作为改进,所述折叠驱动装置包括相对于床腿能上下移动的架体,竖向固定在架体的中部并从架体的底面中部向下延伸出的导向杆和能沿导向杆上下移动的滑动座,与每条床腿活动相连接的上连杆与下连杆的另一端分别通过上转动轴销与下转动轴销与架体对应位置转动相连接,所述滑动座通过传动杆与对应下连杆活动相连接。
进一步改进,所述传动杆的下端通过下传动轴销与滑动座的相应侧面转动相连接,而所述传动杆的上端通过上传动轴销与下连杆转动相连接。
进一步改进,在所述架体上还设置有当床体完全打开后能保持打开状态的锁定机构;所述锁定机构包括解锁拉杆和锁定片,所述解锁拉杆能上下移动地置于导向杆的内腔中,所述架体的中心设置上下贯穿的竖向通孔,所述导向杆穿置固定于架体的竖向通孔中,所述导向杆的顶面与架体顶面相平齐, 而导向杆的下端从架体的底面向下延伸出,在所述架体的顶面上设置有解锁拉杆的解锁结构,所述锁定片位于解锁拉杆的内腔中,当所述折叠驱动装置向下移动至最低位置而完全展开床体时,所述锁定片能经过解锁拉杆与导向杆的对应侧面中伸出而与滑动座底面相支撑而锁定,当床体需要折叠而解锁时通过解锁结构带动锁定片缩回到解锁拉杆的内腔中而与滑动座脱离,能使滑动座向下移动而解锁。

作为改进,所述护杆包括能与对应床腿顶部活动相连接的左杆体与右杆体以及位于左杆体与右杆体之间且能折叠左杆体与右杆体的折叠部,所述折叠部包括壳体、位于壳体内腔中部的弹性定位体以及位于弹性定位体左侧的左转动部和位于弹性定位体右侧的右转动部,所述左杆体的右部伸入到壳体的左部内腔中与壳体能转动地连接在一起,所述左杆体的右端与左转动部传动相连接,所述左转动部与左侧床腿底座中延伸上来的拉绳相连接,所述右杆体的左部伸入到壳体右部内腔中与壳体能转动地连接在一起,所述右杆体的左端与右转动部传动相连接,所述右转动部与右侧床腿底座中延伸上来的拉绳相连接。
进一步改进,每个转动部包括转动块和定位块,所述转动块的中部通过转动块轴销转动地连接在对应壳体内腔中,所述转动块的一端与定位块的一端活动相连接,所述定位块的另一端与对应左杆体或右杆体的端部转动相连接,在所述定位块上设置有能与弹性定位体相顶触的定位凸部。
进一步改进,所述定位块由两片形状相同的定位片体组成,两片定位片体对称设置,且两片定位片体的一端将对应的转动块的一端夹于其中并通过 转轴能相对活动地连接在一起,所述两片定位片体的另一端将对应的左杆体或右杆体的端部夹于其中并通过片体轴销相互转动连接在一起,相应拉绳的一端绕过对应转动块的圆弧形侧壁与转轴连接在一起。
进一步改进,所述弹性定位体包括挤压弹簧、能与定位凸部相顶触的挤压杆,在所述弹性定位体上设置有两个放置相应挤压弹簧的弹簧腔,置于弹簧腔中的挤压弹簧的一端分别顶触在对应的弹簧腔底面中,而挤压弹簧的另一端分别与对应的挤压杆顶触在一起,与挤压弹簧相应位置的壳体侧壁上分别设置有限位腰形通孔,所述挤压杆穿置于对应的限位腰形通孔中,当所述护杆展开时,所述挤压杆能与定位块上的定位凸部支撑在一起,此时,对应一组的片体轴销、转轴、转动块轴销三点连线从上向下位于一条直线上,当所述护杆折叠时,所述挤压杆推动定位凸部使转轴解锁,所述定位块转动而使挤压杆与定位凸部相分离。
进一步改进,在左杆体下方的拉绳上连接有左拉绳弹簧,所述左拉绳弹簧的一端与左转动块上的拉绳外端相连接,所述左拉绳弹簧的另一端通过拉绳向下穿过左边床腿的内腔与相应底座中的传动机构相连接在一起,在右杆体下方的拉绳上连接有右拉绳弹簧,所述右拉绳弹簧的一端与右转动块上的拉绳外端相连接,所述右拉绳弹簧的另一端通过拉绳向下穿过右边床腿的内腔与相应底座中的传动机构相连接在一起;所述拉绳与折叠部相连接的最低端要低于拉绳伸入到对应床腿内腔中的伸入点位置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:通过对上连杆与下连杆两端连接点的定义而构成四连杆机构,该四连杆机构具有驱动床腿倾斜的功能。下压折叠驱动装置使床体展开,在床体展开初期,床腿上端的展开幅度大于床腿下端的展开幅度,床腿向外侧倾斜,使得床体的上部围栏率先展开,继续下压折叠驱动装置,下连杆驱动传动机构进而与拉绳相联动实现对护杆的锁定,在此过程中,床腿下端继续展开至正常使用状态;上提折叠驱动装置,下连杆对传动机构失去驱动力,弹性定位体推动对应的转动部转动而使折叠部解锁,继续上提折叠驱动装置,使床体完全折叠。本发明通过简单的四连杆机构和传动机构实现一键打开、一键折叠床体,且该机构的零件简单、可靠易制造。在床体完全展开时,传动机构的传动辊顶触在下连杆的弧形端部的下弧面上,传动辊对下连杆起到锁定作用,避免架体拱起,而使整个底架平整。

本发明的较佳实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1至图29所示,本实施例的便携式儿童游戏床,包括四条床腿1和置于床底中部能折叠和展开床体的折叠驱动装置,在相邻两条床腿1之间的顶部分别设置有中部能折叠的护杆12,护杆12两端分别与对应的床腿1顶部活动相连接,在每条床腿1的底部设置有通过连杆与折叠驱动装置活动相连接的连接机构,连杆由上下排列的上连杆21和下连杆31组成,连接机构包括底座2、设置于底座2内腔中的传动机构,上连杆21的一端伸入到底座2的上部内腔22中并由上轴销221能转动地与底座2相连接,上连杆21的另一端由上转动轴销222与折叠驱动装置中的架体6转动相连接,下连杆31一端伸入到底座2的下部内腔23中由下轴销231与底座2转动相连接,且伸入到底座2下部内腔23中的下连杆端部与传动机构联动在一起,下轴销231位于上轴销221的下方与底座2转动相连接,下连杆31的另一端由下转动轴销232与架体6转动相连接。
第一种传动机构为摆动块3,摆动块3通过摆动轴37能摆动地设置于底 座2的下部内腔23中,下轴销231设置于摆动块3右上方位置的底座内腔中,在摆动块3上设置有能与下连杆端部相顶触而能推动摆动块3向左摆动的传动辊34以及能与拉绳4相连接的连接轴36,摆动轴37设置于下轴销231左下方的摆动块3下部位置上,与拉绳4相连接的连接轴36固定于摆动轴37的左边。摆动块3由两片摆动片组成,两片摆动片通过摆动片连接柱35固定在一起。
在床体折叠状态时,传动辊34位于摆动轴37的右边,见图10所示,传动辊34、连接轴36分别位于摆动块3的空腔中,位于底座内腔中的下连杆端部伸入到摆动块3的空腔中,伸入到摆动块3空腔中的下连杆端部呈弧形端部32,当儿童游戏床完全展开而使下连杆31的另一端向下移动至最低端时,下连杆31的弧形端部32的底端与传动辊34支撑在一起,当儿童游戏床逐渐收起而折叠时,下连杆31的弧形端部32的端面绕传动辊34远离传动辊轴心移动,直至架体6上移至最高端时,弧形端部32的一侧边与传动辊34支撑在一起。传动辊34由穿置连接在两片摆动片上的定位轴销33和能转动地套置在摆动块内腔中的定位轴销33上的传动轮341组成,传动轮341的侧壁能与弧面端部32相顶触;连接轴36的两端分别穿置固定于左右平行设置的两片摆动片上,拉绳4与套环相连接,而套环套置在连接轴36上。当儿童游戏床完全展开时,传动辊34顶触在下连杆的弧形端部的下弧面上,传动辊34对下连杆31起到锁定作用,避免架体拱起,而使整个底架平整。所述下 连杆的弧形端部呈椭圆形,当儿童游戏床完全展开时,所述传动辊经过椭圆形弧形端部的曲面而顶触在椭圆形弧形端部的下弧面上。
如图17所示,第二种传动机构包括第一摆动连杆301和第二摆动连杆302,第一摆动连杆301和第二摆动连杆302一端以″人″形折叠并通过活动销304能相对转动地连接在一起,第一摆动连杆301的另一端通过转动销与下连杆31的端部转动相连接,而第二摆动连杆302的另一端通过定位销轴与底座2活动连接在一起,伸入到底座2中的拉绳4与活动销304连接在一起。第一摆动连杆301由前杆片与后杆片组成,前杆片固定于支撑架303的一侧面上,后杆片固定于支撑架303的另一侧面上,第二摆动连杆302由前杆体和后杆体组成,前杆体的后侧壁贴合在前杆片的前侧壁上,后杆体的前侧壁贴合在后杆片的后侧壁上,活动销304将前杆片、后杆片、前杆体和后杆体的一端串在一起而活动连接在一起,前杆片和后杆片的另一端通过转动销与下连杆31的弧形端部32串置在一起而活动地连接在一起,前杆体和后杆体的的另一端通过定位销轴串置在一起而与底座2活动连接在一起。当儿童折叠床完全展开时,转动销位于活动销304与下轴销231连线的上方,从而锁定儿童折叠床。在展开过程中,下连杆31的端部向上抬起,带动第一摆动连杆301和第二摆动连杆302转动,活动销304向下运动,将拉绳4向下拉紧;反之,拉绳4被放松。当儿童折叠床完全展开时,转动销位于活动销304与下轴销231连线的上方,对下连杆31起到锁定作用,避免架体拱起,而使整 个底架平整。
如图18所示,第三种传动机构为摆块305,摆块305下部通过摆动轴37能摆动地设置于底座2的下部内腔23中,下轴销231设置于摆动轴37右上方位置的底座内腔上,在摆块305上设置有能与下连杆31的弧形端部32相顶触而能推动摆块305左右摆动的辊体340,拉绳4与位于下连杆端部侧面位置的辊体340相连接,在位于摆动轴37右边且位于下轴销231下方位置的底座内腔中设置有拉绳4的支撑轮306,与辊体340相连接的拉绳4绕过支撑轮306,再绕过摆动轴37而向上伸入至床腿1的内腔中。摆动轴37上能转动地套置有转动辊,拉绳4与套环相连接,套环套置于摆块305的辊体340上,且拉绳4绕过支撑轮306再绕过转动辊而向上伸入至床腿1的内腔中。辊体340与下连杆端部可以采用第一种传动机构相似的设计以获得锁定效果,图18中所示即为与第一种传动机构下连杆相似的结构及锁定时的顶触位置。结合本附图和第一种传动机构的具体结构即可得到相应结构,故不再详细描述。上连杆21上的上轴销221与上转动轴销222两点之间的距离要小于下连杆31上的下轴销231与下转动轴销232两点之间的距离。底座2的底部设置有方便床腿1来回移动的滚轮25。下部内腔23的底部设置有第三凹腔24,滚轮25位于第三凹腔24中。
折叠驱动装置包括相对于床腿1能上下移动的架体6,竖向固定在架体6的中部并从架体6的底面中部向下延伸出的导向杆61和能沿导向杆61上下 移动的滑动座7,与每条床腿活动相连接的上连杆21与下连杆31的另一端分别通过上转动轴销222与下转动轴销232与架体6对应位置转动相连接,滑动座7通过传动杆38与对应下连杆31活动相连接。传动杆38的下端通过下传动轴销224与滑动座7的相应侧面转动相连接,而传动杆38的上端通过上传动轴销223与下连杆31转动相连接,当儿童游戏床完全展开时,上传动轴销223位于上转动轴销222与下传动轴销224连线上,或,上传动轴销223位于上转动轴销222与下传动轴销224连线的上方或下方。下连杆31的另一端由下转动轴销232与架体6转动相连接,且下转动轴销232在架体6上的定位点位于虚拟点A的右斜上方且低于上转动轴销222高度的位置,虚拟点A是与上轴销221、上转动轴销222、下轴销231三点一起连接构成的平行四边形的第四点位置。下转动轴销232的定位点与虚拟点A的连线与水平线之间的夹角a为45°。
在架体6上还设置有当床体完全打开后能保持打开状态的锁定机构;锁定机构包括解锁拉杆64和锁定片,解锁拉杆64能上下移动地置于导向杆61的内腔中,架体6的中心设置上下贯穿的竖向通孔62,导向杆61穿置固定于架体6的竖向通孔62中,导向杆61的顶面与架体顶面相平齐,而导向杆61的下端从架体6的底面向下延伸出,在架体6的顶面上设置有解锁拉杆64的解锁结构,锁定片位于解锁拉杆64的内腔中,当折叠驱动装置向下移动至最低位置而完全展开床体时,锁定片能经过解锁拉杆64与导向杆61的对应 侧面中伸出而与滑动座7底面相支撑而锁定,当床体需要折叠而解锁时通过解锁结构带动锁定片缩回到解锁拉杆64的内腔中而与滑动座7脱离,能使滑动座7向下移动而解锁。

护杆12包括能与对应床腿1顶部活动相连接的左杆体12a与右杆体12b以及位于左杆体12a与右杆体12b之间且能折叠左杆体12a与右杆体12b的折叠部,折叠部包括壳体8、位于壳体8内腔中部的弹性定位体9以及位于弹性定位体9左侧的左转动部和位于弹性定位体9右侧的右转动部,左杆体12a的右部伸入到壳体的左部内腔中与壳体能转动地连接在一起,左杆体12a的右端与左转动部传动相连接,左转动部与左侧床腿底座中延伸上来的拉绳4相连接,右杆体12b的左部伸入到壳体右部内腔中与壳体能转动地连接在一起,右杆体12b的左端与右转动部传动相连接,右转动部与右侧床腿底座中延伸上来的拉绳4相连接。
每个转动部包括转动块81和定位块82,转动块81的中部通过转动块轴销812转动地连接在对应壳体内腔中,转动块81的一端与定位块82的一端活动相连接,定位块82的另一端与对应左杆体12a或右杆体12b的端部转动相连接,在定位块82上设置有能与弹性定位体9相顶触的定位凸部821。
定位块82由两片形状相同的定位片体组成,两片定位片体对称设置,且 两片定位片体的一端将对应的转动块81的一端夹于其中并通过转轴84能相对活动地连接在一起,两片定位片体的另一端将对应的左杆体12a或右杆体12b的端部夹于其中并通过片体轴销813相互转动连接在一起,相应拉绳4的一端绕过对应转动块81的圆弧形侧壁与转轴84连接在一起。
弹性定位体9包括挤压弹簧91、能与定位凸部821相顶触的挤压杆92,在弹性定位体9上设置有两个放置相应挤压弹簧91的弹簧腔93,置于弹簧腔93中的挤压弹簧91的一端分别顶触在对应的弹簧腔93底面中,而挤压弹簧91的另一端分别与对应的挤压杆92顶触在一起,与挤压弹簧91相应位置的壳体侧壁上分别设置有限位腰形通孔83,挤压杆92穿置于对应的限位腰形通孔83中,当护杆12展开时,挤压杆92能与定位块82上的定位凸部821支撑在一起,此时,对应一组的片体轴销813、转轴84、转动块轴销812三点连线从上向下位于一条直线上,当护杆12折叠时,挤压杆92推动定位凸部821使转轴84解锁,定位块82转动而使挤压杆92与定位凸部821相分离。与弹簧腔93对应的弹性定位体9的侧壁上设置有能容纳相应挤压杆92的侧壁缺口94。在转动块81的圆弧形侧壁上间隔设置有能卡入相应拉绳4的钩状凸起811。在转动块81的圆弧形侧面上设置有能嵌入对应拉绳4的限位槽814,对应拉绳4的绳体位于限位槽814中。
在左杆体12a下方的拉绳4上连接有左拉绳弹簧41,左拉绳弹簧41的一端与左转动块上的拉绳4外端相连接,左拉绳弹簧41的另一端通过拉绳向 下穿过左边床腿1的内腔与相应底座2中的传动机构相连接在一起,在右杆体12b下方的拉绳4上连接有右拉绳弹簧,右拉绳弹簧的一端与右转动块上的拉绳4外端相连接,右拉绳弹簧的另一端通过拉绳向下穿过右边床腿1的内腔与相应底座2中的传动机构相连接在一起;拉绳4与折叠部相连接的最低端B要低于拉绳4伸入到对应床腿内腔中的伸入点C位置。钢丝绳倾斜设置,使拉绳4对折叠部具有向上的提升作用,这样使位于护杆中部的折叠部更容易打开,并且拉绳4对折叠部有一个向上的分力,具有提升作用。
床腿1为中空结构,拉绳4伸入床腿1并从床腿1上部侧壁的开口中伸出而与护杆12中部相连接。在儿童游戏床完全展开时,所述上连杆21与下连杆31之间的夹角为1.5~4°。在架体6上设置有能相对架体6转动的辅助支撑杆601,辅助支撑杆601呈L形,当床腿1完全打开时,L形的辅助支撑杆601的端部顶触在地面上。拉绳4的另一端经过床腿内腔并在床腿上部的内腔中穿出与折叠部连接在一起。传动机构通过拉绳4能与儿童游戏床顶部的护杆12中部的折叠部相连接,弧形端部32为椭圆形端部。
在儿童游戏床的床腿顶部设置有连接座5,连接座5的俯视投影呈″L″形,在连接座5左右两边上设置有能与左护杆和右护杆对应端部伸入而活动相连接的左凹槽51和右凹槽52,左护杆能在左凹槽51中上下摆动,而右护杆能在右凹槽52中上下摆动,在位于连接座内腔位置的床腿1的侧壁上开有两个等高、间隔设置的侧壁通孔11,在左侧壁通孔上卡扣有左导线块53,在 左导线块53的顶部设置有能活动地嵌入从左凹槽51中穿入再穿过左侧壁通孔而伸入床腿内腔至床腿底部的拉绳4的左引线槽55,在右侧壁通孔上卡扣有右导线块54,在右导线块54的顶部设置有能活动地嵌入从右凹槽52中穿入再穿过左侧壁通孔而伸入床腿内腔至床腿底部的拉绳4的右引线槽。左导线块53的左右两面上凸设有能与左凹槽51位置的连接座5相应内壁卡槽56相卡扣固定的左凸耳57,右导线块54的左右两面上凸设有能与右凹槽52位置的连接座5相应内壁卡槽56相卡扣固定的右凸耳。在连接座5的内腔折角处竖向设置有套插腔,床腿1的顶部穿插于套插腔中与连接座5固定在一起。
左护杆通过左转动轴与连接座5转动相连接,右护杆通过右转动轴与连接座5转动相连接。在连接座5的折角内外侧面上设置有能通过螺栓横向穿过或通过螺钉横向插入到连接座内腔中能与床腿顶部增强固定牢度的螺栓孔或螺孔。左引线槽55的槽底面呈圆弧形的圆弧槽,右引线槽的槽底面亦呈圆弧形的圆弧槽。连接座5是由塑料一次性注塑而成的整体结构。
工业实用性
工作原理:在儿童游戏床处于折叠状态时,按压折叠驱动装置而向下移动,由上、下连杆构成的四连杆机构驱动床腿向外侧移动过程中逐渐使床腿向外侧倾斜,形成床腿顶部展开快而床腿底部展开慢的倾斜式展开,下连杆的弧形端部32推动传动辊34使摆动块3以逆时针方向摆动,带动连接轴36向下作弧形移动而使拉绳4向下拉动,驱动护杆锁定,当顶部完全展开后, 折叠驱动装置继续向下移动而使连杆继续推动床腿底部向外展开,直至床腿底部完全展开至正常使用状态,当折叠驱动装置向上拉起儿童游戏床体时,即回复上述的步骤。
下面结合附图具体描述整个展开折叠过程:
本发明展开过程如图8→图7→图1所示。
展开过程:本折叠床处于折叠状态时,折叠驱动装置处于其位移过程中所经过位置的最高处,上连杆21向上旋转至竖向位置,并且所有护杆的左右杆体向下旋转使护杆折叠,如图8所示。下压折叠驱动装置,折叠驱动装置带动上连杆21和下连杆31转动,上连杆21与下连杆31转动时,带动底座2和床腿1向外侧(远离中心)移动的同时逐渐向外侧倾斜,并且同步带动左右杆体转动(如图5所示的H1位置);至上连杆21和下连杆31处于大致平行状态,此时床腿1处于最大倾斜角度(如图5所示的H2位置);继续下压折叠驱动装置,上连杆21与下连杆31转动时带动底座2和床腿1向外侧移动的同时逐渐向内侧倾斜,此时床腿1向外拉拽对应床腿1顶部的连接座5而使连接座5相互远离,驱动护杆12展开至接近于水平的状态,如图7所示;继续下压折叠驱动装置,折叠驱动装置带动上连杆21和下连杆31转动,下连杆31的弧形端部32推动传动辊34使摆动块3以逆时针方向摆动,如图9所示,带动连接轴36向下作弧形移动而使拉绳4向下拉动,驱动对应护杆12展开至水平使用状态,并且锁定折叠部;继续下压折叠驱动装置至儿童折叠床完 全打开,上连杆21与下连杆31转动时带动底座2和床腿1向外侧移动的同时逐渐向内侧倾斜至竖向状态,如图1所示,在此过程中,连接轴36继续向下作弧形移动而使拉绳4向下拉动,使拉绳弹簧处于受力状态,保证折叠部一直处于恒力状态。拉绳弹簧起到张紧作用,此处如不使用拉绳弹簧,则对拉绳4的制造加工提出了很高要求,一般生产工艺很难保证拉绳4长度的加工精度,连接轴36至转轴84之间拉绳4的长度略长,导致无法及时拉动折叠部的转动部,使折叠部不在锁定状态;连接轴36至转轴84之间拉绳4的长度略短,底座2内腔中能拉动拉绳4的传动机构使拉绳受力,会超过拉绳的最大负载力而断裂。且该拉绳弹簧的弹性力远远大于弹性定位体9上的挤压弹簧91的弹性力,当底座2内腔中能拉动拉绳4的传动机构驱动折叠部锁定的过程中,首先克服护杆的重力使护杆展开,同时克服挤压弹簧91的弹性阻力,拉绳4拉紧对应的转动部,驱动转动部使对应一组的片体轴销813、转轴84、转动块轴销812三点连线从上向下位于一条直线上,使折叠部锁定,之后,传动机构继续驱动拉绳4使拉簧处于张紧状态。锁定片经过解锁拉杆64与导向杆61的对应侧面中伸出而与滑动座7底面相支撑而锁定,至此本折叠床处于完全打开与锁定状态。
本发明折叠过程如图1→图7→图8所示。
折叠过程:本折叠床处于展开状态时,如图1所示;可以仅由单手将折叠驱动装置上的拉环67上提,通过解锁机构对折叠驱动装置解锁,以允许折 叠驱动装置继续在向上的方向上移动;继续将拉环67上提,折叠驱动装置带动上连杆21和下连杆31转动,上连杆21与下连杆31转动时带动底座2和床腿1向内侧移动的同时逐渐向外侧倾斜;下连杆31的弧形端部32的端面绕传动辊34远离传动辊轴心移动,而使拉绳4逐渐失去拉力,折叠部中的弹性定位体9推动对应的转动部转动而使折叠部解锁,使护杆折叠,如图7所示;继续将拉环67上提,护杆带动对应的床腿1继续往折叠驱动装置靠拢,护杆12的左右杆体向下旋转至竖向位置,至此本折叠床处于折叠状态,如图8所示。
通过巧妙设计上连杆21与下连杆31的连接位置而构成的四连杆机构,使本折叠床在展开时,床腿1能产生先向外倾斜再回复竖直的运动轨迹,具体可分为两段展开过程,在床体刚展开时,床腿上端的展开幅度大于床腿下端的展开幅度,床腿向外侧倾斜,使得床体上部的护杆能率先到位,从而能预先定位床体的护杆;在床体继续展开的过程中,床腿下端继续展开至床腿上端的幅度,床腿重新回复到竖直的正常使用状态,实现床体的完整展开。该机构的设计有助于护杆的展开,进而实现单人操作该折叠床的打开、收拢。
显而易见的是,本发明具有显著的有利特征,即一步操作,其下推或降低折叠驱动装置使床体打开,而上拉或提升折叠驱动装置使床体折叠。在打开和折叠床体时,折叠驱动装置向任一方向的运动均可同时引起床体的所有其他组件和结构的运动。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种便携式儿童游戏床,包括四条床腿(1)和置于床底中部能折叠和展开床体的折叠驱动装置,在相邻两条床腿(1)之间的顶部分别设置有中部能折叠的护杆(12),所述护杆(12)两端分别与对应的床腿(1)顶部活动相连接,在每条床腿(1)的底部设置有通过连杆与折叠驱动装置活动相连接的连接机构,所述连杆由上下排列的上连杆(21)和下连杆(31)组成,其特征在于:所述连接机构包括底座(2)、设置于底座(2)内腔中的传动机构,所述上连杆(21)的一端伸入到底座(2)的上部内腔(22)中并由上轴销(221)能转动地与底座(2)相连接,所述上连杆(21)的另一端由上转动轴销(222)与折叠驱动装置中的架体(6)转动相连接,所述下连杆(31)一端伸入到底座(2)的下部内腔(23)中由下轴销(231)与底座(2)转动相连接,且伸入到底座(2)下部内腔(23)中的下连杆端部与传动机构联动在一起,所述下轴销(231)位于上轴销(221)的下方与底座(2)转动相连接,所述下连杆(31)的另一端由下转动轴销(232)与架体(6)转动相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式儿童游戏床,其特征在于:所述传动机构为摆动块(3),所述摆动块(3)通过摆动轴(37)能摆动地设置于底座(2)的下部内腔(23)中,所述下轴销(231)设置于摆动块(3)右上方位置的底座内腔中,在所述摆动块(3)上设置有能与下连杆端部相顶触而能推动摆动块(3)向左摆动的传动辊(34)以及能与拉绳(4)相连接的连接轴(36),所述摆动轴(37)设置于下 轴销(231)左下方的摆动块(3)下部位置上,与拉绳(4)相连接的连接轴(36)固定于摆动轴(37)的左边。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式儿童游戏床,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括第一摆动连杆(301)和第二摆动连杆(302),所述第一摆动连杆(301)和第二摆动连杆(302)一端以″人″形折叠并通过活动销(304)能相对转动地连接在一起,所述第一摆动连杆(301)的另一端通过转动销与下连杆(31)的端部转动相连接,而所述第二摆动连杆(302)的另一端通过定位销轴与底座(2)活动连接在一起,伸入到底座(2)中的拉绳(4)与活动销(304)连接在一起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式儿童游戏床,其特征在于:所述传动机构为摆块(305),所述摆块(305)下部通过摆动轴(37)能摆动地设置于底座(2)的下部内腔(23)中,所述下轴销(231)设置于摆动轴(37)右上方位置的底座内腔上,在摆块(305)上设置有能与下连杆(31)的弧形端部(32)相顶触而能推动摆块(305)左右摆动的辊体(340),所述拉绳(4)与位于下连杆端部侧面位置的辊体(340)相连接,在位于摆动轴(37)右边且位于下轴销(231)下方位置的底座内腔中设置有拉绳(4)的支撑轮(306),与辊体(340)相连接的拉绳(4)绕过支撑轮(306),再绕过摆动轴(37)而向上伸入至床腿(1)的内腔中。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的便携式儿童游戏床,其特征在于:所述折叠驱动装置包括相对于床腿(1)能上下移动的架体(6),竖向固定在架体(6)的中部并从架体(6)的底面中部向下延伸出的导向杆(61)和能沿导向杆(61) 上下移动的滑动座(7),与每条床腿活动相连接的上连杆(21)与下连杆(31)的另一端分别通过上转动轴销(222)与下转动轴销(232)与架体(6)对应位置转动相连接,所述滑动座(7)通过传动杆(38)与对应下连杆(31)活动相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式儿童游戏床,其特征在于:所述传动杆(38)的下端通过下传动轴销(224)与滑动座(7)的相应侧面转动相连接,而所述传动杆(38)的上端通过上传动轴销(223)与下连杆(31)转动相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式儿童游戏床,其特征在于:在所述架体(6)上还设置有当床体完全打开后能保持打开状态的锁定机构;所述锁定机构包括解锁拉杆(64)和锁定片,所述解锁拉杆(64)能上下移动地置于导向杆(61)的内腔中,所述架体(6)的中心设置上下贯穿的竖向通孔(62),所述导向杆(61)穿置固定于架体(6)的竖向通孔(62)中,所述导向杆(61)的顶面与架体顶面相平齐,而导向杆(61)的下端从架体(6)的底面向下延伸出,在所述架体(6)的顶面上设置有解锁拉杆(64)的解锁结构,所述锁定片位于解锁拉杆(64)的内腔中,当所述折叠驱动装置向下移动至最低位置而完全展开床体时,所述锁定片能经过解锁拉杆(64)与导向杆(61)的对应侧面中伸出而与滑动座(7)底面相支撑而锁定,当床体需要折叠而解锁时通过解锁结构带动锁定片缩回到解锁拉杆(64)的内腔中而与滑动座(7)脱离,能使滑动座(7)向下移动而解锁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的便携式儿童游戏床,其特征在于:所述锁定片位于解锁拉杆(64)的下部内腔中,锁定片由至少两片定位片(63)组成,每片定 位片(63)的下部设置有用于穿插横轴销(66)的连接孔,在连接孔上方的定位片(63)上设置有斜条形孔(631),所述定位片(63)象折叠扇一样折叠在一起,定位片下部通过横轴销(66)经连接孔穿插在一起而使定位片(63)能象折叠扇一样左右展开与折叠,所述横轴销(66)的左右两端分别固定于导向杆(61)下部的左右对应侧面上,在斜条形孔(631)中穿置有能在斜条形孔(631)中上下移动而展开和折叠定位片(63)的折叠拉轴(65),所述折叠拉轴(65)的左右两端以径向固定于解锁拉杆(64)对应的左右侧面上,在所述解锁拉杆(64)上设置有定位片(63)左右展开时能伸出解锁拉杆侧面的缺口(641),而与缺口(641)相对应位置的导向杆(61)的左右侧面上亦分别设置有定位片(63)展开时经过缺口(641)再伸出导向杆侧面的通腔(611),伸出通腔(611)的定位片(63)顶面能与滑动座(7)底面支撑在一起,位于解锁拉杆中部内腔上部的解锁拉杆(64)左右侧面上分别开有竖向的腰形孔(642),在腰形孔(642)中径向穿置有固定轴销(68),所述固定轴销(68)左端穿过解锁拉杆左侧面与导向杆(61)对应左侧面固定在一起,所述固定轴销(68)右端穿过解锁拉杆右侧面与导向杆(61)对应右侧面固定在一起,位于缺口(641)上方的解锁拉杆内腔中设置有复回弹簧(71),所述复回弹簧(71)的底部与缺口(641)上方的解锁拉杆内腔中的支撑部相支撑,而所述复回弹簧(71)的上端能与固定轴销(68)相顶触而支撑在一起,所述腰形孔(642)的上下孔距(L)要大于折叠拉轴(65)上下移动而使定位片(63)完全折叠后的最大距离(K)。

  10. 根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的便携式儿童游戏床,其特征在于:所述护杆(12)包括能与对应床腿(1)顶部活动相连接的左杆体(12a)与右杆体(12b)以及位于左杆体(12a)与右杆体(12b)之间且能折叠左杆体(12a)与右杆体(12b)的折叠部,所述折叠部包括壳体(8)、位于壳体(8)内腔中部的弹性定位体(9)以及位于弹性定位体(9)左侧的左转动部和位于弹性定位体(9)右侧的右转动部,所述左杆体(12a)的右部伸入到壳体的左部内腔中与壳体能转动地连接在一起,所述左杆体(12a)的右端与左转动部传动相连接,所述左转动部与左侧床腿底座中延伸上来的拉绳(4)相连接,所述右杆体(12b)的左部伸入到壳体右部内腔中与壳体能转动地连接在一起,所述右杆体(12b)的左端与右转动部传动相连接,所述右转动部与右侧床腿底座中延伸上来的拉绳(4)相连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的便携式儿童游戏床,其特征在于:每个转动部包括转动块(81)和定位块(82),所述转动块(81)的中部通过转动块轴销(812)转动地连接在对应壳体内腔中,所述转动块(81)的一端与定位块(82)的一端活动相连接,所述定位块(82)的另一端与对应左杆体(12a)或右杆体(12b)的端部转动相连接,在所述定位块(82)上设置有能与弹性定位体(9)相顶触的定位凸部(821)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的便携式儿童游戏床,其特征在于:所述定位块(82)由两片形状相同的定位片体组成,两片定位片体对称设置,且两片定位片体的一端将对应的转动块(81)的一端夹于其中并通过转轴(84)能相对活动地连接在一起,所述两片定位片体的另一端将对应的左杆体(12a)或右杆体(12b)的端部夹于其中并通过片体轴销(813)相互转动连接在一起,相应拉绳(4)的一端绕过对应转动块(81)的圆弧形侧壁与转轴(84)连接在一起。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的便携式儿童游戏床,其特征在于:所述弹性定位体(9)包括挤压弹簧(91)、能与定位凸部(821)相顶触的挤压杆(92),在所述弹性定位体(9)上设置有两个放置相应挤压弹簧(91)的弹簧腔(93),置于弹簧腔(93)中的挤压弹簧(91)的一端分别顶触在对应的弹簧腔(93)底面中,而挤压弹簧(91)的另一端分别与对应的挤压杆(92)顶触在一起,与挤压弹簧(91)相应位置的壳体侧壁上分别设置有限位腰形通孔(83),所述挤压杆(92)穿置于对应的限位腰形通孔(83)中,当所述护杆(12)展开时,所述挤压杆(92)能与定位块(82)上的定位凸部(821)支撑在一起,此时,对应一组的片体轴销(813)、转轴(84)、转动块轴销(812)三点连线从上向下位于一条直线上,当所述护杆(12)折叠时,所述挤压杆(92)推动定位凸部(821)使转轴(84)解锁,所述定位块(82)转动而使挤压杆(92)与定位凸部(821)相分离。
