Claims (5)
- 직육면체 형상의 몸체 후면에 그 평면이 반원형상을 이루도록 밀착홈이 요입 형성되고, 상기 요입홈의 양측에 해당하는 몸체 후면에는 각각 "(" 형상 및 ")" 형상을 이루도록 돌출 형성되며 각 외주면에는 나사산이 형성된 한 쌍의 결합부가 구비된 바디와;전면이 개방된 원통형상으로 이루어져, 그 내주면에 형성된 나사산을 매개로 상기 바디에 구비된 한 쌍의 결합부에 체결되는 캡 및;평면이 호(弧) 형상으로 요입된 밀착판이 구비되고, 그 후면에는 상기 캡의 내부에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 고정축이 구비된 샤프트를 포함하여 구성된 것;을 특징으로 하는 파이프용 클램프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 바디의 밀착홈 및 상기 샤프트의 밀착판 상호 간이 마주보는 면에는 각각 안착홈이 요입 형성되며, 각 안착홈에는 원판형상의 고무재질로 이루어진 밀착부재가 고정 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프용 클램프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 캡의 중앙에는 관통홀이 천공되고, 상기 캡 후면의 관통홀 가장자리 부분을 따라서는 회전홈이 형성됨과 아울러,상기 관통홀을 통해서는 베어링 기능을 수행하는 샤프트 지지부재가 관통 설치된 상태로 상기 샤프트의 고정축과 결합되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프용 클램프.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 샤프트 지지부재는 원통형상의 몸체 후면에 원판형상의 걸림판이 일체로 형성되어 상기 캡의 회전홈에 단속된 상태로 상기 관통홀을 관통하며,상기 원통형상의 몸체에는 상기 샤프트의 고정축에 구비된 한 쌍의 결합돌기가 삽입 단속되도록 한 쌍의 결합홀이 대응되게 천공되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프용 클램프.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 바디의 전면에는 소정 결합수단이 구비된 어댑터가 선택적으로 장착되면서 직육면체 형상의 몸체를 이루도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프용 클램프.
