技术领域
本申请涉及通信领域,并且更具体地,涉及一种小区选择的方法和装置。
背景技术
随着信息技术发展,对各类新业务以及应用场景不断涌现,这些业务对网络功能、连接性能及安全性等方面的需求存在很大的差别。如果利用单一网络去承载这些业务,将很难同时满足高带宽、低时延、高可靠性等需求。另外,为每种业务去单独新建网络又会带来巨大的成本。这就要求5G在具备灵活、可拓展性的同时,能够满足不同的业务需求。为此,5G通过端对端的网络切片(network slice)为用户提供定制化的网络服务,通过对网络资源的灵活分配、按需组网,在同一套物理设施上虚拟出多个具有不同特点且相互隔离的逻辑子网,来针对性地为用户提供服务。
在现有协议中,关于公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)选择、小区选择都未参考网络切片的相关信息,这样可能导致终端设备接入错误的小区,其目标网络切片不被允许,从而影响用户的体验。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种小区选择的方法和装置,能够避免终端设备选择小区不允许其目标网络切片,提高用户体验。
第一方面,提供一种小区选择的方法,包括:第一终端设备确定目标网络切片;所述第一终端设备根据所述目标网络切片确定第一公共陆地移动网PLMN;所述第一终端设备根据所述第一PLMN和所述目标网络切片确定第一小区,所述第一小区的接收信号功率大于第一阈值。
基于上述技术方案,第一终端设备根据第一核心网设备发送的不同无线接入网设备或该无线接入网设备控制的不同小区分别支持或允许网络切片确定目标网络切片,根据该目标网络切片信息确定第一PLMN,再根据该第一PLMN和目标网络切片确定请求接入的小区,可以避免第一终端设备请求接入的小区不允许其目标网络切片,从而提高用户体验。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述第一终端设备确定目标网络切片,包括:所述第一终端设备接收第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息,所述网络切片信息包括在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区分别允许或支持的网络切片;所述第一终端设备根据所述网络切片信息确定所述目标网络切片,所述目标网络切片属于所述在第一区域范围内不 同无线接入网设备或不同小区允许的网络切片中的网络切片。

本申请实施例可以应用于各种通信系统,例如无线局域网系统(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)、窄带物联网系统(Narrow Band-Internet of Things,NB-IoT)、全球移动通信系统、增强型数据速率GSM演进系统(Enhanced Data rate for GSM Evolution,EDGE)、宽带码分多址系统(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、码分多址2000系统(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA2000)、时分同步码分多址系统(Time Division-Synchronization Code Division Multiple Access,TD-SCDMA),长期演进系统(Long Term Evolution,LTE)、卫星通信、第五代(5th generation,5G)系统或者将来出现的新的通信系统等。

不同逻辑子网由单网络切片选择支撑信息(single network slice selection assistance information,S-NSSAI)来标识和区分,NSSAI是S-NSSAI的集合。不同载波频率(小区)支持不同的网络切片,例如,2.6GHz支持增强型移动宽带(enhanced mobile broadband,eMBB)业务,4.9GHz支持高可靠低时延通信(ultra reliable and low latency communications,URLLC)业务。
UE选择无线接入网(radio access network,RAN)节点执行注册流程时可能无法获知当前RAN节点支持哪些网络切片,可能存在UE选择的RAN节点不支持该UE请求的网络切片的情况,即目标网络切片不被网络允许,从而导致UE接入错误的RAN节点进行注册,进而影响UE的后续业务发起,降低了UE的服务体验。如图1所示,出示了UE接入错误RAN节点进行注册的流程交互示意图。具体过程如下:
110,RAN节点1支持的S-NSSAI为S-NSSAI#1,RAN节点1将其支持的S-NSSAI#1上报给接入和移动性管理功能(access and mobility management function,AMF);
120,AMF存储RAN节点1支持的S-NSSAI#1;
130,RAN节点2支持的S-NSSAI为S-NSSAI#2,RAN节点2将其支持的S-NSSAI#2上报给AMF;
140,AMF存储RAN节点2支持的S-NSSAI#2;
150,UE通过RAN节点1向AMF发起注册请求,注册请求消息中携带该UE请求的目标网络切片为S-NSSAI#2;
160,RAN节点1将UE的注册请求转发至AMF;
170,AMF拒绝S-NSSAI#2,因为S-NSSAI#2不被RAN节点1支持;
180,AMF向RAN节点1发送允许的NSSAI,以及拒绝的S-NSSAI#2;
190,RAN节点1向UE回复注册接受消息,并将AMF发送的允许的NSSAI,拒绝S-NSSAI#2消息转发至UE。
上述过程中,UE选择的RAN节点1不支持S-NSSAI#2,其目标网络切片S-NSSAI#2不被网络允许,则接入错误的RAN节点注册,进而影响UE的后续业务发起。
在现有协议中,关于公共陆地移动网络PLMN选择、小区选择都未参考网络切片的相关信息,这样可能导致UE接入错误的小区,其目标网络切片不被允许。因此,UE获取当前网络允许的网络切片信息至关重要。
为了便于对本申请实施例的理解,对现有技术中的PLMN选择、小区选择过程进行简单描述。PLMN选择过程包括两种情况,一种是无先验信息的情况,另一种是有先验信息的情况,无先验信息和有先验信息的PLMN选择过程不同。应理解,现有技术中该先验信息是UE预先存储的PLMN信息,即指定的若干PLMN。有先验信息时,UE的非接入层(non-access stratum,NAS)指示UE的接入层(access stratum,AS)去检测给定的PLMN,并判断该PLMN下是否有能够驻留的小区,没有的话则检测下一个PLMN。
1)无先验信息情况下PLMN选择过程包括:
步骤一:UE开机;
步骤二:UE确定通用无线通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,USIM)卡中无PLMN先验信息,即没有上次使用的PLMN的保存信息;
步骤三:UE的AS自动在全频范围内或者按照非接入层NAS的指示检测满足一定条件的小区,即信号强度较强的小区,例如,主公共控制物理信道(primary common control physical channel,PCCPCH)接收信号功率(received signal code power,RSCP),或参考信号接收功率(reference signal received power,RSRP)大于或等于-84dBm的小区;上述RSCP和RSRP统称为接收信号功率。
步骤四:AS读取上述信号强度较强的小区支持的PLMN的标识;
步骤五:AS将信号强度较强的小区支持的PLMN的标识上报至非接入层(non-access stratum,NAS);
步骤六:NAS从信号强度较强的小区支持的多个PLMN中确定PLMN。应理解,NAS确定完PLMN后还可以发送停止指示信息给AS,使AS停止检测。
2)有先验信息情况下PLMN选择过程包括:
步骤一:UE开机;
步骤二:UE确定USIM卡中有PLMN先验信息,即存在上次使用的PLMN的保存信息;
步骤三:UE的NAS按照先验信息指示AS检测满足一定条件的小区,即信号强度较强的小区,例如,PCCPCH RSCP或RSRP大于或等于-84dBm的小区;
步骤四:若AS检测到符合先验证信息的且信号强度较强的小区,AS读取该小区支持的PLMN的标识;
步骤五:AS将符合先验证信息的且信号强度较强的小区支持的PLMN的标识上报至NAS;
步骤六:NAS从符合先验证信息的且信号强度较强的小区支持的多个PLMN中确定PLMN。应理解,NAS确定完PLMN后还可以发送停止指示信息给AS,使AS停止检测。
PLMN选择结束后,NAS根据选择的PLMN,指示AS在该PLMN覆盖的小区中进行小区选择。小区选择过程也分为两种情况,一种是无先验信息的情况,另一种是有先验信息的情况。现有技术中该先验信息是预先存储的小区参数信息,例如载波频率信息、先前接收到的测量控制信息或先前检测到的小区的参数信息。有先验信息时,NAS指示AS按照小区参数检测满足一定条件的小区。无先验信息时,UE需要全频范围内检测满足一定条件的小区。
目前,UE能够获取到的网络切片信息都是跟踪区域(tracking area,TA)或者注册区域(registration area,RA)粒度的,其中一个RA可以包含若干TA,即获得的是一个TA或RA范围内所有无线接入网设备允许的网络切片的集合。
本申请实施例提出了一种小区选择的方法200,可以避免终端设备选择的小区不允许其目标网络切片,从而提高用户体验。
如图2所示,出示了本申请实施例的一种小区选择的方法200的流程交互图。
210,无线接入网设备向第一核心网设备发送该无线接入网设备支持的网络切片或者该无线接入网设备控制的不同小区分别支持的网络切片。该无线接入网设备为第一区域范 围内的网络设备,即该无线接入网设备可以为至少一个TA的区域范围内的网络设备,也可以为至少一个RA的区域范围内的网络设备。第一区域范围内的无线接入网设备可以为一个或多个,则可能有多个无线接入网设备向该第一核心网设备发送其支持的网络切片或者其控制的不同小区分别支持的网络切片信息。其中,无线接入网设备可能为基站或其他无线接入网设备;第一核心网设备可以为AMF,也可以为其他核心网设备。
若无线接入网设备发送的是其支持的网络切片,则表示该无线接入网设备控制的不同小区都支持该网络切片。例如:无线接入网设备控制小区包括小区1、小区2和小区3,无线接入网设备支持的网络切片为S-NSSAI#1,则小区1、小区2和小区3都支持网络切片S-NSSAI#1。若无线接入网设备发送的是其控制的不同小区分别支持的网络切片,则每个小区支持的网络切片可能不同,每个小区都有其支持的网络切片。
可选的,无线接入网设备向第一核心网设备发送的可以是该无线接入网设备支持的网络切片或者该无线接入网设备控制的不同小区分别支持的网络切片。
220,第一核心网设备接收无线接入网设备发送的该无线接入网设备支持的网络切片或该无线接入网设备控制的不同小区分别支持的网络切片。
230,第一核心网设备向第一终端设备发送网络切片信息,该网络切片信息包括在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区分别允许或支持的网络切片。该网络切片信息可以是第一终端设备发起注册请求之后,该第一核心网设备回复该注册请求时发送给第一终端设备的,也可以是承载在其他数据包中的。允许的网络切片信息用于指示第一终端设备在当前第一区域范围内可以使用的网络切片。支持的网络切片信息用于指示在当前第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区分别支持的网络切片。应理解,小区允许的网络切片是指该小区支持的网络切片与终端设备订阅过的网络切片的交集。若第一核心网设备向第一终端设备发送的是在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区分别支持的网络切片,则第一核心网设备还向第一终端设备发送了在第一区域范围内所有无线接入网设备或小区允许的网络切片的集合。
基于本申请实施例的技术方案,第一核心网设备给出了基于无线接入网设备或小区的更小粒度的允许的网络切片信息。
以第一核心网设备向第一终端设备发送的网络切片信息是在第一TA区域范围内不同基站允许的网络切片为例。如图3所示,出示了本申请实施例的无线接入网设备粒度下允许的网络切片示意图。假设在第一TA范围内支持的网络切片集合NSSAI为:S-NSSAI#1、#2、#3、#4、#5、#6、#7,其中网络允许第一终端设备使用的网络切片为S-NSSAI#1、#2、#3、#4;假设基站1支持的NSSAI为S-NSSAI#2、#3、#6、#7,基站2支持的NSSAI为S-NSSAI#1、#2、#3、#5,则基站1允许的网络切片为#2、#3;基站2允许的网络切片为S-NSSAI#1、#2、#3。即,无线接入网设备允许的网络切片为在第一TA范围内允许的网络切片与该无线接入网设备支持的网络切片的交集。
可选的,第一核心网设备向第一终端设备发送的网络切片信息可以是在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备允许的网络切片信息,也可以是在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备支持的网络切片信息。当第一核心网设备发送的是在第一区域范围内无线接入网设备支持的网络切片时,第一终端设备可以根据第一区域范围内允许的网络切片信息确定该无线接入网设备允许的网络切片。同理,第一核心网设备向第一终端设备发送的网络切片信 息可以是在第一区域范围内不同小区允许的网络切片,也可以是在第一区域范围内不同小区支持的网络切片。当第一核心网设备发送的是在第一区域范围内小区支持的网络切片时,第一终端设备可以根据第一区域范围内允许的网络切片信息确定该小区允许的网络切片。
可选的,第一核心网设备向第一终端设备发送网络切片信息中可以包括允许或支持的网络切片的优先级信息。

第一终端设备将不同无线接入网设备或不同小区允许的网络切片信息作为先验信息,进行PLMN选择。具体的实现方式可以包括:

步骤一:第一终端设备的AS在全频范围内检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区,第二预设条件可以为PCCPCH RSCP或RSRP大于或等于-84dBm,换言之,第一终端设备的AS在全频范围内检测信号强度较强的小区;
步骤二:第一终端设备的AS将接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区对应的小区标识以及支持的PLMN发送至所述第一终端设备的NAS;
步骤三:NAS根据第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息确定允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识或小区的标识;若第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息中只包括第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备允许的网络切片,则NAS只能确定允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识;若第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息中包括第一区域范围内不同小区允许的网络切片,则NAS可以确定允许该目标网络切片的小区的标识。
步骤四:NAS将接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区对应的小区标识与允许该目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区;
可选的,若第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息中只包括第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备允许的网络切片,NAS可以将接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区。具体而言,小区标识的长度较无线接入网设备的标识的长度要长,通过小区标识的前几位可以确定出控制该小区的无线接入网设备的标识。应理解,目标小区可能为一个或多个。
步骤五:NAS根据选定的目标小区支持的PLMN信息确定优先级最高的PLMN为第一PLMN;一个目标小区可能支持多个PLMN,且支持的PLMN具有优先级顺序。若目标小区为多个,可以将多个目标小区分别支持的多个PLMN中优先级最高的PLMN确定为第一PLMN。可选的,NAS也可以根据历史使用情况确定第一PLMN,该第一PLMN可能不是目标小区支持的多个PLMN中优先级最高的。
应理解,同一无线接入网设备或者同一小区在不同PLMN下允许的网络切片可能存在差异。因此在步骤五中,NAS可以对目标小区支持的PLMN做进一步的筛选,筛选出的允许该网络切片的PLMN,再从筛选出的PLMN中确定优先级最高的PLMN为第一PLMN。
实现方式二:
步骤一:第一终端设备的非接入层NAS根据第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息确定允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识或小区的标识。若第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息中只包括第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备允许的网络切片,则NAS只能确定允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识;若第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息中包括第一区域范围内不同小区允许的网络切片,则NAS可以确定允许该目标网络切片的小区的标识。
步骤二:NAS向AS发送允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识或小区的标识;
步骤三:第一终端设备的AS在全频范围内检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区,其中,第二阈值可以为-84dBm,也可以是其他数值;换言之,第一终端设备的AS在全频范围内检测信号强度较强的小区;
步骤四:AS将接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识与允许该目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区。例如,接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区包括小区1、小区2、小区3和小区4,在第一区域范围内允许该目标网络切片的小区包括小区2、小区4和小区6,则可以将小区2和小区4确定为目标小区。
可选的,若第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息中只包括第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备允许的网络切片,AS可以将接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区。
步骤五:AS将上述目标小区支持的PLMN信息发送至所述NAS,该PLMN信息可以是一个目标小区支持的PLMN信息,也可以是多个目标小区支持的PLMN信息的集合。
步骤六:NAS根据目标小区支持的PLMN信息确定优先级最高的PLMN为第一PLMN。可选的,NAS也可以根据历史使用情况从多个PLMN中确定第一PLMN。
应理解,同一无线接入网设备或者同一小区在不同PLMN下允许的网络切片可能存在差异。AS上报的目标小区支持的PLMN可能是该目标小区支持的所有的PLMN,因此在步骤六中,NAS可以对AS上报的目标小区支持的PLMN做进一步的筛选,筛选出的允许该网络切片的PLMN,再从筛选出的PLMN中确定优先级最高的PLMN为第一PLMN。
270,第一终端设备根据第一PLMN和目标网络切片确定第一小区。该第一小区就是第一终端设备最终确定请求接入的小区。
第一终端设备将不同无线接入网设备或不同小区允许的网络切片信息作为先验信息,进行小区选择。具体的实现方式可以包括:
实现方式一:
步骤一:第一终端设备的AS在确定的第一PLMN中检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区,即检测信号强度较强的小区,第二阈值可以为-84dBm。
步骤二:AS从接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区。接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区即为满足S准则的小区。其中,S准则为:

其中,Qrxlevmeas是候选小区的参考信号接收功率RSRP;Qrxlevmin和Qrxlevminoffset都是在系统信息块(system information block,SIB)中配置的小区驻留的最小接收电平,仅当UE驻留在受访的公共陆地移动网(visited Public Land Mobile Network,VPLMN)小区的时候才用到Qrxlevminoffset;Pcompensation是取UE上行最大可使用的发射功率PEMAX减去UE最大射频输出功率PUMAX的差与0之中的最大值,即MAX(PEMAX-PUMAX,0)。
步骤三:AS将满足上述接收信号功率大于第一阈值对应的小区标识发送至第一终端设备的NAS;
步骤四:NAS根据第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息确定允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识或小区的标识;若第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息中只包括第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备允许的网络切片,则NAS只能确定允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识;若第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息中包括第一区域范围内不同小区允许的网络切片,则NAS可以确定允许该目标网络切片的小区的标识。
步骤五:NAS将所述接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区中对应的小区标识与允许该目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为第一小区;
可选的,若第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息中只包括第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备允许的网络切片,NAS可以将接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为第一小区;
第一小区的数量可能为一个,也可能为多个,当第一小区的数量为多个时,第一终端设备可以接入其中任意一个小区。

步骤一:第一终端设备的NAS向第一终端设备的AS发送允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识或小区的标识;
步骤二:AS在第一PLMN覆盖的小区中小区的标识与允许该目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区中检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区;或者,AS在第一PLMN覆盖的小区中小区的标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区中检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区,其中,接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区即为满足S准则的小区。
步骤三:AS将接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区的标识发送至NAS;
步骤四:NAS从接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区中确定第一小区。
基于上述技术方案,第一终端设备根据第一核心网设备发送的不同无线接入网设备或该无线接入网设备控制的不同小区分别支持或允许网络切片确定目标网络切片,根据该目标网络切片信息确定第一PLMN,再根据该第一PLMN和目标网络切片确定请求接入的小区,可以避免第一终端设备请求接入的小区不允许其目标网络切片,从而提高用户体验。
可选的,若第一终端设备根据网络切片信息,经历过若干次尝试后都没有找到允许其目标网络切片的小区,该第一终端设备可以向无线接入网设备或者第一核心网设备发送检测失败指示,无线接入网设备或者第一核心网设备再对该第一终端设备进行重定向、切换或双联接操作,以使该第一终端设备接入允许其目标网络切片的小区。应理解,无线接入网设备可以是允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备,也可以是其他无线接入网设备。如图4所示,出示了本申请实施例的另一种小区选择的方法400的流程交互图。具体过程包括:

因此,第一核心网设备向第一终端设备发送的网络切片信息可以包括在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备支持的频点信息以及不同频点分别允许或支持的网络切片。
第一终端设备根据第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息确定目标网络切片之后,根据目标网络切片确定第一PLMN。可选的,具体的实现方式还可以包括:
步骤一:第一终端设备的AS在全频范围内检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区,第二阈值可以为-84dBm,换言之,第一终端设备的AS在全频范围内检测信号强度较强的小区;
步骤二:第一终端设备的AS将接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区对应的小区标识、该小区支持的频点以及支持的PLMN发送至所述第一终端设备的NAS;
步骤三:NAS根据第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息确定允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识以及对应的频点;

步骤二:NAS向第一终端设备的AS发送允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识以及该无线接入网设备支持的频点信息;
步骤三:AS根据允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备支持的频点信息逐频点检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区,其中,第二阈值可以为-84dBm;该实施方式可以避免AS在全频范围内检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区,只需在允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备支持的频点上检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区。
步骤四:AS将接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区。
步骤五:AS将上述目标小区支持的PLMN信息发送至所述NAS,该PLMN信息可以是一个目标小区支持的PLMN信息,也可以是多个目标小区支持的PLMN信息的集合。

第一终端设备确定完第一PLMN之后,根据该第一PLMN和目标网络切片确定第一小区,该第一小区就是第一终端设备最终确定请求接入的小区。可选的,具体的实现方式还可以包括:
步骤一:第一终端设备的AS在确定的第一PLMN中检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区,即检测信号强度较强的小区,第二阈值可以为-84dBm;
步骤二:AS从接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区;接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区即为满足S准则的小区;
步骤三:AS将上述接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区对应的小区标识以及该小区支持的频点发送至第一终端设备的NAS;
步骤四:NAS根据第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息确定允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识以及对应的频点;
步骤五:NAS将接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同、且该小区支持的频点与允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备对应的频点相同的小区确定为第一小区;其中,第一小区的数量可能为一个,也可能为多个,当第一小区的数量为多个时,第一终端设备可以接入其中任意一个小区。
可选的,具体的实现方式还可以包括:
步骤一:第一终端设备的NAS向第一终端设备的AS发送允许目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识以及该无线接入网设备支持的频点;
步骤二:AS根据允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备支持的频点信息在第一PLMN覆盖的小区中逐频点检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区,;
步骤三:AS将接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与允许该目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区;并将目标小区的标识发送至NAS;
步骤四:NAS从接收信号功率大于第一阈值的目标小区中确定第一小区。
具体而言,同一小区可能支持一个或多个频点,不同频点下小区允许的网络切片不同,NAS可以根据目标小区支持的不同频点下允许的网络切片信息确定允许该目标网络切片的频点为驻留频点。可选的,若第一终端设备根据网络切片信息,经历过若干次尝试后都没有找到允许其目标网络切片的小区,该第一终端设备可以向无线接入网设备或者第一核心网设备发送检测失败指示,无线接入网设备或者第一核心网设备再对该第一终端设备进行重定向、切换或双联接操作,以使该第一终端设备接入允许其目标网络切片的小区。
本申请实施例提出了一种通信装置600,如图6所示,图6示出了本申请实施例的一种通信装置600的示意性框图。该通信装置600包括:
处理单元610,用于确定目标网络切片;
所述处理单元610还用于,根据所述目标网络切片确定第一公共陆地移动网PLMN;
所述处理单元610还用于,根据所述第一PLMN和所述目标网络切片确定第一小区,所述第一小区接收信号功率大于第一阈值。
可选的,所述装置还包括:收发单元620,用于接收第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息,所述网络切片信息包括在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区分别允许或支持的网络切片;
所述处理单元610具体用于,根据所述网络切片信息确定所述目标网络切片,所述目标网络切片属于所述在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区允许的网络切片 中的网络切片。
可选的,在一种实现方式中,所述处理单元610具体用于:
在全频段范围内检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区;
确定所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区对应的小区标识以及支持的PLMN信息;
根据所述网络切片信息确定允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区,或,将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区;
根据所述目标小区支持的PLMN信息确定优先级最高的PLMN为所述第一PLMN。
可选的,在另一种实现方式中,所述处理单元610具体用于:
根据所述网络切片信息确定允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
在全频段范围内检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区;
将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区,或,将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区;
确定所述目标小区支持的PLMN信息;
根据所述PLMN信息确定优先级最高的PLMN为所述第一PLMN。
可选的,在一种实现方式中,所述处理单元610具体用于:
从所述第一PLMN覆盖的所有小区中检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区;
从所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区;
确定所述接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区对应的小区标识;
根据所述网络切片信息确定允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
将所述接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区中对应的小区标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为所述第一小区,或,将所述接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为所述第一小区。
可选的,在另一种实现方式中,所述处理单元610具体用于:
根据所述网络切片信息确定允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
在所述第一PLMN覆盖的小区中小区的标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区中检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区,或,在所述第一PLMN覆盖的小区中小区的标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区中检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区;
从所述接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区中确定所述第一小区。
可选的,所述第一区域范围为至少一个跟踪区域TA的区域范围或者至少一个注册区域RA的区域范围。
本申请实施例提出了一种通信装置700,如图7所示,图7示出了本申请实施例的另一种通信装置700的示意性框图。该通信装置700包括:
收发单元710,用于向第一终端设备发送网络切片信息,所述网络切片信息包括在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区分别允许或支持的网络切片。
可选的,在向第一终端设备发送网络切片信息之前,所述收发单元710还用于:接收无线接入网设备发送的所述无线接入网设备支持的网络切片或所述无线接入网设备控制的不同小区分别支持的网络切片,所述无线接入网设备为所述第一区域范围内的网络设备。
可选的,所述第一区域范围为至少一个跟踪区域TA的区域范围或者至少一个注册区域RA的区域范围。
本申请实施例提出了一种通信设备800,如图8所示,图8示出了本申请实施例的一种通信设备800的示意性框图。该通信装置800包括:
处理器810和收发器820,所述收发器820用于接收计算机代码或指令,并传输至所述处理器,所述处理器810运行所述计算机代码或指令,以实现本申请实施例中的方法。
上述的处理器820可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述方法实施例的各步骤可以通过处理器中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。上述的处理器可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(application specific integrated circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本申请实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合本申请实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器,处理器读取存储器中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。

本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有用于实现上述方法实施例中的方法的计算机程序。当该计算机程序在计算机上运行时,使得该计算机可以实现上述方法实施例中的方法。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种小区选择的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一终端设备确定目标网络切片;
    所述第一终端设备根据所述目标网络切片确定第一公共陆地移动网PLMN;
    所述第一终端设备根据所述第一PLMN和所述目标网络切片确定第一小区。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备确定目标网络切片,包括:
    所述第一终端设备接收第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息,所述网络切片信息包括在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区分别允许或支持的网络切片;
    所述第一终端设备根据所述网络切片信息确定所述目标网络切片,所述目标网络切片属于所述在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区允许的网络切片中的网络切片。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备根据所述目标网络切片确定第一公共陆地移动网PLMN,包括:
    所述第一终端设备的接入层AS在全频段范围内检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区;
    所述AS将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区对应的小区标识以及支持的PLMN信息发送至所述第一终端设备的非接入层NAS;
    所述NAS根据所述网络切片信息确定允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
    所述NAS将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区,或,所述NAS将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区;
    所述NAS根据所述目标小区支持的PLMN信息确定优先级最高的PLMN为所述第一PLMN。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备根据所述目标网络切片确定第一公共陆地移动网PLMN,包括:
    所述第一终端设备的非接入层NAS根据所述网络切片信息确定允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
    所述NAS向所述第一终端设备的接入层AS发送所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
    所述AS在全频段范围内检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区;
    所述AS将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区,或,所述AS将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区;
    所述AS将所述目标小区支持的PLMN信息发送至所述NAS;
    所述NAS根据所述PLMN信息确定优先级最高的PLMN为所述第一PLMN。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备根据所述第一PLMN和所述目标网络切片确定第一小区,包括:
    所述AS从所述第一PLMN覆盖的所有小区中检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区;
    所述AS从所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区;
    所述AS将所述接收信号功率大于所述第一阈值的小区对应的小区标识发送至所述NAS;
    所述NAS根据所述网络切片信息确定允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
    所述NAS将所述接收信号功率大于所述第一阈值的小区中对应的小区标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为所述第一小区,或,所述NAS将所述接收信号功率大于所述第一阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为所述第一小区。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备根据所述第一PLMN和所述目标网络切片确定第一小区,包括:
    所述NAS向所述AS发送所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
    所述AS在所述第一PLMN覆盖的小区中小区的标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区中检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区,或,所述AS在所述第一PLMN覆盖的小区中小区的标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区中检测接收信号功率大于所述第一阈值的小区;
    所述AS将所述接收信号功率大于所述第一阈值的小区的标识发送至所述NAS;
    所述NAS从所述接收信号功率大于所述第一阈值的小区中确定所述第一小区。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一区域范围为至少一个跟踪区域TA的区域范围或者至少一个注册区域RA的区域范围。
  8. 一种小区选择的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一核心网设备向第一终端设备发送网络切片信息,所述网络切片信息包括在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区分别允许或支持的网络切片。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一核心网设备向第一终端设备发送网络切片信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一核心网设备接收无线接入网设备发送的所述无线接入网设备支持的网络切片或所述无线接入网设备控制的不同小区分别支持的网络切片,所述无线接入网设备为所述第一区域范围内的网络设备。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一区域范围为至少一个跟踪区域TA的区域范围或者至少一个注册区域RA的区域范围。
  11. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理单元,用于确定目标网络切片;
    所述处理单元还用于,根据所述目标网络切片确定第一公共陆地移动网PLMN;
    所述处理单元还用于,根据所述第一PLMN和所述目标网络切片确定第一小区。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:收发单元,用于接收第一核心网设备发送的网络切片信息,所述网络切片信息包括在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区分别允许或支持的网络切片;
    所述处理单元具体用于,根据所述网络切片信息确定所述目标网络切片,所述目标网络切片属于所述在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区允许的网络切片中的网络切片。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    在全频段范围内检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区;
    确定所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区对应的小区标识以及支持的PLMN信息;
    根据所述网络切片信息确定允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
    将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区,或,将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区;
    根据所述目标小区支持的PLMN信息确定优先级最高的PLMN为所述第一PLMN。
  14. 根据权利要求11或12所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    根据所述网络切片信息确定允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
    在全频段范围内检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区;
    将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区,或,将所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为目标小区;
    确定所述目标小区支持的PLMN信息;
    根据所述PLMN信息确定优先级最高的PLMN为所述第一PLMN。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    从所述第一PLMN覆盖的所有小区中检测接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区;
    从所述接收信号功率大于或等于第二阈值的小区中检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区;
    确定所述接收信号功率大于所述第一阈值的小区对应的小区标识;
    根据所述网络切片信息确定允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
    将所述接收信号功率大于所述第一阈值的小区中对应的小区标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区确定为所述第一小区,或,将所述接收信号功率大于所述第一阈值的小区中对应的小区标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区确定为所述第一小区。
  16. 根据权利要求13或14所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    确定允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备或小区的标识;
    在所述第一PLMN覆盖的小区中小区的标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的小区的标识相同的小区中检测接收信号功率大于第一阈值的小区,或,在所述第一PLMN覆盖的小区中小区的标识包含的无线接入网设备标识与所述允许所述目标网络切片的无线接入网设备的标识相同的小区中检测接收信号功率大于所述第一阈值的小区;
    从所述满足所述第一预设条件的小区中确定所述第一小区。
  17. 根据权利要求12至16中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一区域范围为至少一个跟踪区域TA的区域范围或者至少一个注册区域RA的区域范围。
  18. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括:
    收发单元,用于向第一终端设备发送网络切片信息,所述网络切片信息包括在第一区域范围内不同无线接入网设备或不同小区分别允许或支持的网络切片。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述向第一终端设备发送网络切片信息之前,所述收发单元还用于:
    接收无线接入网设备发送的所述无线接入网设备支持的网络切片或所述无线接入网设备控制的不同小区分别支持的网络切片,所述无线接入网设备为所述第一区域范围内的网络设备。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第一区域范围为至少一个跟踪区域TA的区域范围或者至少一个注册区域RA的区域范围。
  21. 一种通信设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器和收发器,所述收发器用于接收计算机代码或指令,并传输至所述处理器,所述处理器运行所述计算机代码或指令,如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法。
  22. 一种通信设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器和收发器,所述收发器用于接收计算机代码或指令,并传输至所述处理器,所述处理器运行所述计算机代码或指令,如权利要求8至10中任一项所述的方法。
  23. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,包括:
    所述计算机可读介质存储有计算机程序;
    所述计算机程序在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法。
  24. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,包括:
    所述计算机可读介质存储有计算机程序;
