述发热体(4)的两种不同导电材料组合包括以下三种:铂铑合金和铂、镍铬合金和镍硅合金、镍铬硅合金和镍硅合金。
- 根据权利要求4所述的发热元件,其特征在于,所述外壳(2)的中空腔体内壁具有绝缘层。
- 根据权利要求4所述的发热元件,其特征在于,所述外壳(2)材料选自陶瓷、金属、金属氧化物、或合金。
- 一种复合型升控温一体式发热元件的控温方法,其特征在于,将权利要求1所述的发热元件(1)通过其上的2个发热线路引脚(6)电连接到电路控制装置的正负极,所述控温方法包括以下步骤:步骤A:调节所述电路控制装置,使其供给所述发热元件(1)第一电压V 0,此时所述发热体(4)有电流通过,所述发热体(4)升温发热作为发热体,实现温度控制;步骤B:调节所述电路控制装置,停止供给所述发热元件(1)电压,此时,所述发热体(4)作为热电偶测温传感器,对所述发热元件(1)的温度进行检测, 实现温度检测。
- 根据权利要求9所述的控温方法,其特征在于,在一定时间内,通过电路控制装置周期性调节供给所述发热体(4)的电压,周期性实现所述温度控制和所述温度检测过程。
