如图2所示,本发明还提供一种轨道车辆清洁时车门和照明的控制系统,包括:驻车模式开关、锁车模式开关、清洁模式开关、紧急解锁装置、本地门开关、车辆控制单元、车门控制单元以及照明控制单元;
锁车模式开关、紧急解锁装置设置在车外;清洁模式开关、本地门开关设置在车内;驻 车模式开关、锁车模式开关、清洁模式开关、紧急解锁装置以及本地门开关分别通过硬接线与车辆控制单元的输入端电连接,车辆控制单元的输出端分别与车门控制单元、照明控制单元连接。
驻车模式开关,用于激活和关闭驻车模式;锁车模式开关,用于激活和关闭锁车模式;清洁模式开关,用于激活和关闭清洁模式;紧急解锁装置,用于发出紧急解锁信号;本地门开关,用于发出车门开关信号;车辆控制单元,用于根据锁车模式激活信号控制停放制动阀动作,根据锁车模式激活信号发出锁车控制指令给车门控制单元和照明控制单元,根据清洁模式激活信号分别发出车门允许开关信号和照明开启信号给车门控制单元和照明控制单元,以及将紧急解锁信号和车门开关信号反馈给车门控制单元;车门控制单元,用于根据锁车控制指令控制车门关闭且锁住,在锁车模式关闭时根据紧急解锁信号控制车门开启,以及在清洁模式激活时根据车门开关信号控制车门的开启和关闭;照明控制单元,用于根据锁车控制指令控制照明关闭(在锁车模式激活下),以及根据照明开启信号控制照明的开启(在清洁模式激活下)。
车辆控制单元与照明控制单元通过多路信号通道连接,根据不同信号通道的组合来控制照明的亮度,以节约电能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种轨道车辆清洁时车门和照明的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    步骤1:在驻车模式下,激活锁车模式,根据锁车模式激活信号控制车门关闭且锁住车门,同时控制照明关闭;当锁车模式激活时,通过紧急解锁装置无法打开车门;
    步骤2:在需要清洁时,关闭锁车模式,当锁车模式关闭时,通过紧急解锁装置打开车门;
    步骤3:激活清洁模式,根据清洁模式激活信号控制车门允许开关,同时控制照明开启;当清洁模式激活时,通过本地门开关控制车门的开和关;
    步骤4:在清洁完成后,关闭清洁模式,限制本地门开关对车门的控制,并再次激活锁车模式。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1中,通过钥匙操作车外的锁车模式开关来激活锁车模式。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中,通过钥匙操作车外的锁车模式开关来关闭锁车模式。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中,通过钥匙操作车内的清洁模式开关来激活清洁模式。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任一所述的控制方法,其特征在于:还包括在所述步骤1之前的进入所述驻车模式的步骤,具体为:
    步骤0:车辆静止停在站场时,激活驻车模式,根据驻车模式激活信号控制停放制动阀动作,同时保持并记录当前车辆各子系统的状态;取消司机室占有,车辆进入驻车模式。
  6. 如权利要求5中任一所述的控制方法,其特征在于:还包括在所述步骤0与步骤1之间的进入睡眠模式的步骤,具体为:
    根据设定时间自动控制或关闭车辆部分子系统,车辆进入睡眠模式。
  7. 一种轨道车辆清洁时车门和照明的控制系统,其特征在于,包括:锁车模式开关、清洁模式开关、紧急解锁装置、本地门开关、车辆控制单元、车门控制单元以及照明控制单元;
    所述锁车模式开关、紧急解锁装置设置在车外,所述清洁模式开关、本地门开关设置在车内;所述锁车模式开关、清洁模式开关、紧急解锁装置以及本地门开关分别与车辆控制单元电连接,所述车辆控制单元分别与所述车门控制单元、照明控制单元连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的控制系统,其特征在于:所述锁车模式开关、清洁模式开关、紧急解锁装置以及本地门开关分别通过硬接线与所述车辆控制单元电连接。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的控制系统,其特征在于:还包括与车辆控制单元电连接的驻 车模式开关。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于:包括权利要求7-9中任一所述的控制系统。
