柔性屏幕作为一种重要的显示屏技术,在近年来得到了重要的发展。与传统屏幕相比,柔性屏幕具有显著的优势,如其体积更加轻薄,功耗更低,而且得益于其可弯曲、具有柔韧性等特点,柔性屏幕的应用场景也越来越广泛。
目前,手机、平板电脑等电子设备得到普遍应用。随着科学技术的不断发展和人们对电子产品的要求的不断提到,平面式电子设备已经不能满足人们对于节省空间、便于携带的需求。因此,需要寻求一种新型的显示器以解决上述问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种显示器,其能够解决现有的显示器存在的体积大、占用空间大、不方便携带等问题。

在附图中,结构相同的部件以相同数字标号表示,各处结构或功能相似的组件以相似数字标号表示。此外,为了便于理解和描述,附图所示的每一组件的尺寸和厚度是任意示出的 ,本发明并没有限定每个组件的尺寸和厚度。
当某些组件,被描述为“在”另一组件“上”时,所述组件可以直接置于所述另一组件上;也可以存在一中间组件,所述组件置于所述中间组件上,且所述中间组件置于另一组件上。当一个组件被描述为“安装至”或“连接至”另一组件时,二者可以理解为直接“安装”或“连接”,或者一个组件通过一中间组件“安装至”或“连接至”另一个组件。
实施例1
如图1、图2所示,本实施例提供了一种显示器100,其中包括:壳体1、第一转轴2、第一转筒3、柔性显示屏4、主板5、柔性电路板6。
如图1、图2所示,所述壳体1的侧壁设有壳体开口7,所述柔性显示屏4穿过所述壳体开口7。
如图1、图2所示,第一转轴2可转动式安装至所述壳体1的两个相对的内侧壁,在柔性显示屏4被展开和被卷回时,第一转轴2可以相对壳体1自由的转动。
如图1、图2所示,第一转筒3套设于所述第一转轴2外部,且固定连接至所述第一转轴2,即所述第一转筒3和所述第一转轴2相对固定,由此可以通过第一转轴2带动第一转筒3的转动,最终带动柔性显示屏4的展开或卷回。
如图3所示,第一转筒3包括第一转筒本体31以及第一转筒开口32。第一转筒本体31为圆柱体;第一转筒开口32设于所述第一转筒本体31的侧壁。
如图1、图2、图3所示,主板5设于所述第一转筒本体31内,与所述第一转筒开口32相对设置。主板5固定至所述第一转筒3内。本实施例中,所述主板5通过支架8固定于所述第一转轴2上,由于第一转轴2与第一转筒3相互固定,因此第一转轴2、第一转筒3以及主板5三者相互固定。
如图1、图2、图3所示,柔性电路板6设于所述第一转筒开口32处,且贴附于所述主板5。具体的,柔性电路板6可以通过粘接剂贴附于所述主板5上。
如图1、图2、图3所示,柔性显示屏4螺旋式套设至所述第一转筒3外表面,其一端连接至所述第一转筒3,另一端延伸至所述壳体1外部。具体,其一端通过粘接剂连接于所述柔性电路板6,另一端穿过壳体开口7延伸至所述壳体1外部。在所述显示器100的使用状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被全部拉伸至所述壳体1外部。
如图2、图3所示,所述第一转筒3还包括填充物9,贴附于所述柔性电路板6表面,且填满所述第一转筒开口32;所述填充物8的外表面与所述第一转筒本体31的外侧壁在同一弧面上。即通过填充物9使得所述第一转筒3的外表面为完整的圆弧面,当所述柔性显示屏4在卷回状态下,能顺利的螺旋式套设至所述第一转筒3外表面。
如图1所示,显示器100还包括转接柔性电路板10,围绕所述第一转轴2设置于所述第一转筒3外表面与所述柔性显示屏4内表面之间 ,其一端连接于所述主板5上,另一端连接于所述柔性电路板6上,以此使得所述柔性电路板6与主板5之间形成电连接。
如图1、图2所示,显示器100还包括加固元件17,位于所述柔性显示屏4与主板5接触的表面上,主要用于分散显示器100使用状态下产生的应力,加固柔性显示屏4与主板5的连接,反之脱落。
当所述柔性显示屏4被展开时,所述第一转筒3做顺时针旋转;所述柔性显示屏4被卷回时,所述第一转筒3做逆时针旋转;或者,当所述柔性显示屏4被展开时,所述第一转筒3做逆时针旋转;所述柔性显示屏4被卷回时,所述第一转筒3做顺时针旋转。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例中,所述柔性显示屏4被展开时,所述第一转筒3做顺时针旋转;所述柔性显示屏4被卷回时,所述第一转筒3做逆时针旋转。
综上所述,在所述显示器100的使用状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被全部拉伸至所述壳体1外部;在所述显示器100的闲置状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被卷曲后,螺旋式套设于第一转筒3上,由此可以达到节省显示器100的空间,便于携带的效果。
实施例2
如图4、图5所示,本实施例包括实施例 1 的大部分技术特征,本实施例与实施例 1 的区别在于:本实施例中柔性电路板6通过第一连接器11以及第二连接器12与主板5之间形成电连接,而不是实施例1中的通过转接柔性电路板10形成电连接。
如图4、图5所示,显示器100还包括第一连接器11以及第二连接器12。第一连接器11设置于所述主板5上;第二连接器12设置于所述柔性电路板6上,且电连接于所述第一连接器11。
综上所述,在所述显示器100的使用状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被全部拉伸至所述壳体1外部;在所述显示器100的闲置状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被卷曲后,螺旋式套设于第一转筒3上,由此可以达到节省显示器100的空间,便于携带的效果。
实施例3
如图6、图7所示,本实施例包括实施例 1 的全部技术特征。本实施中的所述显示器100还包括:第二转轴13以及第二转筒14。
第二转轴13可转动式安装至所述壳体1的两个相对的内侧壁;所述第二转轴13的中轴线平行于所述第一转轴2的中轴线。第二转筒14套设于所述第二转轴外部,且固定连接至所述第二转轴13。在柔性显示屏4被展开和被卷回时,第一转轴2以及第二转轴13可以分别带动第一转筒3和第二转筒14同步转动,即同时顺时针或者同时逆时针转动,且第一转筒3和第二转筒14的转动速率相同。
如图6、图7所示,第一转轴2的中轴线平行于设有壳体开口7的壳体侧壁;设有壳体开口7的壳体侧壁与所述第二转轴13的中轴线的距离,大于其与所述第一转轴2的中轴线的距离。即,第二转轴13的中轴线至设有壳体开口7的壳体侧壁的垂直距离,大于第一转轴2的中轴线至设有壳体开口7的壳体侧壁的垂直距离。
如图7所示,当所述柔性显示屏4被卷回时,所述柔性显示屏4与所述第二转筒14的外表面相切。具体的,所述柔性显示屏4可以螺旋式套设至所述第一转筒3外表面,一端连接于所述柔性电路板6上,另一端延伸围绕所述第二转轴13,贴附于所述第二转筒14远离所述第一转筒3的一侧的圆弧面上,最后穿过壳体开口7延伸至所述壳体1外部。
综上所述,在所述显示器100的使用状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被全部拉伸至所述壳体1外部;在所述显示器100的闲置状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被卷曲后,螺旋式套设于第一转筒3上,由此可以达到节省显示器100的空间,便于携带的效果。
实施例4
如图8、图9所示,本实施例包括实施例 3的大部分技术特征,本实施例与实施例 3 的区别在于:本实施例中的设有壳体开口7的壳体侧壁与所述第二转轴13的中轴线的距离,小于其与所述第一转轴2的中轴线的距离。即,第二转轴13的中轴线至设有壳体开口7的壳体侧壁的垂直距离,小于第一转轴2的中轴线至设有壳体开口7的壳体侧壁的垂直距离。
如图9所示,当所述柔性显示屏4被卷回时,所述柔性显示屏4与所述第二转筒14的外表面相切。具体的,所述柔性显示屏4可以螺旋式套设至所述第一转筒3外表面,一端连接于所述柔性电路板6上,另一端与所述第二转筒14的外表面相切,然后穿过壳体开口7延伸至所述壳体1外部。其中第二转筒14起到控制柔性显示屏4位置,防止柔性显示屏4在壳体1内翘起的作用,同时也减少了柔性显示屏4在内部弯折的次数。
综上所述,在所述显示器100的使用状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被全部拉伸至所述壳体1外部;在所述显示器100的闲置状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被卷曲后,螺旋式套设于第一转筒3上,由此可以达到节省显示器100的空间,便于携带的效果。
实施例5
如图10所示,本实施例包括实施例 4的全部技术特征,本实施例中的所述显示器100还包括背板15。
如图10所示,背板15螺旋式套设至所述第二转筒14外表面;在所述显示器100的使用状态下,所述柔性显示屏4设置于所述背板15上方。所述背板15可以提高柔性显示屏4被展开时的平坦化程度,另一方面也可以保护柔性显示屏4,提高了整个显示器100的信赖性。
综上所述,在所述显示器100的使用状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被全部拉伸至所述壳体1外部;在所述显示器100的闲置状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被卷曲后,螺旋式套设于第一转筒3上,由此可以达到节省显示器100的空间,便于携带的效果。
实施例6
如图11所示,本实施例包括实施例 1的大部分技术特征,本实施例与实施例 1 的区别在于:本实施例中的主板5设于所述壳体外部,而不是实施例1中设于所述第一转筒本体内。
如图11所示,所述显示器100还包括固定板16,被安装至所述第一转筒3,且连接至所述柔性显示屏4的一端。具体的,所述固定板16可以通过支架固定安装于所述第一转筒3。
如图11所示,柔性显示屏4螺旋式套设至所述第一转筒3上,且一端固定于所述固定板上,另一端连接至所述柔性电路板6,所述柔性电路板6贴附于所述主板5上。
综上所述,在所述显示器100的使用状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被全部拉伸至所述壳体1外部;在所述显示器100的闲置状态下,所述柔性显示屏4被卷曲后,螺旋式套设于第一转筒3上,由此可以达到节省显示器100的空间,便于携带的效果。

Claims (10)
- 一种显示器,其中包括:壳体;第一转轴,可转动式安装至所述壳体的两个相对的内侧壁;第一转筒,套设于所述第一转轴外部,且固定连接至所述第一转轴;柔性显示屏,螺旋式套设至所述第一转筒外表面,其一端连接至所述第一转筒,另一端延伸至所述壳体外部;主板,固定至所述第一转筒内或所述壳体外部;以及柔性电路板,连接至所述柔性显示屏的一端,且连接至所述主板;在所述显示器的使用状态下,所述柔性显示屏被全部拉伸至所述壳体外部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中还包括:第一连接器,设置于所述主板上;以及第二连接器,设置于所述柔性电路板上,且电连接于所述第一连接器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中还包括转接柔性电路板,围绕所述第一转轴设置于所述第一转筒外表面与所述柔性显示屏内表面之间 ,其一端连接于所述主板上,另一端连接于所述柔性电路板上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中所述第一转筒包括:第一转筒本体,其为圆柱体;以及第一转筒开口,设于所述第一转筒本体的侧壁;其中,所述主板设于所述第一转筒本体内,与所述第一转筒开口相对设置;所述柔性电路板设于所述第一转筒开口处,且贴附于所述主板。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示器,其中所述第一转筒还包括填充物,贴附于所述柔性电路板表面,且填满所述第一转筒开口;所述填充物的外表面与所述第一转筒本体的外侧壁在同一弧面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中所述壳体的侧壁设有壳体开口,所述柔性显示屏穿过所述壳体开口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中还包括:第二转轴,可转动式安装至所述壳体的两个相对的内侧壁;所述第二转轴的中轴线平行于所述第一转轴的中轴线;以及第二转筒,套设于所述第二转轴外部,且固定连接至所述第二转轴;当所述柔性显示屏被卷回时,所述柔性显示屏与所述第二转筒的外表面相切。
- 根据权利要求7所述的显示器,其中所述第一转轴的中轴线平行于设有壳体开口的壳体侧壁;设有壳体开口的壳体侧壁与所述第二转轴的中轴线的距离,大于其与所述第一转轴的中轴线的距离;或者,设有壳体开口的壳体侧壁与所述第二转轴的中轴线的距离,小于其与所述第一转轴的中轴线的距离。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示器,其中还包括:背板,其螺旋式套设至所述第二转筒外表面;在所述显示器的使用状态下,所述柔性显示屏设置于所述背板上方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其中还包括:固定板,被安装至所述第一转筒,且连接至所述柔性显示屏的一端。
