Abstract

En el sistema participa un servidor central (1) y una pluralidad de estaciones de servicio (2), constituidas a partir de una o más alineaciones de módulos de carga (3), conectados a un módulo de comunicaciones con el servidor central (1), al que puede accederse a través de una aplicación informática por medio de un teléfono móvil (4), Tablet o cualquier dispositivo electrónico adecuado, para contratar el correspondiente servicio de sustitución de baterías (5). Los módulos de carga (3) incluyen medios para la recarga eléctrica de las baterías, medios electromecánicos para bloqueo y desbloqueo de las baterías, así como una interfaz (8) visual y acústica. Las baterías (5) incluyen un asa (10) telescópica de transporte manual y una estructura rodante plegable/desplegable (11) y bloqueable de desplazamiento horizontal de la batería desde la zona de implantación del vehículo hasta el módulo de carga a la misma altura.

Description

D E S C R I P C I Ó N
Sistema de intercambio de baterías en vehículos eléctricos y procedimiento para la puesta en práctica del mismo.
SECTOR DE LA TÉCNICA
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema especialmente concebido para llevar a cabo el intercambio o sustitución de baterías entre vehículos eléctricos ligeros (Light vehicles), principalmente motocicletas eléctricas, sin descartar otro tipo de vehículos de dos, tres o cuatro ruedas, que estén adaptados para el uso de baterías como las que van a ser descritas en la presente memoria.
El objeto de la invención es proporcionar un sistema inteligente de recargadores de baterías eléctricas, en el que participan una serie de estaciones de suministro de baterías, gestionadas de forma remota a través de un servidor, y cuyos servicios pueden ser contratados a través de una aplicación informática, por ejemplo, a través del teléfono móvil del usuario, pudiendo comprobar la disponibilidad y proximidad de baterías para su vehículo.
La invención afecta igualmente a la especial configuración tanto de las estaciones como de las baterías, en orden a que éstas puedan ser sustituidas de forma sencilla y sin apenas esfuerzo, estaciones que no requieren de personal de servicio, de manera que varias marcas puedan utilizar el mismo “estándar” de baterías, permitiendo así el desarrollo rápido de la movilidad eléctrica en las ciudades, áreas metropolitanas y vías en general.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como es sabido, la tendencia al uso de vehículos eléctricos es cada vez mayor, debido a las ventajas medioambientales que su uso conlleva, tanto a nivel de contaminación atmosférica como de contaminación acústica.
El principal problema que presentan estos vehículos es la escasa autonomía de sus baterías, la cual se ve incrementada cuanto menor sea el peso del vehículo. A este problema hay que añadirle el tiempo que requiere cargar completamente una batería o grupo de baterías de este tipo, y que seguramente sea el motivo por el que el uso de este tipo de vehículos no esté totalmente extendido.
Tratando de obviar esta problemática, son conocidos vehículos que incorporan baterías extraíbles, en orden a que, a través de estaciones de servicio específicamente diseñadas al efecto, puedan sustituirse las baterías descargadas por baterías cargadas, permitiendo continuar la marcha del vehículo sin perder tiempo recargando dichas baterías.
El problema que presentan este tipo de vehículos es que sus baterías no son fácilmente accesibles, debiendo tenerse en cuenta que se trata de elementos muy pesados, por lo que su sustitución requiere de unos esfuerzos muy importantes, en algunos casos precisando de máquinas o herramientas específicas para dicha sustitución.
Tratando de mitigar esta problemática son conocidas baterías eléctricas para vehículos dotadas de ruedas que, si bien facilitan la traslación de la batería de un lugar a otro, siguen presentando el problema inherente a tener que desplazar en sentido ascendente dicha batería una vez dispuesta sobre la zona de implantación, lo que sigue requiriendo de un importante esfuerzo.
EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El sistema de intercambio de baterías en vehículos eléctricos que se preconiza resuelve de forma plenamente satisfactoria la problemática anteriormente expuesta, en base a una solución sencilla pero eficaz.
Para ello, el sistema de la invención está constituido a partir de una serie de estaciones dotadas de un módulo de comunicaciones con un servidor central, al que puede accederse a través de una aplicación informática a través de un teléfono móvil, Tablet o cualquier dispositivo electrónico adecuado, para contratar el correspondiente servicio de sustitución de baterías.
De forma más concreta, cada estación de baterías está constituida a partir de una pluralidad de módulos de carga, materializados en una carcasa dotada de medios de bloqueo y desbloqueo para las baterías eléctricas, de manera que en cada estación se establecerán una pluralidad de módulos de carga provistos de baterías, con la especial particularidad de que siempre al menos uno de dichos módulos esté vacío, es decir, desprovisto de batería, en orden a facilitar la inserción de la batería del vehículo descargado para ser sustituida por otra, y que dicha batería entregada sea sometida a un nuevo proceso de carga.
Así pues, en cada módulo de carga se establecerán medios para la recarga eléctrica de la batería, preferentemente de gran amperaje, en orden a minimizar los tiempos de carga, módulos que se fijan entre sí, así como al suelo y/o pared, para evitar su manipulación.
En orden a minimizar costes de implantación, se ha previsto que solo sea preciso que uno de los módulos de carga incluya un módulo de comunicación, estando el resto de los módulos conectados entre ellos, incluyendo no obstante cada uno su cuadro eléctrico individual y su puerto serie para conexión del técnico en las labores de mantenimiento/reparación.
Dichos módulos incorporan una interfaz visual y acústica de fácil uso, a través de los que identificar los diferentes estados de los módulos, ya sea para indicar que ciertas baterías están ya reservadas, que el módulo está bloqueado, que está desbloqueado, fuera de servicio, libre o sin energía.
Por su parte, las propias baterías dispondrán de indicadores a base de leds mediante los cuales se pueda visualizar el nivel de carga de dichas baterías.
Consecuentemente, en correspondencia con la cara anterior de cada módulo de carga se establece una amplia embocadura destinada a recibir a las correspondientes baterías eléctricas, de modo que en la misma se establecen unas guías que facilitan la inserción y bloqueo de dichas baterías.
Estas guías estarán asistidas por medios de anclaje electromecánicos mediante los que se asegura que si la batería no está perfectamente insertada, bloqueada y validada no se suministra corriente a la batería. Las baterías incluirán igualmente medios para su bloqueo eléctrico.
En tal sentido, cada módulo incorporará un relé en el bus de continua entre el cargador y el conector, a través del que se controla la alimentación de las baterías o corte de dicha alimentación.
En cuanto a las baterías, las mismas estarán dotada de un asa de transporte manual y de una estructura rodante plegable/desplegable y bloqueable que permitan desplazar horizontalmente la batería desde el vehículo hasta el módulo de carga sin tener que llevar a cabo esfuerzos verticales sobre dicha batería, al adaptarse la estructura rodante plegable/desplegable a la altura entre la zona de implantación de la batería en la motocicleta o vehículo de que se trate y el suelo, estando previsto que las guías de recepción de las baterías en los módulos de carga estén igualmente a esa misma altura.
En cuanto al módulo de comunicaciones, se desarrollará una aplicación de comunicación entre los diferentes módulos de carga y centralización, todo ello controlado a través del servidor central del sistema. En caso de corte de comunicación con el servidor central, la instalación quedará bloqueada hasta el restablecimiento de comunicaciones. Igualmente, y por seguridad, cuando los módulos estén vacíos, se cortará el suministro eléctrico de los mismos.
Opcionalmente las estaciones podrían estar alimentadas eléctricamente a través de instalaciones de placas fotovoltaicas.
A partir de esta estructuración, el funcionamiento es como sigue:
Será obligatorio hace una pre-reserva mediante la aplicación informática instalada en el móvil o dispositivo de que se trate, en orden a agilizar todo el proceso.
En pre-reserva se mostrará las ubicaciones de la estaciones de carga a seleccionar según la posición GPS actual del usuario, disponibilidad y rango de alcance del vehículo con el nivel de batería actual.
Las pre-reservas caducarán y se anularán a los 15 minutos o según el tiempo estimado de llegada. Se avisará al usuario a través de la aplicación de cualquier anomalía relacionada con esta pre-reserva.
La aplicación devolverá la posición y fila de la pre-reserva en la ubicación seleccionada y el tiempo límite en el que deberá recogerla. En la pre-reserva se validará el estado correcto a la modalidad de subscripción y estado de pago del usuario.
Si no está dado de alta, el sistema avisará al usuario no registrado en este servicio y liberará la batería introducida inicialmente (la batería a sustituir), requiriendo el alta en el sistema.
Las pre-reservas serán automáticamente de una sola batería si es vehículo de 2 o 3 ruedas, o de dos si se trata de un vehículo de 4 ruedas, todo ello visible a través de la aplicación informática.
El sistema entregará las baterías siguiendo un algoritmo tifo (first in first out), para rotación y utilización de la totalidad de las baterías.
El sistema propondrá baterías al 100% de carga, de manera que si no hay disponibles, permitirá previsualizar el % de las baterías más cargadas a través de la aplicación para que el usuario decida.
Al ubicar la batería descargada en la posición libre del correspondiente módulo de carga, se bloqueará físicamente y electrónicamente y se tomarán los datos de la batería sobre la carga restante, el ID de batería, usuario asociado a la pre-reserva. Llegados al fin de la comprobación, se suministrará la carga a la batería para evitar conexiones no deseadas, directas, con cable u otro tipo de accidentes eléctricos.
Para validar la pre-reserva del usuario, el sistema envía la información al módulo de carga para que se pueda realizar el intercambio sin necesidad de conexión posterior. La batería quedará asignada y los datos para ejecutar en la estación.
La estación enviará notificación del módulo de carga, si no hay conexión en ese momento, lo guardará para notificar con posterioridad al servidor central.
Se actualizará el cambio de ID de baterías en el servidor, y automáticamente se desbloqueará la pre-reservada. Cuando la batería cargada esté en la moto o vehículo de que se trate, se confirmará el cambio al servidor.
La batería será bloqueada en el proceso de intercambio en caso de intento de robo o impago, alertando al servidor central, así como al servicio técnico, emitiendo un sonido de alerta durante un tiempo preprogramado.
Si el usuario después de introducir la batería no recoge la nueva batería en un tiempo preestablecido, el módulo de carga emitirá un sonido de advertencia.
Al finalizar el servidor enviará una notificación a través de la aplicación con los datos del intercambio y porcentajes de cargas de las dos baterías (introducida/extraída) o otra información como trazabilidad relevante para el usuario.
En la aplicación informática se podrá notificar fallos mecánicos de la batería, de manera que al entregarla en una estación quedará bloqueada.
En dicho caso, el usuario se lleva otra batería y generará un aviso de alerta al servicio técnico de la incidencia.
En definitiva, una batería conectada se podrá bloquear por tres motivos: sobrepaso del tiempo preestablecido, robo, o notificación de usuario de fallo mecánico.
Se consigue de esta forma un sistema muy cómodo a la hora de intercambiar baterías, sumamente interesante a la hora de mejorar la autonomía en los desplazamientos en vehículos eléctricos.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que seguidamente se va a realizar y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de planos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente: La figura 1 Muestra una vista esquemática de un sistema de intercambio de baterías en vehículos eléctricos realizado de acuerdo con el objeto de la presente invención.
La figura 2.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva de uno de los módulos de carga que participan en una de las estaciones del sistema, concretamente en el caso concreto en el que se dispone de un hueco libre para la recepción de una batería descargada o en mal estado.
La figura 3.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva de uno de los módulos de carga que participan en una de las estaciones del sistema, concretamente en el caso concreto en el que el módulo se encuentra ocupado en proceso de carga de una batería.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de las figuras reseñadas, y en especial de la figura 1 , puede observarse como en el sistema de la invención participa un servidor central (1) así como una pluralidad de estaciones de servicio (2), constituidas a partir de una o más alineaciones de módulos de carga (3), conectados a un módulo de comunicaciones con el servidor central, al que puede accederse a través de una aplicación informática por medio de un teléfono móvil (4), Tablet o cualquier dispositivo electrónico adecuado, para contratar el correspondiente servicio de sustitución de baterías (5).
Tal y como se puede observar en las figuras 2 a 9, los módulos de carga (3) están constituidos a partir de una carcasa en cuya cara anterior se establece una embocadura (6), dotada de medios de guiado para inserción y extracción de la correspondiente batería (5) eléctrica, habiéndose previsto que en cada estación al menos uno de los módulos de carga (3) esté vacío para permitir insertar la batería del vehículo eléctrico (7) de que se trate.
Los módulos de carga (3) incluyen medios para la recarga eléctrica de las baterías, medios electromecánicos para bloqueo y desbloqueo de las baterías, un cuadro eléctrico individual y un puerto serie para conexión del técnico de mantenimiento, incorporando una interfaz (8) visual y acústica de fácil uso, a través de los que identificar los diferentes estados de los módulos, ya sea para indicar que existe un hueco libre (figura 2), que la batería de dicho módulo está cargando (figura 3), que la batería de dicho módulo está completamente cargada (figura 4), que la batería de dicho módulo está reservada (figura 5), que la batería de dicho módulo se puede retirar (figura 6), que la batería de dicho módulo está bloqueada (figura 7), que el módulo está fuera de servicio (figura 8) o que el conjunto módulo batería se encuentra sin energía (figura 9).
En cuanto a las baterías (5) estas incorporarán medios para su bloqueo eléctrico, así como indicadores (9) a base de leds mediante los cuales se pueda visualizar el nivel de carga de dichas baterías, estando dotadas de un asa (10) telescópica de transporte manual y de una estructura rodante plegable/desplegable (11) y bloqueable que permitan desplazar horizontalmente la batería desde el vehículo hasta el módulo de carga sin tener que llevar a cabo esfuerzos verticales sobre dicha batería, al adaptarse la estructura rodante plegable/desplegable a la altura entre la zona de implantación de la batería en la motocicleta o vehículo de que se trate y el suelo, estando previsto que las guías de recepción de las baterías en los módulos de carga estén igualmente a esa misma altura, incluyendo el asa (10) un gatillo o elemento liberador de dicho mecanismo que en las maniobras de inserción de la batería en el vehículo (7) permita el abatimiento de dicha estructura en la propia maniobra de acoplamiento. Solo resta señalar que, opcionalmente las estaciones podrían estar alimentadas eléctricamente a través de instalaciones de placas fotovoltaicas.

Claims

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
1a.- Sistema de intercambio de baterías en vehículos eléctricos, caracterizado porque en el mismo participa un servidor central (1) y una pluralidad de estaciones de servicio (2), constituidas a partir de una o más alineaciones de módulos de carga (3), conectados a un módulo de comunicaciones con el servidor central (1), al que puede accederse a través de una aplicación informática por medio de un teléfono móvil (4), Tablet o cualquier dispositivo electrónico adecuado, para contratar el correspondiente servicio de sustitución de baterías (5), con la particularidad de que los módulos de carga (3) están constituidos a partir de una carcasa en cuya cara anterior se establece una embocadura (6), dotada de medios de guiado para inserción y extracción de la correspondiente batería (5) eléctrica, módulos de carga (3) que incluyen medios para la recarga eléctrica de las baterías, medios electromecánicos para bloqueo y desbloqueo de las baterías, un cuadro eléctrico individual y un puerto serie de mantenimiento, incorporando una interfaz (8) visual y acústica de identificación de los diferentes estados de los módulos y baterías, habiéndose previsto que las baterías (5) incluyan medios para su bloqueo eléctrico, indicadores (9) a base de leds mediante los cuales se pueda visualizar el nivel de carga de dichas baterías, incluyendo un asa (10) telescópica de transporte manual y una estructura rodante plegable/desplegable (11) y bloqueable de desplazamiento horizontal de la batería desde la zona de implantación del vehículo hasta el módulo de carga a la misma altura.
2a.- Sistema de intercambio de baterías en vehículos eléctricos, según reivindicación 1a, caracterizado porque las estaciones de servicio están alimentadas eléctricamente a través de instalaciones de placas fotovoltaicas.
3a.- Procedimiento para la puesta en práctica del sistema de las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque en el mismo se establecen las siguientes fases operativas: a) Se lleva a cabo una pre-reserva mediante la aplicación informática instalada en el móvil (4) o dispositivo de que se trate. b) En pre-reserva se muestra las ubicaciones de las estaciones de carga a seleccionar según la posición GPS actual del usuario, disponibilidad y rango de alcance del vehículo con el nivel de batería actual. Las pre-reservas caducarán y se anularán a los 15 minutos o según el tiempo estimado de llegada. Se avisará al usuario a través de la aplicación de cualquier anomalía relacionada con esta pre-reserva. c) La aplicación devuelve la posición y fila de la pre-reserva en la ubicación seleccionada y el tiempo límite en el que deberá recogerla. d) En la pre-reserva se validará el estado correcto a la modalidad de subscripción y estado de pago del usuario. e) Si no está dado de alta, el sistema requerirá el alta en el sistema. f) El sistema entregará las baterías siguiendo un algoritmo tifo (first in first out), para rotación y utilización de la totalidad de las baterías. g) El sistema propondrá baterías al 100% de carga, de manera que si no hay disponibles, permitirá previsualizar el % de las baterías más cargadas a través de la aplicación para que el usuario decida. h) Al ubicar la batería descargada en la posición libre del correspondiente módulo de carga, se bloqueará físicamente y electrónicamente y se tomarán los datos de la batería sobre la carga restante, el ID de batería, usuario asociado a la pre-reserva. Llegados al fin de la comprobación, se suministrará la carga a la batería para evitar conexiones no deseadas, directas, con cable u otro tipo de accidentes eléctricos. i) Para validar la pre-reserva del usuario, el sistema envía la información al módulo de carga para que se pueda realizar el intercambio sin necesidad de conexión posterior. La batería quedará asignada y los datos para ejecutar en la estación. j) La estación enviará notificación del módulo de carga, si no hay conexión en ese momento, lo guardará para notificar con posterioridad al servidor central. k) Se actualizará el cambio de ID de baterías en el servidor, y automáticamente se desbloqueará la pre-reservada.
L) Cuando la batería cargada esté en la moto o vehículo de que se trate, se confirmará el cambio al servidor. m) La batería será bloqueada en el proceso de intercambio en caso de intento de robo o impago, alertando al servidor central, así como al servicio técnico, emitiendo un sonido de alerta durante un tiempo pre programado. n) Si el usuario después de introducir la batería no recoge la nueva batería en un tiempo preestablecido, el módulo de carga emitirá un sonido de advertencia. o) Al finalizar el servidor enviará una notificación a través de la aplicación con los datos del intercambio y porcentajes de cargas de las dos baterías (introducida/extraída) o otra información como trazabilidad relevante para el usuario.
