- the battery module 20 when the explosive force is small, for example, when the capacity of the battery cells is relatively small, the explosion can be suppressed even with low rigidity, so the manufacturer or the like can use the exhaust housing 500 . It is possible to reduce the number of the flame leakage prevention partition 530 in the. Accordingly, the battery module 20 according to the present embodiment can secure cost competitiveness by reducing costs by the reduced number of the flame leakage prevention partitions 430 .
- the battery module 30 when the explosive force is large, for example, when the capacity of the battery cells is relatively large, high rigidity is required, so the manufacturer or the like prevents flame leakage from the exhaust housing 600 .
- the number of partitions 630 may be further increased.
- the manufacturer may reduce the length of the flame leakage prevention partition 730 of the exhaust housing 700 . That is, the flame leakage prevention partition 730 may be changed to a three-stage partition shape. This is only an example, and it is also possible to change the flame leakage prevention partition 730 to a two-stage or one-stage partition form, and it may be possible to increase the number of partitions to five or more stages according to design, of course.
- the exhaust housings 400 , 500 , 600 , 700 are the exhaust housings 400 , 500 , 600 , 700 according to the width size or rigidity of the battery module 10 , 20 , 30 , 40 . ) of the flame outflow prevention partitions (430, 530, 630, 730) can be reduced in number or variously varied in length. Accordingly, an exhaust housing structure having high extensibility and compatibility may be implemented.
- FIG. 22 is a diagram for explaining a battery pack according to an embodiment of the present invention
- FIG. 23 is a diagram for explaining a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the battery pack 1 may include at least one battery module 10 according to the previous embodiment and a pack case 50 for packaging the at least one battery module 10 .
- the battery modules 20 to 40 of the previous embodiment may also be included.
- the battery pack 1 may be provided in the vehicle V as a fuel source for the vehicle.
- the battery pack 1 may be provided in the vehicle V in an electric vehicle, a hybrid vehicle, and any other manner in which the battery pack 1 may be used as a fuel source.
- the battery pack 1 may be provided in other devices, devices, and facilities, such as an energy storage system using a secondary battery, in addition to the vehicle V.
- the device, apparatus, and equipment including the battery pack 1 and the battery pack 1 such as the vehicle according to the present embodiment include the battery modules 10 to 40 described above.
- the battery pack 1 having all the advantages due to the battery modules 10 to 40 and the device, apparatus, and equipment such as the vehicle V having the battery pack 1 may be implemented.
- the exhaust gas (G) out of the module case 200 capable of discharging the battery modules 10 , 20 , 30 , 40 , and a battery pack 1 including the same and a vehicle V can be provided.
