TOALLA ÍNTIMA MENSTRUAL
MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención, tal como expresa el enunciado de la presente memoria descriptiva, se refiere a una toalla íntima menstrual que aporta, a la función a que se destina, ventajas y características, que se describen en detalle más adelante.
El objeto de la presente invención recae en una toalla que, especialmente ideada para su uso durante los días que dura la menstruación como toalla para secarse al salir de la ducha o baño, presenta la particularidad de contar con una configuración en forma de braguita para poder llevarla puesta, absorbiendo eventuales pérdidas de sangre sin que se desprenda mientras la usuaria se seca el resto del cuerpo, se peina y/o se arregla, permitiendo poder llevar a cabo la higiene corporal con total seguridad y tranquilidad, evitando el manchado de toallas, alfombras de baño, suelo o la propia piel tras la ducha o baño.
CAMPO DE APLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El campo de aplicación de la presente invención se enmarca dentro del sector de la industria dedicada a la fabricación de ropa y prendas de higiene íntima, así como a la industria dedicada a la higiene íntima de la mujer en general.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como es sabido, durante la menstruación, se producen pérdidas de sangre que, si no se utiliza una compresa, un tampón u otro medio de absorción íntima, pueden ser causa del manchado de cualquier superficie o prenda con la que la mujer esté en contacto. Por ello, al salir de la ducha o baño, momento en que no se suele llevar este tipo de medios de absorción, para precisamente poder llevar a cabo una correcta higiene íntima, es un momento en el que se puede producir dicho manchado, de la toalla que se vaya a utilizar para secarse, de la alfombrilla del baño, del suelo y de la propia piel de las piernas, dependiendo del grado de flujo que se produzca, con la consiguiente incomodidad que ello puede llegar a suponer, especialmente si se va de viaje.
El objetivo de la presente invención es, pues, proporcionar una toalla específicamente diseñada para evitar dicho manchado que, además presenta una forma de braguita permitiendo que se sostenga cubriendo la zona íntima y absorbiendo eficazmente la posible pérdida de sangre mientras se procede al secado del resto del cuerpo, el secado y peinado del pelo y/o del arreglo personal que sea necesario, con la tranquilidad de no manchar nada más que la propia toalla menstrual que, a diferencia de las toallas de bidé u otros paños que se suelen utilizar para evitar esta problemática y que no suponen una solución óptima ni adecuada.
Por otra parte, y como referencia al estado actual de la técnica, cabe señalar que, aunque se conocen diferentes tipos y modelos de toallas, así como diferentes tipos y modelos de braguitas, al menos por parte de la solicitante, se desconoce la existencia de ninguna que presente unas características técnicas iguales o semejantes a las que presenta la que aquí se reivindica.
EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN La toalla íntima menstrual que la invención propone se configura como la solución idónea al objetivo anteriormente señalado, estando los detalles caracterizadores que lo hacen posible y que la distinguen convenientemente recogidos en las reivindicaciones finales que acompañan a la presente descripción.
Concretamente, lo que la invención propone, como se ha apuntado anteriormente, es una toalla, o un material de secado similar análogo al tejido de toalla, cuya configuración en forma de braguita está especialmente ideada para su uso durante los días de la menstruación para secarse al salir de la ducha o baño, proporcionando la ventaja de poder llevarla puesta, absorbiendo eventuales pérdidas de sangre a través del material absorbente que incorpora en su parte interior, sin que se desprenda mientras la usuaria se seca el resto del cuerpo, se peina y/o se arregla, permitiendo poder llevar a cabo la higiene corporal al salir de la ducha o baño con total seguridad y tranquilidad, evitando el manchado de las toallas de baño, alfombras de baño, suelo o la propia piel.
Para ello, y más específicamente, la toalla íntima menstrual es una toalla fabricada en tejido de algodón de toalla o análogo confeccionada en forma de braguita cuya parte interior, al menos en la porción central que queda en contacto con la zona íntima de la usuaria cuando se la pone, incorpora una pieza de material absorbente, preferentemente de una o más capas de materiales absorbentes tales como los utilizados para las compresas menstruales de tela existentes en el mercado, ya sean naturales o sintéticos.
Con ello, la toalla de la invención supone una solución óptima al problema descrito, para el que, hasta ahora, no existía solución. Su tamaño y forma similar al de una braguita hace que sea un artículo muy práctico para transportar en viajes o estancias, al ser discreto y ocupar muy poco espacio.
Es una toalla lavable, lo que permite su reutilización e higiene.
Evita manchar toallas, alfombrillas o la propia piel de la mujer.
Su fabricación en tejido de toalla permite continuar con el secado de la piel que se persigue tras la ducha o baño.
En una solución apta para cualquier mujer que tenga la menstruación.
Preferentemente, además, incorpora una práctica asa en el lateral que permite poder colgar la toalla en un colgador del baño y acceder a ellas sin necesidad de salir de la ducha antes de ponérsela.
En la realización preferida, es 100% transpirable.

Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, un plano en el que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente:

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de la descrita figura 1 , y de acuerdo con la numeración adoptada, se puede observar en ella un ejemplo de realización no limitativa de la toalla íntima menstrual de la invención, la cual comprende lo que se describe en detalle a continuación.
Así, tal como se observa en dichas figuras, la invención se distingue por consistir en una toalla (1 ) que está fabricada en tejido de toalla (2), preferentemente de algodón o similar tejido de secado personal. Está confeccionada como una prenda de configuración en forma de braguita en cuya parte interior, al menos en la porción central que queda en contacto con la zona íntima de la usuaria cuando se la pone, incorpora una pieza de material absorbente (3), preferentemente conformada por una o más capas de materiales absorbentes naturales tales como los utilizados para compresas menstruales de tela, pero sin que se descarte que puedan ser sintéticos.
Además, en la realización preferida de la invención, la descrita toalla (1 ) incorpora un asa (4) de cuelgue.
Preferentemente, la toalla (1 ) está fabricada en material 100% transpirable.
Descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la presente invención, así como la manera de ponerla en práctica, no se considera necesario hacer más extensa su explicación para que cualquier experto en la materia comprenda su alcance y las ventajas que de ella se derivan.

1 Toalla íntima menstrual que, aplicable para su uso durante los días de la menstruación para llevarla puesta, absorbiendo eventuales pérdidas sin que se desprenda mientras la usuaria se seca al salir de la ducha o baño, está caracterizada por estar fabricada en tejido de toalla o análogo (2) y confeccionada como una prenda de configuración en forma de braguita en cuya parte interior, al menos en la porción central que queda en contacto con la zona íntima de la usuaria cuando se la pone, incorpora una o más piezas de material absorbente (3).
2. -Toalla íntima menstrual, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque el tejido de toalla (2) con que está fabricada es tejido de toalla de algodón o similar tejido de secado.
3.- Toalla íntima menstrual, según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque la pieza de material absorbente (3) está constituida por una o más capas de materiales absorbentes.
4.- Toalla íntima menstrual, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque incorpora un asa (4) de cuelgue.
5.- Toalla íntima menstrual, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque dicha toalla (1) está, preferentemente fabricada en material 100% transpirable.
