Abstract
Description
種鶏会社において、実用鶏の親の種鶏群が飼養されている農場を種鶏農場と言う。この種鶏農場で産まれた卵は、図2に示すように、一旦貯卵場所に集められる。その後に、卵には予備加温と呼ばれる工程が実施される。その後、卵は孵卵機(以下「セッター5」と記す。)に入れられて孵卵が開始される。セッター5に入卵してから18日目または19日目に、卵は孵卵機(以下「ハッチャー6」と記す。)に移される。その後、孵卵の開始(入卵)から約21日目に雛が発生する。
種鶏農場で産まれた卵は(ステップS1)、セッタートレイ7へ充填され(ステップS2)、一旦貯卵される(ステップS3)。その後、予備加温(ステップS4)を経て、セッター5に入れられ(ステップS5)、所定期間、温度調整がなされる(ステップS6)。
図5および図6は、それぞれ変形例にかかる雛の生産システム1を示している。各変形例では、上述した実施形態と同一(またはこれに準ずる)の部分は同じ符号を付し、必要である場合を除きその説明を繰り返さないこととする。
Claims (5)
- セッタートレイに収容されてからハッチャートレイに移されるまでの間に孵化途中卵に関して物理情報を測定する工程と、
測定された前記物理情報に基づいて、前記孵化途中卵を複数のグループに分けて前記ハッチャートレイに収容する工程と、
前記ハッチャートレイに収容された前記孵化途中卵の温度調整を行って雛を発生させる工程とを備える、雛の生産方法。 - 前記孵化途中卵を複数のグループに分けて前記ハッチャートレイに収容する工程では、前記孵化途中卵の前記物理情報に加えて、前記孵化途中卵の属性情報も利用する、請求項1記載の雛の生産方法。
- 前記物理情報を測定する工程では、一の前記孵化途中卵について異なる日のそれぞれにおいて前記物理情報を測定し、
前記孵化途中卵を複数のグループに分けて前記ハッチャートレイに収容する工程では、一の前記孵化途中卵について測定された複数の前記物理情報の変化を利用する、請求項1または2記載の雛の生産方法。 - 前記物理情報は、卵殻温度に関する情報、および、卵重に関する情報の少なくともいずれか1つを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の雛の生産方法。
- セッタートレイに収容された孵化途中卵、または、前記セッタートレイから取り出された前記孵化途中卵の物理情報を測定する測定部と、
前記測定部で測定された前記物理情報に基づいて、前記孵化途中卵を複数のグループに分ける選別部と、
前記孵化途中卵を、前記選別部で分けられた前記グループ別に複数のハッチャートレイに収容する収容部とを備え、
複数の前記ハッチャートレイでそれぞれ前記孵化途中卵から雛を発生させる、雛の生産システム。
