Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sound reproduction technology that can be used in an audio system installed in a seat of an aircraft or an automobile.
- Non-Patent Document 1 Conventionally, users have used earphones and headphones to watch movies and music on an aircraft (see Non-Patent Document 1). This is because when the speaker is used, the reproduced sound reaches the vicinity of the user, which causes annoyance to other users.
- wearing earphones and headphones can be a hassle for users.
- some users do not like to wear it because their hairstyle is disturbed.
- wearing earphones or headphones for a long time may make the user feel tired.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a speaker system that reproduces sounds that cannot be heard by surrounding users without using earphones, headphones, or a large-scale speaker array.
- N is an integer of 1 or more
- the nth speaker unit pair (n ) including the second n-1 acoustic signal and the speaker unit (hereinafter referred to as a negative speaker unit) that emits a sound based on the second n acoustic signal which is an acoustic signal having the opposite phase. 1,..., N) is included.
- N is an integer of 1 or more
- a speaker unit that emits sound based on (hereinafter referred to as a positive speaker unit) and the above-mentioned sound that emits sound based on the 2n-1 high frequency signal, which is a high frequency signal generated from the 2n-1 acoustic signal.
- the nth unit (hereinafter referred to as a negative speaker unit) and the nth including the tweeter attached to the negative speaker unit that emits a sound based on the second n high frequency signal which is a high frequency signal generated from the second n acoustic signal.
- N is an integer of 1 or more
- a speaker system that emits sound based on the 2N-1 acoustic signal so that it can be heard only in the vicinity, and is a low-frequency signal generated from the 2n-1 acoustic signal.

- the sound is picked up by a microphone located 100 cm from the back and sides.
- the curve at a position of 5 cm or 2 cm from the front is located near the speaker or the like, so that the gain is very large. Therefore, in order to make it easier to see, the curve at the position of 5 cm from the front is plotted at -25 dB from the three curves at the position of 100 cm.
- the curve at a position 2 cm from the front is plotted at -32 dB. Comparing FIGS. 9 and 10, when the speaker is used, there is almost no difference between the four curves, while when the speaker unit is used, the curve at a position 5 cm from the front and the other three curves. It can be seen that there is a difference between them. This difference is more pronounced in the lower frequencies. Further, when comparing FIGS. 11 and 12, it can be seen that the speaker unit pair has a larger difference between the curve at the position 2 cm from the front and the other three curves than the speaker unit.

Abstract
