- 根据权利要求17所述的织针选择机构,其特征在于:所述第一压片和第二 压片所对应的本体和凸起结构形状相同,两压片左右相贴地并列在针槽中,且处于对应弹性针脚的上方,使两压片上的凸起在对应于一针槽方向分别处于对应压片的上侧左端和上侧右端且相互错开的位置上;所述本体和凸起的厚度均与针槽宽度适配,本体下侧通过凹槽结构形成不大于半个针槽宽度的下侧边,本体左右两侧分别设有导向面和滑移面;所述针板上对应于导向面一侧设有导向钢丝,第一压片沿对应于该压板导向面一侧的导向钢丝和第二压片上的滑移面上下移动;第二压片沿对应于该压板导向面一侧的导向钢丝和第一压片上的滑移面上下移动。
- 根据权利要求16所述的织针选择机构,其特征在于:所述第一压片和第二压片同轴心可转动地设置在针槽内;所述第一压片和第二压片均由本体和凸起组成,第一压片上的凸起和第二压片上的凸起分别设置在距转动中心不等距相互错开的位置上,形成第一压片上的第一控制部和第二压片上的第二控制部;两压片本体的下侧分别形成第一压触部和第二压触部;所述控制元件设于所述横编织机的三角底板上,控制元件作用于第一控制部或第二部控制部时,使第一压片或第二压片向下转动,压制对应的弹性针脚;控制元件对压片的作用消除后,弹性针脚的弹性形变回弹力使对应压片回位。
- 根据权利要求20所述的织针选择机构,其特征在于:所述第一压片和第二压片所对应的本体和凸起的结构形状分别相同,两压片本体的上侧面相互错开的位置上分别设置所述凸起,两压片本体一侧相同位置分别设有转动孔;所述针板上对应于转动孔和两压片的上侧面上方分别设有转动钢丝和限位钢丝,两压片通过转动孔穿接转动钢丝转动设置在针槽内,并通过限位钢丝限制压片由回弹力引起的运动;所述控制元件为设于所述横编织机的三角底板上并分别对应于第一压片和第二压片凸起位置的两压板,两压板上分别设有斜面,对应压板在随三角底板运动中通过斜面对对应压片上的凸起进行向下的压制,使第一压片或第二压片绕转动钢丝向下转动。
- 根据权利要求20所述的织针选择机构,其特征在于:所述织针选择单元还包括推片,所述推片上侧面和下侧面分别设有针踵和推齿;所述第一压片和第二压片所对应的本体结构形状相同,所述凸起包括第一凸起和第二凸起,所述第一凸起设有爬升面、下降面以及连接爬升面与下降面上端的上端面;所述第二凸起 至少设有爬升面和连接在爬升面上端的上端面;两压片本体上侧面分别设置第一凸起和第二凸起,且第一凸起距转动中心的距离小于第二凸起距转动中心的距离;两压片本体一侧相同位置分别设有转动孔;所述针板上对应于转动孔及推片的上侧面和下侧面位置分别设有转动钢丝及塞铁和限位钢丝,两压片通过转动孔穿接转动钢丝转动设置在针槽内,推片置于两压片的上方并可在塞铁与限位钢丝之间滑动;所述控制元件为设于所述横编织机的三角底板上并可沿针槽方向移动的一推板,该推板上设有与针踵适配的导向槽,对应推板在随三角底板运动中通过导向槽插接推片上的针踵,控制元件通过沿针槽方向的移动由推齿作用于第一凸起或第二凸起上的爬升面使对应压片向下转动。
- 根据权利要求15-22任一项所述的横编织机用针板织针组合,其特征在于:所述弹性针脚的下侧设有限位凸起,所述针槽的底部设有限位槽,弹性针脚因所述弹性形变而落入所述限位槽中,限位槽限制弹性针脚前后移动。
- 根据权利要求15所述的横编织机用针板织针组合,其特征在于:所述针槽内设有支撑杆,控制针脚通过支撑杆的支撑而处于两弹性针脚的上方。
