本申请的目的在于提供一种便于收纳的风扇结构,以解决现有技术中风扇收纳过程繁琐、复杂、占用面积大的技术问题。

如图1和2所示,本发明实施例提供的可收纳风扇包括扇头1、支杆2和底座3,且扇头1、支杆2和底座3之间为可拆卸连接,所述底座3上设置有第一容置槽301和第二容置槽302,所述可收纳风扇具有使用状态和收纳状态。其中使用状态即为风扇的各个部分组装完成后用于工作吹风或者准备用于吹风时的状态,当所述可收纳风扇处于使用状态时,所述扇头1、支杆2和底座3依次连接;收纳状态即为风扇的各个部分进行整理后进行收纳时的状态,当所述可收纳风扇处于收纳状态时,所述扇头1收纳于所述第一容置槽301内,所述支杆2收纳于所述第二容置槽302内。
在上面实施例中的可收纳风扇中,扇头1、支杆2和底座3可拆卸连接,便于拆卸,并且可以将扇头1和支杆2收纳于底座3上,该过程无需拆卸螺丝、螺帽等紧固件即可完成,收纳过程简单快捷、收纳后占用面积较小。
优选的,所述第一容置槽301开设在所述底座3的一侧,所述第二容置槽302开设在所述底座3相对的另一侧。例如在图5-7中,第一容置槽301开设在底座3的顶部,第二容置槽302开设在底座3的底部,这样可以将扇头1和支杆2分别收纳于底座3的两侧,充分利用了底座3的空间,防止扇头1和支杆2之间的相互干涉影响。
在本发明实施例提供的收纳风扇中,扇头1、支杆2和底座3可拆卸连接的具体方式优选为插接,操作简单快捷,易于实现。具体的,如图11-17所示,支杆2的两端分别设置有第一插接部218和第二插接部219,所述扇头1包括网罩101和转动连接于所述网罩101的连接段 102,所述底座3上开设有固定孔303;当所述可收纳风扇处于使用状态时,所述支杆2的两端分别与所述连接段102和所述固定孔303连接,其中支杆2的第一插接部218与连接部插接配合,支杆2的第二插接部219与固定孔303插接配合;当所述可收纳风扇处于收纳状态时,所述连接段102固定于所述第一容置槽301内,第一容置槽301的形状与连接端的轮廓相匹配。
为了实现支杆2的两端与扇头1和底座3支架连接的稳定性以及方便的实现拆卸,可以在支杆2的两端设置相应的结构件来实现。
可选的,如图15和图16所示,所述支杆2用于与所述扇头1连接的第一端,即第一插接部218上设置有第一按压板201,所述第一按压板201上设置有第一卡块202和第一按钮203,所述扇头1上设置有与所述第一卡块202配合的第一卡接部,通过按压第一按钮203可以使得第一按压板201带动第一卡接部向内位移,在位移过程中会产生与位移方向相反的作用力,当解除对第一按钮203的按压后,第一按压板201和第一按钮203在该作用力的作用下会复位,其中该作用力的产生可以通过设置在第一按压板201与支杆2之间的第四弹性件220来实现,还可以将第一按压板201设置为与支杆2一体连接的悬臂结构,通过第一按压板201自身的形变产生该作用力。在使用时,按压支杆2端部的第一按钮203,使得第一按压板201和第一卡块202向内位移,然后将支杆2端部的第一插接部218插入到扇头1的连接段102内,松开第一按钮203后,第一按压板201和第一卡块202反向复位,第一卡块202与扇头1的连接段102上设置的第一卡接部匹配卡接,实现扇头1与支杆2的安装固定;当需要对扇头1和支杆2进行拆卸时,按压支杆2端部的第一按钮203,使得第一按压板201和第一卡块202向内位移,使得第一卡块202与第一卡接部分离,然后将支杆2端部的第一插接部218从扇头1的连接段102内移出,松开第一按钮203后,第一按压板201和第一卡块202反向复位,实现扇头1与支杆 2的拆卸。
同样地,如图15和图17所示,所述支杆2用于与所述底座3连接的第二端,即第二插接部219上设置有第二按压板204,所述第二按压板204上设置有第二卡块205和第二按钮206,所述底座3的固定孔303内设置有与所述第二卡块205配合的第二卡接部,通过按压第二按钮206可以使得第二按压板204带动第二卡接部向内位移,在位移过程中会产生与位移方向相反的作用力,当解除对第二按钮206的按压后,第二按压板204和第二按钮206在该作用力的作用下会复位,其中该作用力的产生可以通过设置在第二按压板204与支杆2之间的第五弹性件221来实现,还可以将第二按压板204设置为与支杆2一体连接的悬臂结构,通过第二按压板204自身的形变产生该作用力。在使用时,按压支杆2端部的第二按钮206,使得第二按压板204和第二卡块205向内位移,然后将支杆2端部的第二插接部219插入到底座3的固定孔303内,松开第二按钮206后,第二按压板204和第二卡块205反向复位,第二卡块205与底座3的固定孔303内设置的第二卡接部匹配卡接,实现底座3与支杆2的安装固定;当需要对底座3和支杆2进行拆卸时,按压支杆2端部的第二按钮206,使得第二按压板204和第二卡块205向内位移,使得第二卡块205与第二卡接部分离,然后将支杆2端部的第二插接部219从底座3的固定孔303内移出,松开第二按钮206后,第二按压板204和第二卡块205反向复位,实现底座3与支杆2的拆卸。
在上述实施方式的基础上,为了实现更加便捷快速的安装操作,如图16和17所示,在所述第一卡块202背离所述支杆2第二端(第二插接部219)的一端形成有朝向外侧的楔形面,通过设置该楔形面,在将支杆2的第一插接部218插入到扇头1的连接段102的时候,无需再按压第一按钮203,在插入的过程中,连接段102与第一卡块202的楔形面相互干涉,迫使第一卡块202和第一按压板201向内位移, 完成插入动作,待插入到位后,第一卡块202的楔形面与连接段102脱离接触,第一卡扣反向位移实现与第一卡接部的卡接。同样地,在所述第二卡块205背离所述支杆2第一端(第一插接部218)的一端形成有朝向外侧的楔形面,通过设置该楔形面,在将支杆2的第二插接部219插入到底座3的固定孔303的时候,无需再按压第二按钮206,在插入的过程中,固定孔303的内壁与第二卡块205的楔形面相互干涉,迫使第二卡块205和第二按压板204向内位移,完成插入动作,待插入到位后,第二卡块205的楔形面与固定孔303内壁脱离接触,第二卡块205反向位移实现与第二卡接部的卡接。通过第一卡块202和第二卡块205上楔形面的设置,使得在完成风扇的组装时,无需进行按压等操作即可实现各结构件之间的固定连接,在拆卸时只需要通过按压操作即可完成各结构件之间的拆解,实现一键式操作。
扇头1收纳于底座3的第一容置槽301时,需要将扇头1的连接段102转动后贴合网罩101,然后将连接段102放置在第一容置槽301中,完成扇头1的收纳。然而在该情况下,网罩101可以相对于连接段102发生转动,造成扇头1和底座3整体结构的不稳定。为了解决这一问题,如图3、4和7所示,所述扇头1上设置有第一锁定件,所述底座3上设置有第二锁定件,在如图8所述收纳状态下,所述第一锁定件与所述第二锁定件匹配锁定,具体的,第一锁定件设置在网罩101上。通过第一锁定件和第二锁定件之间配合,可以实现扇头1和底座3的进一步位置限定,防止网罩101相对于底座3发生移动,造成收纳结构的不稳定。优选地,如图4和5所示,所述第一锁定件为锁定杆103,所述锁定杆103的表面沿其径向方向形成有静阻挡部104,所述第二锁定件为开设在所述底座3上的锁定孔311,所述锁定孔311的内壁设置有动阻挡部304,所述动阻挡部304在弹性力的作用下伸入所述锁定孔311内,当锁定杆103插入到锁定孔311的过程中,静阻挡部104将动阻挡部304挤开并插入到其下方,阻挡部在弹性力作用 下复位后实现动阻挡部304和静阻挡部104的卡接,完成锁定杆103和锁定孔311之间的锁定,当需要将锁定杆103移出锁定孔311时,只需要通过外力向外移动锁定杆103即可,通过外力迫使静阻挡部104挤压动阻挡部304,实现锁定杆103和锁定孔311的分离。更为优选的,如图19和20所示,所述动阻挡部304通过转动连接在底座3上的连杆306与第四按钮307连接,第四按钮设307置在底座3的侧面,第四按钮307与底座3之间设置有第一弹性件308,通过按压第四按钮307克服第一弹性件308的弹性复位力,使得连杆306转动进而带动动阻挡部304向远离锁定孔311中心的方向移动,可以解除动阻挡部304和静阻挡部104之间的限位,当松开第四按钮307后,可以在第一弹性件308的作用下实现第四按钮307的复位。另外在锁定孔311底部设置有顶压块309,顶压块309通过第二弹性件310与底座3连接,在锁定杆103装配进入锁定孔311的过程中需要抵压顶压块309,克服第二弹性件310的弹性复位力,当通过按压第四按钮307解除锁定后,第二弹性件310可以通过弹性复位力自动将扇头1弹起,操作更加方便。
在一些实施方式中,如图5和图7所示,所述第一容置槽301内设置有第三锁定件305,在所述收纳状态下,所述连接段102与所述第三锁定件305匹配锁定,可以实现底座3与连接段102之间的连接强度。第三锁定件305优选为弹性夹爪结构,弹性夹爪结构的内壁与连接段102的外部轮廓相配合,可以将弹性夹爪结构设置在第一容置槽301的一端,在收纳时可以将连接段102的一端先插入到弹性夹爪结构中,然后再完成第一锁定件与第二锁定件的匹配连接。
在一些实施方式中,所述支杆2为如图11-18所示的伸缩杆。一方面,在使用状态下,如图10所示,可以通过伸缩杆来调整电风扇的高度,实现扇头1工作在不同的高度,满足使用者的实际使用需求;另一方面,在所述收纳状态,所述支杆2处于如图18所示的收缩状态, 更加便于支杆2的收纳,如图9所示,底座3上设置的第二容置槽302与收缩状态下的支杆2的轮廓相匹配。
在上述实施方式的基础上,具体的支杆2的结构可以采用现有技术中各种形式的伸缩杆,只要能够实现本发明的发明目的即可。
可选的,如图21和22所示,所述支杆2包括相互连接的第一杆207和第二杆208,所述第一杆207套设于所述第二杆208内部,所述第一杆207外壁沿轴向形成有若干第一凹槽209,所述第二杆208上设置有控制组件、限位孔210和定位销211,所述定位销211位于所述限位孔210内,所述控制组件用于限定所述定位销211处于同时卡接于所述第一凹槽209和限位孔210的锁定状态,所述控制组件还用于解除所述定位销211的锁定状态。具体的,第二杆208包括第一壁212和第二壁213,所述第二壁213与所述第一杆207套接,所述控制组件包括滑块214和第三弹性件216,所述滑块214滑动设置于所述第一壁212和第二壁213之间,所述滑块214朝向所述第二壁213的一侧形成有第二凹槽215,当所述限位孔210与所述第一凹槽209正对时,在所述第三弹性件216的弹性力作用下,所述滑块214同时将所述定位销211限位于所述限位孔210和第一凹槽209内。在使用时,通过推动滑块214克服第三弹性件216的弹性复位力在第一壁212和第二壁213之间形成的安装槽226内滑动,当到达极限位置时,如图21所示,可以使得滑块214上的第二凹槽215恰好正对第二壁213上的限位孔210,此时通过移动第一杆207,第一杆207的外壁会推动定位销211移动至滑块214的第二凹槽215内,此时无法完成第一杆207和第二杆208的锁定;当第一杆207上的某一个第一凹槽209正对限位孔210时,定位销211可以同时位于限位孔210和第一凹槽209,此时解除对滑块214的推动,滑块214会在第三弹性件216的作用下复位,如图22所示,此时滑块214的底面与定位销211抵接,并且使得定位销211无法从第一凹槽209内完全脱出,从而通过定位销211实现第一杆207 和第二杆208的锁定;当需要解除锁定时,只需要推动滑块214使得第二凹槽215正对限位孔210即可,此时相对于第二杆208轴向移动第一杆207即可使得定位销211从第一凹槽209中脱出,进入到第二凹槽215内,参考图21。为了实现上面的动作过程,滑块214的厚度与定位销211的直径之和应当大于第一壁212的内壁与第二壁213的内壁之间的距离,并且当滑块214与第一壁212贴合时,第一凹槽209的槽底与第二壁213的内壁之间距离不小于定位销211的直径。为了实现更加方便的实现对滑块214的推动,可以在第二杆208上设置第三按钮217,第三按钮217与滑块214之间通过斜面滑动配合,通过按压第三按钮217,可以推动滑块214滑动,并且在松开第三按钮217后,第三弹性件216推动滑块214反向移动进而推动第三按钮217复位。通过上面的结构可以较为便捷的实现伸缩杆长度的调节,并且使得伸缩杆在锁定状态下较为稳固,操作更加人性化。
可选的,如图所示,所述支杆2包括相互连接的第一杆207和第二杆208,所述第一杆207套设于所述第二杆208内部,所述第二杆208的杆壁上开设有定位孔222,所述第一杆207的杆壁内凹形成有容置槽223,在容置槽223内设置有顶珠224和第六弹性件225,所示第六弹性件225设置在顶珠224和容置槽223的槽底之间,所述第六弹性件225将顶珠224抵压在第二杆208内壁或定位孔222内,所述定位孔222的直径小于顶珠224的直径。
根据上述实施例的可收纳风扇还可以包括其他必要组件或结构,并且对应的布置位置和连接关系均可参考现有技术中的相关装置的结构,各未述及结构的连接关系、操作及工作原理对于本领域的普通技术人员来说是可知的,在此不再详细描述。

- 一种可收纳风扇,其特征在于,包括可拆卸连接的扇头(1)、支杆(2)和底座(3),所述底座(3)上设置有第一容置槽(301)和第二容置槽(302),所述可收纳风扇具有使用状态和收纳状态;当所述可收纳风扇处于使用状态时,所述扇头(1)、支杆(2)和底座(3)依次连接;当所述可收纳风扇处于收纳状态时,所述扇头(1)收纳于所述第一容置槽(301)内,所述支杆(2)收纳于所述第二容置槽(302)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可收纳风扇,其特征在于,所述扇头(1)包括网罩(101)和转动连接于所述网罩(101)的连接段(102),所述底座(3)上开设有固定孔(303);当所述可收纳风扇处于使用状态时,所述支杆(2)的两端分别与所述连接段(102)和所述固定孔(303)连接;当所述可收纳风扇处于收纳状态时,所述连接段(102)固定于所述第一容置槽(301)内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可收纳风扇,其特征在于,所述固定孔(303)和所述第一容置槽(301)开设在所述底座(3)的同一侧,所述第二容置槽(302)开设在所述底座(3)相对的另一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可收纳风扇,其特征在于,所述支杆(2)为伸缩杆。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可收纳风扇,其特征在于,在所述收纳状态,所述支杆(2)处于收缩状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可收纳风扇,其特征在于,所述支杆(2)用于与所述扇头(1)连接的第一端设置有第一按压板(201),所述第一按压板(201)上设置有第一卡块(202)和第一按钮(203),所述扇头(1)上设置有与所述第一卡块(202)配合的第一卡接部;和/或所述支杆(2)用于与所述底座(3)连接的第二端设置有第二按压板(204),所述第二按压板(204)上设置有第二卡块(205)和第二按钮(206),所述底座(3)上设置有与所述第二卡块(205)配合的第二卡接部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的可收纳风扇,其特征在于,所述第一卡块(202)背离所述支杆(2)第二端的一端形成有朝向外侧的楔形面;和/或所述第二卡块(205)背离所述支杆(2)第一端的一端形成有朝向外侧的楔形面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可收纳风扇,其特征在于,所述扇头(1)上设置有第一锁定件,所述底座(3)上设置有第二锁定件,在所述收纳状态下,所述第一锁定件与所述第二锁定件匹配锁定。
- 根据权利要求8所述的可收纳风扇,其特征在于,所述第一锁定件为锁定杆(103),所述锁定杆(103)的表面沿其径向方向形成有静阻挡部(104),所述第二锁定件为开设在所述底座(3)上的锁定孔(311),所述锁定孔(311)的内壁设置有动阻挡部(304),所述动阻挡部(304)在弹性力的作用下伸入所述锁定孔(311)内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可收纳风扇,其特征在于,所述第一容置槽(301)内设置有第三锁定件(305),在所述收纳状态下,所述连接段(102)与所述第三锁定件(305)匹配锁定。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可收纳风扇,其特征在于,所述支杆(2) 包括相互连接的第一杆(207)和第二杆(208),所述第一杆(207)套设于所述第二杆(208)内部,所述第一杆(207)外壁沿轴向形成有若干第一凹槽(209),所述第二杆(208)上设置有控制组件、限位孔(210)和定位销(211),所述定位销(211)位于所述限位孔(210)内,所述控制组件用于限定所述定位销(211)处于同时卡接于所述第一凹槽(209)和限位孔(210)的锁定状态或解除所述定位销(211)的锁定状态。
- 根据权利要求11所述的可收纳风扇,其特征在于,第二杆(208)包括第一壁(212)和第二壁(213),所述第二壁(213)与所述第一杆(207)套接,所述控制组件包括滑块(214)和第三弹性件(216),所述滑块(214)滑动设置于所述第一壁(212)和第二壁(213)之间,所述滑块(214)朝向所述第二壁(213)的一侧形成有第二凹槽(215),当所述限位孔(210)与所述第一凹槽(209)正对时,在所述第三弹性件(216)的弹性力作用下,所述滑块(214)同时将所述定位销(211)限位于所述限位孔(210)和第一凹槽(209)内。
