一种灯光效果调节系统,包括光源模组(100),以及沿光源模组(100)的光束投射方向依次设置的调焦模块(200)、放大模块(300)和出光镜头(400),调焦模块(200)、放大模块(300)和出光镜头(400)安装于舞台灯支架,且调焦模块(200)和放大模块(300)均可在光路方向独立滑动,调焦模块(200)和出光镜头(400)之间还滑动设置有效果模块(500),效果模块(500)包括一个或多个可切入切出光路的效果片(530),效果模块(500)与放大模块(300)的运动相互独立且互不影响。通过独立设置可单独滑动的效果模块(500),使效果模块(500)能避让放大模块(300),消除了放大模块(300)对效果片(530)切入的限制和效果片(530)切入对灯具角度调整的制约问题,实现了舞台灯具在全角度均可将棱镜、雾化片等效果片切入,使舞台灯具演绎出更加丰富的舞台效果。
Description
本实用新型涉及舞台灯技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种灯光效果调节系统。
舞台灯光是一种渲染展出场景,以光色及其变化显示环境、渲染气氛,突出中心人物,创造舞台空间感和时间感的舞台布置手段,它具有使舞台画面清晰、加强表演效果、使背景显得自然、衬托剧情发展、给予观众暗示、诱导和调节气氛的作用。
现有技术中,舞台灯灯光效果调节系统通光包括依次设置的光源模组、调焦模块、放大模块和出光模块,调焦模块可沿光路来回滑动用于调节光斑的清晰度,放大模块则是在调焦模块和出光模块之间运动来实现对舞台灯具的角度调节,为了使舞台灯光效果更加丰富,通常会在所述灯光效果调节系统中加入设有棱镜片、雾化片等效果片的效果模块。传统的设计是将效果模块固定在调焦模块上(如图1所示),使效果模块跟随调焦模块在光路方向来回滑动,然后通过将效果片切入到调焦模块的调焦镜头正上方来增添光束效果,所述效果片会占据所述放大模块在光路方向的运动空间,缩短所述放大模块对舞台灯具角度的可调节范围;同时,当放大模块与调焦模块距离较近时,尤其是当所述放大模块和所述调焦模块在光路方向的间隙小于所述效果片切入光路所需要的空间时,所述效果片会被所述放大模块挡住,导致所述效果片无法切入光路,使得舞台灯具在部分角度无法看到棱镜、雾化等效果,无法实现舞台灯具在全角度均有棱镜雾化等舞台效果切入的需求。
本实用新型旨在克服上述现有技术的至少一种缺陷(不足),提供一种灯光效果调节系统,用于解决舞台灯具角度影响舞台效果切入的问题。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是提供一种灯光效果调节系统,包括光源模组,以及沿所述光源模组的光束投射方向依次设置的调焦模块、放大模块和出光镜头,所述调焦模块、放大模块和出光镜头安装于舞台灯支架,且所述调焦模块和所述放大模块均可在光路方向独立滑动,其特征在于,所述调焦模块和所述出光镜头之间还滑动设置有效果模块,所述效果模块包括一个或多个可切入切出光路的效果片,所述效果模块与所述放大模块的运动相互独立且互不影响。
所述灯光效果调节系统通过设置独立滑动的效果模块,且所述效果模块与所述放大模块的运动互不干扰,使得所述效果模块不受所述放大模块的干涉,可在所述调焦模块和所述出光镜头之间的任意位置将所述效果片切入光路。因此,所述效果模块可将所述效果片灵活切入光路,消除了所述放大模块对效果片切入的限制和效果片切入对灯具角度调整的制约问题,实现了舞台灯具在全角度均可将棱镜、镜雾化等效果片切入的需求,使舞台灯具演绎出更加丰富的舞台效果。
另外,所述效果模块独立滑动可选择将所述效果片贴近所述放大模块切入光路,使得从所述效果片出射的光束尽可能全部投射到所述放大模块中,或者使得从所述放大模块出射的光束尽可能全部投射到所述放大效果片中,减少漏光。
进一步地,所述效果模块具有位于所述放大模块靠近所述调焦模块的一侧的第一位置,以及位于所述放大模块远离所述调焦模块的一侧的第二位置。当调焦模块与放大模块的在光路方向的间隙大于或等于需要切入的效果片所需的间隙时,所述效果模块滑动至所述第一位置将所述效果片切入光路;当调焦模块与放大模块在光路方向的间隙小于需要切入的效果片所需的间隙时,所述效果模块滑动至所述第二位置将所述效果片切入光路。
进一步地,所述舞台灯支架包括相对设置的第一侧板和第二侧板,所述效果模块和所述放大模块分别通过设于所述第一侧板的第一升降组件和设于所述第二侧板的第二升降组件在所述调焦模块和所述出光镜头之间滑动。所述效果模块和所述放大模块分别设置于所述第一侧板和第二侧板,且通过所述第一升降组件和所述第二升降组件相互独立控制,使所述放大模块的滑动或停留都不会对所述效果模块的滑动或停留造成影响,所述效果模块和所述放大模块的滑动互不干扰,因此,所述效果模块可根据所述放大模块和所述调焦模块在光路方向之间的间隙,选择移动至所述第一位置或所述第二位置将所述效果片切入光路。
进一步地,所述第一升降组件包括设于所述第一侧板且与光路方向平行的第一滑轨,所述效果模块靠近所述第一侧板的一端设有可在所述第一滑轨上滑行的第一滑块;所述第二升降组件包括设于所述第二侧板且与光路方向平行的第二滑轨,所述放大模块靠近所述第二侧板的一端设有可在所述第二滑轨上滑行的第二滑块。通过所述第一滑块在所述第一滑轨滑动带动所述效果模块滑动、所述第二滑块在所述第二滑轨滑动带动所述放大模块滑动,其设计结构简单,且便于操作。
进一步地,所述调焦模块靠近所述第一侧板的一端和靠近所述第二侧板的一端均滑动设置于所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板。所述调焦模块靠近所述第一侧板的一端和靠近所述第二侧板的一端均可在所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板滑动,可使得所述调焦模块的滑动更加平稳。
进一步地,所述效果模块还包括装夹支架和第一驱动机构,所述装夹支架包括摆臂和支撑板,所述摆臂的一端夹持所述效果片,另一端活动设置于所述支撑板,所述第一驱动机构设于所述支撑板且驱动所述摆臂切入切出光路。所述支撑板作为一个基板,所述摆臂和第一驱动机构可按照设计依次安装在所述支撑板上,便于拆卸安装;同时,所述装夹支架也可以安装多个所述效果片,方便获取多种效果片的叠加使灯光色彩更加丰富多样。
进一步地,所述第一驱动机构包括电机、同步带、主动轮和从动轮,所述主动轮固定于所述电机的输出轴,所述从动轮固定于所述摆臂远离所述效果片的一端,所述主动轮与所述从动轮通过所述同步带连接。所述电机带动所述主动轮转动,所述主动轮通过所述同步带带动所述从动轮转动,所述从动轮带动所述摆臂摆动,从而带动所述效果片以摆动的方式切入切出光路。
进一步地,所述效果模块还包括弹性复位元件,所述弹性复位元件设于所述支撑板,且当所述摆臂带动所述效果片切入光路时,所述弹性复位元件持续给所述摆臂施加使所述效果片切出光路的弹力。当所述效果片切入光路,但舞台灯具在运行过程中突然断电时,所述摆臂效果片可利用所述弹性复位元件的弹力带动所述效果片自动退出光路,防止所述放大模块掉落而砸坏所述效果片。
进一步地,所述支撑板安装有两个所述摆臂,所述摆臂在所述第一驱动机构的驱动下,可分别从所述光源的光路两侧切入光路。即当所述效果片均切出光路时,所述放大模块可从两个所述效果片之间穿过。避免了所述效果模块对所述放大模块的滑动造成干涉,所述效果模块允许所述放大模块自由滑动,使所述效果模块和所述放大模块的滑动互不影响。
进一步地,所述效果片为棱镜片、图案片、雾化片、滤色片中的一种或多种。所述棱镜片可以对所述光源模组发出的光束进行分光处理;所述图案片可以使舞台灯具投射出特定的图案;所述雾化片可以使光束更加柔和;所述滤色片可以改变光束的颜色和色温。需要注意的是,多个所述效果片可以是单个所述棱镜片、图案片、雾化片、滤色片中的一种或多种的组合,也可以是单个所述效果片是由棱镜片、图案片、雾化片、滤色片中的一种或多种组成的集合效果片,多种所述效果片同时设置在效果模块上,丰富了效果模块的可选组合,通过不同的组合可以获取更多的舞台灯效果。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果为:独立设置可单独滑动的效果模块,使效果模块能避让放大模块,在调焦模块和出光镜头之间的任意位置切入效果片,消除了放大模块对效果片切入的限制和效果片切入对灯具角度调整的制约问题,实现了舞台灯具在全角度均可将棱镜、镜雾化等效果片切入的需求,使舞台灯具演绎出更加丰富的舞台效果。

根据图2-图4所示,本实施例一种灯光效果调节系统,包括舞台灯支架、光源模组100 ,以及沿所述光源模组100的光束投射方向依次设置的调焦模块200、放大模块300和出光镜头400,其中光源模组100、调焦模块200 和放大模块300 位于同一中心轴线上。舞台灯支架包括相对设置的第一侧板610、第二侧板620,以及底板630。底板630 的上表面为类长方形,所述底板630的长边上设有折起的竖边,底板630 中间设有光孔。所述底板630设有光孔,所述调焦模块200穿过光孔。所述光孔的设计是为了拓宽调焦模块200的滑动空间,光孔的设计至少为调焦模块200拓宽了本身长度50%的向靠近所述光源模组100的方向滑动的距离,这使得调焦模块200对光束的调整范围更广,能配合更多的效果要求。第一侧板610 和第二侧板620 垂直于底板630 且相互平行,第一侧板610 和第二侧板620 分别与底板630 的两条窄边相连,且通过螺丝固定在底板630 上。第一侧板610 和第二侧板620 都为长方形板,所述第一侧板610和所述第二侧板620的窄边与底板630 相连;其两条长边都通过折起形成直角梯形状的竖边,该竖边作为加强筋,加强筋的底部同样固定在底板630 上,舞台灯支架的顶部设有圆形的第一安装位,第一安装位的两端分别与第一侧板610 和第二侧板620 相连,出光镜头400 固定在该第一安装位上。
所述第一侧板610的内表面的竖直中心设有第一滑轨611,第一滑轨611的一端与底板630 接触,另一端与第一安装位的边缘接触,第一滑轨611上装有两个滑块,位于上方的为第一滑块612,位于下方的为第三滑块631,第一滑块612 与所述效果模块500相连接,第三滑块631 与所述调焦模块200相连接;在所述第二侧板620的内表面的竖直中心设有第二滑轨621,第二滑轨621上同样设有个滑块,位于上方的为第二滑块622,位于下方的为第三滑块631,第二滑块622 与所述放大模块300相连接,第三滑块631 与所述调焦模块200相连接,所述第一滑块612、第二滑块622和第三滑块631均与第二驱动机构相连,第二驱动机构包括传动带和驱动电机,所述第一滑块612、第二滑块622和第三滑块631分别与各自的传动带相连,并由对应的驱动电机通过传动带带动所述第一滑块612、第二滑块622和第三滑块631沿相对应的所述第一滑轨611和所述第二滑轨621上下滑动。可选地,所述调焦模200块也可仅有一端滑动设置于所述第一侧板610或所述第二侧板620,即所述调焦模块200仅有一端设有可在所述第一滑轨611或所述第二滑轨621滑动的第三滑块631。所述传动带一般为软质皮带,驱动电机采用步进电机,使用传送带传动的好处在于传动带在传动过程中更加平稳,同时带传动有一定的保护作用,可以通过打滑避免驱动电机故障时对带动件的猛烈拉扯,引起设备的损坏。
根据图5至图7所示,效果模块500 由两个效果片530、两个摆臂512 和一个长条形的支撑板 511组成,两个效果片530 分别为雾化片和棱镜,可选地2个效果片530也可以为图案片、滤色片等。两块效果片530 分别安装在所述摆臂512远离所述支撑板 511的一端,两个驱动所述效果片530以摆动的方式切入、切出光路的第一驱动机构安装在所述支撑板 511的两端。可选地,多个所述效果片也可共用同一个所述第一驱动机构,例如多个所述效果片层叠设置,所述第一驱动机构驱动多个所述效果片同时切入切出光路,实现多个效果的叠加设置,灯光效果更加丰富。每个所述第一驱动机构均包括电机523、同步带、主动轮和从动轮 521,所述主动轮固定于所述电机523的输出轴,所述从动轮521固定于所述摆臂512远离所述效果片530的一端,所述主动轮与所述从动轮521通过所述同步带连接。所述效果模块500还包括弹性复位元件522,所述弹性复位元件522设于所述支撑板511,且当所述摆臂512带动所述效果片530切入光路时,所述弹性复位元件522持续给所述摆臂512施加使所述效果片530切出光路的弹力。在本实施例所述弹性复位元件522为弹性圈,所述支撑板 511设有固定轴,所述从动轮 521套设于所述固定轴,所述固定轴缠绕有弹簧圈522,所述弹簧圈522的一端抵持所述支撑板511且固定于所述支撑板 511,另一端抵持所述从动轮 521且与所述从动轮相固定。所述从动轮 521通过轴承套设于所述固定轴,所述固定轴的顶端设有防止所述轴承脱落的锁紧件。也可通过调整所述固定轴的高度来控制2个所述效果片530相对于所述支撑板511的高度,优选所述效果片530相对于所述支撑板511的高度相同。所述支撑板511安装有两个所述摆臂512,所述摆臂512在所述第一驱动机构的驱动下,可分别从所述光源的光路两侧切入光路。当所述效果片530均切出光路时,所述放大模块300可从两个所述效果片530之间穿过,即2个所述摆臂512与所述支撑板 511组成一避让空间,所述放大模块300从所述避让空间自由穿过。优选所述避让空间的边缘距离所述放大模块300的边缘为2-3mm。
使用所述灯光效果调节系统调节舞台灯具的光束效果时,如图8和图9所示,当所述调焦模块200 和放大模块300 之间有足够的位置供所述效果片530切入光路时,所述效果模块500 滑动到调焦模块200 和放大模块300 之间,即所述效果模块500位于所述第一位置并紧靠放大模块300将效果片530切入光路,可单独切入棱镜片或雾化片,也可以将棱镜片和雾化片一同切入光束中以获取需要的效果;需要注意的是,如图8所示,当所述放大模块300靠近所述调焦模块200的一侧和所述放大模块300远离所述调焦模块200的一侧都有足够的空间将所述效果片530切入,所述效果模块500优先选择在所述第一位置切入所述效果片530,位置越低,运行会更加平稳。
可选地,所述调焦模块200可按照传统的设计增设效果模块500,当调焦模块200 和放大模块300 之间有足够的位置时,可以同时切入设于调焦模块200上的效果片530和单独设置的效果模块500的效果片530,以达到更加丰富的舞台效果。
使用所述灯光效果调节系统调节舞台灯具的光束效果时,如图10所示,所述放大模块300由于角度的需要,需要移动至离调焦模块200非常接近的位置,这时候放大模块300与调焦模块200之间已经无法切入效果片530,这时移动效果模块500 至所述放大模块300远离所述调焦模块200的一侧,即所述效果模块500位于所述第二位置,在靠近所述放大模块300的放大镜头上方的位置将所述效果片530切入光路,在该位置一般切入雾化效果片530 或滤光效果片530 为主,在实际使用过程中,效果模块500 始终在调焦模块200和出光镜头400 之间移动,而效果模块500则按实际情况选择性切入光束,以确保效果模块500对灯具角度的调整不受影响。
显然,本实用新型的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本实用新型技术方案所作的举例,而并非是对本实用新型的具体实施方式的限定。凡在本实用新型权利要求书的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种灯光效果调节系统,包括光源模组(100),以及沿所述光源模组(100)的光束投射方向依次设置的调焦模块(200)、放大模块(300)和出光镜头(400),所述调焦模块(200)、放大模块(300)和出光镜头(400)安装于舞台灯支架,且所述调焦模块(200)和所述放大模块(300)均可在光路方向独立滑动,其特征在于,所述调焦模块(200)和所述出光镜头(400)之间还滑动设置有效果模块(500),所述效果模块(500)包括一个或多个可切入切出光路的效果片(530),所述效果模块(500)与所述放大模块(300)的运动相互独立且互不影响。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯光效果调节系统,其特征在于,所述效果模块(500)具有位于所述放大模块(300)靠近所述调焦模块(200)的一侧的第一位置,以及位于所述放大模块(300)远离所述调焦模块(200)的一侧的第二位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯光效果调节系统,其特征在于,所述舞台灯支架包括相对设置的第一侧板(610)和第二侧板(620),所述效果模块(500)和所述放大模块(300)分别通过设于所述第一侧板(610)的第一升降组件和设于所述第二侧板(620)的第二升降组件在所述调焦模块(200)和所述出光镜头(400)之间滑动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种灯光效果调节系统,其特征在于,所述第一升降组件包括设于所述第一侧板(610)且与光路方向平行的第一滑轨(611),所述效果模块(500)靠近所述第一侧板(610)的一端设有可在所述第一滑轨(611)上滑行的第一滑块(612);所述第二升降组件包括设于所述第二侧板(620)且与光路方向平行的第二滑轨(621),所述放大模块(300)靠近所述第二侧板(620)的一端设有可在所述第二滑轨(621)上滑行的第二滑块(622)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种灯光效果调节系统,其特征在于,所述调焦模块(200)靠近所述第一侧板(610)的一端和靠近所述第二侧板(620)的一端均滑动设置于所述第一侧板(610)和所述第二侧板(620)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯光效果调节系统,其特征在于,所述效果模块(500)还包括装夹支架和第一驱动机构,所述装夹支架包括摆臂(512)和支撑板(511),所述摆臂(512)的一端夹持所述效果片(530),另一端活动设置于所述支撑板(511),所述第一驱动机构设于所述支撑板(511)且驱动所述摆臂(512)切入切出光路。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种灯光效果调节系统,其特征在于,所述第一驱动机构包括电机(523)、同步带、主动轮和从动轮(521),所述主动轮固定于所述电机(523)的输出轴,所述从动轮(521)固定于所述摆臂(512)远离所述效果片(530)的一端,所述主动轮与所述从动轮(521)通过所述同步带连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种灯光效果调节系统,其特征在于,所述效果模块(500)还包括弹性复位元件(522),所述弹性复位元件(522)设于所述支撑板(511),且当所述摆臂(512)带动所述效果片(530)切入光路时,所述弹性复位元件(522)持续给所述摆臂(512)施加使所述效果片(530)切出光路的弹力。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种灯光效果调节系统,其特征在于,所述支撑板(511)安装有两个所述摆臂(512),所述摆臂(512)在所述第一驱动机构的驱动下,可分别从所述光源模组(100)的光路两侧切入光路。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种灯光效果调节系统,其特征在于,所述效果片(530)为棱镜片、图案片、雾化片、滤色片中的一种或多种。
