Claims (10)
- 一种逆变器接线盒,其特征在于,所述逆变器接线盒包括壳体、盖板和顶针,所述盖板与所述壳体顶部可拆卸固定连接;所述顶针的一端可拆卸地固定连接在所述盖板底部,另一端可与逆变器上的保护装置抵接;所述壳体一侧设有接线部,所述接线部与外部电缆连接;所述壳体底部为中空结构,所述壳体底部和所述逆变器的进线端子抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的逆变器接线盒,其特征在于,所述逆变器接线盒还包括高压母排端子;所述高压母排端子包括绝缘本体与两个导电柱,所述导电柱分别插接在所述绝缘本体上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的逆变器接线盒,其特征在于,所述导电柱的材质为铜。
- 根据权利要求2所述的逆变器接线盒,其特征在于,所述导电柱中间设有通孔,可通过所述通孔和螺栓将所述高压母排端子连接在逆变器的进线端子上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的逆变器接线盒,其特征在于,所述壳体内还设置有定位板,用于固定所述绝缘本体和所述顶针在所述壳体的中间位置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的逆变器接线盒,其特征在于,所述壳体整体为圆柱形或方形,所述绝缘本体在所述圆柱形的直径上或方形的对角线上延伸,两端抵接在所述壳体上,两个所述导电柱对称设置在所述直径或所述对角线上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的逆变器接线盒,其特征在于,所述高压母排端子的外端侧设有若干绝缘介质支撑凸起。
- 根据权利要求1所述的逆变器接线盒,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述壳体垂直分布,所述接线部内设有正极接线孔和负极接线孔,所述正极接线孔和所述负极接线孔与所述壳体内部连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的逆变器接线盒,其特征在于,所述壳体的上设有若干纵向贯穿的安装孔,所述盖板对应位置也设有安装孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的逆变器接线盒,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有与所述逆变器上的定位柱配合的定位孔,或所述壳体上设有与所述逆变器上的定位孔配合的定位柱。
