本申请实施例涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息指示方法、装置及通信设备。
背景技术
在现网中,多卡终端越来越常用,多卡终端上可具有两个或大于两个的SIM卡。很多多卡终端的能力不足以支持同时在两个或大于两个网络同时收发。当终端在一个SIM卡的网络上收发业务数据时,如何节省另一个SIM卡的网络中网络信令和网络资源等,是目前亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种信息指示方法、装置及通信设备,用于解决当终端在一个SIM卡的网络上收发业务数据时,如何节省另一个SIM卡的网络中网络信令和网络资源的问题。

多卡终端是一个设备上具有两个或大于两个的SIM卡。所述SIM卡是电 子SIM卡或实体SIM卡。从网络的角度,同一终端设备与不同的SIM卡构成不同的UE。
可选的,多卡终端中的SIM卡可以是属于同一个运营商或不同的运营商。不同SIM卡所接入的无线通信网络可以相同,也可以不相同。
可选的,SIM卡可以包括以下之一:SIM卡、USIM卡、eSIM。SIM卡也可以做为别的命名,比如直接称为“卡”,本申请不做限制。

为了支持节省网络资源,还要解决如下场景一中问题:
场景一:多卡终端在卡B对应网络收发业务数据时,在卡A网络什么都不能做的场景。比如,当多卡终端离开卡A,到卡B网络收听电话的过程中,每个语音包的间隔为20ms。即使在卡A网络能够接收到寻呼,也无法进行寻呼响应,因为终端一旦转移到卡A响应寻呼,就会导致当前正在进行的电话挂断或者影响用户的业务体验。此时,卡A网络对终端的寻呼就成了资源浪费,如何节省网络资源的问题需要解决。
本申请一种实施例中,第一网络的网络设备(或者称为第一网络设备)也可称为第一网络的网元,包括以下至少一项:第一网络的核心网网元和第一网络的无线接入网网元。第二网络的网络设备(或者称为第二网络设备)也可称为第二网络的网元,包括以下至少一项:第二网络的核心网网元和第二网络的无线接入网网元。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,不可达的状态可以是不同于终端移出网络的覆盖范围或网络的信号质量差的第一类型的不可达的状态。所述不可达的状态通常是由不同网络(如卡1对应的网络和卡2对应的网络)间的业务冲突而造成的第二类型的不可达状态。比如用户专注于卡1对应网络的业务,设置了免打扰模式或者是卡1对应网络数据紧密,没有空档。因此终端暂时对卡2对应的网络不可达。一旦业务冲突结束,所述不可达的状态即可消除。 由于业务冲突时,终端会向卡2对应网络发起主动离开的过程。在此过程中,可以指示所述不可达的状态。网络可以识别所述不可达的状态是终端主动离开的不可达状态,与第一类型的不可达状态不同。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,离开第一网络期间是指终端主动离开第一网络期间。所述终端主动离开第一网络包括终端向网络发起离开的过程。所述终端主动离开第一网络可以不包括非终端发起的与网络连接释放或挂起过程。

需指出的,上述指示终端进入不可达的状态可包括,指示终端进入暂时不可达的状态。终端的此不可达的状态通常是由不同网络(如卡1对应的网络和卡2对应的网络)间的业务冲突而造成的。
可选的,上述步骤11可包括:终端在确认满足第一条件的情况下,向第一网络的网络设备发送第一信息。
可选的,所述满足第一条件可以包括以下至少一项:
终端对第一网络进入不可达的状态;
终端无法对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应,或终端在主动离开第一网络期间,无法对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应;

其中,终端对第一网络进入不可达的状态的原因,并不是第一网络信号不好导致的终端不可达,而是因为其他非信号质量的原因(如与第二网络业务冲突等原因)导致终端对第一网络不可达。
一种实施方式中,第一网络为SIM卡A的网络,第二网络为SIM卡B的网络。第一网络和第二网络可以为相同的网络,或者不同的网络。
一种实施方式中,终端进入不可达的状态包括:在终端离开第一网络期间,终端进入不可达的状态。
一种实施方式中,终端进入不可达的状态是终端对第一网络进入不可达的状态。比如,终端是一个多卡终端,从第一网络离开到第二网络收发业务(如语音业务)数据期间,可能对第一网络来说,终端暂时不可达。此时,通过通知所述第一信息,可以节省第一网络的信令,比如寻呼信令。
一种实施方式中,所述位置更新可以为以下至少一项:周期性位置更新、移动性位置更新。周期性位置更新比如发起周期性位置区更新(Tracking Area Update,TAU)请求、周期性注册请求。移动性位置更新比如发起移动性TAU请求、移动性注册请求。
一种实施方式中,所述寻呼包括以下之一:CN寻呼,RAN寻呼。所述CN寻呼为终端在无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)空闲态时 CN发起的寻呼。所述RAN寻呼为终端在RRC非活跃态时RAN发起的寻呼。
一种实施方式中,终端能够提前发送周期性位置更新是指在周期性位置更新的周期到达之前,终端能够提前向第一网络发送周期性位置更新。不难理解,当两个卡对应的网络业务冲突时,终端可以找空档进行位置更新。网络可以与终端进行协商。
可选的,为了实现上述发送第一信息,终端还可接收通知信息;其中,所述通知信息用于通知终端当进入不可达的状态时,是否允许指示主动离开。比如,只有在允许终端指示主动离开时,终端才会发送第一信息。此通知信息可以是第一网络的网络设备发送给终端的,也可以是其他网络发送给终端的。
可选的,所述向第一网络的网络设备发送第一信息,包括以下之一:在终端向第一网络发送终端离开指示时,同时发送所述第一信息;在终端向第一网络请求终端离开时,同时发送所述第一信息。
可选的,所述第一信息在终端离开第一网络期间生效,或者,所述第一信息在确认终端离开第一网络时开始生效。此情况下,所述第一信息可以用于以下至少一项:

一种实施方式中,终端退出不可达的状态是指终端对第一网络退出不可达的状态,即终端对第一网络可达。
一种实施方式中,当终端未接收第一网络的寻呼、没有发送给第一网络的数据,和/或不存在与第一网络的业务时,在确认满足第二条件的情况下,终端可立即执行所述第三操作。
需指出的,不是所有的第二网络的业务都会导致终端在第一网络不可达或无法响应第一网络的寻呼。一种实施方式中,当终端在第二网络进行第一业务数据收发时,所述第一业务会导致终端在第一网络不可达或无法响应第一网络的寻呼。另一种实施方式中,当终端在第二网络进行第二业务数据收发时,所述第二业务不会导致终端在第一网络不可达或无法响应第一网络的寻呼。因此,不难理解,为了避免终端丢失第一网络的数据,当第一业务结束后,即使终端在第二网络还有第二业务,或者没有与第一网络相关的业务时,终端需立即向第一网络执行第三操作,使得之前发送的第一信息失效。
不难理解,通过本实施例,当终端针对某网络进入暂时不可达的状态时,通过发送第一信息,可使得该网络停止对终端的寻呼、停止对终端的业务、信令发送、签约信息同步和数据发送等,从而达到节省网络资源开销的目的。
请参考图2,本申请实施例还提供一种信息指示方法,应用于网络设备;该网络设备可以为第一网络的网络设备。所述方法包括:

一种实施方式中,在保存第一信息时,可以将第一信息保存至到统一数据管理UDM,以使所述UDM暂时不触发该终端的签约信息更新。
一种实施方式中,第一网络中的AMF接收到第一信息之后,将该第一信息保存到UDM。当签约信息变更时,UDM暂时不触发终端的更新。UDM等候AMF更新终端可达或可以寻呼后,UDM触发签约信息更新。
一种实施方式中,AMF收到LMF发送的位置请求,返回终端暂时不可达。而等到终端可达时,AMF再通知其他网络节点终端可达。
一种实施方式中,第一网络设备在终端可达之前,可以基于运营商的策略或自身实现,自行决定解除之前的终端提供的限制,随时对终端发起寻呼。如果超过一定的时间没有响应,第一网络设备可以基于实现去附着终端。

不难理解,通过本实施例,当终端针对某网络进入暂时不可达的状态时,通过发送第一信息,可使得该网络停止对终端的寻呼、停止对终端的业务、信令发送、签约信息同步和数据发送等,从而达到节省网络资源开销的目的。
请参考图3,本申请实施例还提供一种信息指示方法,应用于网络设备;该网络设备可为第一网络的网络设备(如RAN网元或CN网元(比如MME,AMF,SMF,SGW,HSS或UDM))。如图3所示,所述方法可包括:

下面结合具体应用场景对本申请实施例提供的方法进行描述。
应用场景一
本应用场景一中,如图4所示,网络借助终端UE的信息指示来支持节省网络资源的方法可包括如下步骤:
步骤401:UE向RAN网元(如第一网络的RAN网元)发送RRC请求。可选的,该RRC请求中可包括第一信息,比如指示UE暂时不可达或者无法响应所有的寻呼。该第一信息具体可如上图1实施例所述。
步骤402:RAN网元向AMF/MMF发送UE上下文释放请求。可选的,该UE上下文释放请求中可包括第一信息,比如指示以下至少一项:UE暂时不可达或UE在离开第一网络期间不可达;指示所述终端不能够接收第一网络的寻呼。
步骤403:AMF/MMF向UDM/HSS发送UE上下文更新请求。可选的,该UE上下文更新请求中可包括第一信息,比如指示UE暂时不可达或UE在离开第一网络期间不可达。UDM/HSS可保存第一信息,还可通知其他网络实体UE的可达状态发生变化。

步骤502:AMF/MMF向UDM/HSS发送UE上下文更新请求。可选的,该UE上下文更新请求中可包括第一信息,比如指示以下至少一项:UE暂时不可达或UE在离开第一网络期间不可达;指示所述终端不能够接收第一网络的寻呼。UDM/HSS可以保存第一信息,还可通知其他网络实体UE状态发生变化。

    指示所述终端无法发起位置更新;
    请求缓存或删除所述第一网络中关于所述终端的数据。

    指示终端请求接收或能够接收来自第一网络的下行数据和/或寻呼;
    指示终端能够发起位置更新;
    请求接收关于终端的数据。
  15. 一种信息指示装置,应用于终端,包括:
    发送模块,用于向第一网络的网络设备发送第一信息;
    其中,所述第一信息用于以下至少一项:
    指示所述终端进入不可达的状态;
    指示所述终端停止接收或无法接收来自第一网络的所有数据;
    指示所述终端停止接收或无法接收来自第一网络的下行数据和/或寻呼;
    指示所述终端无法对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应;
    指示所述终端无法发起位置更新;
    请求缓存或删除所述第一网络中关于所述终端的数据。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的信息指示装置,其中,所述发送模块具体用于:在确认满足第一条件的情况下,向所述第一网络的网络设备发送第一信息;所述满足第一条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述终端对第一网络进入不可达的状态;
    所述终端无法对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应,或所述终端在主动离开第一网络期间,无法对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应;
    所述终端无法接收第一网络的寻呼,或所述终端在主动离开第一网络期间,无法接收第一网络的寻呼;
    所述终端的第一网络的业务与第二网络的业务冲突,导致所述终端对第一网络不可达、无法接收第一网络的寻呼和/或无法对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应;
    所述终端切换到第二网络;
    所述终端是多卡终端。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的信息指示装置,其中,所述发送模块具体用于以下之一:
    在所述终端向第一网络发送终端离开指示时,同时发送所述第一信息;
    在所述终端向第一网络请求终端离开时,同时发送所述第一信息。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的信息指示装置,其中,所述第一信息在所述终端离开第一网络期间生效,或者,所述第一信息在确认所述终端离开第一网络时开始生效;
    所述第一信息用于以下至少一项:
    指示在终端离开第一网络期间,所述终端进入不可达的状态;
    指示在终端离开第一网络期间,所述终端停止接收或无法接收来自第一网络的所有数据;
    指示在终端离开第一网络期间,所述终端停止接收或无法接收来自第一网络的下行数据和/或寻呼;
    指示在终端离开第一网络期间,所述终端无法对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应;
    指示在终端离开第一网络期间,所述终端无法发起位置更新;
    请求在终端离开第一网络期间,缓存或删除第一网络中关于所述终端的数据。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的信息指示装置,其中,所述请求缓存或删除所述第一网络中关于所述终端的数据包括以下至少一项:
    请求缓存或删除所述第一网络中关于所述终端的控制面数据;
    请求缓存或删除所述第一网络中关于所述终端的用户面数据。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的信息指示装置,其中,所述指示所述终端停止接收或无法接收来自第一网络的所有数据包括以下至少一项:
    指示所述终端停止接收或无法接收来自第一网络的所有控制面数据;
    指示所述终端停止接收或无法接收来自第一网络的所有用户面数据。
  21. 根据权利要求15所述的信息指示装置,其中,所述信息指示装置还包括:
    第三执行模块用于:在确认满足第二条件的情况下,执行第三操作;
    其中,所述第三操作包括以下至少一项:切换到所述第一网络、向所述第一网络的网络设备发送第二信息、向所述第一网络的网络设备发送连接建 立请求或连接恢复请求;
    其中,所述第二信息用于以下至少一项:
    指示所述第一信息失效;
    指示所述终端退出不可达的状态,或指示所述终端恢复可达状态;
    指示所述终端能够接收第一网络的寻呼;
    指示所述终端能够对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应;
    指示所述终端请求接收或能够接收来自第一网络的所有数据;
    指示所述终端请求接收或能够接收来自第一网络的下行数据和/或寻呼;
    指示所述终端能够发起位置更新;
    请求接收关于所述终端的数据;
    其中,所述满足第二条件包括以下至少一项:
    所述终端对第一网络退出不可达的状态或恢复可达状态;
    所述终端能够接收第一网络的寻呼;
    所述终端能够对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应;
    所述终端的第一网络的业务与第二网络的业务冲突解除;
    所述终端已向第一网络发送了所述第一信息;
    所述终端切换到第一网络;
    所述终端是多卡终端。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的信息指示装置,其中,当所述终端未接收第一网络的寻呼、没有发送给第一网络的数据,和/或不存在与第一网络的业务时,在确认满足第二条件的情况下,立即执行所述第三操作。
  23. 一种信息指示装置,应用于网络设备,,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取第一信息;
    第一执行模块,用于根据所述第一信息,执行第一操作;
    其中,所述第一信息用于以下至少一项:
    指示终端进入不可达的状态;
    指示终端停止接收或无法接收来自第一网络的所有数据;
    指示终端停止接收或无法接收来自第一网络的下行数据和/或寻呼;
    指示终端无法对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应;
    指示终端无法发起位置更新;
    请求缓存或删除第一网络中关于终端的数据;
    其中,所述执行第一操作包括以下至少一项:
    保存终端不可达的状态、保存所述第一信息、停止关于终端的所有寻呼、挂起或删除关于终端的数据、挂起对终端的配置更新、向其他网络设备发送所述第一信息、通知其他网络设备所述终端进入不可达的状态。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的信息指示装置,其中,所述获取模块具体用于以下之一:在接收终端的离开指示时,同时接收所述第一信息;在接收终端的离开请求时,同时接收所述第一信息。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的信息指示装置,其中,所述第一信息在终端离开第一网络期间生效,或者,所述第一信息在确认终端离开第一网络时开始生效;
    其中,所述第一信息用于以下至少一项:
    指示在终端离开第一网络期间,所述终端进入不可达的状态;
    指示在终端离开第一网络期间,所述终端停止接收或无法接收来自第一网络的所有数据;
    指示在终端离开第一网络期间,所述终端停止接收或无法接收来自第一网络的下行数据和/或寻呼;
    指示在终端离开第一网络期间,所述终端无法对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应;
    指示在终端离开第一网络期间,所述终端无法发起位置更新;
    请求在终端离开第一网络期间,缓存或删除第一网络中关于所述终端的数据。
  26. 根据权利要求23所述的信息指示装置,其中,所述第一执行模块具体用于:在终端离开第一网络期间,根据所述第一信息,执行所述第一操作。
  27. 根据权利要求23所述的信息指示装置,其中,所述第一执行模块还用于执行以下之一:
    获取第二信息,根据所述第二信息,执行第二操作;
    在确认终端返回网络,获取终端的连接建立请求,获取终端的连接恢复 建立或确认终端与第一网络进入连接态时,执行第二操作;
    获取第二信息,在确认终端返回网络,获取终端的连接建立请求,获取终端的连接恢复建立或确认终端与第一网络进入连接态时,根据所述第二信息,执行第二操作,
    其中,所述执行第二操作包括以下至少一项:删除终端暂时不可达的状态、删除所述第一信息、通知其他网络设备所述第一信息失效、通知其他网络设备所述终端进入可达的状态、恢复对终端的配置更新、恢复向终端的数据发送,
    其中,所述第二信息用于以下至少一项:
    指示所述第一信息失效;
    指示终端退出不可达的状态,或指示所述终端恢复可达状态;
    指示终端能够接收第一网络的寻呼;
    指示终端能够对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应;
    指示终端请求接收或能够接收来自第一网络的所有数据;
    指示终端请求接收或能够接收来自第一网络的下行数据和/或寻呼;
    指示终端能够发起位置更新;
    请求接收关于终端的数据。
  28. 一种信息指示装置,应用于网络设备,包括:
    第二执行模块,用于执行以下之一:
    获取第二信息,根据所述第二信息,执行第二操作;
    在确认终端返回网络,获取终端的连接建立请求,获取终端的连接恢复建立或确认终端与第一网络进入连接态时,执行第二操作;
    获取第二信息,在确认终端返回网络,获取终端的连接建立请求,获取终端的连接恢复建立或确认终端与第一网络进入连接态时,根据所述第二信息,执行第二操作;
    其中,所述执行第二操作包括以下至少一项:删除终端不可达的状态、删除所述第一信息、通知其他网络设备所述第一信息失效、通知其他网络设备所述终端进入可达的状态、恢复对终端的配置更新、恢复向终端的数据发送;
    其中,所述第二信息用于以下至少一项:
    指示所述第一信息失效;
    指示终端退出不可达的状态,或指示所述终端恢复可达状态;
    指示所述终端能够接收第一网络的寻呼;
    指示终端能够对第一网络的寻呼进行寻呼响应;
    指示终端请求接收或能够接收来自第一网络的所有数据;
    指示终端请求接收或能够接收来自第一网络的下行数据和/或寻呼;
    指示终端能够发起位置更新;
    请求接收关于终端的数据。
  29. 一种通信设备,其中,包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的信息指示方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求9至13中任一项所述的信息指示方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求14所述的信息指示方法的步骤。
  30. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的信息指示方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求9至13中任一项所述的信息指示方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求14所述的信息指示方法的步骤。
  31. 一种芯片,包括:处理器和通信接口,其中,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的信息指示方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求9至13中任一项所述的信息指示方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求14所述的信息指示方法的步骤。
  32. 一种计算机程序产品,其中,所述程序产品被存储在非易失的存储介质中,所述程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的信息指示方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求9至13中任一项所述的信息指示方法的步骤,或者,实现如权利要求14所述的信息指示方法的步骤。
