本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种灯具。
现有技术中,室内或室外装潢时,经常使用一些灯具进行装饰。吊灯或轨道灯即为其中的一种灯具。
现有技术中的灯具,其灯筒的照射角度一般都是固定的,照射角度不能调节,不能满足调节照射角度或范围的需要。
有鉴于此,提供一种能够调节照射角度的灯具成为必要。
发明内容
本发明技术方案提供一种灯具,包括主体盒、位于所述主体盒上方并能够相对于所述主体盒转动的导轨头和位于所述主体盒的至少一侧并能够相对于所述主体盒上下摆动的灯筒;

进一步地,所述灯筒枢转轴上设置有插接板;

本发明提供的灯具,其导轨头可以相对于主体盒在水平方向上转动调节,其灯筒可以相对主体盒在垂直方向上摆动调节,从而可以调节灯筒的照射角度及照射范围,满足多种照明需求。

下面结合附图来进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1、图7-8、图13-14和图16所示,本发明实施例提供的一种灯具,包括主体盒1、位于主体盒1上方并能够相对于主体盒1转动的导轨头2和位于主体盒1的至少一侧并能够相对于主体盒1上下摆动的灯筒3。
灯筒3内具有散热器32和第一光源33。
主体盒1包括主体盒顶盖11、主体盒底板12和连接在主体盒顶盖11与主体盒底板12之间的主体盒侧板13。
导轨头2与主体盒顶盖11可枢转连接,灯筒3与主体盒侧板13可枢转连接。
本发明提供的灯具,可以为吊灯,也可以为轨道灯。
本发明提供的灯具主要包括主体盒1、导轨头2和灯筒3。
主体盒1起到安装灯筒3的作用,主体盒1可以为电源盒。
导轨头2用于挂在导轨上,或挂在指定位置。
本发明中的枢转连接是指两个部件通过转轴或铰链连接,两个部件可以相对转动或摆动的连接方式。
导轨头2与主体盒1枢转连接,导轨头2可以相对于主体盒1转动,或可以使得主体盒1相对于导轨头2转动。
灯筒3安装在主体盒1的侧部,灯筒3与主体盒1枢转连接,灯筒3可以相对于主体盒1摆动或转动。
主体盒1包括有主体盒顶盖11、主体盒底板12、主体盒侧板13和主体盒盖板14。
主体盒顶盖11和主体盒底板12的两侧通过两块主体盒侧板13连接,主体盒顶盖11和主体盒底板12的另两侧通过两块主体盒盖板14连接,使得主体盒1为内部具有空腔的箱体。
如图2-4和图9-11所示,灯筒3包括有灯筒饰盖31、散热器32、第一光源33和第一透镜34。第一光源33可以为LED灯。
散热器32安装在灯筒3中,第一光源33通过支架安装在散热器32上,散热器32用于对第一光源33散热。第一光源33可以通过导线与外部电源连接,导线可以穿过主体盒1。第一透镜34布置在灯筒3的出光口中,其用于对第一光源33发出的光聚焦。
安装时,将导轨头2与主体盒顶盖11枢转连接,将灯筒3与主体盒侧板13枢转连接。可以在每块主体盒侧板13上都安装灯筒3,也可以只在一块主体盒侧板13上安装灯筒3。
如此布置,在将导轨头2挂在指定位置后,可以转动主体盒1以调节主体盒1的角度或方位,还可以上下摆动灯筒3,以调节灯筒3的照射角度和范围。
在主体盒1相对于导轨头2转动调节到位后,可以通过定位销定位或通过锁紧件锁止。
在灯筒3相对于主体盒1摆动到位后,可以通过定位销定位或通过锁紧件锁止。
由此,本发明提供的灯具,其导轨头可以相对于主体盒在水平方向 上转动调节,其灯筒可以相对主体盒在垂直方向上摆动调节,从而可以调节灯筒的照射角度及照射范围,满足多种照明需求。
在其中一个实施例中,如图1-16所示,灯筒3通过灯筒枢转轴4与主体盒侧板13连接。
灯筒3与灯筒枢转轴4固定连接,灯筒枢转轴4可转动地安装在主体盒侧板13上,从而使得的灯筒3能够以灯筒枢转轴4为轴心转动,方便安装和调节灯筒3。
在其中一个实施例中,如图1-2、图4、图7所示,灯筒枢转轴4配置在主体盒侧板13的上部。如图8-9、图11和图13-16所示,灯筒枢转轴4配置在主体盒侧板13的下部。
灯筒枢转轴4具有多种安装方式,可以安装在主体盒侧板13的上部、下部或中部,从而使得灯筒3具有不同的安装位置,满足不同场所的需要。
如图2和图4所示,主体盒侧板13包括上板131和下板132,上板131与下板132卡接在一起。可以将灯筒枢转轴4配置在上板131上,也可以将灯筒枢转轴4配置在下板132上,以满足不同的安装要求。
在其中一个实施例中,如图5-6和图12所示,主体盒侧板13上设置有容纳凹槽133,灯筒枢转轴4可转动地配置在容纳凹槽133内。灯筒枢转轴4通过紧固件5定位在容纳凹槽133内。
在容纳凹槽133的槽底上设置有槽底过孔134,紧固件5从主体盒1内穿过槽底过孔134,紧固件5能够在槽底过孔134中上下滑动。
紧固件5与灯筒枢转轴4可拆卸连接。
容纳凹槽133呈弧形,灯筒枢转轴4配置在容纳凹槽133内,其可以在容纳凹槽133内转动。容纳凹槽133为灯筒枢转轴4提供安装和转动位置。在灯筒3摆动到位后,通过紧固件5将灯筒枢转轴4锁紧或定位在容纳凹槽133内。
具体地,在容纳凹槽133的槽底上具有槽底过孔134,安装时,紧固件5从主体盒1内穿过槽底过孔134,紧固件5与槽底过孔134间隙配合,紧固件5能够在槽底过孔134中上下滑动以适应灯筒枢转轴4的转动角度,在灯筒枢转轴4转动到位后,将紧固件5拧紧,以将灯筒枢转轴4固定在容纳 凹槽133内。
紧固件5可以为螺钉,在灯筒枢转轴4上开设有螺纹孔,螺钉的端部拧入螺纹孔内,实现紧固件5与灯筒枢转轴4的可拆卸连接。
根据需要,可以设置多个紧固件5,以提高对灯筒枢转轴4的紧固力度。
在其中一个实施例中,如图10-12所示,灯筒枢转轴4上设置有连接板41,连接板41与灯筒3连接。连接板41与灯筒枢转轴4一体成型,其通过螺钉与灯筒3固定连接,从而将灯筒枢转轴4与灯筒3装配在一起。
在其中一个实施例中,如图3和图10-12所示,灯筒枢转轴4上设置有插接板42,插接板42插入灯筒3内,并与散热器32连接。
插接板42与灯筒枢转轴4一体成型。在灯筒3上位于灯饰饰盖31的下部设置有开口,开口位于散热器32的上方。插接板42从开口插入灯筒3内,通过螺钉与散热器32连接,从而将灯筒枢转轴4与灯筒3装配在一起,通过插接板42、连接板41分别与散热器32和灯筒3连接,提高了灯筒枢转轴4与灯筒3之间连接的稳定性。
在其中一个实施例中,如图1、图8和图13所示,在至少一块主体盒侧板13上设置有两个以上的灯筒3,实现单边布置灯筒3,适用于装饰场所中靠近墙角或墙面的位置,进行重点照明。
在其中一个实施例中,如图7、图14和图16所示,在每块主体盒侧板13上都设置有至少一个灯筒3,两块主体盒侧板13上的灯筒3对称布置,实现双边布置灯筒3,适用于装饰场所中部区域的位置,进行重点照明。
在其中一个实施例中,如图2和图4所示,在主体盒1内设置有第二光源15。
主体盒底板12上设置有透光孔121,或者,主体盒底板12为导光板。
第二光源15可以为LED光源,可以在主体盒1内设置多个第二光源15。优选地,第二光源15为LED灯板。
第二光源15安装在主体盒1内,可以通过灯架或支架安装。
为了实现将第二光源15的光透出,可以在主体盒底板12上设置一个以上的透光孔121,也可以将主体盒底板12直接设置为导光板,第二光源 15的光可经透光孔121透出,或经导光板导出。
为了提高光照效果,在主体盒底板12与每个第二光源15之间布置有第二透镜16,以对第二光源15的光聚焦。当在主体盒底板12上设置一个以上的透光孔121时,在每个透光孔121与每个第二光源15之间都布置有一个第二透镜16。
在其中一个实施例中,如图1-2、图4、图7-9和图13-16所示,导轨头2的下方连接有吊臂21。
第一种连接方式为:吊臂21的上端与导轨头2可拆卸连接,吊臂21的下端与主体盒顶盖11可枢转连接。
第二种连接方式为:吊臂21的上端与导轨头2可枢转连接,吊臂21的下端与主体盒顶盖11可拆卸连接。
具体地,在第一种连接方式中,吊臂21的上端与导轨头2可以通过销、卡扣、螺纹结构等实现可拆卸连接,吊臂21的下端与主体盒顶盖11可以通过轴承、套环等实现可枢转连接。可以在主体盒顶盖11上设置一圈定位孔,在吊臂21上设置伸缩销,在吊臂21转动到位后,伸缩销伸出插入在定位孔进行定位。也可以通过增加吊臂21与主体盒顶盖11之间的转动阻尼的方式实现定位,例如在主体盒顶盖11的安装孔中增加弹片,当需要转动时,克服弹片的阻力,当释放外力后,弹片起作用将吊臂21与主体盒顶盖11顶紧。
在第二种连接方式中,吊臂21的上端与导轨头2可以通过轴承、套环等实现可枢转连接,吊臂21的下端与主体盒顶盖11可以通过销、卡扣、螺纹结构等实现可拆卸连接。可以在导轨头2的下端上设置一圈定位孔,在吊臂21上设置伸缩销,在吊臂21转动到位后,伸缩销伸出插入在定位孔进行定位。也可以通过增加吊臂21与导轨头2之间的转动阻尼的方式实现定位,例如在导轨头2的安装孔中增加弹片,当需要转动时,克服弹片的阻力,当释放外力后,弹片起作用将吊臂21与导轨头2顶紧。
综上所述,本发明提供的灯具,其导轨头可以相对于主体盒在水平方向上转动调节,其灯筒可以相对主体盒在垂直方向上摆动调节,从而可以调节灯筒的照射角度及照射范围,满足多种照明需求。
根据需要,可以将上述各技术方案进行结合,以达到最佳技术效果。
以上所述的仅是本发明的原理和较佳的实施例。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在本发明原理的基础上,还可以做出若干其它变型,也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种灯具,其特征在于,包括主体盒(1)、位于所述主体盒(1)上方并能够相对于所述主体盒(1)转动的导轨头(2)和位于所述主体盒(1)的至少一侧并能够相对于所述主体盒(1)上下摆动的灯筒(3);所述灯筒(3)内具有散热器(32)和第一光源(33);所述主体盒(1)包括主体盒顶盖(11)、主体盒底板(12)和连接在所述主体盒顶盖(11)与所述主体盒底板(12)之间的主体盒侧板(13);所述导轨头(2)与所述主体盒顶盖(11)可枢转连接,所述灯筒(3)与所述主体盒侧板(13)可枢转连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯筒(3)通过灯筒枢转轴(4)与所述主体盒侧板(13)连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯筒枢转轴(4)配置在所述主体盒侧板(13)的上部或配置在所述主体盒侧板(13)的下部。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述主体盒侧板(13)上设置有容纳凹槽(133),所述灯筒枢转轴(4)可转动地配置在所述容纳凹槽(133)内;所述灯筒枢转轴(4)通过紧固件(5)定位在所述容纳凹槽(133)内;在所述容纳凹槽(133)的槽底上设置有槽底过孔(134);所述紧固件(5)从所述主体盒(1)内穿过所述槽底过孔(134),所述紧固件(5)能够在所述槽底过孔(134)中上下滑动;所述紧固件(5)与所述灯筒枢转轴(4)可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯筒枢转轴(4)上设置有连接板(41);所述连接板(41)与所述灯筒(3)连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯筒枢转轴(4)上设置有插接板(42);所述插接板(42)插入所述灯筒(3)内,并与所述散热器(32)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,在至少一块所述主体盒侧板(13)上设置有两个以上的所述灯筒(3)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,在每块所述主体盒侧板(13)上都设置有至少一个所述灯筒(3),两块所述主体盒侧板(13)上的所述灯筒(3)对称布置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,在所述主体盒(1)内设置有第二光源(15);所述主体盒底板(12)上设置有透光孔(121),或者,所述主体盒底板(12)为导光板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述导轨头(2)的下方连接有吊臂(21);所述吊臂(21)的上端与所述导轨头(2)可拆卸连接,所述吊臂(21)的下端与所述主体盒顶盖(11)可枢转连接;或者,所述吊臂(21)的上端与所述导轨头(2)可枢转连接,所述吊臂(21)的下端与所述主体盒顶盖(11)可拆卸连接。
