- the light enters the light guide portion 4 through the light inlet 6 , is transmitted and refracted by the light guide portion 4 , and exits from the light outlet 7 .
- Such a structure not only makes the front and rear dimensions of the concentrator 1a longer, but also, since the light source needs to be arranged behind the light inlet 6, the light source and the radiator structure connected to the light source further increase the front and rear dimensions of the vehicle lamp, which limits the size of the vehicle lamp. Reduction in front and rear dimensions of the lamp.
- the light inlet 6 is arranged at the lower end of the condenser 1b
- the light outlet 7 is arranged at the front end of the condenser 1b
- the light source is arranged at the light inlet.
- the light emitted by the light source enters the light guide portion 4 from the light inlet port 6, and exits from the light outlet port 7 after being reflected by the reflective surface.
- Such a structure reduces the front and rear dimensions of the condenser 1b, but the upper and lower dimensions of the condenser cups 2 make the upper and lower dimensions of the condenser 1b larger.
- a light source needs to be arranged below the light inlet 6 and connected to the light source.
- the radiator structure further increases the upper and lower dimensions of the lamp.

- the lower edge of the light-emitting surface 2 is provided with a cut-off line structure 21 , and the cut-off line structure 21 is arranged on the optical axis 61 of the lens 6 . Under the action of 6, it is projected to form a low beam illumination light shape with a cut-off line of light and dark.
- the vehicle lamp module of the present invention includes a low beam light source 51 , a low beam reflector 7 , a high beam light source 52 , a vehicle lamp optical element and a lens 6 .
- the optical element of the headlight includes a light incident part 1, a light exit surface 2 and a reflection surface 3.
- the light entrance part 1 is arranged on the right side of the optical element of the headlight, the light exit surface 2 is arranged at the front end of the optical element of the headlight, and the reflection surface 3 is arranged obliquely.
- the light incident from the light incident part 1 is reflected to the light exit surface 2 .
- a cut-off line structure 21 is disposed at the upper edge of the light-emitting surface 2 , and the cut-off line structure 21 may also extend backward from the light-emitting surface 21 to the edge of the reflective surface 3 .
- the cut-off line structure 21 at the upper edge of the light-emitting surface 2 is disposed near the optical axis 61 of the lens 6 and is located near the focal point of the lens 6 .
- the high-beam light source 52 is arranged at the light-incident part 1 , and the light emitted by the high-beam light source 52 is incident from the light-incident part 1 , and after being reflected by the reflective surface 3 , it is emitted to the lens 6 through the light-emitting surface 2 , and is projected under the action of the lens 6 . Go out and form a high beam lighting pattern with a cut-off line.
- the low beam light source 51 is arranged at the first focal point of the low beam reflector 7 and is located on the optical axis 61 of the lens 6 , and the second focus of the low beam reflector 7 coincides with the focus of the lens 6 .
- the light emitted by the low-beam light source 51 is converged by the low-beam reflector 7 and blocked by the cut-off line structure 21 and then directed to the lens 6, and is projected out under the action of the lens 6. Because the irradiation angle of the low-beam illumination light shape is compared with that of the high-beam illumination light Therefore, the front end of the optical element of the headlight is extended to the left and right sides, and the cut-off line structure 21 is extended to the left and right sides to form a low-beam lighting light shape with bright and dark cut-off lines.
- the light incident portion 1 is arranged on the side of the optical element of the vehicle lamp, which reduces the structure behind or below the optical element of the vehicle lamp, so that the front and rear dimensions and the upper and lower dimensions of the optical element of the vehicle lamp can be reduced.
- the optical element of the headlight has a flat structure with smaller front and rear dimensions and upper and lower dimensions, and larger left and right dimensions.
- the light source of the car lamp and the radiator structure of the light source can also be arranged on the side of the optical element of the car lamp along with the light incident portion 1, so that the shape of the car lamp can better adapt to the current trend of flat car lamp shape. .
- the structure of disposing the light incident parts 1 on the left and right sides of the headlight optical element can further shorten the front and rear dimensions of the headlight optical element and meet the needs of the headlight shape.
- the structure in which the condenser part and the lens part 4 are integrally connected enables the optical element of the vehicle light of the present invention to realize the function of the lens at the same time, and has higher structural stability, and can omit the lens in the traditional vehicle lamp, making the structure of the vehicle lamp simpler , the structural stability is also higher.
- the structure that a part of the lens light incident surface 41 of the lens part 4 is integrally connected with the light exit surface 2 enables the lens part 4 of the optical element of the vehicle light to be used as a common lens to realize other lighting functions.
- the cut-off line structure 21 arranged on the edge of the light-emitting surface 2 can form a light-dark cut-off line in the low beam illumination light shape, omit the shading plate in the traditional vehicle lamp, and simplify the structure of the vehicle lamp.
- the vehicle lamp module of the present invention adopts the optical element of the vehicle lamp of the present invention, and the front and rear dimensions and the upper and lower dimensions are smaller, and the left and right dimensions are larger, which conforms to the modeling trend of today's vehicle lamps.
- the vehicle lamp module using the preferred embodiments of the vehicle lamp optical element of the present invention also has the advantages of the preferred embodiments.
- the vehicle lamp of the present invention using the vehicle lamp module of any embodiment of the present invention, also has the above advantages.
- description with reference to the terms “one embodiment”, “some embodiments”, “an embodiment”, etc. means that a particular feature, structure, material or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example includes in at least one embodiment or example of the present invention.
- schematic representations of the above terms do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example.
