とを有することを特徴とする、化粧方法に関する。
また、本発明は、(A)成分(A1)及び(A2)を含有する組成物Xと、
(A1)ノルボルナン構造を含有するポリマー及び/又はシリコーン変性プルラン、
(A2)揮発性油、
(B)成分(B1)を含有する、組成物X以外の組成物Y
(B1)粉体から選ばれる1種又は2種以上
を含む、皮膚に適用するための化粧用キットに関する。
また、本発明は、皮膚のシワを引き伸ばして目立たなくしたり、肌のリフトアップをはかり、肌のたるみを引き上げる効果に優れる。
「皮膚のシワ」とは、皮膚のたるみによって現れる形状の変化であり、皮膚表面に現れる凹凸及び筋目を意味する。皮膚のシワは口の回り、目の周り、額、首、体等に現れやすい。小さな筋目が小ジワ、大きな筋目が大ジワであり、大ジワは法令線、頬等の毛穴流れで発生するものである。
本発明において、組成物Xに用いられる成分(A1)は、(A11)ノルボルナン構造を含有するポリマー及び/又は(A12)シリコーン変性プルランである。
成分(A1)を含有する組成物を皮膚に塗布するなどして適用し、次いで乾燥させた際に、成分(A1)を含む膜が収縮し、これとともに該膜に密着した皮膚表面が収縮する。また成分(A1)は耐屈曲性にも優れることから、成分(A1)を含む膜はひび割れを起こしにくく、かつ、皮膚形状に追従した状態で収縮しやすい。そのため、成分(A1)を含む膜が収縮する際にも、該膜と皮膚表面との十分な密着性を得ることができる。
Xは前記式(i)で表される基であり、式(i)中、R2はそれぞれ独立に炭素数1以上12以下の炭化水素基である。皮膚のシワ改善効果の観点及び汎用性の観点から、R2は好ましくは炭素数1以上12以下のアルキル基又は炭素数6以上12以下のアリール基であり、より好ましくは炭素数1以上12以下のアルキル基又はフェニル基、更に好ましくは炭素数1以上3以下のアルキル基、より更に好ましくはメチル基である。cは1以上5以下の整数であり、汎用性の観点から、c=1が好ましい。すなわちXは、好ましくはトリメチルシロキシ基である。
aは1以上3以下の整数であり、例えばa=2の繰り返し単位とa=3の繰り返し単位が混合して存在する重合体であってよい。汎用性の観点から、aは3であることが好ましい。bは0以上2以下の整数であり、同様の観点から、好ましくは0、1又はこれらの組み合わせであり、0がより好ましい。
ノルボルナン構造含有シリコーン変性ポリマー中の上記一般式(1)~(3)で表される繰り返し単位の割合は、1H-NMR測定により求めることができる。
皮膚のシワ改善効果の観点から、一般式(6)中のeとfの割合は、好ましくはe/f=20/80~90/10(mol/mol)、より好ましくは30/70~80/20(mol/mol)であり、更に好ましくは50/50~70/30(mol/mol)である。
当該ポリマーの数平均分子量Mnは、ポリスチレンを標準物質としたゲルろ過クロマトグラフィー(GPC)法により測定でき、具体的には実施例に記載の方法により測定できる。
例えば、成分(A11)が前記一般式(1)又は(2)で表される繰り返し単位を有するノルボルナン構造含有シリコーン変性ポリマーであれば、下記一般式(1a)又は(2a)で表される環状オレフィンモノマーを付加重合させて得ることができる。さらに、下記一般式(3a)で表される環状オレフィンモノマーを共重合させてもよい。
市販のノルボルナン構造含有シリコーン変性ポリマーとしては、信越化学工業(株)製「NBN-30-ID」(ノルボルネン/トリス(トリメチルシロキシ)シリルノルボルネン)コポリマーのイソドデカン溶液)等が挙げられる。
本発明で用いる成分(A2)は、揮発性油である。揮発性とは、引火点が35℃以上90℃未満のものである。
成分(A2)の揮発性油としては、揮発性シリコーン油及び揮発性炭化水素油から選ばれる1種又は2種以上が好ましい。
揮発性シリコーン油としては、例えば、ヘキサメチルジシロキサン、オクタメチルトリシロキサン、ジメチルポリシロキサン(1cs)、ジメチルポリシロキサン(1.5cs)、ジメチルポリシロキサン(2cs)等の直鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン;メチルトリメチコン、トリス(トリメチルシリル)メチルシラン、テトラキス(トリメチルシリル)シラン等の分岐状シロキサン;オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、ドデカメチルシクロヘキサシロキサン等の環状ジメチルシロキサンなどが挙げられる。
塗膜の収縮と皮膚との密着性を高める観点から、成分(A2)は、より好ましくは、イソドデカン、ヘキサメチルジシロキサン、及び、25℃における動粘度が1.5cSt以下のジメチルポリシロキサンからなる群から選ばれる1種以上であり、更に好ましくは、ヘキサメチルジシロキサン、及び、25℃における動粘度が1cSt以下のジメチルポリシロキサンからなる群から選ばれる1種以上であり、より更に好ましくは、ヘキサメチルジシロキサンである。
本発明において、組成物Xは、さらに、(A3)粉体を含有することができ、塗膜の収縮と皮膚との密着性を高め、組成物Yと併用することで違和感を抑制することができる。
かかる粉体としては、有機粉体、無機粉体等のいずれでも良い。
有機粉体としては、例えば、ポリアミド樹脂、ナイロン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリ四フッ化エチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、ベンゾグアナミン樹脂、ポリメチルベンゾグアナミン樹脂、ポリメタクリル酸メチル、ポリウレタン樹脂、ビニル樹脂、フッ素樹脂、アクリル樹脂、メラミン樹脂;ジメチルシリコーンを架橋したシリコーンエラストマーやポリメチルシルセスキオキサン等のシリコーン樹脂;アクリル酸ブチル・酢酸ビニル共重合体、スチレン・アクリル酸共重合体、ジビニルベンゼン・スチレン共重合体、(メタクリル酸ラウリル/ジメタクリル酸エチレングリコール)コポリマー等の、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸ナトリウム、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸アルキレングリコールから選ばれる1種または2種以上の重合体または共重合体のパウダー等の架橋型あるいは非架橋型の有機粉体が挙げられる。
真珠光沢顔料として、雲母チタン、酸化鉄被覆雲母チタン、酸化チタン被覆オキシ塩化ビスマス、酸化チタン被覆タルク、酸化チタン被覆ガラスフレーク、魚鱗箔等が挙げられる。
疎水化処理としては、通常の化粧料用粉体に施されている処理であれば制限されず、シリコーン処理、アルコキシシラン処理、脂肪酸処理、ラウロイルリジン処理、レシチン処理、N-アシルアミノ酸処理、金属石鹸処理、フッ素化合物処理等が挙げられる。これらのうち、シリコーン処理が好ましい。これらの処理は、通常の方法により行うことができる。
本発明において、組成物Xは、さらに、(A4)界面活性剤を含有することができ、アニオン界面活性剤、カチオン界面活性剤、非イオン界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤が好ましい。
成分(A4)の界面活性剤としては、通常の皮膚外用剤に用いられるものであれば制限されないが、揮発性油に溶解し、べたつきを抑える観点から、非イオン界面活性剤が好ましい。
非イオン界面活性剤としては、例えば、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、プロピレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ポリエチレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ショ糖脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビトール脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレングリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンプロピレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンフィトスタノールエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンフィトステロースエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンコレスタノールエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンコレステリルエーテル、アルキルグリセリルエーテル変性シリコーン、ポリオキシアルキレン変性シリコーン、ポリオキシアルキレン・アルキル共変性シリコーン、ポリオキシアルキレン・フルオロアルキル共変性シリコーン等が挙げられる。
ポリオキシアルキレン変性シリコーンとしては、例えば、東レ・ダウコーニング社製のSH3771M、SH3772M、SH3773M、SH3775M、SH3749、DC5200や、信越化学工業社製のKF-6011、KF-6012、KF-6013、KF-6015、KF-6016、KF6017、KF-6004等の市販品を用いることができる。
2種以上の非イオン界面活性剤から構成される混合界面活性剤のHLBは、次のようにして求められる。混合界面活性剤のHLBは、各非イオン界面活性剤のHLB値をその配合比率に基づいて相加算平均したものである。
HLBxは、非イオン界面活性剤XのHLB値を示す。
Wxは、HLBxの値を有する非イオン界面活性剤Xの重量(g)
組成物Xにおいて、水の含有量は、組成物X中に50質量%以下であるのが好ましく、30質量%以下がより好ましく、10質量%以下が更に好ましく、5質量%以下がより更に好ましく、1質量%以下がより更に好ましい。
また、化粧品、医薬部外品、医薬品用途として用いられるものであればいずれでも良く、ローション、乳液、クリーム、美容液、分散液、ジェル、軟膏、パック、ムース、エアゾール、パップ剤、洗浄料等のスキンケア化粧料などとすることができる。
本発明において、組成物Yに用いられる成分(B1)は、粉体から選ばれる1種又は2種以上である。
成分(B1)の粉体としては、通常の化粧料に用いられるものであれば制限されず、(B11)着色顔料や、体質顔料等を用いることができる。
(B11)着色顔料としては、例えば、酸化チタン、酸化セリウム、酸化アルミニウム、黄酸化鉄、黒酸化鉄、ベンガラ、紺青、群青、酸化クロム、水酸化クロム等の金属酸化物、マンガンバイオレット、チタン酸コバルト等の金属錯体、更にカーボンブラック等の無機顔料;赤色3号、赤色104号、赤色106号、赤色201号、赤色202号、赤色204号、赤色205号、赤色220号、赤色226号、赤色227号、赤色228号、赤色230号、赤色401号、赤色405号、赤色505号、橙色203号、橙色204号、橙色205号、黄色4号、黄色5号、黄色401号、青色1号、青色404号等の合成有機顔料;β-カロチン、カラメル、パプリカ色素等の天然有機色素などが挙げられる。
粉体の平均粒子径は、0.01~50μmであるのが好ましい。
なかでも、組成物X塗布直後のポリマー特有の違和感を抑制し、皮膜の密着性を高め、皮膜の見た目がキメ細かく自然な状態で被覆できる観点から、酸化チタン、黄酸化鉄、黒酸化鉄、ベンガラを1種又は2種以上含有することが好ましく、少なくとも酸化チタンを含有することがより好ましい。
ポリアミド樹脂、ナイロン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリ四フッ化エチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、ベンゾグアナミン樹脂、ポリメチルベンゾグアナミン樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ビニル樹脂、フッ素樹脂、アクリル樹脂、メラミン樹脂;アクリル酸ブチル・酢酸ビニル共重合体、スチレン・アクリル酸共重合体、シリコーン樹脂、ジビニルベンゼン・スチレン共重合体から選ばれる1種または2種以上の重合体または共重合体のパウダー等の架橋型あるいは非架橋型の有機粉体及びこれらの複合粉体が挙げられる。
疎水化処理としては、通常の化粧料用粉体に施されている処理であれば制限されず、シリコーン処理、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン処理、アルコキシシラン処理、脂肪酸処理、ラウロイルリジン処理、レシチン処理、N-アシルアミノ酸処理、金属石鹸処理、フッ素化合物処理等が挙げられる。これらのうち、シリコーン処理、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン処理、アルコキシシラン処理が好ましい。これらの処理は、通常の方法により行うことができる。
組成物Yは、成分(B1)以外に、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、通常使用される各種の成分を任意で使用することができる。これらの成分としては、例えば、油性成分、界面活性剤、水溶性高分子、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、ビタミン剤、防腐剤、pH調整剤、香料、植物エキス類、保湿剤、着色剤、冷感剤、制汗剤、殺菌剤、皮膚賦活剤、水等が挙げられる。
組成物Yは、成分(B1)と、その他の成分を用い、通常の方法により製造することができ、水性組成物、油性組成物、乳化組成物等のいずれの形態にも適用することができる。製剤としては、液状、乳液状、ペースト状、クリーム状、ジェル状、固形状、シート状等として適用することができる。
また、化粧品、医薬部外品、医薬品用途として用いられるものであればいずれでも良く、ローション、乳液、クリーム、美容液、分散液、ジェル、軟膏、パック、噴霧タイプ、ムース、エアゾール、パップ剤、洗浄料等のスキンケア化粧料;日やけ止め乳液、日焼け止めクリーム等の紫外線防御化粧料;化粧下地、ファンデーション、コンシーラー、ほお紅、アイシャドウ、マスカラ、アイライナー、アイブロウ、オーバーコート剤、口紅等のメイクアップ化粧料などとして適用することができる。
適用方法は特に制限されず、組成物を皮膚に塗布する、液状の場合には噴霧する等のいずれでも良い。

<5>成分(A1)が、好ましくは、(A12)シリコーン変性プルランであって、側鎖にシリコーン構造を有するプルランがより好ましく、プルラン中のOH基の水素原子の少なくとも一部が下記一般式(7)で表される基で置換されたシリコーン変性プルランが更に好ましく、トリ(トリメチルシロキシ)シリルプロピルカルバミド酸プルランがより更に好ましい、前記<1>記載の化粧方法。

表1に示す組成の組成物X、表2~4に示す組成のメイクアップ化粧料Yを製造し、表5に示す工程により、各組成物を皮膚に適用した。
そのとき、皮膜の密着性、塗布直後の違和感(きしみ)のなさ、皮膜の見た目(きめ細かさ)及び皮膜の状態(自然)を評価した。結果を表3に示す。
(1)組成物X:
成分(A1)、(A2)を混合した油相成分、その他成分をディスパーで分散後、ホモミキサーで撹拌することにより、組成物Xを得た。
(2-1)メイクアップ化粧料Y1(パウダーファンデーション)固形粉末化粧料;
成分(B1)を含むすべての粉体成分を混合・粉砕した後、その他の油剤を加えて混合し、得られた混合物をさらに粉砕機で粉砕した。粉砕物を、容器に充填して、成型圧1000~2500kgfで成型することにより、固形粉末化粧料を得た。
(2-2)メイクアップ化粧料Y2(化粧下地)油中水型乳化化粧料;
成分(B1)を含むすべての粉体成分を混合粉砕し、別途混合したその他の油相成分に添加してディスパーで分散した。その後、水相成分を添加し、ディスパーで分散後、ホモミキサーで撹拌することにより、油中水型乳化化粧料を得た。
(2-3)メイクアップ化粧料Y3(リキッドファンデーション)油中水型乳化化粧料;
成分(B1)を含むすべての粉体成分を混合粉砕し、別途混合したその他の油相成分に添加してディスパーで分散した。その後、水相成分を添加し、ディスパーで分散後、ホモミキサーで撹拌することにより、油中水型乳化化粧料を得た。
実施例1~4、実施例6、7、比較例3は、被験者の顔の半面の口元から頬全体に、各例の組成物Xを指で適量塗布した後、組成物Yをスポンジ状パフで適量塗布した。
実施例5、比較例2は、被験者の顔の半面の口元から頬全体に、各例の組成物Yをスポンジ状パフで適量塗布した後、組成物Xを指で適量塗布した。
比較例1は、被験者の顔の半面の口元から頬全体に、組成物Xを指で適量塗布した。

- 組成物Y中、成分(B1)の含有量が、0.1~99質量%である請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載の化粧方法。
- (A)成分(A1)及び(A2)を含有する組成物Xと、
(A1)ノルボルナン構造を含有するポリマー及び/又はシリコーン変性プルラン、
(A2)揮発性油、
(B)成分(B1)を含有する、組成物X以外の組成物Y
(B1)粉体から選ばれる1種又は2種以上
を含む、皮膚に適用するための化粧用キット。
