Description
本開示は、回転式圧縮機に関する。
従来、空気調和装置等に使用される圧縮機が知られている。特許文献1には、全密閉型で縦型の圧縮機が開示されている。この圧縮機では、ケーシングに圧縮機構が収容されるとともに、ケーシングに継手管が接続されている。
圧縮機の上流側には、アキュームレータが接続されている。アキュームレータは、密閉容器と、密閉容器から冷媒を流出させる出口管とを有する。出口管は、吸入管を介して圧縮機構と接続される。吸入管は、継手管の内部に配置され、アキュームレータの密閉容器と圧縮機構とを繋いでいる。
上記特許文献1の圧縮機では、圧縮機構の振動が吸入管から継手管及び出口管の順に伝搬する。圧縮機構の振動が伝搬すると、アキュームレータの密閉容器が振動して、騒音が発生することがあった。
本開示の目的は、圧縮機構からアキュームレータに伝わる振動を抑制することである。

リアプレート部(53a)は、シリンダ(51)に積層する扁平な環状の部分である。リア突出部(53b)は、リアプレート部(53a)の中央部から下方に突出する筒状の部分である。リアプレート部(53a)及びリア突出部(53b)の中央部には、駆動軸(30)の主軸部(31)が貫通するようにリア貫通口(53c)が形成されている。
ピストン(60)は、シリンダ(51)の内部に収容されている。シリンダ(51)とピストン(60)とによって、圧縮室(55)が形成されている。ピストン(60)は、真円形の環状に形成されている。ピストン(60)の内部には、円柱状の偏心部(32)が嵌め込まれている。圧縮室(55)の内部は、ブレード(図示省略)によって、低圧室と高圧室とに区画されている。本実施形態の圧縮機構(50)は、いわゆる揺動ピストン式の圧縮機構(50)である。
-圧縮機の運転動作-
ピストン(60)は、駆動軸(30)の回転駆動に伴って、圧縮室(55)内で偏心回転する。ピストン(60)の偏心回転に伴い低圧室の容積が徐々に大きくなると、吸入管(40)を流れる冷媒が吸入口(56)から低圧室へ吸入されていく。そして、低圧室が吸入口(56)から遮断されると、遮断された空間が高圧室を構成する。
ピストン(60)は、駆動軸(30)の回転駆動に伴って、圧縮室(55)内で偏心回転する。ピストン(60)の偏心回転に伴い低圧室の容積が徐々に大きくなると、吸入管(40)を流れる冷媒が吸入口(56)から低圧室へ吸入されていく。そして、低圧室が吸入口(56)から遮断されると、遮断された空間が高圧室を構成する。
さらにピストン(60)が偏心回転すると、高圧室の容積が徐々に小さくなり、高圧室の内圧が上昇する。高圧室の内圧が所定の圧力を超えるとリード弁(図示省略)が開き、高圧室の冷媒が吐出通路を通じて、圧縮機構(50)の外部へ流出する。
この高圧冷媒は、ケーシング(11)の内部空間を上方へ流れ、電動機(21)のコアカット(図示省略)等を通過する。電動機(21)の上方へ流出した高圧冷媒は、吐出管(16)より冷媒回路へ送られる。
-アキュームレータの構成-
圧縮機(10)の上流側には、アキュームレータ(45)が接続されている。アキュームレータ(45)は、圧縮機(10)に吸入される前の冷媒を一時的に貯留するとともに、ガス冷媒に含まれる液冷媒を気液分離するものである。

アキュームレータ(45)は、密閉容器(46)と、入口管(47)と、出口管(48)とを有する。入口管(47)は、密閉容器(46)に冷媒を流入させる。出口管(48)は、密閉容器(46)から冷媒を流出させる。
密閉容器(46)は、縦長の円筒状の部材で構成されている。密閉容器(46)の上部には、入口管(47)が接続されている。入口管(47)の下端部は、密閉容器(46)の内部空間における上部寄りの位置に開口している。
密閉容器(46)の下部には、出口管(48)が接続されている。出口管(48)は、鉄系材料(例えば、SPCC、SPCD等)で構成されている。出口管(48)は、密閉容器(46)内を上方向に延びている。出口管(48)の上端部は、密閉容器(46)の内部空間における上部寄りの位置に開口している。出口管(48)は、密閉容器(46)の下端から下方に延びた後に、圧縮機(10)の吸入管(40)に向かって屈曲している。出口管(48)の下端部は、吸入管(40)の流入端に接続されている。
-吸入管周辺の詳細な構成-
図2に示すように、吸入管(40)は、シリンダ(51)の吸入口(56)に連通するとともに、継手管(43)の内部に配置される。

(継手管)
継手管(43)は、ケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)に固定されている。継手管(43)の内周面とケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)の内周面とは、概ね一致している。言い換えると、継手管(43)の内周面とケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)の内周面とは、連続している。ケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)は、ケーシング(11)の胴部(12)における下方に形成されている。ケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)は、吸入口(56)に対向する位置に形成されている。言い換えると、継手管(43)は、シリンダ(51)の吸入口(56)と対向するように配置されている。
継手管(43)は、ケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)に固定されている。継手管(43)の内周面とケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)の内周面とは、概ね一致している。言い換えると、継手管(43)の内周面とケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)の内周面とは、連続している。ケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)は、ケーシング(11)の胴部(12)における下方に形成されている。ケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)は、吸入口(56)に対向する位置に形成されている。言い換えると、継手管(43)は、シリンダ(51)の吸入口(56)と対向するように配置されている。
継手管(43)は、鉄系材料(例えば、SPCC、SPCD等)で構成されている。継手管(43)は、円筒状の部材である。継手管(43)は、ケーシング(11)の胴部(12)からケーシング(11)の外部に向かって延びている。継手管(43)の厚みは、ケーシング(11)の厚みよりも大きい。継手管(43)の内径は、軸方向の全長において一定に形成されている。
継手管(43)は、その先端がケーシング(11)の胴部(12)と接触した状態で固定されている。具体的には、継手管(43)は、ケーシング(11)の胴部(12)に溶接されることで固定されている。継手管(43)は、溶接部(43a)を有する。溶接部(43a)は、継手管(43)におけるケーシング(11)側の外縁に、該外縁の全周に亘って形成されている。
(吸入管)
吸入管(40)は、継手管(43)の内部を通ってケーシング(11)の外部に延びている。吸入管(40)は、鉄系材料(例えば、SPCC、SPCD等)で構成されている。吸入管(40)は円筒状の部材である。吸入管(40)は、大径部(41)と、小径部(42)とを有する。
吸入管(40)は、継手管(43)の内部を通ってケーシング(11)の外部に延びている。吸入管(40)は、鉄系材料(例えば、SPCC、SPCD等)で構成されている。吸入管(40)は円筒状の部材である。吸入管(40)は、大径部(41)と、小径部(42)とを有する。
大径部(41)は、吸入管(40)の流入側に形成されている。大径部(41)は、継手管(43)の内周面に固定される。大径部(41)の内周面には、出口管(48)の流出端が固定される。
小径部(42)は、吸入管(40)の流出側に形成されている。小径部(42)の外径は、大径部(41)の外径よりも小さい。小径部(42)は、本体部(42a)と段差部(42b)とを含む。本体部(42a)は、小径部(42)の流出側に設けられている。本体部(42a)の流出端は、シリンダ(51)の吸入口(56)に接続されている。本体部(42a)の外径は、ケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)の内径よりも小さい。本体部(42a)は、ケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)を通っている。
段差部(42b)は、吸入管(40)の途中に設けられ、本体部(42a)における流入端と連続する。段差部(42b)は、本体部(42a)と大径部(41)とを繋ぐ部分である。段差部(42b)の外径及び内径は、本体部(42a)から大径部(41)に向かって次第に拡大している。
小径部(42)の段差部(42b)における流入側の端部(E)は、継手管(43)における軸方向の中央部(C)よりもアキュームレータ(45)側に位置する。小径部(42)の外周面と継手管(43)の内周面との間には、第1隙間(S1)が形成されている。第1隙間(S1)は、継手管(43)におけるケーシング(11)側の端部から吸入管(40)の大径部(41)との接続部分までの間において連続して形成されている。言い換えると、継手管(43)におけるケーシング(11)側の端部から吸入管(40)との接続部分までの間において、吸入管(40)は、継手管(43)に接触していない。なお、第1隙間(S1)は、本開示の隙間に対応する。
このように、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)の外周面と継手管(43)の内周面との間に第1隙間(S1)が連続して形成されていることにより、圧縮機構(50)で生じた振動が吸入管(40)に伝搬しても、小径部(42)は継手管(43)に接触することなく振動する。これにより、小径部(42)において振動が減衰される。
また、小径部(42)の本体部(42a)とケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)との間に、環状の第2隙間(S2)が形成されている。小径部(42)では、圧縮機構(50)の接続部分から大径部(41)までの間に、第1隙間(S1)及び第2隙間(S2)を含む空間が形成されている。この空間は、小径部(42)の振動を許容する。これにより、小径部(42)において振動をさらに減衰できる。
さらに、小径部(42)における流入側の端部(E)は、継手管(43)における軸方向の中央部(C)よりもアキュームレータ(45)側に位置することにより、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)を長くできる。これにより、小径部(42)において振動がより減衰される。
ここで、吸入管(40)における軸方向の全長をL1とし、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)における軸方向の長さをL2とする。本実施形態の圧縮機(10)では、L2はL1の58%以上となっている(L2≧L1×0.58)。
継手管(43)は、鉄系材料で構成されていることにより、継手管(43)の剛性が高くなる。これにより、吸入管(40)の大径部(41)と継手管(43)との接続部分において、圧縮機構(50)から伝わった振動が絶縁されて、アキュームレータ(45)に伝達されにくくなる。
さらに、継手管(43)は、溶接部(43a)によってケーシングと接続されているので、溶接部(43a)の剛性が高い。これにより、圧縮機構(50)から吸入管(40)に伝わった振動を継手管(43)でさらに絶縁できる。
-アキュームレータの接続方法-
次に、アキュームレータ(45)を圧縮機構(50)に接続する方法を説明する。本実施形態の圧縮機(10)は、アキュームレータ(45)を圧縮機構(50)に接続することで製造される。アキュームレータの接続方法では、溶接工程と、圧入工程と、嵌め込み工程と、ろう付け工程とが順に行われる。
次に、アキュームレータ(45)を圧縮機構(50)に接続する方法を説明する。本実施形態の圧縮機(10)は、アキュームレータ(45)を圧縮機構(50)に接続することで製造される。アキュームレータの接続方法では、溶接工程と、圧入工程と、嵌め込み工程と、ろう付け工程とが順に行われる。
溶接工程は、継手管(43)をケーシング(11)に固定する工程である。溶接工程では、まず、ケーシング(11)に形成された貫通孔(15)の内周面と継手管(43)の内周面とが一致するように、継手管(43)をケーシング(11)の胴部(12)に接触させる。次に、胴部(12)に接触させた継手管(43)をケーシング(11)に溶接する。これにより、溶接部(43a)が形成される。
圧入工程は、吸入管(40)を圧縮機構(50)へ圧入する工程である。圧入工程では、まず、圧縮機構(50)におけるシリンダ(51)の吸入口(56)が継手管(43)と対向するように圧縮機構(50)を配置する。次に、継手管(43)における開放側からシリンダ(51)の吸入口(56)へ吸入管(40)を圧入する。
このとき、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)の外周面と継手管(43)の内周面との間に第1隙間(S1)が形成されるように、吸入管(40)の軸方向に圧入する。具体的には、第1隙間(S1)における吸入管(40)の軸方向の長さが所定の長さとなるように吸入管(40)を圧入する。
嵌め込み工程では、吸入管(40)の開放側の端部にアキュームレータ(45)の出口管(48)を嵌め込む。
ろう付け工程では、出口管(48)と吸入管(40)との間、及び吸入管(40)と継手管(43)との間をろう付けによって固定する。
-実験例1-
図3は、圧縮機(10)を計測して得られた回転数と音の強さとの関係を示すグラフである。

同図において、回転数が70rpm以上の場合、本実施形態の圧縮機(10)は、小径部(42)と継手管(43)との間に第1隙間(S1)がない圧縮機に比べて、音が小さくなっていることが確認された。これより、小径部(42)の外周面と継手管(43)の内周面との間に第1隙間(S1)が形成されていることにより、圧縮機構(50)からアキュームレータ(45)に伝わる振動を抑制できることが確認された。
-実験例2-
図4は、シミュレーションから得られたL2/L1とアキュームレータの加速度のピーク値との関係を示すグラフである。具体的には、図4は、1Nの大きさの力を吸入管(40)に加えた場合のアキュームレータ(45)の振動を加速度で示したときのピーク値をプロットしたグラフである。図4は、L2/L1の比率が57%、64%、及び76%の場合の圧縮機(10)におけるアキュームレータ(45)の加速度のピーク値をプロットしている。
図4は、シミュレーションから得られたL2/L1とアキュームレータの加速度のピーク値との関係を示すグラフである。具体的には、図4は、1Nの大きさの力を吸入管(40)に加えた場合のアキュームレータ(45)の振動を加速度で示したときのピーク値をプロットしたグラフである。図4は、L2/L1の比率が57%、64%、及び76%の場合の圧縮機(10)におけるアキュームレータ(45)の加速度のピーク値をプロットしている。
同図において、L2/L1の比率が58%以上の場合、L2/L1の比率が大きくなるに従って、アキュームレータ(45)の加速度のピーク値が小さくなっていることが確認された。言い換えると、吸入管(40)における軸方向の全長L1に対して、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)における軸方向の長さL2が長くなるに従って、アキュームレータ(45)の振動が抑制されていることが確認された。
これより、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)における軸方向の長さL2は、吸入管(40)における軸方向の全長L1の58%以上であれば、アキュームレータ(45)の振動を抑制できることが確認された。
-実施形態の特徴-
本実施形態の特徴(1)は、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)の外周面と継手管(43)の内周面との間には、第1隙間(S1)が形成されることである。これにより、吸入管(40)に圧縮機構(50)の振動が伝わっても、小径部(42)は継手管(43)に接触することなく振動するため、小径部(42)において振動が減衰される。
本実施形態の特徴(1)は、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)の外周面と継手管(43)の内周面との間には、第1隙間(S1)が形成されることである。これにより、吸入管(40)に圧縮機構(50)の振動が伝わっても、小径部(42)は継手管(43)に接触することなく振動するため、小径部(42)において振動が減衰される。
ここで、従来の圧縮機では、継手管(43)は銅系材料で構成されていた。従来の継手管(43)は剛性が低いため、圧縮機構(50)からの振動が吸入管(40)を介して継手管(43)に伝達されやすかった。
本実施形態の継手管(43)は、鉄系材料で構成されているので、継手管(43)の剛性が銅系材料の継手管よりも高くなる。これにより、吸入管(40)の大径部(41)と継手管(43)との接続部分において、圧縮機構(50)からの振動を絶縁できる。その結果、圧縮機構(50)からアキュームレータ(45)に伝わる振動を抑制できる。
加えて、継手管(43)が鉄系材料で構成されているので、銅系材料で構成されるよりも、コストを低減できる。
本実施形態の特徴(2)は、第1隙間(S1)が継手管(43)におけるケーシング(11)側の端部から吸入管(40)との接続部分までの間において連続して形成されていることである。これにより、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)は、継手管(43)に阻害されることなく振動できるので、振動をより減衰させられる。
本実施形態の特徴(3)は、小径部(42)における流入側の端部(E)は、継手管(43)における軸方向の中央部(C)よりもアキュームレータ(45)側に位置することである。これにより、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)を長くできるので、振動をより減衰できる。
本実施形態の特徴(4)は、継手管(43)がケーシング(11)に溶接される溶接部(43a)を有することである。これにより、継手管(43)とケーシング(11)との接合部分の剛性を高くできるので、圧縮機構(50)からの振動を継手管(43)でより絶縁できる。
ここで、従来の圧縮機では、継手管(43)とケーシング(11)とは銀ろう付けによって接合されていた。本実施形態の圧縮機(10)では溶接により接合するので、銀ろう付けと比べてコストを低減できる。
本実施形態の特徴(5)は、継手管(43)の厚みがケーシング(11)の厚みよりも大きいことである。これにより、継手管(43)とケーシング(11)とを溶接した際に、熱による継手管(43)の変形を抑制できる。
本実施形態の特徴(6)は、出口管(48)が鉄系材料で構成されることである。ここで、従来の圧縮機では、出口管は銅管と鉄管とを接続して構成されていた。本実施形態の出口管(48)は、鉄系材料のみで構成されるので、出口管(48)の剛性を高くできる。これにより、圧縮機構(50)からの振動を出口管(48)によってさらに絶縁できる。また、本実施形態の出口管(48)は、出口管(48)の部品数を減少できるとともに、材料費も低減できるので、コストを低減できる。
本実施形態の特徴(7)は、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)における軸方向の長さL2が、吸入管(40)における軸方向の全長L1の58%以上であることである。小径部(42)の長さがある程度長いことにより、圧縮機構(50)からの振動が吸入管(40)の小径部(42)によって減衰されやすくなる。
本実施形態の特徴(8)は、ケーシング(11)と、該ケーシング(11)に収容されるとともに吸入口(56)を有する圧縮機構(50)と、ケーシング(11)に固定される継手管(43)と、該継手管(43)の内部に配置されるとともに圧縮機構(50)の吸入口(56)に連通する吸入管(40)と、該吸入管(40)の流入端に接続される出口管(48)を有するアキュームレータ(45)とを備え、吸入管(40)は、該吸入管(40)の流入側に形成されるとともに継手管(43)の内周面に固定される大径部(41)と、吸入管(40)の流出側に形成されるとともに大径部(41)よりも外径が小さい小径部(42)とを有し、ケーシング(11)には貫通孔(15)が形成され、貫通孔(15)の内径が小径部(42)の外径より大きい回転式圧縮機の製造方法であって、鉄系材料で構成された継手管(43)をケーシング(11)に溶接する溶接工程と、吸入管(40)を圧縮機構(50)の吸入口(56)へ圧入する圧入工程とを含み、圧入工程では、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)の外周面と継手管(43)の内周面との間に第1隙間(S1)が形成され、且つ小径部(42)と貫通孔(15)との間に第2隙間(S2)が形成されるように圧入することである。
これにより、圧縮機構(50)の振動が吸入管(40)に伝搬した場合に、第1隙間(S1)及び第2隙間(S2)によって小径部(42)が継手管(43)に接触することなく振動できるので、圧縮機構(50)の振動を小径部(42)で減衰できる。
加えて、ケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)の内径が小径部(42)の外径よりも大きいことにより第2隙間(S2)が形成されるので、圧入工程において、吸入管(40)と圧縮機構(50)の吸入口(56)との位置合わせがしやすくなる。
-実施形態の変形例-
〈変形例1〉
本実施形態の圧縮機(10)では、継手管(43)は、継手管(43)の先端がケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)に嵌め込まれていてもよい。本変形例においても、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)の外周面と継手管(43)の内周面との間に第1隙間(S1)が形成される。これにより、実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
〈変形例1〉
本実施形態の圧縮機(10)では、継手管(43)は、継手管(43)の先端がケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)に嵌め込まれていてもよい。本変形例においても、吸入管(40)の小径部(42)の外周面と継手管(43)の内周面との間に第1隙間(S1)が形成される。これにより、実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
〈変形例2〉
図5に示す変形例では、シリンダ(51)及びピストン(60)は、上下方向(軸方向)に間隔を空けて設けられている。具体的には、圧縮機構(50)は、フロントヘッド(52)と、フロント側のシリンダ(51)と、ミドルプレート(58)と、リア側のシリンダ(51)と、リアヘッド(53)とが積層されている。
図5に示す変形例では、シリンダ(51)及びピストン(60)は、上下方向(軸方向)に間隔を空けて設けられている。具体的には、圧縮機構(50)は、フロントヘッド(52)と、フロント側のシリンダ(51)と、ミドルプレート(58)と、リア側のシリンダ(51)と、リアヘッド(53)とが積層されている。
フロント側及びリア側のシリンダ(51,51)には、ピストン(60,60)がそれぞれ収容されている。フロント側及びリア側のシリンダ(51,51)には、径方向に延びる吸入口(56,56)がそれぞれ形成されている。
駆動軸(30)には、フロント側及びリア側のピストン(60,60)に対応して、2つの偏心部(32,32)が設けられている。ピストン(60)には、偏心部(32)が嵌め込まれている。
ケーシング(11)の胴部(12)には、フロント側及びリア側の吸入口(56,56)に対向する位置に貫通孔(15,15)がそれぞれ形成されている。ケーシング(11)の貫通孔(15)には、継手管(43,43)がそれぞれ接続されている。
吸入管(40,40)は、フロント側及びリア側のシリンダ(51,51)の吸入口(56,56)にそれぞれ接続されるとともに、継手管(43,43)の内部を通ってケーシング(11)の外部に延びている。フロント側及びリア側の吸入管(40,40)には、アキュームレータ(45)の出口管(48,48)がそれぞれ接続されている。
このように、本変形例では、シリンダ(51,51)及びピストン(60,60)が2つずつ設けられた二気筒の圧縮機(10)を対象としている。二気筒の圧縮機(10)においても、1つの吸入管(40)の小径部(42)の外周面と1つの継手管(43)の内周面との間には、第1隙間(S1)が形成されている。また、小径部(42)では、圧縮機構(50)の接続部分から大径部(41)までの間に、第1隙間(S1)及び第2隙間(S2)を含む空間が形成されている。
本変形例においても、実施形態と同様に、圧縮機構(50)からアキュームレータ(45)に伝わる振動を抑制できる。加えて、出口管(48)が鉄系材料のみで構成されているので、部品点数がさらに減少でき、コストをより低減できる。
