  • PCB the medium for signal transmission.
  • cables are used instead of PCBs as a medium for signal transmission.
  • the insertion loss per unit length of the cable is lower than that of the PCB; on the other hand, due to the use of the PCB as the medium for signal transmission, the signal transmission needs to rely on the PCB trace, compared with the PCB trace that uses crimping to transmit signals wire, cable has more flexibility.
  • the impedance characteristics and insertion loss will be significantly degraded compared to when it works in a full-mate state. Especially when the signal transmission bandwidth reaches a certain threshold, the connector insertion loss (and the insertion loss fluctuation) will deteriorate significantly. And the rate (SerDes rate) of the high-speed serial single-channel signal expected by the business is 112Gbps or even higher. At this time, the working frequency of the connector is 28 GHz (fluctuates in the range of 0 to 42 GHz), which reaches the threshold where the performance of the connector is significantly deteriorated. Therefore, the performance degradation caused by the connector working in a non-completely mated state can not be ignored on signal transmission.

第二方面,参照图2,本公开实施例提供一种单板组件1,该单板组件包括:单板11以及上述任意一种线缆连接结构,其中,单板11通过滑动结构102与承载件101滑动连接;
单板11包括至少一个线缆接口111;
第一单板组件组,其包括至少一个上述任意一种单板组件1;
第二单板组件组,其包括至少一个上述任意一种单板组件2;
在一些实施例中,参照图7和图8,板组件连接结构还包括背板6;
承载件101或201连接背板6;
