Abstract

Description
본 발명은 카메라 모듈에 관한 것이다.
최근 들어, 초소형 카메라 모듈이 개발되고 있고 초소형 카메라 모듈은 스마트폰, 노트북, 게임기 등과 같은 소형 전자 제품에 널리 사용되고 있다.
자동차의 보급이 대중화됨에 따라 초소형 카메라는 소형 전자 제품뿐만 아니라 차량에도 많이 사용된다. 예를 들어, 차량의 보호 또는 교통사고의 객관적인 자료를 위한 블랙박스 카메라, 차량 후미의 사각지대를 운전자가 화면을 통해서 모니터링할 수 있도록 하여 차량의 후진 시에 안전을 기할 수 있게 하는 후방 감시카메라, 차량의 주변을 모니터링 할 수 있는 주변 감지 카메라 등이 구비된다.
최근, 카메라 모듈이 고화소화 되면서 플라스틱 바디의 방열 성능이 문제가 되고 있다. 특히, 종래의 플라스틱 바디는 단가는 메탈 바디 대비 저렴하나 방열에 취약하여 고화소 카메라 모듈의 경우 사용함에 따라 제품이 열화되는 문제가 발생하고 있다.
본 발명은 방열 성능의 최대화 및 방수 문제의 최소화가 가능한 카메라 모듈을 제공하고자 한다.
또한, 조립 공수의 최소화하고 비용이 절감되는 카메라 모듈을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명에 따른 카메라 모듈은 렌즈를 포함하는 제1바디; 상기 제1바디에 결합되고 홀을 포함하는 제2바디; 및 상기 제2바디 내에 배치되는 쉴드 커버를 포함하고, 상기 쉴드 커버는 상기 제2바디에 접착되고, 상기 쉴드 커버의 측판의 일부는 상기 제2바디의 상기 홀에 의해 노출될 수 있다.
상기 제2바디는 바닥판과, 상기 바닥판으로부터 상기 제1바디를 향하는 방향으로 연장되는 측판을 포함하고, 상기 제2바디의 상기 측판은 상기 쉴드 커버와 접착되는 제1영역과, 상기 쉴드 커버 및 상기 제1바디와 접착되지 않는 제2영역을 포함하고, 상기 제2바디의 제2영역의 두께는 상기 제2바디의 제1영역의 두께보다 더 클 수 있다.

본 실시예에 따른 카메라 모듈은 렌즈를 포함하는 제1바디; 상기 제1바디에 결합되는 제2바디; 상기 제2바디 내에 배치되고, 상기 제2바디와 결합되는 쉴드 커버를 포함하고, 상기 쉴드 커버는 상기 제2바디와 방수 가능하도록 결합되고, 상기 제2바디는 상기 쉴드 커버의 열을 방출하도록 형성된 복수 개의 홀을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명을 통해, 방열을 최대화 할 수 있는 플라스틱 리어 바디 구조를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 금속 재질의 쉴드 커버와 플라스틱 재질의 리어 바디를 인서트 사출로 조립하여 조립공수를 최소화 하고 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
또한, 쉴드 커버에 전처리 과정을 통하여 쉴드 커버와 리어 바디 사이의 계면 분리를 방지할 수 있고, 이를 통해 방수 성능을 최대화할 수 있다.
또한, 리어 바디 내면에 쉴드 커버를 배치 및 접촉시켜 카메라 모듈을 소형화하면서 방수 및 방열 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카메라 모듈(10)은 차량용 카메라 모듈일 수 있다. 카메라 모듈(10)은 차량에 결합될 수 있다. 카메라 모듈(10)은 차량의 전방 카메라, 측방 카메라, 후방 카메라 및 블랙 박스 중 어느 하나 이상에 사용될 수 있다. 카메라 모듈(10)은 차량의 전방에 배치될 수 있다. 카메라 모듈(10)은 차량의 후방에 배치될 수 있다. 카메라 모듈(10)은 차량의 윈드 글라스에 결합될 수 있다. 카메라 모듈(10)은 차량의 전방 또는 후방의 윈드 글라스에 결합될 수 있다. 카메라 모듈(10)은 차량의 사이드에 배치될 수 있다. 카메라 모듈(10)은 피사체를 촬영하여 디스플레이(미도시)에 영상으로 출력할 수 있다.

제2돌출부(114)는 경사면(114a)을 포함할 수 있다. 경사면(114a)은 제2돌출부(114)의 제1측면으로부터 제2돌출부(114)의 제2측면을 향하는 방향으로 경사지게 형성될 수 있다. 제2돌출부(114)의 광축 방향으로의 길이는 제2돌출부(114)의 제1측면으로부터 제2돌출부(114)의 제2측면으로 갈수록 길어질 수 있다. 경사면(114a)는 제2바디(200)와 융착 결합될 수 있다. 경사면(114a)의 적어도 일부는 제2바디(200)과 융착 결합될 수 있다.
제2돌출부(114)는 측판(112)에 접촉될 수 있다. 제2돌출부(114)의 제2측면은 측판(112)의 내면과 접촉될 수 있다. 제2돌출부(114)는 측판(112)과 이격되지 않을 수 있다. 제2돌출부(114)는 광축 방향에 수직한 방향으로 측판(112)과 이격되지 않을 수 있다. 제2돌출부(114)는 측판(112)의 내면을 따라 연장될 수 있다.

바디부(110)는 리브(115)를 포함할 수 있다. 리브(115)는 상판(111)의 하면으로부터 돌출될 수 있다. 리브(115)는 제1돌출부(113)와 제2돌출부(114) 사이에 배치될 수 있다. 리브(115)는 제1돌출부(113)와 제2돌출부(114)를 연결할 수 있다. 리브(115)의 일단은 제1돌출부(113)에 결합되고, 리브(115)의 타단은 제2돌출부(114)에 결합될 수 있다. 리브(115)는 제1돌출부(113)의 연장 방향에 수직인 방향으로 연장될 수 있다. 리브(115)의 연장 방향은 제2돌출부(114)의 연장 방향에 수직인 방향일 수 있다. 이때, 리브(115)이 연장 방향은 리브(115)의 장변 방향을 의미할 수 있다. 리브(115)의 연장 방향을 광축 방향에 수직인 방향과 평행할 수 있다.

카메라 모듈(10)은 제2바디(200)를 포함할 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 리어 바디(rear body), 하부 하우징, 제2하우징 중 어느 하나로 이름할 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 상부가 개구된 사각형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 플라스틱 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 제1바디(100) 아래에 배치될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 제1바디(100)와 결합될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 제1바디(100)에 융착 결합될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 제1바디(100)와 초음파 융착, 레이저 융착 및 열 융착 중 어느 하나에 의해 결합될 수 있다. 이때, 초음파 융착이란 제2바디(200)를 고정한 상태에서 제1바디(100)를 가압과 함께 진동시켜 제2바디(200)와 제1바디(100)의 융착 부분이 융착되어 일체화 되는 과정을 의미할 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 제1바디(100)와의 결합을 통해 내부 공간을 형성할 수 있다.
제2바디(200)는 바닥판(210)을 포함할 수 있다. 바닥판(210)은 제1바디(110)의 바디부(110)의 상판(111)과 대향할 수 있다. 바닥판(210)은 제1바디(110)의 바디부(110)의 상판(111)과 광축 방향으로 이격될 수 있다. 바닥판(210)은 1바디(110)의 바디부(110)의 상판(111)과 평행할 수 있다. 바닥판(210)는 사각 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 바닥판(210)의 코너는 적어도 일부에서 라운드 형상을 포함할 수 있다.
바닥판(210)은 제1홀(211)을 포함할 수 있다. 제1홀(211)은 바닥판(210)의 상면과 하면을 관통하여 형성될 수 있다. 제1홀(211)은 후술하는 쉴드 커버(300)를 외부로 노출시킬 수 있다. 이를 통해, 제1바디(100)와 제2바디(200)의 내부 공간에 발생되는 열을 외부로 방출할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 카메라 모듈(10)의 방열 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 제1홀(211)은 후술하는 제3홀(212)과 이격될 수 있다.

제2홀(223)은 제2바디(200)의 제1 내지 제4측판(220a, 220b, 220c, 220d)에 각각 배치될 수 있다. 제2홀(223)은 제1측판(220a)에 배치되는 5개의 제2-1홀을 포함할 수 있다. 제1측판(220a)의 광축 방향에 수직인 방향으로의 길이는 5개의 제2-1홀의 대응하는 방향으로의 전체 길이의 1.5배 내지 2.5배일 수 있다. 예를 들어 2배일 수 있다. 제1측판(220a)의 광축 방향으로의 길이는 제2-1홀의 대응하는 방향으로의 길이의 2배일 수 있다. 제1측판(220a)의 단면적은 5개의 제2-1홀의 전체 단면적의 3배 내지 5배일 수 있다. 예를 들어 4배일 수 있다. 이때, 단면적은 제1측판(220a)의 제2-1홀이 형성되지 않은 사각 플레이트를 가정하여 산출한 단면적을 의미할 수 있다. 즉, 제1측판(220a)의 단면적은 제2-1홀을 제외하고 계산될 수 있다. 다만, 이에 제한되는 것은 아니며 제2홀(223)은 쉴드 커버(300)의 노출 영역을 최대로 하기 위해 다양한 크기와 개수로 형성될 수 있다.
제2바디(200)는 커넥터 인출부(230)를 포함할 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)은 바닥판(210)에 결합될 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 바닥판(210)의 제3홀(212)에 배치될 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 바닥판(210)의 제3홀(212)을 관통할 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 내부에 커넥터(460)가 배치될 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 플라스틱 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 바닥판(210) 보다 위로 돌출되는 제1부분을 포함할 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 바닥판(210)의 아래도 돌출되는 제2부분을 포함할 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)의 제1부분과 제2부분은 일체로 형성될 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)의 제1부분의 광축 방향으로의 길이는 커넥터 인출부(230)의 제2부분의 광축 방향으로의 길이보다 작을 수 있다. 제1부분의 광축 방향으로의 길이는 쉴드 커버(300)의 바닥판(310)의 두께와 대응될 수 있다. 제1부분의 상면은 쉴드 커버(300)의 바닥판(310)의 상면과 동일 평면상에 배치될 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 홀(231)을 포함할 수 있다. 홀(231)에는 커넥터(460)가 배치될 수 있다. 홀(231)은 커넥터(460)의 적어도 일부를 수용할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 커넥터 인출부(230)는 커넥터(460)를 고정할 수 있다.
카메라 모듈(10)은 쉴드 커버(300)를 포함할 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)는 금속 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)는 바닥판(310)과, 바닥판(310)으로부터 연장되는 측판(320)과, 복수의 측판(320)에 배치되는 코너(330)을 포함할 수 있다. 바닥판(310), 측판(320) 및 코너(330)은 일체로 형성될 수 있다. 바닥판(310)은 제2바디(200)의 바닥판(210)과 접촉될 수 있다.
바닥판(310)은 홀(311)을 포함할 수 있다. 홀(311)은 제2바디(200)의 제3홀(212)와 대응되는 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 홀(311)은 제2바디(200)의 제3홀(212)와 대응되는 크기로 형성될 수 있다. 홀(311)에는 커넥터 인출부(230)의 적어도 일부가 배치될 수 있다. 홀(311)에는 커넥터 인출부(230)가 관통될 수 있다. 홀(311)의 내주면은 커넥터 인출부(230)의 외주면의 적어도 일부와 접촉될 수 있다. 홀(311)에는 커넥터(460)의 적어도 일부가 배치될 수 있다. 홀(311)에는 커넥터(460)가 관통될 수 있다.
측판(320)은 제1측판(321)과 제2측판(322)과, 제1측판(321)의 반대편에 배치되는 제3측판(323)과, 제2측판(322)의 반대편에 배치되는 제4측판(324)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1측판(321)의 외측면은 제2바디(200)의 제1측판(220a)의 내측면과 접촉될 수 있다. 제2측판(322)의 외측면은 제2바디(200)의 제2측판(220b)의 내측면과 접촉될 수 있다. 제3측판(323)의 외측면은 제2바디(200)의 제3측판(220c)의 내측면와 접촉될 수 있다. 제4측판(324)의 외측면은 제2바디(200)의 제4측판(220d)의 내측면과 접촉될 수 있다.
측판(320)은 제1측판(321)과 제2측판(322) 상에 배치되는 제1코너(331)와, 제2측판(322)와 제3측판(323) 사이에 배치되는 제2코너(332)와, 제3측판(323)과 제4측판(324) 사이에 배치되는 제3코너(333)와, 제4측판(324)와 제1측판(321) 사이에 배치되는 제4코너(334)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1코너(331의 외주면은 제2바디(200)의 제1코너(220e)의 내주면과 접촉될 수 있다. 제2코너(332)의 외주면은 제2바디(200)의 제2코너(220f)의 내주면과 접촉될 수 있다. 제3코너(333)의 외주면은 제2바디(200)의 제3코너(220g)의 내주면과 접촉될 수 있다. 제4코너(334)의 외주면은 제2바디(200)의 제4코너(220h)의 내주면과 접촉될 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)는 제2기판(420)과 그라운드(접지)될 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)와 커넥터(460)의 외면은 그라운드될 수 있다.
쉴드 커버(300)는 제2바디(200)와 방수 가능하도록 결합될 수 있다. 방수는 용도에 따라, 방수방진 등급 IP52등급 이상을 만족시킬 수 있고, 차량 외부에 배치되는 경우 IP69K 등급을 만족시킬 수 있다.
도 16 내지 도 18을 참고하면, 쉴드 커버(300)는 금속의 성형을 통해 일체로 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 쉴드 커버(300)의 바닥판(310), 측판(320) 및 코너(330)는 금속을 성형하여 일체로 형성될 수 있다. 보다 상세히, 쉴드 커버(300)는 사각형상을 갖는 솔리드(solid) 금형(500)에 안착될 수 있다. 이때, 쉴드 커버(300)를 금형(500)을 향하는 방향으로 가압하여 쉴드 커버(300)의 모양을 만들 수 있다. 이 경우, 판재를 절곡하여 측판을 형성하고, 형성된 측판과 측판을 결합시키는 방법으로 형성되는 쉴드 커버에서 발생되는 측판과 측판 사이의 틈새가 형성되는 문제를 해소할 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명의 쉴드 커버(300)는 측판(320)과 코너(330)과 일체로 형성되므로 복수의 측판(320) 사이 또는 측판(320)과 코너(330) 사이가 이격되지 않을 수 있다.
쉴드 커버(300)는 금속 표면 처리될 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)는 전처리될 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)의 제2바디(200)와의 접합면은 금속 표면 처리될 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)의 제2바디(200)와의 접합면은 전처리될 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)는 제2바디(200)에 인서트 사출되기 전 금속 표면의 전처리 과정을 거칠 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)는 알루미늄으로 형성될 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)의 적어도 일부는 알루미늄으로 형성될 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)는 열 전도율이 높은 금속 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 전처리 또는 금속 표면 처리란, 금속 표면에 부착된 유분을 제거하고 피막층 또는 표면 처리층을 형성시키는 과정을 의미할 수 있다. 이때, 표면 처리층이란, 코팅층(C) 또는 피막층을 포함하는 상위 개념을 의미할 수 있다. 표면 처리층은 코팅층(C)을 포함할 수 있다. 표면 처리층은 피막층을 포함할 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)의 제2바디(200)와의 접합면을 특수 용액에 일정 시간 담궈두면, 쉴드 커버(300)의 제2바디(200)와의 접합면에 나노(nano) 크기의 기공(S)이 형성될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 쉴드 커버(300)와 제2바디(200)가 인서트 사출되는 과정에서 발생되는 열에 의해 플라스틱 재질의 제2바디(200)의 일부가 녹아 쉴드 커버(300)의 기공(S)에 유입될 수 있다. 이 경우, 쉴드 커버(300)와 제2바디(200) 사이의 접합력, 결합력 및 밀착력이 증대될 수 있다. 또한, 쉴드 커버(300)의 제2바디(200)와의 접합면을 특수 용액에 일정 시간 담궈두면, 쉴드 커버(300)의 제2바디(200)와의 접합면에 코팅층(C) 또는 피막층이 형성될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 쉴드 커버(300)와 제2바디(200)의 접합면 사이의 계면분리 현상을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 별도의 방수부재 또는 실링부재 없이도 쉴드 커버(300)와 제2바디(200) 사이의 방수가 가능할 수 있다.
쉴드 커버(300)는 제2바디(200)에 인서트 사출(insert molding)을 통해 고정될 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)는 제2바디(200)에 인서트 성형을 통해 고정될 수 있다. 인서트 사출 또는 인서트 성형이란 금속 부재와 플라스틱 부재를 일체화 시키는 성형방법을 의미할 수 있다. 인서트 사출 과정에서 발생하는 열에 의해 제2바디(200)의 일부가 용융되어 쉴드 커버(300)의 전저치 과정에서 생성된 기공(S)에 유입될 수 있다.
카메라 모듈(10)은 기판 어셈블리(400)를 포함할 수 있다. 기판 어셈블리(400)는 제2바디(200) 내에 배치될 수 있다. 기판 어셈블리(400)는 제1바디(100)와 제2바디(300)의 결합에 의해 형성된 내부 공간에 배치될 수 있다. 기판 어셈블리(400)는 쉴드 커버(300) 내에 배치될 수 있다.
기판 어셈블리(400)는 제1기판(410)을 포함할 수 있다. 제1기판(410)은 인쇄회로기판(printed circuit board)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1기판(410)는 강성 인쇄회로기판(rigid printed circuit board)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1기판(410)에는 이미지 센서(440)가 배치될 수 있다. 이때, 제1기판(410)은 센서 기판으로 이름할 수 있다. 제1기판(410)는 제1바디(100)의 바디부(100)와 대향하는 제1면과, 제1면의 반대편에 배치되는 제2면을 포함할 수 있다. 이미지 센서(440)는 제1기판(410)의 제1면에 배치될 수 있다. 제1기판(410)는 제1바디(100)와 결합될 수 있다. 제1기판(410)은 제1바디(100)이 제1돌출부(113)에 결합될 수 있다. 제1기판(410)의 제1면의 외측 가장자리는 제1바디(100)이 제1돌출부(113)에 결합될 수 있다.

기판 어셈블리(400)는 제3기판(430)을 포함할 수 있다. 제3기판(430)는 연성 인쇄회로기판(FPCB, flexible printed circuit board)를 포함할 수 있다. 제3기판(430)은 제1기판(410)과 제2기판(420)을 전기적으로 연결할 수 있다. 제3기판(430)의 일단은 제1기판(410)에 연결되고, 제3기판(430)의 타단은 제2기판(420)에 연결될 수 있다. 제3기판(430)은 탄성을 가질 수 있다.
기판 어셈블리(400)는 스페이서(450)를 포함할 수 있다. \스페이서(450)는 쉴드캔으로 호칭될 수 있다. 스페이서(450)는 전자파 차폐 부재로 호칭될 수 있다. 스페이서(450)는 전자 방해 잡음(EMI, electromagnetic interference) 또는 전자기파를 차단할 수 있다. 스페이서(450)는 복수의 기판 사이를 이격시키는 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 스페이서(450)는 금속재질로 형성될 수 있다.
스페이서(450)는 제1쉴드캔으로 호칭될 수 있으며, 이 경우 쉴드 커버(300)은 제2쉴드캔으로 호칭될 수 있다. 스페이서(450)는 제1기판(410) 아래에 배치될 수 있다. 스페이서(450)는 제2기판(420) 위에 배치될 수 있다. 스페이서(450)는 제1기판(410)과 제2기판(420) 사이에 배치될 수 있다. 스페이서(450)는 제1기판(410)과 제2기판(420)을 이격시킬 수 있다.
스페이서(450)는 몸체부(451)을 포함할 수 있다. 몸체부(451)는 복수의 몸체부(451)을 포함할 수 있다. 몸체부(451)은 제1몸체부(451a)와 제2몸체부(451b)와, 제1몸체부(451a)의 반대편에 배치되는 제3몸체부(451c)와, 제2몸체부(451b)의 반대편에 배치되는 제4몸체부(451d)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 내지 제4몸체부(451a, 451b 451c, 451d)는 각각 후술하는 연결부(456)를 제외하고는 이격될 수 있다.
몸체부(451)은 몸제부(451)의 상단에 형성되는 제1돌기(452)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1돌기(452)는 서로 이격되는 2개의 돌기(452)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1돌기(452)는 제1기판(410)의 제2면에 배치될 수 있다. 몸체부(451)은 제1돌기(452) 사이에 형성되는 홈(453)을 포함할 수 있다. 제1몸체부(451a)의 2개의 제1돌기(452) 사이에 형성되는 홈(453)의 폭은 제2 내지 제4몸체부(451b, 451c, 451d)의 2개의 제1돌기(452) 사이에 형성되는 홈(453)의 폭보다 크게 형성될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 제3기판(430)이 제1몸체부(451a)에 형성되는 홈(453)을 통과하여 제1기판(410)과 제2기판(420)을 전기적으로 연결할 수 있다.
스페이서(450)은 제1결합부(454)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1결합부(454)는 제2몸체부(451b)와 제4몸체부(451d) 각각의 하단에 형성될 수 있다. 제1결합부(454)는 제2몸체부(451b)와 제4몸체부(451d)의 하단의 적어도 일부 영역으로부터 아래로 돌출될 수 있다.
제1결합부(454)는 제1홀(454a)를 포함할 수 있다. 제2몸체부(451b)에 형성되는 제1결합부(454)의 제1홀(454a)는 제4몸체부(451d)에 형성되는 제1결합부(454)의 제1홀(454a)과 광축 방향에 수직인 방향으로 오버랩될 수 있다. 제1홀(454a)에는 후술하는 제2돌기(454c)의 적어도 일부가 배치될 수 있다. 제1홀(454a)은 제2돌기(454c)와의 간섭 방지를 위해 형성될 수 있다.
제1결합부(454)는 제2홀(454b)를 포함할 수 있다. 제2몸체부(451b)에 형성되는 제1결합부(454)의 제2홀(454b)는 제4몸체부(451d)에 형성되는 제1결합부(454)의 제2홀(454b)과 광축 방향에 수직인 방향으로 오버랩될 수 있다. 제2홀(454b)은 후술하는 제3돌기(454d)를 생성하기 위해 형성될 수 있다. 제2홀(454b)는 제1홀(454a)와 이격될 수 있다.
제1결합부(454)는 제2돌기(454c)를 포함할 수 있다. 제2몸체부(451b)에 형성되는 제1결합부(454)의 제2돌기(454c)는 제4몸체부(451d)에 형성되는 제1결합부(454)의 제2돌기(454c)와 광축 방향에 수직인 방향으로 오버랩될 수 있다. 제2돌기(454c) 제1결합부(454)의 하단의 일부로부터 절곡되어 형성될 수 있다. 제2돌기(454c)는 제2기판(420)의 제2면을 지지하기 위한 절곡부를 포함할 수 있다. 제2돌기(454c)의 절곡부의 단부는 제1홀(454a)에 배치될 수 있다. 제2돌기(454c)를 통해 제2기판(420)이 스페이서(450)에 고정될 수 있다.
제1결합부(454)는 제3돌기(454d)를 포함할 수 있다. 제3돌기(454d)는 제1결합부(454)의 일부 영역을 절개하고, 절개한 영역을 외측으로 가압하여 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 절개된 영역은 제2홀(454b)일 수 있다. 제2몸체부(451b)에 형성되는 제1결합부(454)의 제3돌기(454d)는 제4몸체부(451d)에 형성되는 제1결합부(454)의 제3돌기(454d)와 광축 방향에 수직인 방향으로 오버랩될 수 있다. 제3돌기(454d)는 제1결합부(454)에 대하여 경사지게 연장되는 제1영역과, 제1영역으로부터 제1결합부(454)와 평행하게 연장되는 제2영역을 포함할 수 있다.
스페이서(450)는 제2결합부(455)를 포함할 수 있다. 제2결합부(455)는 제3몸체부(451c)의 하단으로부터 아래로 연장될 수 있다. 제2결합부(455)는 제3몸체부(451c)의 하단의 일부 영역으로부터 아래로 연장될 수 있다. 제2결합부(455)는 제3홀(455a)를 포함할 수 있다. 제3홀(455a)에는 제2기판(420)의 일부가 배치될 수 있다. 제3홀(455a)에는 제2기판(420)의 일부가 끼움 결합되어 제2기판(420)이 고정될 수 있다.
스페이서(450)는 연결부(456)을 포함할 수 있다. 연결부(456)은 제1 내지 제4몸체부(451a, 451b, 451c, 451d)를 연결할 수 있다. 연결부(456)는 곡면을 포함할 수 있다. 연결부(456)는 제2기판(420)의 제1면에 배치될 수 있다. 연결부(456)는 제2기판(420)을 아래로 가압하고 제2돌기(454c)는 제2기판(420)을 위로 가압하여 제2기판(420)을 고정할 수 있다.
스페이서(450)은 쉴드 커버(300) 내에 배치될 수 있다. 쉴드 부재(450)는 쉴드 커버(300)와 이격될 수 있다. 쉴드 부재(450)는 쉴드 커버(300)의 바닥판(310)과 광축 방향으로 이격될 수 있다. 쉴드 부재(450)는 쉴드 커버(300)의 측판(320)과 광축 방향에 수직한 방향으로 이격될 수 있다. 스페이서(450)는 금속 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 스페이서(450)의 두께는 쉴드 커버(300)의 측판(320)의 두께보다 얇을 수 있다. 스페이서(450)는 쉴드 커버(300)의 측판(320)과 대향할 수 있다.
기판 어셈블리(400)는 커넥터(460)을 포함할 수 있다. 커넥터(460)은 제2기판(420)의 제2면에 배치될 수 있다. . 커넥터(460)은 제2기판(420)의 제2면에 고정될 수 있다. 커넥터(460)은 제2기판(420)과 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 커넥터(460)의 일부는 쉴드 커버(300) 내에 배치되고, 나머지는 제2바디(200)의 커넥터 인출부(230) 내에 배치될 수 있다. 커넥터(460)는 쉴드 커버(300)의 홀(311)을 관통할 수 있다. 커넥터(460)는 제2바디(200)의 제3홀(212)을 관통할 수 있다.
도 20 내지 22를 참고하면, 카메라 모듈(10)은 방열부재(600)를 포함할 수 있다. 방열부재(600)는 방열 패드, 발열 패드 및 써멀 패드(thermal pad) 중 어느 하나로 이름할 수 있다. 방열부재(600)는 열전도성 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
방열부재(600)는 쉴드 커버(300)내에 배치될 수 있다. 방열부재(600)는 쉴드 커버(300)의 바닥판(310)에 배치될 수 있다. 방열부재(600)는 쉴드 커버(300)의 바닥판(310)과 제2기판(420) 사이에 배치될 수 있다. 방열부재(600)의 일단은 기판(420)의 제2면에 접촉되고, 방열부재(600)의 타단은 쉴드 커버(300)의 바닥판(310)에 접촉될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 기판 어셈블리(400)에서 발생되는 열을 쉴드 커버(300)에 전달하여 방열 성능을 극대화할 수 있다.
방열부재(600)는 제2바디(200)의 제1측면(220a)와 대향하는 제1측면과, 제2바디(200)의 제2측면(220b)와 대향하는 제2측면과, 제2바디(200)의 제3측면(220c)와 대향하는 제3측면과, 제2바디(200)의 제4측면(220d)와 대향하는 제4측면을 포함할 수 있다.
방열부재(600)는 홈부(610)을 포함할 수 있다. 홈부(610)는 방열부재(600)의 제2측면으로부터 함몰되어 형성될 수 있다. 홈부(610)는 방열부재(600)늬 제3측면으로부터 함몰되어 형성될 수 있다. 홈부(600)는 쉴드 커버(300)의 바닥판(310)의 홀(311)을 회피하도록 형성될 수 있다. 홈부(600)는 기판 어셈블리(400)의 커넥터(460)를 회피하기 위해 형성될 수 있다. 홈부(610)는 적어도 일부에서 곡면을 포함할 수 있다. 홈부(610)는 라운드지게 형성될 수 있다.

본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 카메라 모듈(20)은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카메라 모듈(10)의 제2바디(200)를 제외하고는 동일한 구성을 가지는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 다른 실시예에 따른 카메라 모듈(20) 중 일 실시예에 따른 카메라 모듈(10)과 동일한 구성에 대하여는 동일한 도면 부호를 부여할 수 있다.
카메라 모듈(20)은 제2바디(200)를 포함할 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 리어 바디(rear body), 하부 하우징, 제2하우징 중 어느 하나로 이름할 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 상하부가 개구된 사각형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 플라스틱 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 제1바디(100) 아래에 배치될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 쉴드 커버(300) 위에 배치될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 제1바디(100)와 결합될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 쉴드 커버(300)와 결합될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 제1바디(100)에 융착 결합될 수 있다. 제2바디(200)는 제1바디(100)와 초음파 융착, 레이저 융착 및 열 융착 중 어느 하나에 의해 결합될 수 있다. 이때, 초음파 융착이란 제2바디(200)를 고정한 상태에서 제1바디(100)를 가압과 함께 진동시켜 제2바디(200)와 제1바디(100)의 융착 부분이 융착되어 일체화 되는 과정을 의미할 수 있다.

제2바디(200)는 커넥터 인출부(230)를 포함할 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 쉴드 커버(300)의 바닥판(310)에 결합될 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 쉴드 커버(300)의 바닥판(310)의 홀(311)에 배치될 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 쉴드 커버(300)의 바닥판(310)의 홀(311)을 관통할 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 내부에 커넥터(460)가 배치될 수 있다. 커넥터 인출부(230)는 플라스틱 재질로 형성될 수 있다.

쉴드 커버(300) 바닥판(310)과, 바닥판(310)으로부터 연장되는 측판(321)을 포함할 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)의 측판(321)은 제2바디부(240)의 적어도 일부와 광축 방향에 수직인 방향으로 오버랩되는 제1부분과, 제1부분으로부터 연장되고 제2바디부(240)와 광축 방향에 수직인 방향으로 오버랩되지 않는 제2부분을 포함할 수 있다.

쉴드 커버(300)의 제2부분은 외부로 노출될 수 있다. 쉴드 커버(300)의 제2부분의 광축 방향으로의 길이는 쉴드 커버(300)의 제1부분이 대응하는 방향으로의 길이보다 클 수 있다. 이를 통해, 쉴드 커버(300)의 노출 영역을 최대화 하여 방열 성능을 최대화할 수 있다.
이하에서는, 본 발명의 일 실시예 및 다른 실시예에 따른 카메라 모듈(10, 20)의 방열 경로를 도면을 참고하여 상세히 설명한다.

최근 소형 카메라 모듈의 고화소화 요구에 따라 카메라 모듈 내에 내장되는 기판의 수가 증가하고, 기판에서 발생되는 열로 인해 플라스틱 바디의 손상 및 이미지 센서 등 부품이 손상되는 문제가 있다.
도 33을 참고하면, 본 발명에 따른 카메라 모듈(10)은 기판으로부터 발생되는 열이 금속 재질의 쉴드 커버(300)에 전달되고, 쉴드 커버(300)로 전달된 열은 제2바디(200)의 홀(211, 223)을 통해 카메라 모듈(10)의 외부로 방출될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 카메라 모듈(20)은 기판으로부터 발생되는 열이 방열부재(600) 및 금속 재질의 쉴드 커버(300) 중 어느 하나에 전달되고, 쉴드 커버(300)로 전달된 열은 제2바디(200)의 홀(211, 223)을 통해 카메라 모듈(10)의 외부로 방출되고, 방열부재(600)로 전달된 열은 쉴드 커버(300)로 전달되어 제2바디(200)의 홀(211, 223)을 통해 카메라 모듈(10)의 외부로 방출될 수 있다.
이상 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예를 설명하였지만, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명이 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.
Claims (10)
- 렌즈를 포함하는 제1바디;상기 제1바디에 결합되고 홀을 포함하는 제2바디; 및상기 제2바디 내에 배치되는 쉴드 커버를 포함하고,상기 쉴드 커버는 상기 제2바디에 접착되고,상기 쉴드 커버의 측판의 일부는 상기 제2바디의 상기 홀에 의해 노출되는 카메라 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2바디는 바닥판과, 상기 바닥판으로부터 상기 제1바디를 향하는 방향으로 연장되는 측판을 포함하고,상기 제2바디의 상기 측판은 상기 쉴드 커버와 접착되는 제1영역과, 상기 쉴드 커버 및 상기 제1바디와 접착되지 않는 제2영역을 포함하고,상기 제2바디의 제2영역의 두께는 상기 제2바디의 제1영역의 두께보다 더 큰 카메라 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2바디의 상기 측판의 상기 제2영역의 내측면은 상기 제2바디의 상기 측판의 상기 제1영역의 내측면보다 내측으로 돌출되는 카메라 모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2바디의 상기 측판의 상기 제1영역의 내측면과 상기 제2영역의 내측면은 단차 구조를 포함하는 카메라 모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 쉴드 커버는 상기 제2바디의 상기 바닥판에 배치되는 바닥판과, 상기 제1바디의 상기 측판에 배치되는 측판을 포함하고,상기 쉴드 커버의 상기 측판은 상기 제2바디의 상기 제1영역에 배치되는 카메라 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 쉴드 커버의 상기 측판의 두께와 상기 제2바디의 상기 측판의 상기 제1영역의 두께의 합은 상기 제2영역의 두께보다 큰 카메라 모듈.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 쉴드 커버의 상기 측판의 내측면은 상기 제2바디의 상기 측판의 상기 제1영역의 내측면 보다 내측으로 돌출되는 카메라 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 쉴드 커버의 상기 측판의 두께는 상기 제2바디의 상기 측판의 상기 제2영역의 두께 보다 얇은 카메라 모듈.
- 제8항에 있어서,서로 마주보는 상기 제2바디의 상기 제1영역의 내측면 간의 폭은, 서로 마주 보는 상기 제2바디의 상기 제2영역의 내측면 간의 폭보다 큰 카메라 모듈
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2바디는 바닥판과, 상기 바닥판으로부터 연장되는 측판을 포함하고,상기 제2바디의 상기 홀은 상기 제2바디의 상기 바닥판에 형성되는 제1홀과, 상기 제2바디의 상기 측판에 형성되는 제2홀을 포함하고,상기 제1홀의 형상은 상기 제2홀의 형상과 상이한 카메라 모듈.
