进一步的,所述电池内设在所述电池仓内,靠近所述电池仓出口端面一侧的电池端面邻近所述电池仓出口端面。
优选的,所述电池内设在所述电池仓内,所述电池的端面不高于所述电池仓的出口端面。当然,电池的端面也可稍稍凸出电池仓出口端面一点,只要不影响用户的使用以及电动工具的美观性即可,例如电池的端面凸出电池仓出口1-10mm。
进一步的,所述工具壳体的容纳腔内还设有控制器,所述控制器与电池和动力系统电连接,用以控制工具的运行。
进一步的,所述容纳腔与所述电池仓相连通;可选的,所述电池仓是所述容纳腔的一部分,所述壳体由至少两个壳体元件拼接后形成。
进一步的,所述电池仓内还设有导向部,用于引导所述电池装配入所述电池仓时,电池的输出接口与工具的用电插头配合;可选的,插入电池仓内的电池包与电池仓之间的间隙比较小,电池仓的内壁相当于导向结构。
可选的,所述锁定机构安装在所述电池仓的出口端;所述锁定机构包括一按钮,该按钮设于所述工具握持部的下端,通过该按钮控制电池弹出所述电池仓;
进一步的,所述锁定机构还包括一闩锁(插销锁、锁舌),所述闩锁与所述电池壳体上的定位孔(闩槽)配合,用以锁定或解锁电池。
可选的,所述锁定机构安装在与所述电池仓出口呈相对设置的一端;
进一步的,在与所述电池仓出口呈相对设置的一端或者说锁定机构附近还设有按压式弹出机构,使得电池随按压循环实现收入电池仓内部和弹出电池仓。

本发明与手持类工具适配的电池包不需要在壳体周边设置锁舌,避免了电池包表面的凸起,同时电池包插入后不会露出工具壳体表面,减小了工具的尺寸,使得工具可以做的更加小巧;本发明的电池包包括给移动设备供电的接口,使得电池包拆下后可以当充电宝使用,电池包表面光滑便于携带。本发明的手持类工具通过在工具内部设置弹出结构以及与电池包配合的锁定结构,使得电池包的安装和拆卸更加方便,电池插入后与工具壳体的表面无分离的边缘,使得工具的表面更加美观。

以下将结合附图,对本发明进行更为详细的描述,需要说明的是,下参照附图对本发明进行的描述仅是示意性的,而非限制性的。各个不同实施例之间可以进行相互组合,以构成未在以下描述中示出的其他实施例。
为了方便说明,本发明的手持类工具以电钻和筋膜枪作为实施例,当然手持类工具也可以是其他工具,比如螺丝批、或者兼具螺丝批和电钻功能的多功能工具;或者,该工具也可以是能将输出的扭矩转化为其他形式运动的工具,这些工具可能用来打磨工件,比如砂光机、角磨;这些工具也可能用 来切割工件,比如往复锯、圆锯、曲线锯;这些工具也可能用来做冲击使用,比如电锤;这些工具也可能是园林工具,比如修枝机和链锯;另外这些工具也可能作为其他用途,比如搅拌机、吸尘器、按摩器。只要这些工具的握持部内设有电池包,即可能采用以下披露的技术方案的实质内容。
实施例1:
参考图1-图5-2,本发明的电池包1包括:电芯和电池壳体11,所述电池壳体11包括基体110和至少一端盖111。作为优选方案,基体110和端盖111均由塑料材料制成。
其中,基体110形成有至少一端开口的腔室,电芯、连接端子以及相关电路板设置在基体110中。端盖111设置在基体110的开口端用以关闭所述基体110。优选的,端盖111内嵌在基体110的开口端并与之构成固定连接,它们构成固定连接的方式很多,可选的,它们通过环形槽和凸起卡装在一起,当然它们也可以采用焊接、粘接或一体成型的方式实现。
当所述端盖111与所述基体110固定在一起时,端盖111的侧边缘不高于所述基体110的侧面。同现有的直插式电池包1相比,本发明的电池包1表面更加光滑,工具的握持部只要开设同样的大小的电池仓,电池即可插入,不需要考虑握持部把手的形状和大小,适配性更好。
如图5-1所示,基体110为一端开口的杯状结构,所述端盖111内嵌在基体110的开口端,当端盖111安装至所述基体110后,端盖111的底面与基体110的开口端面齐平或低于所述基体110的开口平面。
如图5-2所示,基体110为一端开口的杯状结构,所述端盖111为“凸”状结构,所述端盖111的一部分内嵌入所述基体110的开口端,所述端盖111的另一部分凸出所述基体110的开口端,凸出所述基体110开口端的端盖111 部分边缘与所述基体110的侧面齐平。
可选的,基体110也可以是两端开口的筒状结构,端盖111内嵌在基体110的开口端,当端盖111安装至所述基体110后,端盖111的底面与基体110的开口端面齐平或低于所述基体110的开口平面。
本发明的电池包1不需要在电池包1侧面设置与工具配合的锁舌,避免了在电池包1表面的凸起,携带更加方便,同时使得电池结构更加紧凑,体积更小。
所述基体110和所述端盖111之间还设有密封件112;优选的,该密封件112为橡胶材质的密封圈,端盖111侧壁上设有环形槽,用以容纳该密封圈。
所述端盖111和所述基体110由硬塑料制成,端盖111和基体110之间通过超声波焊接实现牢固的连接,密封效果更好,能够防止灰尘和/或水进入电池包1内部。
所述电池与插入端相对的一端设有防呆结构119;如图所示,该防呆结构119可以是基体110一端的外表面向外延伸的凸出部,使得电池在盲插的情况下避免插反。
所述端盖111上设有指示灯117,用以显示电池包1充电状态和剩余电量;如图3所示,所述端盖111上设有U形孔,电池包1内部和电路板相连的指示灯117穿过该U形孔。
所述电池包1上设有输入接口113,用以对电池包1进行充电;优选的,该输入接口113为USB-C接口,其具有更好的灵活性和兼容性。
所述电池包1上设有第一输出接口114,用以对使用该电池包1的工具进行供电,所述第一输出接口114包括正、负电极接口以及信号电极接口, 工具上的电路控制系统通过该信号电极可以监控电池包1温度和电池包1内单节电芯电压,该第一输出接口114可以为大功率用电工具供电,满足锂电工具间歇/短时/大电流的放电要求,同时也可以满足持续放电的工作要求。
所述电池包1上设有第二输出接口115,用以对随身携带的其他常用电子产品充电,以备紧急情况下使用,所述第二输出接口115为USA-A接口。
所述电池包1内部包含一节或多节电芯,电芯之间可以通过串联和/或并联方式连接,可为纵向叠加或横向方式叠加;所述电池包1内置的BMS系统上设有充电管理芯片,所述充电管理芯片具备过压、过充、过放、短路及温度保护功能,用于将充电接口接入的电压和/或电流进行调整,以使充电电流和/或充电电压满足所述锂电池电池包1所需的电流和/或电压。
所述电池包1壳体表面设有定位孔118,用以将电池包1放入工具时时起到对电池包1锁定固定的作用。电池包1表面不需要设置周向的卡扣,使得电池包1更便于携带,工具不使用时该电池包1可以当充电宝使用。
所述端盖111处还设有控制键116,该控制键116用以控制第二输出接口115的开启和断开,也可控制指示灯117的显示和关闭。
实施例2:
参考图6-图9,本发明提供了一种手持类工具的第一实施例,其包括工具壳体2、动力系统4、电池腔体结构3和插入所述工具壳体2内的电池包。
所述工具壳体2由至少两个壳体元件固定连接构成,所述工具壳体2内设有容纳腔;所述电池腔体结构3位于所述工具的握持部20,所述电池腔体结构3包括可以容纳和供电池抽插的电池仓30、弹出机构32和锁定机构,所述电池仓30为容纳腔的一部分,所述电池仓30具有一出口,所述弹出机构32安装在与所述电池仓30出口呈相对设置的一端,所述锁定机构用以对 设于所述电池仓30内的电池进行限位,以限制所述电池自所述电池仓30的出口处脱出;所述电池可插拔的安装于所述电池仓30内。所述动力系统4设于所述容纳腔内,所述动力系统4包括驱动装置以及传动机构。
所述电池包插入工具的电池仓30腔体后,电池包的下端面不高于所述电池仓30的出口端面。优选的,所述电池包插入电池仓30腔体后,所述电池包的下端面与电池仓30的出口端面齐平,电池端的下端面构成工具握持部20下底面的一部分。
所述工具壳体2的容纳腔内还设有电路板,所述电路板与电池包、动力系统4电连接,用以控制电池包的放电以及动力系统4的运行。
所述工具壳体2包括握持部20,所述握持部20内的电池仓30与容纳腔相连通;在本实施例中,所述电池仓30是容纳腔的一部分,所述工具壳体2由两个壳体元件拼接后形成。
所述锁定机构设置在工具握持部20下端靠近电池仓30出口位置处,所述锁定机构与电池包上的定位孔118活动连接以用于锁定或解锁电池包;在本实施例中,所述锁扣机构的实施方式可有多种形式,具体的,参考图6-图12所示,所述锁定结构31包括锁舌311、按钮310和弹簧312,所述锁舌311具有伸出以限制所述电池包自所述电池仓30出口处脱出的工作状态;所述弹簧312连接所述锁舌311,用以驱动所述锁舌311伸缩。按动所述按钮310时,所述锁舌311收缩以将所述电池包解锁,此时电池包在弹出机构32的作用下弹出电池仓30;电池置入后,所述锁舌311在弹簧312的作用下自动复位,所述锁舌311插入电池包上的定位孔118内,以将电池包锁在所述电池仓30内。用户需要拆卸电池包时,只需要手指轻轻按动按钮310,电池包即可弹出电池仓30,更加方便。
所述锁定机构包括限位杆和伸缩驱动装置,所述限位杆可伸缩设置,所述限位杆的一端靠近所述电池仓30开口设置,所述限位杆具有伸出用以限制所述电池自所述电池仓30开口处脱出的工作状态;所述伸缩驱动装置驱动所述限位杆伸缩。通过所述限位杆伸出以堵住所述开口,可有效防止所述电池自所述开口处脱落,所述按钮310按下所述限位杆收缩,以方便取出电池,电池插入后,所述限位杆伸出以将电池锁紧在所述电池仓30内。
所述弹出机构32设置在与所述电池仓30呈相对设置的一端,所述弹出机构32包括固定板320、弹簧312和滑动件321;当所述电池包插入电池仓30内,所述滑动件321上移,弹簧312被压缩;当所述锁扣机构解锁,所述弹簧312用以复位所述滑动件321,用以将电池包弹出电池仓30。
所述电池仓30的开口端只能允许电池包不带有防呆结构的一端插入,电池包插入后,电池包的第一输出接口与工具的用电接口连接,用以给工具供电。
实施例3:
参考图10-图13,本发明实施例提供一种按压弹出电池包的手持类工具,其可通过按压电池的一端将电池包从电池仓30内取出。
一种手持类工具,其具体结构包括:工具壳体2、动力系统4、电池仓30腔体结构和电池包;所述工具壳体2设有容纳腔;所述动力系统4设于所述容纳腔内,所述动力系统4包括驱动装置以及传动机构;所述电池腔体结构3设于所述电动工具的握持部20,所述电池腔体结构3包括可以容纳和供电池抽插的电池仓30、弹出机构32和锁定机构,所述电池仓30由一两端开口的筒状壳体组成,所述电池仓30的一端与工具壳体2固定连接,所述电池仓30的另一端用于电池的插入和拔出。所述弹出机构32为按压式弹出机构, 所述弹出机构32安装在与所述电池仓30出口呈相对设置的一端,所述锁定机构用以对设于所述电池仓30内的电池进行限位,以限制所述电池自所述电池仓30的出口处脱出;所述电池可插拔的安装于所述电池仓30内。
电池包插入电池仓30后,电池的下端面与电池仓30的下端面基本在同一平面内。
所述锁定结构31设置在与所述电池仓30出口呈相对设置的一端,所述锁定结构31包括套筒313、滑动基座314以及设置在滑动基座314上的锁舌311,所述套筒313上设有一缺口,当滑动基座314上的锁舌311滑动至该缺口时,锁舌311与电池包上的定位孔118分离,电池包可以移出电池仓30,当锁舌311远离该缺口时,锁舌311被套筒313挤压后与电池包上的定位孔118配合用以将电池包固定在电池仓30内。
所述弹出机构32包括设置在滑动基座314上的固定块323,所述固定块323与套筒313的上端固定连接,所述固定块323的侧面具有斜切的心形的挡块3230;所述弹出机构32还包括穿过滑动基座314并与固定块323上挡块3230相配合的运动件324,运动件324的一端与电池包相抵接,运动件324的另一端与挡块3230相配合。所述弹出机构32还包括设置在固定块323内部用于推动滑动基座314上下滑动的弹性件322,所述弹性件322驱动滑动基座314上下移动,从而控制锁舌311与电池包上定位孔118的配合,进而锁定或解锁电池。所述固定块323与滑动基座314设有相互配合的连接结构,固定块323只能相对滑动基座314在一定行程内移动。
所述固定块323上还设有工具端子,该端子与电池包第一输出接口相连接,用以对工具供电。
所述挡块3230的周围设置有滑轨,在按压电池包时使得运动件324在滑 轨内单向滑动。
本发明的一种按压弹出机构,在电池包插入电池仓30时,运动件324位于挡块3230的内凹位置处,此时弹性件322被压缩,锁舌311与电池包上的定位孔118相配合对电池进行锁定;当再次按压电池包,运动件324沿着滑轨向下移动,此时弹性件322被释放带动电池包以及滑动基座314向下运动,当锁舌311移动至套筒313上的缺口时,锁舌311与电池包的定位孔118分离,此时电池包移出电池仓30;当再次安装电池时,电池推动运动件324以及滑动基座314向上运动,锁舌311被套筒313所挤压与电池包的定位孔118想抵接从而将电池包固定,这时运动件324也处于挡块3230的内凹位置处,此时弹簧312被压缩。从而使得电池随按压循环实现收入电池仓30内部和弹出电池仓30。
所述电池包插入电池仓30后,电池包的下端面与所述电池仓30的下端面基本在同一平面,所述电池包的下底面构成工具握持端下底面的一部分。
实施例4:
本实施例提供一种电池包,所述电池包包括电池壳体11和设于所述电池壳体11内的电芯,所述电池壳体11表面包括用于给工具供电的第一输出接口114、给移动设备供电的第二输出接口115和用以对电池包1进行充电的输入接口113。
进一步的,所述电池壳体11表面光滑,无分离的边缘。
具体的,所述电池壳体11包括基体110和端盖111,所述端盖111设置在所述基体110的开口端用以关闭所述基体110。
进一步的,所述电池壳体11的端盖111侧边不高于所述基体110的侧面。
可选的,所述基体110为两端开口的筒状结构,所述端盖111内设于所 述基体110开口端,所述端盖111平面不高于所述基体110开口的平面。
可选的,所述基体110为一端开口的杯状结构,所述端盖111内设于所述基体110开口端,所述端盖111平面不高于所述基体110开口的平面。
进一步的,所述电池壳体11表面还包括定位孔118,用以将电池包放入工具时起到对电池包固定的作用。

本发明还提供一种电动工具,所述电动工具还包括电池仓30,所述电池包可插拔的安装于所述电池仓30内,所述电池端面不高于所述电池仓30出口端面。

本实施例提供一种筋膜枪,所述筋膜枪包括设于筋膜枪握持部的电池仓,所述电池仓内设有电池弹出机构,所述电池弹出机构与电池的一端相抵接,所述电池仓的出口端设有控制电池弹出的锁定机构。
进一步的,所述电池弹出机构包括弹簧,所述电池通过弹簧与所述电池仓的一端相抵;所述锁定机构包括转轴、按钮和锁舌,所述电池的壳体表面设有与所述锁舌配合的定位孔,所述转轴在按钮和锁舌中部,通过按压按钮从而翘起另一端锁舌释放与电池定位孔的卡合。
进一步的,所述锁定机构还包括弹簧,所述弹簧位于所述按钮处,用于在解除按压后实现锁舌的复位。

实施例6:
本实施例提供一种筋膜枪,所述筋膜枪包括设于筋膜枪握持部的电池仓,所述电池仓内设有按压弹出机构,所述按压弹出机构与电池的一端相抵接,通过按压电池下端面触发按压弹出机构将电池弹出。
进一步的,所述按压弹出机构包括设置于电池仓内的固定块、滑动基座和运动件,所述固定块上设置有与电池电连接的端子,所述滑动基座与所述固定块滑动连接,所述运动件连接所述滑动基座和固定块。
进一步的,所述固定块上设置有挡块,所述运动件与挡块配合用以实现所述电池随按压循环收入电池仓内部和弹出电池仓。

本实施例提供的具有电池包的吸尘器,通过将电池包壳体的顶部端面作为设备壳体的壳体表面在电池包井道处的补充,进而使得整体形成一个完整的平 面或曲面,使得整个吸尘器结构完整,提高使用者的体验感,产品更具美感;
并且将电池包壳体的高度方向的z轴轴线向前或向后在一定范围内设置,使得电池包壳体在具有一定倾角的情况下,更方便使用者对电池包进行更换的插接操作;并且通过电量显示部和充放电接口的设置,使得电动工具上电池包适用范围更广,实用性更强。

  1. 一种手持类工具,其特征在于,包括:
    工具壳体(2),所述工具壳体(2)内设有容纳腔;
    动力系统(4),设于所述容纳腔内,所述动力系统(4)包括驱动装置以及传动机构;

    电池,可插拔的安装于所述电池仓(30)内,所述电池端面邻近所述电池仓(30)出口端面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持类工具,其特征在于,所述电池腔体结构(3)设于所述手持类工具的握持部(20)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手持类工具,其特征在于,所述锁定机构(31)安装在所述电池仓(30)的出口端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手持类工具,其特征在于,所述电池包括电池壳体(11)和设于所述电池壳体(11)内的电芯(10),所述电池仓(30)出口端设有闩锁,所述电池壳体(11)设有与所述闩锁配合的闩槽,所述闩锁与所述闩槽活动连接以用于锁定或解锁电池。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的手持类工具,其特征在于,所述锁定机构(31)安装在与所述电池仓(30)出口呈相对设置的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手持类工具,其特征在于,所述锁定机构(31)附近设有弹出机构(32),所述弹出机构(32)为按压式弹出机构,使得电池随 按压循环实现收入电池仓(30)内部和弹出电池仓(30)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的手持类工具,其特征在于,靠近所述电池仓(30)出口端的电池端面与所述电池仓(30)出口端面基本在同一平面,所述电池端面构成所述手持类工具表面的一部分。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的手持类工具,其特征在于,所述电池(1)包括电池壳体(11)和设于所述电池壳体(11)内的电芯(10),所述电池壳体(11)包括基体(110)和端盖(111),所述端盖(111)设置在所述基体(110)的开口端用以关闭所述基体(110)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手持类工具,其特征在于,所述电池壳体(11)端盖(111)的边缘不高于所述基体(110)的侧面。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的手持类工具,其特征在于,所述基体(110)为两端开口的筒状结构,所述端盖(111)内设于所述基体(110)开口端,所述端盖(111)平面不高于所述基体(110)开口的平面。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的手持类工具,其特征在于,所述基体(110)为一端开口的杯状结构,所述端盖(111)内设于所述基体(110)开口端,所述端盖(111)平面不高于所述基体(110)开口的平面。
