Abstract

一种储物装置。该储物装置包括箱体、至少一个门体以及用于打开至少一个门体的自动开门组件。自动开门组件包括罩壳和至少一个自动开门装置。其中,罩壳设置为与箱体固定连接。每个自动开门装置至少部分设置于罩壳的靠近箱体的一侧并与罩壳固定连接,以固定至少一个自动开门装置。本发明的储物装置通过先将自动开门装置固定于罩壳形成一体式组件,再将该组件与箱体固定连接,装配简单,可适用于不同宽度的储物装置,通用性强,受生产线工艺影响小,降低了生产成本。

Description

储物装置 技术领域
本发明涉及储物装置,特别是涉及一种具有自动开门装置的储物装置。
背景技术
因大型冰箱的门体较重、门封吸力较大,为解决用户不易开启门体的问题,现有技术在冰箱的箱体上设置自动开门装置来帮助用户开启门体。然而,自动开门装置的固定需要先在箱体发泡前预置安装盒,再将自动开门装置固定在安装盒内。安装盒的设置不仅减小了冰箱发泡隔热层的厚度、降低了箱体的保温性能,而且需要预先在箱体的外箱冲孔来实现自动开门装置与安装盒的定位安装,工艺复杂,生产成本较高。综合考虑,在设计上需要提供一种工艺简单且结构稳定可靠的具有自动开门装置的储物装置。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要克服现有技术中的至少一个技术缺陷,提供一种具有自动开门装置的储物装置。
本发明一个进一步的目的是要使得工艺简单。
本发明另一个进一步的目的是要提高自动开门装置的稳定性。
特别地,本发明提供了一种储物装置,包括:
箱体和至少一个门体;以及
自动开门组件,用于打开至少一个所述门体;其中所述自动开门组件包括:
罩壳,设置为与所述箱体固定连接;和
至少一个自动开门装置,每个所述自动开门装置至少部分设置于所述罩壳的靠近所述箱体的一侧并与所述罩壳固定连接,以固定所述至少一个自动开门装置。
可选地,所述自动开门组件还包括:
多个紧固件,设置为固定连接所述至少一个自动开门装置与所述罩壳、和固定连接所述罩壳与所述箱体;其中
所述至少一个自动开门装置由所述紧固件按照远离所述箱体的方向固定于所述罩壳;
所述罩壳由所述紧固件按照靠近所述箱体的方向固定于所述箱体。
可选地,每个所述自动开门装置形成有多个贯穿孔;且
所述罩壳形成有向靠近所述箱体的方向延伸的多个连接凸起,每个所述连接凸起设置为穿过一个所述贯穿孔;其中,所述紧固件设置为与所述连接凸起紧固连接。
可选地,所述自动开门组件还包括:
多个弹性垫圈,分别设置于所述多个连接凸起与所述多个贯穿孔之间;其中,每个所述弹性垫圈包括:
两个减震部,分别设置于所述贯穿孔的靠近所述箱体的周缘处和靠近所述罩壳的周缘处;和
连接部,设置于所述贯穿孔内,并连接所述两个减震部。
可选地,每个所述弹性垫圈还包括:
多个球形凸起,分别设置于所述两个减震部,并向远离所述连接部的方向凸起。
可选地,所述自动开门组件还包括:
多个限位卡片,分别卡固于用于与所述箱体固定连接的多个所述连接凸起的靠近所述箱体的端部,并限定所述至少一个自动开门装置在所述贯穿孔的轴向方向上的运动。
可选地,每个所述自动开门装置包括:
电机,配置为提供打开所述门体的驱动力;且
所述罩壳的远离所述箱体的侧壁开设有至少一个避让孔,每个所述电机部分设置于一个所述避让孔内。
可选地,所述自动开门组件还包括:
至少一个密封圈,分别设置于所述至少一个避让孔与至少一个所述电机之间。
可选地,所述箱体包括:
外箱、内胆、设置于所述外箱和内胆之间的隔热层;以及
金属加强件,设置于所述外箱与所述隔热层之间,所述罩壳设置为至少与所述金属加强件固定连接。
可选地,所述罩壳设置为将连接所述箱体和所述至少一个门体的至少一个铰链装置罩设在其内;且
所述金属加强件和所述罩壳中的一个设置有多个定位凸起,所述金属加强件和所述罩壳中的另一个设置有多个环形凸起,所述多个定位凸起分别设置于所述多个环形凸起的内圈中,以限定所述罩壳在所述环形凸起的径向方向上的运动。
本发明的储物装置通过先将自动开门装置固定于罩壳形成一体式组件,再将该组件与箱体固定连接,装配简单,可适用于不同宽度的储物装置,通用性强,受生产线工艺影响小,降低了生产成本。
进一步地,本发明的自动开门装置由紧固件按照远离箱体的方向固定到罩壳,并使罩壳罩设连接箱体和门体的铰链装置,突破了惯常的向靠近箱体的方向打钉安装自动开门装置的思想桎梏,简化了生产流程,进一步地降低了生产成本。
进一步地,本发明通过将限位卡片卡固于与箱体固定连接的连接凸起的靠近箱体的端部,并在每个连接凸起和贯穿孔之间设置弹性垫圈,使得自动开门装置与罩壳的固定更加稳定可靠,进而在罩壳固定于箱体后使得自动开门装置与箱体保持稳定的相对位置,避免自动开门装置失效的情况发生。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的储物装置100的示意性轴测图;图2是 图1所示储物装置100沿一竖直平面截取的示意性局部剖视图;图3是图2中区域A的示意性放大视图。参见图1至图3,储物装置100可包括限定有至少一个储物间室的箱体110、用于开闭至少一个储物间室的至少一个门体120、以及用于打开至少一个门体120的自动开门组件。
在图示实施例中,储物装置100仅包括沿横向方向分布的两个门体120。自动开门组件设置于储物装置100的上方,用于实现该两个门体120的自动开启。
在另一些实施例中,储物装置100可包括铰接于箱体110的上部的两个门体和铰接于箱体110的下部的两个门体。储物装置100的上方和下方可分别设置有一个自动开门组件,以实现该四个门体的自动开启。
自动开门组件可包括罩壳130和至少一个自动开门装置140。在图示实施例中,自动开门装置140的数量可为两个,以分别实现两个门体120的开启。
示例性地,自动开门装置140可包括用于提供打开门体120的驱动力的电机142、与电机142驱动连接并可相对于箱体110前后运动的顶杆。
特别地,每个自动开门装置140可至少部分设置于罩壳130的靠近箱体110的一侧并与罩壳130固定连接。罩壳130可设置为与箱体110固定连接,以将自动开门装置140间接地固定于箱体110,相比于在箱体110发泡前预置安装盒、再将自动开门装置140固定在安装盒内,不仅装配简单,无需预先打孔,还可适用于不同宽度的储物装置100,通用性强,受生产线工艺影响小,降低了生产成本。
自动开门组件还可包括多个紧固件150。多个紧固件150可设置为固定连接自动开门装置140与罩壳130、固定连接罩壳130与箱体110。即,部分紧固件150可用于固定连接自动开门装置140与罩壳130,部分紧固件150可用于固定连接罩壳130与箱体110。
在一些实施例中,自动开门装置140可由紧固件150按照远离箱体110的方向固定于罩壳130,以使自动开门装置140的安装更加牢固。在图示实施例中,紧固件150由下至上将自动开门装置140固定于罩壳130。
罩壳130可由紧固件150按照靠近箱体110的方向固定于箱体110。在图示实施例中,紧固件150由上至下将罩壳130固定于箱体110。
具体地,每个自动开门装置140可形成有多个贯穿孔141。罩壳130可 形成有向靠近箱体110的方向延伸的多个连接凸起131,每个连接凸起131可设置为穿过一个贯穿孔141。其中,紧固件150可设置为与连接凸起131紧固连接,以提高自动开门装置140的可靠性。
图4是图1所示储物装置100沿另一竖直平面截取的示意性局部剖视图;图5是图4中区域B的示意性放大视图。参见图3至图5,自动开门组件还可包括多个限位卡片170。
多个限位卡片170可分别卡固于用于与箱体110固定连接的多个连接凸起131的靠近箱体110的端部,并限定至少一个自动开门装置140在贯穿孔141的轴向方向上的运动,以避免自动开门装置140在罩壳130的安装过程中偏斜、影响功能。
限位卡片170可呈环形并具有楔形安装开口。连接凸起131的靠近箱体110的端部可开设有安装槽,限位卡片170可通过安装开口卡固于安装槽内。
在一些实施例中,紧固件150可通过其头部直接限定自动开门装置140和罩壳130在贯穿孔141的轴向方向上的运动。在另一些实施例中,紧固件150可通过垫片155限定自动开门装置140和罩壳130在贯穿孔141的轴向方向上的运动。
图6是图3和图5中弹性垫圈160的示意性轴测图。参见图3、图5和图6,在一些实施例中,自动开门组件还可包括多个弹性垫圈160。多个弹性垫圈160可分别设置于多个连接凸起131与多个贯穿孔141之间,以提高自动开门装置140的稳定性,避免紧固件150松动。
每个弹性垫圈160可包括两个减震部161和一个连接部162。两个减震部161可分别设置于贯穿孔141的靠近箱体110的周缘处和靠近罩壳130的周缘处。连接部162可设置于贯穿孔141内并连接两个减震部161。
对于固定连接罩壳130和自动开门装置140的贯穿孔141,弹性垫圈160可设置于罩壳130和垫片155之间。对于固定连接罩壳130和箱体110的贯穿孔141,弹性垫圈160可设置于罩壳130和限位卡片170之间,以使自动开门组件在运输过程中和安装于箱体110后均具有较高的可靠性。
在一些进一步地实施例中,每个弹性垫圈160还可包括多个球形凸起163。多个球形凸起163可分别设置于两个减震部161,并向远离连接部162的方向凸起,以减小弹性垫圈160与罩壳130、或限位卡片170、或垫片155的接触面积,提高减震效果。在图3和图5实施例中,部分球形凸起163处 于压缩状态。
参见图3和图5,罩壳130的远离箱体110的侧壁可开设有至少一个避让孔132。每个电机142可部分设置于一个避让孔132内,以减小自动开门组件在竖直方向上的占用空间。
自动开门组件还可包括至少一个密封圈180。至少一个密封圈180可分别设置于至少一个避让孔132与至少一个电机142之间。即每个避让孔132均对应地设置有一个密封圈180,以避免灰尘落入罩壳130。
在本发明中,储物装置100可为冰箱。箱体110可包括外箱111、内胆、以及设置于外箱111和内胆之间的隔热层,以减少冷量泄露。
图7是图4中区域C的示意性放大视图。参见图5和图7,在一些实施例中,箱体110还可包括设置于外箱111与隔热层之间的金属加强件112。罩壳130可设置为至少与金属加强件112固定连接,以提高冰箱的整体结构强度,避免自动开门组件因开启门体120时的反作用力脱离箱体110。
在图示实施例中,罩壳130通过紧固件150同时与外箱111、金属加强件112、和隔热层固定连接。
在一些实施例中,罩壳130可设置为将连接箱体110和门体120的铰链装置罩设在其内,以进一步简化工艺流程,节约成本。
金属加强件112和罩壳130中的一个可设置有多个定位凸起1121,金属加强件112和罩壳130中的另一个可设置有多个环形凸起133。多个定位凸起1121分别设置于多个环形凸起133的内圈中,以限定罩壳130在环形凸起133的径向方向上的运动,进而实现自动开门组件的定位,避免门体120无法枢转或自动开门装置140失效的情况发生。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种储物装置,包括:
    箱体和至少一个门体;以及
    自动开门组件,用于打开至少一个所述门体;其中所述自动开门组件包括:
    罩壳,设置为与所述箱体固定连接;和
    至少一个自动开门装置,每个所述自动开门装置至少部分设置于所述罩壳的靠近所述箱体的一侧并与所述罩壳固定连接,以固定所述至少一个自动开门装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的储物装置,其中,所述自动开门组件还包括:
    多个紧固件,设置为固定连接所述至少一个自动开门装置与所述罩壳、和固定连接所述罩壳与所述箱体;其中
    所述至少一个自动开门装置由所述紧固件按照远离所述箱体的方向固定于所述罩壳;
    所述罩壳由所述紧固件按照靠近所述箱体的方向固定于所述箱体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的储物装置,其中,
    每个所述自动开门装置形成有多个贯穿孔;且
    所述罩壳形成有向靠近所述箱体的方向延伸的多个连接凸起,每个所述连接凸起设置为穿过一个所述贯穿孔;其中,所述紧固件设置为与所述连接凸起紧固连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的储物装置,其中,所述自动开门组件还包括:
    多个弹性垫圈,分别设置于所述多个连接凸起与所述多个贯穿孔之间;其中,每个所述弹性垫圈包括:
    两个减震部,分别设置于所述贯穿孔的靠近所述箱体的周缘处和靠近所述罩壳的周缘处;和
    连接部,设置于所述贯穿孔内,并连接所述两个减震部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的储物装置,其中,每个所述弹性垫圈还包括:
    多个球形凸起,分别设置于所述两个减震部,并向远离所述连接部的方向凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的储物装置,其中,所述自动开门组件还包括:
    多个限位卡片,分别卡固于用于与所述箱体固定连接的多个所述连接凸起的靠近所述箱体的端部,并限定所述至少一个自动开门装置在所述贯穿孔的轴向方向上的运动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的储物装置,其中,每个所述自动开门装置包括:
    电机,配置为提供打开所述门体的驱动力;且
    所述罩壳的远离所述箱体的侧壁开设有至少一个避让孔,每个所述电机部分设置于一个所述避让孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的储物装置,其中,所述自动开门组件还包括:
    至少一个密封圈,分别设置于所述至少一个避让孔与至少一个所述电机之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的储物装置,其中,所述箱体包括:
    外箱、内胆、设置于所述外箱和内胆之间的隔热层;以及
    金属加强件,设置于所述外箱与所述隔热层之间,所述罩壳设置为至少与所述金属加强件固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的储物装置,其中,
    所述罩壳设置为将连接所述箱体和所述至少一个门体的至少一个铰链装置罩设在其内;且
    所述金属加强件和所述罩壳中的一个设置有多个定位凸起,所述金属加强件和所述罩壳中的另一个设置有多个环形凸起,所述多个定位凸起分别设置于所述多个环形凸起的内圈中,以限定所述罩壳在所述环形凸起的径向方向上的运动。
