本申请涉及一种发烟设备技术,特别涉及一种发热模组及发烟设备。
背景技术
现有的发热模组一般包括外壳和设置在外壳内的发热丝。虽然该结构的发热组件较为简单,但是该结构的发热组件在使用过程中发热不均匀,导致被加热品的品质较差。
技术问题
本申请实施例提供一种发热模组及发烟设备,以解决现有的发热模组的在使用的过程中发热不均匀的技术问题。
技术解决方案
本申请实施例提供一种发热模组,其包括:
加热组件,所述加热组件包括一承托部件和发热丝,所述发热丝的至少部分设置在所述承托部件上;以及
外壳,所述外壳套设在所述加热组件的外周侧;
所述承托部件的外表面设置有沟槽,所述发热丝包括发热主体,所述发热主体缠绕在所述沟槽内。
在本申请实施例所述的发热模组中,所述承托部件包括承托主体和绝缘层,所述绝缘层设置于所述承托主体的外表面。
在本申请实施例所述的发热模组中,所述承托主体的导热系数大于或等于 80 W/m·K。

有益效果
本申请的发热模组及发烟设备通过将发热丝设置在承托部件上形成发热组件,并以发热组件为发热源对外壳进行加热,提高了发热模组整体的发热均匀性,另外,采用导热胶填充发热模组和外壳之间的缝隙,使得发热模组均匀地向外壳传递热量,进而提高了发热模组整体的发热均匀性。

本实施例提供一种发热模组100,其包括加热组件10a、外壳10b、导热胶10c和固定件10d。
所述加热组件10a包括一承托部件11和发热丝12。所述发热丝12的至少部分设置在所述承托部件11上。
所述外壳10b套设在所述加热组件10a的外周侧。所述导热胶10c填充在所述加热组件10a和所述外壳10b之间。
外壳10b与固定件10d插接配合。固定件10d用于将安装有加热组件10a和导热胶10c的外壳10b固定在发烟设备内部。发烟设备可以是电子烟,也可以是非电子烟。本实施例以用于电子烟为例进行说明,但并不限于此。
本实施例的发热模组100通过将发热丝12设置在承托部件11上形成发热组件10a,并以发热组件10a为发热源对外壳10b进行加热,提高了发热模组100整体的发热均匀性;另外,采用导热胶10c填充发热模组10a和外壳10b之间的缝隙,使得发热模组10a均匀地向外壳10b传递热量,进而提高了发热模组100整体的发热均匀性。
在本申请实施例所述的发热模组100中,所述导热胶10c选自陶瓷类或玻璃釉质类的无机胶。无机胶填充发热组件10a和外壳10c之间的间隙。导热胶10c将发热组件10a所发出的热量快速传导至外壳10c,避免了经过空气传导所引起的导热速率低和导热均匀性差的问题,同时,还可以避免水氧进入发热模组100的内部侵蚀发热丝12。
当本实施例的发热模组100应用于发烟设备时,导热胶10c需为耐高温的无机胶。
另外,导热胶10c采用真空脱泡工艺进行填充,或采用振动方式进行填充,也可上述两种方式结合,以使导热胶10c内没有气泡,从而提高导热效果。
请参照图4,在所述外壳10b中,外壳10b的材质包括但不限于陶瓷材料。外壳10b包括依次相连的锥体部141、圆柱体部142和底座143。圆柱体部142采用圆弧结构与底座143的过渡连接。外壳10为一体成型结构,提高了外壳10的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,外壳10b包括偏平状的剑体部和与所述剑体部相连的底座。当然外壳10b也可以是其他结构,此处不再赘述。
请参照图5和图6,在所述发热组件10a中,所述承托部件11的外表面设置有沟槽13,所述发热丝12的部分设置在所述沟槽13内。
在承托部件11的外表面设置沟槽13,并将发热丝12设置在沟槽13中,一方面,起到限位发热丝12的作用,避免发热丝在安装过程中发生移动;另一方面,沟槽13的形状与发热丝12的形状相匹配且相互贴合,以增加发热丝12与承托部件11的接触面积,进而提高承托部件11的发热效率;再者,在发热组件10a的组装过程中,沟槽13起到导向的作用,即采用自动绕线机将发热丝12的线材沿着沟槽13并缠绕在沟槽13内即可,简单快捷,提高了制程效率;同时避免发热丝12绕组间发生短路。
可选的,承托部件11可以为类圆柱状;具体的,顶部为圆台状,下部为圆柱状,但并不限于此。比如承托部件11中自所述承托部件11的顶部向所述承托部件11的底部的方向上,所述承托部件11的面积递增;例如圆台状,由于发热组件10a是插设在外壳10b内的,因此这样的设置可以进一步防止发热丝12向承托部件11底部的方向移动,即避免发热丝12发生移动。
在本实施例所述的发热模组100中,请参照图7,所述承托部件11包括承托主体111和绝缘层112。所述绝缘层112设置于所述承托主体111的外表面。绝缘层112的设置避免发热丝12发生短路。
在本实施例中,绝缘层112与承托主体111的材料不同。
在一些实施例中,绝缘层112与承托主体111的材料也可以相同。具体的承托主体111和绝缘层112为一体成型的绝缘材料制成,比如陶瓷。
可选的,所述承托主体111的导热系数大于或等于 60 W/m·K(瓦/米·度)。将承托主体111采用高导热系数的材料,以使发热丝12产生的热量快速、均匀的传递至承托部件11,进而使得发热组件10a整体快速且均匀的发热,并均匀的通过导热胶10c传递给外壳10b,最终使外壳10b各部分温度一致。
优选的,承托主体111的导热系数大于或等于 80 W/m·K(瓦/米·度),以进一步提高发热组件10a整体发热的均匀性。比如承托主体111的导热系数可以是90W/m·K、100W/m·K、110W/m·K或120W/m·K等。
可选的,所述承托主体111的材质为金属,但不限于金属,比如SIC(碳化硅)、石墨烯等材料。所述绝缘层112的材质包括形成在所述承托主体上的金属氧化物,但不限于金属氧化物,比如耐高温的无机材料等。
进一步的,所述承托主体111的材质为金、银、铜、铁、铝或合金中的一种。所述绝缘层112的材质包括氧化铝陶瓷、氧化锆中的一种。比如所述承托主体111的材质为铝,所述绝缘层112的材质包括形成在所述承托主体111上的氧化锆。也即,在承托主体111的表面进行阳极氧化绝缘处理,以形成致密的氧化锆薄膜层(绝缘层112)。其中,一方面,氧化锆薄膜的致密性,具有高的硬度与阻止电流通过的作用,其防止了发热丝12绕组将发生短路;另一方面,铝制的承托主体111具有高导热系数,便于热量的快速传递;再者直接在铝制的承托主体111的表面进行氧化处理形成绝缘层112,提高了制备效率。
当然,在本实施例中,承托主体111也可以是其他材料,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例所述的发热模组100中,请参照图6,所述发热丝12包括发热主体121、引脚122和导电层123,所述引脚122与所述发热主体121相连,所述导电层123覆盖在所述引脚122的外周。
所述发热主体121缠绕在所述承托部件11的外表面且设置在所述沟槽13内。将发热主体121以缠绕的方式设置在沟槽13内,提高了发热主体121与承托部件11接触面积,进而提高了承托部件11的发热效率。
可选的,发热主体121呈螺纹状地缠绕在承托部件11上,以提高了发热模组10a发热的均匀性。
可选的,发热主体121均匀地缠绕在所述承托部件11上,以提高发热模组10a发热的均匀性;当然发热主体121也可以非均匀地缠绕在所述承托部件11上。
另外,在本实施例中的发热组件10a中,导电层123的电阻率低于所述引脚122的电阻率。
由于目前绝大部分发热丝的供电是采用脉宽调制(PWM)的方式,PWM 可以视为高频交变电流,电流绝大部分集中在发热丝的“皮肤”部分,也就是说电流集中在发热丝外表的薄层,越靠近发热丝表面,电流密度越大。因此在发热丝12的引脚122表面形成一层低电阻率的材质,使得发热丝12的引脚段(引脚122结合导电层123)表面的电阻值极少,极大的降低引脚段产生的热量。
又由于TCR控温是检测发热丝的整体部分(引脚段+发热主体121)的电阻,降低引脚段的电阻,从而提高发热主体121的电阻占比,可以使得控温更准确,更能体现发热丝实际的状况。
可选的,所述导电层123的材质选自银、铜和金中的一种或至少两种的组合,但不限于此。另外,导电层123可以采用电镀、蒸镀或原子沉积的方式形成在所述引脚122上。
另外,为了进一步提高控温更准确,本实施例的发热主体121和引脚122的材质不同。引脚122的电阻率低于发热主体121的电阻率。发热主体121和引脚122焊接设置。
在一些实施例中,发热主体121和引脚122也可以为一体成型结构,二者的材料相同,其材料可以是镍、铁镍合金或其他导电材料。
具体的,请参照图5和图6,在本实施例所述的发热组件10a中,所述沟槽13包括第一沟槽131、第二沟槽132和第三沟槽133,所述第二沟槽132与所述第一沟槽131的一端相连,所述第三沟槽133与所述第一沟槽131的另一端相连。
所述第一沟槽131设置在所述承托部件11的顶部。所述第二沟槽132和所述第三沟槽133分别自所述承托部件11的顶部向所述承托部件11的底部缠绕设置。所述第二沟槽132和所述第三沟槽133间隔设置。
所述发热主体121包括第一发热段1211、第二发热段1212和第三发热段1213。所述第二发热段1212与所述第一发热段1211的一端相连,所述第三发热段1213与所述第一发热段1211的另一端相连。
所述第一发热段1211设置在所述第一沟槽131内。所述第二发热段1212设置在所述第二沟槽132内。所述第三发热段1213设置在所述第三沟槽133内。
其中,在承托部件11的顶部设置第一沟槽131,并将发热主体121的第一发热段1211设置在第一沟槽131内,起到定位发热丝12的具体位置,也即,发热组件10a在组装的过程中避免发热丝12在水平面上发生位移。
可选的,第一沟槽131设置在承托部件11顶部的中线位置,以将发热丝12限定在承托部件11的中心位置,以提高发热组件10a的发热均匀性。
需要说明的是,该中线是将承托部件11均分为两个相同部分的线,比如承托部件11为圆柱状,其顶部顶面为圆形,则该顶面的直径连线为所述中线;若承托部件11为棱柱状,其顶部顶面为矩形,则该顶面的中线或对角线为所述中线。
综上所述,本实施例的发热模组100通过将发热丝主体121绕设在承托部件11的沟槽13内,并采用导热胶10c填充外壳10b和发热组件10a,提高了发热模组100的发热均匀性。
具体的,请参照图8,图8为背景技术的发热模组的发热效果图。从图8中可知,现有技术的发热模组内部的任意两处的最小温差为12.92摄氏度(℃),最大温差为148.75摄氏度(℃),即发热模组的发热不均匀。
而本实施例的发热模组100中,请参照图9-a和图9-b。在图9-a中,发热模组100的承托部件11任意两处的最大温差为2.65摄氏度(℃);在图9-b中,发热模组100的外壳10b任意两处的最大温差为1.87摄氏度(℃);故相较于图8,本发热模组100的发热效果明显更均匀。
需要说明的是,图8、图9-a和图9-b是在相同的实验环境下进行测试的效果图。
在一些实施例中,请参照图10,相较于本实施例的发热组件10a,发热组件20a与本实施例的发热组件10a的不同之处在于:承托部件21的顶部不设置沟槽。也即,承托部件21的周侧设置第一沟槽231和第二沟槽232。第一沟槽231和第二沟槽232分别自所述承托部件21的顶部向所述承托部件21的底部缠绕设置。所述第一沟槽231和所述第二沟槽232间隔设置。
发热丝22包括发热主体221、连接于发热主体221的引脚222以及覆盖所述引脚222的导电层(图中为示出)。
所述发热主体221包括第一发热段2211、第二发热段2212和第三发热段2213。所述第二发热段2212与所述第一发热段2211的一端相连,所述第三发热段1213与所述第一发热段2211的另一端相连。
所述第一发热段2211凸设在承托部件21的顶部上。所述第二发热段2212设置在第一沟槽231内。第三发热段2213设置在第二沟槽232内。
发热丝12的缠绕方式也可以区别于上述实施例的其他方式,比如不同于上述双螺纹缠绕方式的单螺纹缠绕方式。请参照图11,发热组件30a包括承托部件31和缠绕在承托部件31上的发热丝32。发热丝32包括发热主体321、连接于发热主体321的引脚322以及覆盖所述引脚322的导电层(图中为示出)。
承托部件31具有一贯穿承托部件31的通孔311,该通孔311的深度方向为承托部件31的延伸方向。
承托部件31的周壁设置有螺纹状沟槽33。发热主体321缠绕在所述沟槽33内。发热丝32的一引脚322连接于发热主体321的一端,且延伸入所述通孔311并伸出承托部件31;发热丝32的另一引脚322连接于发热主体321另一端,也超出所述承托部件31。
本申请还涉及一种发烟设备,该发烟设备包括上述任一实施例的发热模组。
本申请的发热模组及发烟设备通过将发热丝设置在承托部件上形成发热组件,并以发热组件为发热源对外壳进行加热,提高了发热模组整体的发热均匀性,另外,采用导热胶填充发热模组和外壳之间的缝隙,使得发热模组均匀地向外壳传递热量,进而提高了发热模组整体的发热均匀性。
以上对本申请实施例所提供的一种发热模组及发烟设备进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的技术方案及其核心思想;本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例的技术方案的范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种发热模组,其中,包括:
    加热组件,所述加热组件包括一承托部件和发热丝,所述发热丝的至少部分设置在所述承托部件上;以及
    外壳,所述外壳套设在所述加热组件的外周侧;
    所述承托部件的外表面设置有沟槽,所述发热丝包括发热主体,所述发热主体缠绕在所述沟槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托部件包括承托主体和绝缘层,所述绝缘层设置于所述承托主体的外表面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托主体的导热系数大于或等于 80 W/m·K。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托主体和所述绝缘层为一体成型的绝缘材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托主体的材质为金属,所述绝缘层的材质包括形成在所述承托主体上的金属氧化物。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托主体的材质为金、银、铜、铁、铝或合金中的一种,所述绝缘层的材质包括氧化铝陶瓷、氧化锆中的一种。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托主体的材质为铝,所述绝缘层的材质包括形成在所述承托主体上的氧化锆。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的发热模组,其中,发热模组还包括导热胶,所述导热胶填充在所述加热组件和所述外壳之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发热模组,其中,所述导热胶选自陶瓷类或玻璃釉质类的无机胶。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的发热模组,其中,所述发热丝还包括引脚和导电层,所述引脚与所述发热主体相连,所述导电层覆盖在所述引脚的外周;所述导电层的电阻率低于所述引脚的电阻率。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的发热模组,其中,所述引脚与所述发热主体的材质不同,所述引脚的电阻率低于所述发热丝的电阻率。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的发热模组,其中,所述引脚与所述发热主体的材质相同,且二者一体成型。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的发热模组,其中,所述导电层的材质选自银、铜和金中的一种或至少两种的组合。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述发热模组,其中,所述沟槽包括第一沟槽、第二沟槽和第三沟槽,所述第二沟槽与所述第一沟槽的一端相连,所述第三沟槽与所述第一沟槽的另一端相连;
    所述第一沟槽设置在所述承托部件的顶部,所述第二沟槽和所述第三沟槽分别自所述承托部件的顶部向所述承托部件的底部缠绕设置,所述第二沟槽和所述第三沟槽间隔设置;
    所述发热主体包括第一发热段、第二发热段和第三发热段,所述第二发热段与所述第一发热段的一端相连,所述第三发热段与所述第一发热段的另一端相连;
    所述第一发热段设置在所述第一沟槽内,所述第二发热段设置在所述第二沟槽内,所述第三发热段设置在所述第三沟槽内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述发热模组,其中,所述第一沟槽设置在所述承托部件顶部的中线位置。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述发热模组,其中,所述承托部件具有一贯穿所述承托部件的通孔,所述通孔的深度方向为所述承托部件的延伸方向;
    所述承托部件的周壁设置有螺纹状的所述沟槽,所述发热主体缠绕在所述沟槽内,所述发热丝的一引脚连接于所述发热主体的一端,且延伸入所述通孔并伸出所述承托部件;所述发热丝的另一所述引脚连接于所述发热主体另一端,也超出所述承托部件。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述发热模组,其中,承所述托部件的周侧设置第一沟槽和第二沟槽,所述第一沟槽和所述第二沟槽分别自所述承托部件的顶部向所述承托部件的底部缠绕设置,所述第一沟槽和所述第二沟槽间隔设置;
    所述发热主体包括第一发热段、第二发热段和第三发热段,所述第二发热段与所述第一发热段的一端相连,所述第三发热段与所述第一发热段的另一端相连;
    所述第一发热段凸设在承托部件的顶部上,所述第二发热段设置在所述第一沟槽内,所述第三发热段设置在所述第二沟槽内。18、一种发烟设备,其包括一种发热模组,所述发热模组包括:
    加热组件,所述加热组件包括一承托部件和发热丝,所述发热丝的至少部分设置在所述承托部件上;以及
    外壳,所述外壳套设在所述加热组件的外周侧;
    所述承托部件的外表面设置有沟槽,所述发热丝包括发热主体,所述发热主体缠绕在所述沟槽内。
  18. 根据权利要求18所述的发烟设备,其中,所述承托部件包括承托主体和绝缘层,所述绝缘层设置于所述承托主体的外表面。
  19. 根据权利要求19所述的发烟设备,其中,所述承托主体的导热系数大于或等于 80 W/m·K。
