Claims (19)
- 一种转动机构,包括:连接板,所述连接板具有第一位置和第二位置;安装座,包括座体和沿所述座体两侧延伸的凸出部,所述座体形成有第二缺口,所述第二缺口位于两个所述凸出部之间,所述凸出部形成有容纳槽,所述容纳槽朝所述座体的外侧敞开,所述连接板位于所述第一位置的状态下,所述连接板的部分位于所述座体的内侧,所述连接板位于所述第二位置的状态下,所述连接板的部分位于所述第二缺口内以封闭所述第二缺口;以及转轴,所述转轴经所述连接板和所述座体伸入所述容纳槽内,以使所述连接板能够在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间切换。
- 根据权利要求1所述的转动机构,所述座体包括支撑筋以及连接筋,所述支撑筋沿所述转轴的轴线方向延伸,两个所述连接筋分别与所述支撑筋的两端连接,所述支撑筋和两个所述连接筋共同围设形成所述第二缺口,所述凸出部与所述连接筋连接,所述转轴穿过所述连接筋伸入所述容纳槽内;所述连接板包括第一板体以及第二板体,所述第一板体包括中间部和外缘部,所述外缘部围设在所述中间部外围,所述外缘部沿所述转轴的轴线方向的相对的两侧形成有避让槽,所述连接板位于所述第二位置的状态下,所述连接筋的部分位于所述避让槽内,所述外缘部、所述支撑筋和两个所述连接筋共同围设形成环形结构,所述中间部位于所述环形结构内,所述第二板体与所述第一板体的内侧端面连接,所述第二板体形成有沿所述转轴的轴线方向设置的第二轴孔,所述转轴穿设于所述第二轴孔内。
- 一种收纳盒,包括:盒盖,所述盒盖包括盖壳和与所述盖壳连接的连接板;盒体,所述盒体包括壳体和安装座,所述壳体包括顶部开口的容纳空间和形成于所述壳体的侧壁上的第一缺口,所述容纳空间与所述第一缺口连通,所述安装座包括座体和沿所述座体两侧延伸的凸出部,所述座体形成有第二缺口,所述凸出部形成有容纳槽,所述安装座连接在所述第一缺口处,所述凸出部位于所述容纳空间内,所述容纳槽面向所述壳体的侧壁敞开,所述容纳槽与所述壳体的侧壁共同围设形成第一轴孔;以及转轴,所述转轴经所述连接板和所述座体伸入所述第一轴孔内,以使所述盖壳能够在打开位置和盖合所述壳体的闭合位置之间切换,所述盖壳位于所述闭合位置的状态下,所述连接板的部分位于所述第二缺口内以封闭所述第二缺口,所述座体的部分和所述连接板的部分共同封闭所述第一缺口。
- 根据权利要求3所述的收纳盒,所述座体包括:支撑筋,所述支撑筋沿所述转轴的轴线方向延伸,所述支撑筋朝所述壳体外侧的端面形成有台阶面,所述台阶面支撑于所述第一缺口的底壁上;以及连接筋,两个所述连接筋分别与所述支撑筋的两端连接,所述支撑筋和两个所述连接筋共同围设形成所述第二缺口;所述凸出部与所述连接筋连接,所述转轴穿过所述连接筋伸入所述第一轴孔内,所述支撑筋和两个所述连接筋连接在所述第一缺口上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的收纳盒,所述连接板包括:第一板体,所述第一板体沿所述转轴的轴线方向的相对的两侧分别形成有避让槽,所述盖壳位于所述闭合位置的状态下,所述连接筋的部分位于所述避让槽内,且所述连接筋的部分、所述支撑筋的部分和所述第一板体共同封闭所述第一缺口;以及第二板体,所述第二板体包括连接部和从所述连接部朝所述盒盖延伸的延伸部,所述连接部与所述第一板体靠近所述容纳空间的一侧连接,所述延伸部与所述盖壳连接,所述连接部形成有沿所述转轴的轴线方向设置的第二轴孔,所述转轴穿设于所述第二轴孔内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的收纳盒,所述第一板体包括中间部和外缘部,所述外缘部围设在所述中间部外围,所述避让槽形成于所述外缘部上,所述外缘部、所述支撑筋和两个所述连接筋共同围设形成环形结构,所述中间部位于所述环形结构内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的收纳盒,所述第一板体朝向所述容纳空间的端面形成有凹槽,所述凹槽沿所述转轴的轴线方向延伸,所述转轴的部分位于所述凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的收纳盒,所述第二板体包括从所述连接部朝所述座体延伸的凸台,所述座体包括与所述连接筋的顶端连接的顶板,所述支撑筋和所述顶板共同限定出转动空间,沿所述座体的高度方向,所述转轴位于所述顶板和所述支撑筋之间,所述凸台能够在所述转动空间内绕所述转轴的轴线转动,所述凸台与所述顶板抵接以限定所述盖壳的打开位置,所述凸台与所述支撑筋抵接以限定所述盖壳的闭合位置。
- 根据权利要求8所述的收纳盒,所述连接部沿所述转轴的轴线方向的尺寸小于所述第一板体沿所述转轴的轴线方向的尺寸;和/或,所述凸台沿所述转轴的轴线方向的尺寸小于所述第一板体沿所述转轴的轴线方向的尺寸。
- 根据权利要求8所述的收纳盒,所述顶板形成有朝向所述连接部开口的开口槽,所述盖壳位于所述闭合位置的状态下,所述连接部的部分位于所述开口槽内。
- 根据权利要求3~10任意一项所述的收纳盒,所述安装座为一体成型结构;和/或,所述连接板为一体成型结构。
- 根据权利要求3~10任意一项所述的收纳盒,所述盖壳位于所述闭合位置的状态下,所述壳体的外表面与位于所述第一缺口内的所述座体的表面、所述连接板的表面共同构成平滑面。
- 根据权利要求3~10任意一项所述的收纳盒,所述收纳盒包括弹性件,所述盖壳具有临界位置,所述临界位置位于所述闭合位置和所述打开位置之间,所述弹性件负载于所述安装座和所述连接板之间,所述盖壳位于临界位置的状态下,所述弹性件对所述盒盖施加的力矩为零;当所述盖壳 偏向所述临界位置沿转动方向的任意一侧,所述弹性件对所述盒盖施加驱动力矩以驱动所述盖壳运动至所述闭合位置或所述打开位置。
- 根据权利要求13所述的收纳盒,所述弹性件包括至少一个扭簧,所述扭簧包括第一支腿、第二支腿以及螺旋体,所述第一支腿和所述第二支腿连接于所述螺旋体的轴向相对两侧,所述第一支腿与所述座体连接,所述第二支腿与所述连接板连接以带动所述盖壳绕所述转轴的轴线转动,所述螺旋体的轴线与所述转轴的轴线的夹角范围为45°~90°。
- 根据权利要求14所述的收纳盒,所述扭簧的数量为两个,两个所述扭簧的第一支腿的端部固定连接,两个所述扭簧的所述螺旋体的轴线平行。
- 根据权利要求15所述的收纳盒,所述连接板沿所述转轴的轴线方向的相对两侧设置有插接孔,其中一个所述扭簧的第二支腿的端部位于其中一个所述插接孔内,其中另一个所述扭簧的第二支腿的端部位于另一个所述插接孔内。
- 根据权利要求3~10任意一项所述的收纳盒,所述壳体的内表面设置有插接槽,所述座体能够从所述容纳空间的顶部开口插入所述插接槽内,所述座体支撑于所述插接槽的底壁上。
- 根据权利要求17所述的收纳盒,所述盒体包括凸出于所述壳体的内表面的第一凸筋和两个第二凸筋,所述第一凸筋沿平行于所述转轴的轴线的方向延伸,两个所述第二凸筋从所述第一凸筋的相对两端朝向所述盒盖方向延伸,所述第二凸筋背离所述壳体的一端朝向另一所述第二凸筋一侧弯折,两个所述第二凸筋、所述第一凸筋和所述壳体的内表面共同围设形成所述插接槽,所述座体支撑于所述第一凸筋上。
- 根据权利要求3~10任意一项所述的收纳盒,所述收纳盒为耳机充电盒,耳机收纳于所述容纳空间内,所述耳机充电盒能够为所述耳机充电。
