Claims (19)
- 一种发热模组,其中,包括:加热组件,所述加热组件包括一承托部件和发热丝,所述发热丝的至少部分设置在所述承托部件上;以及外壳,所述外壳套设在所述加热组件的外周侧;所述承托部件的外表面设置有沟槽,所述发热丝包括发热主体,所述发热主体缠绕在所述沟槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托部件包括承托主体和绝缘层,所述绝缘层设置于所述承托主体的外表面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托主体的导热系数大于或等于 80 W/m·K。
- 根据权利要求3所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托主体和所述绝缘层为一体成型的绝缘材料制成。
- 根据权利要求3所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托主体的材质为金属,所述绝缘层的材质包括形成在所述承托主体上的金属氧化物。
- 根据权利要求5所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托主体的材质为金、银、铜、铁、铝或合金中的一种,所述绝缘层的材质包括氧化铝陶瓷、氧化锆中的一种。
- 根据权利要求6所述的发热模组,其中,所述承托主体的材质为铝,所述绝缘层的材质包括形成在所述承托主体上的氧化锆。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发热模组,其中,发热模组还包括导热胶,所述导热胶填充在所述加热组件和所述外壳之间。
- 根据权利要求8所述的发热模组,其中,所述导热胶选自陶瓷类或玻璃釉质类的无机胶。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发热模组,其中,所述发热丝还包括引脚和导电层,所述引脚与所述发热主体相连,所述导电层覆盖在所述引脚的外周;所述导电层的电阻率低于所述引脚的电阻率。
- 根据权利要求10所述的发热模组,其中,所述引脚与所述发热主体的材质不同,所述引脚的电阻率低于所述发热丝的电阻率。
- 根据权利要求10所述的发热模组,其中,所述引脚与所述发热主体的材质相同,且二者一体成型。
- 根据权利要求10所述的发热模组,其中,所述导电层的材质选自银、铜和金中的一种或至少两种的组合。
- 根据权利要求1所述发热模组,其中,所述沟槽包括第一沟槽、第二沟槽和第三沟槽,所述第二沟槽与所述第一沟槽的一端相连,所述第三沟槽与所述第一沟槽的另一端相连;所述第一沟槽设置在所述承托部件的顶部,所述第二沟槽和所述第三沟槽分别自所述承托部件的顶部向所述承托部件的底部缠绕设置,所述第二沟槽和所述第三沟槽间隔设置;所述发热主体包括第一发热段、第二发热段和第三发热段,所述第二发热段与所述第一发热段的一端相连,所述第三发热段与所述第一发热段的另一端相连;所述第一发热段设置在所述第一沟槽内,所述第二发热段设置在所述第二沟槽内,所述第三发热段设置在所述第三沟槽内。
- 根据权利要求14所述发热模组,其中,所述第一沟槽设置在所述承托部件顶部的中线位置。
- 根据权利要求10所述发热模组,其中,所述承托部件具有一贯穿所述承托部件的通孔,所述通孔的深度方向为所述承托部件的延伸方向;所述承托部件的周壁设置有螺纹状的所述沟槽,所述发热主体缠绕在所述沟槽内,所述发热丝的一引脚连接于所述发热主体的一端,且延伸入所述通孔并伸出所述承托部件;所述发热丝的另一所述引脚连接于所述发热主体另一端,也超出所述承托部件。
- 根据权利要求1所述发热模组,其中,承所述托部件的周侧设置第一沟槽和第二沟槽,所述第一沟槽和所述第二沟槽分别自所述承托部件的顶部向所述承托部件的底部缠绕设置,所述第一沟槽和所述第二沟槽间隔设置;所述发热主体包括第一发热段、第二发热段和第三发热段,所述第二发热段与所述第一发热段的一端相连,所述第三发热段与所述第一发热段的另一端相连;所述第一发热段凸设在承托部件的顶部上,所述第二发热段设置在所述第一沟槽内,所述第三发热段设置在所述第二沟槽内。18、一种发烟设备,其包括一种发热模组,所述发热模组包括:加热组件,所述加热组件包括一承托部件和发热丝,所述发热丝的至少部分设置在所述承托部件上;以及外壳,所述外壳套设在所述加热组件的外周侧;所述承托部件的外表面设置有沟槽,所述发热丝包括发热主体,所述发热主体缠绕在所述沟槽内。
- 根据权利要求18所述的发烟设备,其中,所述承托部件包括承托主体和绝缘层,所述绝缘层设置于所述承托主体的外表面。
- 根据权利要求19所述的发烟设备,其中,所述承托主体的导热系数大于或等于 80 W/m·K。
