Claims (10)
- 一种用于检测SARS-CoV-2的组合物,包括:第一引物对,用于特异性地扩增SARS-CoV-2的N基因;第一探针,用于检测所述第一引物对的扩增产物;第二引物对,用于特异性地扩增ORF1ab基因中如SEQ ID NO:1所示的区域;第二探针,用于检测所述第二引物对的扩增产物;第三引物对,用于特异性地扩增ORF1ab基因中如SEQ ID NO:2所示的区域;和第三探针,用于检测所述第三引物对的扩增产物。
- 根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中,所述第二引物对和第二探针为:ORF1ab正向引物1-1:5’-ATTCACCTAATTTAGCATGGCCTC-3’(SEQ ID NO:8);ORF1ab负向引物1-1:5’-ACATCTGTCGTAGTGCAACAGGAC-3’(SEQ ID NO:9);和ORF1ab探针1-1:5’-TTGTAACAGCTTTAAGGGCCAATTCTGCTGT-3’(SEQ ID NO:10);或者ORF1ab正向引物1-2:5’-ATGGCCTCTTATTGTAACAGCT-3’(SEQ ID NO:11);ORF1ab负向引物1-2:5’-AGCAGTTTGTGTAGTACCGGCAGC-3’(SEQ ID NO:12);和ORF1ab探针1-2:5’-CCAATTCTGCTGTCAAATTACAGAATA-3’(SEQ ID NO:13)。

- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述第一引物对用于特异性地扩增N基因中如SEQ ID NO:3所示的区域。
- 根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其中,所述第一引物对和第一探针为:N基因正向引物1:5’-GGTATTTCTACTACCTAGGAACT-3’(SEQ ID NO:5);N基因负向引物1:5’-TGCAGCATTGTTAGCAGGATTG-3’(SEQ ID NO:6);和N基因探针1:5’-GCCAGAAGCTGGACTTCCCTATGGTGC-3’(SEQ ID NO:7);或者N基因正向引物2:5’-ACTACCTAGGAACTGGGCCAG-3’(SEQ ID NO:43);N基因负向引物2:5’-AGCAGGATTGCGGGTGCCAAT-3’(SEQ ID NO:44);和N基因探针2:5’-ACTTCCCTATGGTGCTAACAAAGACGGCAT-3’(SEQ ID NO:45)。

- 如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的组合物在制备检测SARS-CoV-2的试剂盒中的用途。
- 一种检测SARS-CoV-2的试剂盒,所述试剂盒包括如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的组合物。
- 一种用于检测SARS-CoV-2的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:1)提取或释放待测样本的核酸;2)使用如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的组合物对步骤1)获得的核酸进行荧光定量PCR;3)获得并分析结果。
