Claims (6)
- 本発明の釘先ガイド具8は、エアー釘打ち機1より各種釘6を打ち出す通路を構成するノーズ部5の先端部に取り付けて使用する物であり、その構造は図2の断面図にて図示しているように、漏斗状容器部材9の傾斜底面12中央部に複数のガイドピース14が寄り集まったとき、その上面の中央部にすり鉢状の窪み17が形成されるように成形したガイドピースを用いた上、そのガイドピース上面の外周部に設けた凸形Fをドーナツ状のプレスボード16の下面に放射状に設けた凹形レールLに嵌め込んだ上、プレスボードの上面に設けたコイルバネ受け用の円形溝Yと、漏斗状容器部材9の蓋部材10の下面に設けたコイルバネ受け用の円形溝Pの双方に、拡張弾性を有するコイルバネ15を嵌め込むと共に、漏斗状容器部材の蓋部材10と漏斗状容器部材9とを、双方に設けた螺子6により取り付けた上、釘打ち機1のノーズ部5の先端外周部に設けている螺子に対応するように、漏斗状容器部材の蓋部材10に設けた螺子11で以て、釘打ち機1と釘先ガイド具8とを接合させることにより、ノーズ5より傾いた姿勢で打ち出された打ち込み釘6の先端をすり鉢状の窪み17の中央部へ導くと共に、その位置にてなお押し込むことにより、複数のガイドピースが左右へ押し拡げられると共に、打ち込み釘の釘軸部を挟み囲む状態となることによって、釘の姿勢を真直に正す効果が得られる機構を設けたことを特徴とする釘打ち機の釘先ガイド具。
- 漏斗状容器部材9の傾斜底面部12の傾斜角は概ね45°とし、複数のガイドピースの個数は3ピースとする、請求項1に記載の釘打ち機の釘先ガイド具。
- 複数のガイドピースが中央部に寄り集まって形成された、すり鉢状の窪みの中央の底部から複数のガイドピースの下端部に至るまで、使用される釘の軸径より小径の貫通穴24が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の釘打ち機の釘先ガイド具。
- ガイドピースが中央にて集合された状態において、集合したガイドピースの下端部は円錐形となると共に、漏斗状容器部材9の下端部より円錐形部23が突き出ていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れかに記載の釘打ち機の釘先ガイド具。
- ガイドピースが中央にて集合された状態において、その集合したガイドピースの下端部が漏斗状容器部材9の下端部と同じか、それよりも上に引き込んでいる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の釘打ち機の釘先ガイド具。
- 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の釘先ガイド具をエアー釘打機のノーズ部に取り付けた釘先ガイド具付き釘打ち機。
