Claims (10)
- 배터리 모듈에 있어서,적어도 하나의 배터리 셀;상기 적어도 하나의 배터리 셀을 수용하는 모듈 케이스; 및상기 모듈 케이스 내부에 관통 장착되며, 소화제를 구비하는 소화 탱크 유닛과 연결되어 상기 적어도 하나의 배터리 셀의 열 폭주나 화재 발생 시, 상기 모듈 케이스 내부에 상기 소화제를 직접적으로 분사시키는 소화 유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소화 유닛은,상기 모듈 케이스의 단부 일측에서 상기 모듈 케이스 내부를 향해 관통되어 상기 모듈 케이스의 길이 방향을 따라 길게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 소화 유닛은,상기 모듈 케이스의 후면 일측에서 상기 모듈 케이스 내부를 향해 관통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 소화 유닛은,내부 유로가 형성되고, 상기 소화 탱크 유닛과 연결되며, 상기 모듈 케이스에 관통되어 상기 모듈 케이스의 길이 방향을 따라 길게 배치되는 유닛 본체; 및상기 유닛 본체에 구비되며, 상기 모듈 케이스 내부의 배터리 셀 측으로 상기 소화제를 분사하기 위한 적어도 하나의 분사 노즐;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 분사 노즐은,복수 개로 구비되며,상기 복수 개의 분사 노즐은,상기 모듈 케이스의 길이 방향을 따라 상호 소정 거리 이격 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 분사 노즐은,상기 유닛 본체와 연결되며, 상기 소화제의 분사를 위한 분사홀이 마련되는 노즐 본체; 및상기 노즐 본체에 구비되며, 상기 유닛 본체의 내부 유로를 밀폐할 수 있게 상기 분사홀을 커버하도록 구성되되 상기 모듈 케이스 내부가 소정 온도 이상의 내부 가스에 노출될 경우, 적어도 일부분이 파손되어 상기 내부 유로와 상기 분사홀을 개방하도록 구성된 유리 벌브;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 분사 노즐은,상기 유닛 본체와 수직하게 배치되며, 상기 적어도 하나의 배터리 셀을 마주 하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소화제는,물로 구비되는 소화수인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 따른 적어도 하나의 배터리 모듈; 및상기 적어도 하나의 배터리 모듈을 수용하는 랙 케이스;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 랙.
- 제9항에 따른 적어도 하나의 배터리 랙;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 저장 장치.
