A presente invenção refere-se a uma sobretampa metálica com travas, compreendendo borda achatada com uma pluralidade de segmentos para travamentos com borda arredondada, sendo aplicada em embalagens com tampas, que faz o fechamento e garante a hermeticidade da embalagem, permitindo a retampagem e garantindo a vida útil do produto envasado apos a abertura da tampa primaria em embalagens de diferentes tipos de materiais, como por exemplo: ago, alumínio, fibralata, plástico, entre outros.

SOBRETAMPA METÁLICA COM TRAVAS
FUNDAMENTOS DA INVENÇÃO
[01] A presente invenção refere-se a uma sobretampa metálica com travas, sendo aplicada em embalagens com tampas, que faz o fechamento e garante a hermeticidade da embalagem, permitindo a retampagem e garantindo a vida útil do produto envasado após a abertura da tampa primária em embalagens de diferentes tipos de materiais, como por exemplo: aço, alumínio, fibralata, plástico, entre outros.
[02] A presente invenção é uma harmonização dos pedidos de patente que compõe a como prioridades unionistas BR 102020001640-7 e BR 202020001664-0.
[03] Onde BR 102020001640-7 reivindica a SOBRETAMPA METÁLICA COM TRAVAS e BR 202020001664-0 reivindica a CONFIGURAÇÃO APLICADA EM SOBRETAMPA METÁLICA.
ESTADO DA TÉCNICA
[04] São conhecidos do estado da técnica alguns documentos que abordam este assunto, como por exemplo, o PI 9900361-9 depositado em 29/01/1999 e nomeado “Recipiente com corpo metálico e anel da tampa e sobretampa plásticos” que se refere a uma embalagem adequada principalmente para o segmento alimentício, composta por um corpo confeccionado em folha-de-flandres, folha cromada ou chapa preta provido de um canal côncavo, no qual fixar-se-á no seu lado interno um anel plástico que recebe o selo de vedação formando a tampa inviolável, e uma sobretampa encaixando-se externamente ao canal côncavo do corpo, tendo como função o fechamento do recipiente após o rompimento do selo de vedação.
SUMÁRIO DA INVENÇÃO
[05] A sobretampa é produzida em folha metálica por processo de estampagem, conformando-se um disco de metal, onde na extremidade do disco o material é enrolado. O cordão formado na extremidade periférica da sobretampa é parcialmente amassado (3) de forma segmentada ao longo da borda da sobretampa, fazendo com que os trechos preservados do cordão constituam travas (1) que garantem a fixação das tampas sobre a borda da recravação superior (9), porém, no processo de estampagem o disco poderá receber rebaixos ou protuberâncias para que a face superior da sobretampa se encaixe no fundo da embalagem (6) e assim otimizando o empilhamento do produto ou para reforço estrutural.
[06] Após a estampagem, um vedante é adicionado na face interior da sobretampa, na região que ficará em contato com a borda de recravação superior (9) com o corpo da embalagem (5) com a finalidade de fazer a vedação da embalagem e assim garantindo melhor preservação do produto após a abertura da tampa primária (4).
[07] O vedante adotado é do tipo plastisol ou semelhante, aplicado na periferia da face inferior da sobretampa, na região onde a mesma toca a parte superior da recravação (9) do corpo da embalagem (5), potencializando a vedação da sobretampa e podendo ser aplicado em diferentes tipos de tampa: sealed safe, easy-open, etc.

[018] A presente sobretampa compreende borda achatada (3) com uma pluralidade de segmentos para travamentos (1) com borda arredondada (2), encaixando-se no corpo da embalagem (5) devido ao atrito entre as bordas arredondadas (2) dos segmentos de travamento (1) e a borda de recravação superior (9) e o corpo da embalagem (5).
[019] A adoção do amassamento parcial do cordão da sobretampa produz recessos em trechos segmentados ao longo da borda da mesma, conferindo certa flexibilidade à tampa metálica, tornando-a capaz de se ajustar a diversos diâmetros decorrentes das tolerâncias de um processo padronizado de recravação.
[020] Após a retirada da tampa primária (4) esta sobretampa metálica permite a retampagem da embalagem, garantindo a vida útil do produto envasado após a abertura da tampa primária (4).
[021] Para chegar neste resultado a sobretampa é fabricada através do processo de estampagem, enrolando as bordas do disco de chapa metálica, resultando em um acabamento arredondado (2), seguido pelo amassamento (3) de forma segmentada ao longo da borda da tampa, fazendo com que os trechos preservados do cordão (1) constituam travas para a fixação da sobretampa sobre a borda da recravação do corpo da embalagem (5).

1. SOBRETAMPA METÁLICA COM TRAVAS, utilizada sobre a tampa primária (4), permitindo a retampagem da embalagem após a abertura desta, caracterizado por compreender borda achatada (3) com uma pluralidade de segmentos para travamentos (1) com borda arredondada (2), encaixando-se no corpo da embalagem (5) devido ao atrito entre as bordas arredondadas (2) do segmentos de travamento (1) e a borda de recravação superior (9) e o corpo da embalagem (5).
2. SOBRETAMPA METÁLICA COM TRAVAS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por compreender rebaixos ou protuberâncias para que a face superior da sobretampa se encaixe no fundo da embalagem (6).
3. SOBRETAMPA METÁLICA COM TRAVAS, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada por compreender um vedante, do tipo plastisol ou semelhante, na face interior da sobretampa, na região que ficará em contato com a borda de recravação superior (9) com o corpo da embalagem (5), sendo aplicado na periferia da face inferior da sobretampa, na região onde a mesma toca a parte superior da recravação (9) do corpo da embalagem (5).

PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE SOBRETAMPA METÁLICA COM TRAVAS, fabricada a partir de um disco de chapa metálica por processo de estampagem, caracterizado por enrolar as bordas do disco de chapa metálica, resultando em um acabamento arredondado (2), seguido pelo amassamento (3) de forma segmentada ao longo da borda da tampa, fazendo com que os trechos preservados do cordão (1) constituam travas para a fixação da sobretampa sobre a borda da recravação superior (9) do corpo da embalagem (5).
