本申请涉及无线通信领域,尤其涉及一种移动网络选择方法、装置、移动用户设备及存储介质。
背景技术
第五代移动通信技术(5G)网络面向垂直行业客户进行非公共网络(NPN,Non-Public Network)部署时有两种部署方式,即NPN包含两种类型,一种类型是独立组网的NPN(SNPN,Stand-alone NPN),另一种类型是非独立组网的NPN(PNI-NPN,Public Network Integrated-NPN)。其中,PNI-NPN基于公众网络的切片技术和闭合接入组(CAG,Closed Access Group)技术实现不同NPN之间的隔离。
CAG技术应用于终端选网阶段,用于阻止非NPN的用户或非本NPN的用户接入。然而,相关技术中,对于支持CAG功能的终端,会出现在一个NPN的服务区域时无法接入这个NPN网络的情况。
发明内容
为解决相关技术问题,本申请实施例提供一种移动网络选择方法、装置、移动用户设备及存储介质。
本申请实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
本申请实施例提供一种移动网络选择方法,包括:
支持CAG功能的移动用户设备在自动选择移动网络时,所述移动用户设备的非接入层(NAS)功能根据所述移动用户设备的全球用户识别模块(USIM)中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入公共陆地移动网(PLMN)的CAG小区;
在所述移动用户设备收到一个CAG小区的广播消息且允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区时,所述NAS功能能够选择所述CAG小区广播消息中指示的PLMN标识对应的移动网络。
上述方案中,所述方法还包括:

本申请实施例提供的移动网络选择方法、装置、移动用户设备及存储介质,支持CAG功能的移动用户设备在自动选择移动网络时,所述移动用户设备的NAS功能根据所述移动用户设备的USIM中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区;在所述移动用户设备收到一个CAG小区的广播消息且允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区时,所述NAS功能能够选择所述CAG小区广播消息中指示的PLMN标识对应的移动网络,通过在USIM中预置一个能够用于判断是否允许终端接入PLMN的CAG小区的信息,在根据该信息判断出允许接入PLMN的CAG小区时,尝试接入指定PLMN的CAG小区,如此,实现了当支持CAG功能的移动用户设备处于NPN服务区域时,在无法从网络侧获得CAG签约数据的前提下,就能够在NPN服务区域接入为这个NPN服务的CAG小区。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本申请再作进一步详细的描述。
在终端选择网络时,终端侧处理网络选择(以下简称为选网)过程的模块包括NAS功能和AS功能,换句话说,终端侧进行选网处理时,需要在NAS层(对应NAS功能)和AS层(对应AS功能)进行处理。其中,NAS功能处理终端和核心网之间的交互流程;AS功能处理终端和无线网络之间的交互流程。
这里,选网是指选择PLMN,包含HPLMN、等效本地PLMN(EHPLMN)、 访问PLMN(VPLMN)等。
选网的方式包含自动选择和手动选择方式。其中,自动选择方式是指:NAS功能保存有PLMN选择策略;AS功能读取小区广播,并报告给NAS功能所有的可用的PLMN,NAS功能收到报告后,根据PLMN选择策略进行选择PLMN,并指示AS功能完成选网过程。手动选择方式是指:AS功能读取小区广播,报告给NAS功能所有的可用的PLMN,以及关联的PLMN ID。NAS功能支持显示和手动选择指示,用户手动选择后,NAS功能将用户选择的PLMN ID告诉AS功能,由AS功能完成选网过程。这里,在这两种方式中,终端都需要读取无线网络各小区广播的PLMN ID,以便进行PLMN的选择。
对于PNI-NPN中的CAG技术,主要用于终端选网阶段,用于阻止非NPN的用户或非本NPN的用户接入。
下面对CAG技术的主要原理进行描述。
假设5G网络运营商为2个垂直行业客户分别规划2个NPN,分别为NPN1和NPN2。这两个NPN的服务都是通过同一个PLMN提供的。其中,给NPN1网络用户使用的CAG ID为1和2;给NPN2网络用户使用的CAG ID为3和4。在NPN1的服务区域里,5G无线网络会向终端广播允许接入的CAG ID为1和2;在NPN2的服务区域里,5G无线网络会向终端广播允许接入的CAG ID为3和4。
为了提供服务,5G网络运营商会在NPN1和NPN2的终端的用户签约数据里写入本PLMN下这个NPN允许的CAG ID列表(这个CAG ID列表在用户的CAG信息列表(CAG information list)中,CAG information list可以称作CAG信息,也可以称为CAG签约数据),在终端注册后由网络下发给终端。终端收到网络侧下发的CAG签约数据后会进行保存,并在自动选网时根据这个CAG签约数据和收到的空口广播消息进行网络选择和小区选择。当CAG签约数据中有一个条目(Entry)的PLMN ID和小区广播的PLMN匹配,且这个Entry里的CAG ID列表中有一个CAG ID和小区广播的CAG ID匹配时,才会选择这个PLMN并驻留在这个小区上。在自动选网时,具备CAG能力的移动用户终端(也可以称为移动用户设备)的AS功能会搜索所有的可用小区,并将小区广播的PLMN ID及关联的CAG ID报给NAS功能。NAS功能根据选网规则(包括CAG签约数据)选择PLMN,如果一个终端在在这个PLMN下有多个允许的CAG ID,则NAS功能会将CAG ID列表发给AS功能,由AS功能根据CAG ID列表和无线的判定规则(如信号强弱)选择这个PLMN下的具体CAG小区。
从上面的描述可以看出,引入CAG技术后,从无线侧的角度来说,小区分为了CAG小区(英文可以表达为CAG cell)和非CAG小区(英文可以表达为non-CAG cell);同时,网络侧会广播一个PLMN下允许接入的CAG ID。
从核心网的角度来说,在用户的签约数据中增加了CAG签约数据的定义,NPN用户有CAG签约数据(在移动性限制签约数据里),而大网用户没有CAG签约数据;同时,签约数据存储在统一数据管理(UDM)功能中,而全球用户身份模块(USIM)卡里没有移动用户的CAG签约数据。
从终端的角度来说,终端类型分为:支持CAG特性的终端,不支持CAG特性的终端;在终端选网时,增加了CAG选择(即选择CAG小区),包含自动选择和手动选择两种方式。
相关技术中,CAG自动选择的过程的基本思想是:终端根据CAG签约数据进行选择。
具体地,在CAG选择时,AS功能搜索网络,根据小区广播得到所有可用的小区,并向NAS功能报告所有可用小区的PLMN,是否为CAG小区,以及CAG小区的CAG ID等。NAS功能根据AS的报告,并结合CAG签约数据选择一个PLMN;具体地,如果有CAG签约数据,则将CAG签约数据中的PLMN ID和CAG ID与AS功能上报的可用PLMN ID及关联CAG ID进行匹配,当一个PLMN所关联的CAG ID在CAG签约数据中的一个PLMN的CAG ID列表中时,可以选择这个PLMN下的CAG小区;如果没有CAG签约数据,则只会选择非CAG小区。
从上面的描述可以看出,相关技术中,NPN用户的终端里需要保存有CAG签约数据,才能在自动选网的时候接入为这个NPN服务的一个PLMN的CAG小区。如果终端里没有保存这个CAG签约数据,且用户也从来没有在任何PLMN发起过注册流程,那么用户的终端里就没有这个CAG签约数据,也就无法自动从一个CAG小区接入PLMN使用NPN的服务。如果这个NPN网络的服务区域只部署了CAG小区,那么用户就无法驻留在这个NPN的服务区域中任何小区了。
另一方面,在面向工业领域垂直行业客户提供NPN服务时,受限于客户的具体需求,终端在接入为这个NPN服务的CAG小区之前无法获得CAG签约数据,因此,采用相关技术中的CAG技术方案无法满足要求,这是因为:
1、终端无法预置CAG签约数据。
工业领域垂直行业客户发放的终端并不是传统运营商为个人用户发放的智能手机终端,而是大型的生成线设备。这些设备的生产商并不知道购买方会使用哪个运营商的5G网络服务,也更不知道具体的NPN网络规划,无法在设备(终端)上逐用户预配置与网络规划紧密相关的CAG签约数据。相关技术中,也没有定义终端预置CAG签约数据的处理。
2、终端无法采用手动选网接入网络下载CAG签约数据。
手动选网需要设备进行手动选网操作,并且无线网络会广播允许手动选网的标识,一旦广播该标识,所有具备CAG能力的终端都可以进行手动选网接入这个NPN网络的CAG小区,存在安全风险。
3、终端无法通过非CAG小区下发配置。
工业领域垂直行业客户需要将设备放置在厂区的生产车间,这些生产车间只部署CAG小区,不允许部署普通的非CAG小区。
基于此,在本申请的各种实施例中,在USIM卡中预置一个能够用于判断是否允许终端接入PLMN的CAG小区的信息,在根据该信息判断出允许接入PLMN的CAG小区时,尝试接入指定HPLMN的CAG小区。
本申请实施例提供一种移动网络选择方法,如图1所示,该方法包括:
步骤101:支持CAG功能的移动用户设备在自动选择移动网络时,所述移动用户设备的NAS功能根据所述移动用户设备的USIM中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区;
步骤102:在所述移动用户设备收到一个CAG小区的广播消息且允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区时,所述NAS功能能够选择所述CAG小区广播消息中指示的PLMN标识对应的移动网络。
其中,支持CAG功能的移动用户设备是指:能够支持CAG技术的移动用户设备,也可以理解为支持CAG特性的移动用户设备。
所述移动用户设备也可以称为终端或用户等。
实际应用时,本申请实施例提供的方案可以应用于工业领域垂直行业场景,在这种场景下,所述移动用户设备可以是大型的生产线设备。
在步骤101中,当所述NAS功能根据所述USIM中的信息确定不允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区时,选择非CAG小区接入。
所述USIM中的信息是与一个PLMN关联的,也就是说,所述USIM中的信息是与一个PLMN关联的信息。
实际应用时,可以在USIM中预置一个指示,比如CAG接入指示(英文可以表达为CAG-access-indication),移动用户设备在自动选网时,会检查USIM卡是否有这个指示,如果有,判断该指示的取值是否为“允许”,如果是,可以尝试接入HPLMN的CAG小区。
基于此,在一实施例中,所述根据所述移动用户设备的USIM中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区,包括:
所述USIM中有第一信息,且所述第一信息指示允许所述移动用户设备接入HPLMN的CAG小区,所述NAS功能确定允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区;第一信息指示是否允许所述移动用户设备接入HPLMN的CAG小区。
其中,当所述第一信息指示不允许所述移动用户设备接入HPLMN的CAG小区时,所述NAS功能确定不允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区,此时,所述移动用户设备可以接入非CAG小区。
换句话说,所述USIM中有第一信息,所述第一信息与HPLMN标识关联,且所述第一信息指示允许,确定允许所述移动用户设备接入HPLMN的CAG小区。相应地,当所述第一信息指示不允许,确定允许所述移动用 户设备接入HPLMN的CAG小区。
当所述USIM中没有预先设置所述第一信息时,所述NAS功能确定不允许移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区,此时,所述移动用户设备可以接入非CAG小区。
实际应用时,所述第一信息可以存储在USIM中的CAG信息里,即可以与CAG信息存在一起,即二者是一个整体,也可以不在CAG信息里,即二者是独立的两个信息。
其中,CAG信息是指移动网络运营商给NPN用户签约的CAG签约数据,具体内容可参照表1和表2,因此CAG信息可以称为CAG信息列表(英文可以表达为CAG information list)。移动用户设备收到网络侧下发的CAG签约数据后会进行保存,并在自动选网时根据CAG签约数据和从无线网络收到的空口广播消息进行网络选择和小区选择。
在所述USIM中写入第一信息,通过第一信息来判断是否允许移动用户设备接入PLMN的小区,这种方式不用提供与具体NPN规划相关的一个允许的CAG ID列表,也不会对运营商的USIM写卡流程有限制。同时,也不用要求移动网络必须广播USIM里写的允许的CAG ID列表中的CAG ID,对于网络规划也没有影响。
实际应用时,可以在USIM中预置一个标识,移动用户设备在自动选网时,会检查USIM卡是否有这个标识,如果有,可以尝试接入该标识对应的指定PLMN的CAG小区。
基于此,在一实施例中,所述根据所述移动用户设备的USIM中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区,包括:
所述USIM中有第一标识,所述第一标识与指定的PLMN标识关联;确定允许所述移动用户设备接入指定的PLMN标识对应的PLMN的CAG小区。
这里,所述第一标识可以称为通配CAG标识,具体地,通配CAG标识会和一个指定的PLMN标识关联,当所述USIM有这个通配CAG标识,表示允许该用户接入指定PLMN的CAG小区。
其中,实际应用时,所述第一标识可以存储在USIM中的CAG信息里,通配CAG标识可以是一个通配标识,也可以是一个预留的(reserved)的CAG ID,该CAG ID不用于NPN实际规划,不会给用户签约,也不会被任何CAG小区广播。
所述指定的PLMN可以为HPLMN。
在所述USIM中写入第一标识,通过是否有第一标识来判断是否允许移动用户设备接入PLMN的小区,这种方式不用提供与具体NPN规划相关的一个允许的CAG ID列表,也不会对运营商的USIM写卡流程有限制。同时,也不用要求移动网络必须广播USIM里写入的允许的CAG ID列表中的CAG ID,对于网络规划也没有影响。
在本申请实施例中,当移动用户设备上没有与用户匹配的CAG信息时,NAS去读USIM卡,以便去获取所述信息。
也就是说,当所述移动用户设备上没有CAG信息时,所述NAS功能从所述USIM读取所述信息。
当所述移动用户设备上有CAG信息时,所述NAS功能按照相关技术进行选网操作。
需要说明的是:所述移动用户设备和USIM的接口需要支持所述NAS功能从USIM读取信息。
实际应用时,运营商可以根据NPN部署需求选择是否针对NPN用户批量在USIM写入所述信息;其中,对于所述第一信息,运营商还需要根据需求确定第一信息的具体取值。
实际应用时,所述PLMN标识可以是PLMN ID。所述能够选择的PLMN可以是所述USIM中SUPI对应的HPLMN。
实际应用时,所述NAS功能根据NS功能的报告下发CAG选择策略,以便接入CAG小区。
基于此,在一实施例中,该方法还可以包括:
所述NAS功能向所述移动用户设备的AS功能发送能够选择的PLMN的标识及对应的CAG选择策略;所述CAG选择策略用于供所述AS功能选择CAG小区。
其中,实际应用时,确定CAG选择策略时,可以仅考虑USIM中用户永久标识(SUPI)对应的HPLMN的CAG小区,不考虑CAG小区广播的具体的CAG ID,即不考虑所述AS功能的报告的内容。
基于此,在一实施例中,所述NAS功能向所述移动用户设备的AS功能发送能够选择的PLMN的标识及对应的CAG选择策略,包括:
所述NAS功能向所述AS功能发送第二信息;所述第二信息指示允许接入所述能够选择的PLMN所有的CAG小区,这样就不需要再额外要求无线网络广播一个默认CAG ID,也不需要在USIM里写入具体的CAG ID或者默认的CAG-ID,对网络规划和USIM写卡流程都没有影响。
也就是说,所述NAS功能向所述AS功能指示允许接入的CAG ID为通配(也可以理解为所有(英文可以表达为All))。
当然,还可以利用上述两种因素确定CAG选择策略,也就是说,确定CAG选择策略时,既考虑USIM中SUPI对应的HPLMN的CAG小区,又考虑CAG小区广播的具体的CAG ID。
基于此,在一实施例中,所述NAS功能向所述移动用户设备的AS功能发送能够选择的PLMN的标识及对应的CAG选择策略,包括:
所述NAS功能向所述AS功能发送第三信息;所述第三信息指示允许接入的CAG小区,即所述第三信息包含允许接入的CAG小区的信息,所述允许接入的CAG小区为与所述能够选择的PLMN关联的CAG小区,所 述允许接入的CAG小区可以为所述AS功能上报的可用的CAG小区中与所述能够选择的PLMN关联的CAG小区,由于NAS功能发送给AS功能的CAG选择策略中允许接入的CAG ID列表里仍然是具体的网络侧实际广播的CAG ID,这样,就不用对NAS功能和AS功能之间的接口进行扩展。
也就是说,所述NAS功能根据所述AS功能报告的可用的PLMN及关联的CAG ID确定出用户的HPLMN关联有哪些CAG-ID,将这些HPLMN的CAG ID作为允许的CAG ID发送给所述AS功能。
本申请实施例提供的移动网络选择方法,支持CAG功能的移动用户设备在自动选择移动网络时,所述移动用户设备的NAS功能根据所述移动用户设备的USIM中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区;在所述移动用户设备收到一个CAG小区的广播消息且允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区时,所述NAS功能能够选择所述CAG小区广播消息中指示的PLMN标识对应的移动网络,通过在USIM中预置一个能够用于判断是否允许终端接入PLMN的CAG小区的信息,在根据该信息判断出允许接入PLMN的CAG小区时,尝试接入指定PLMN的CAG小区,如此,实现了当支持CAG功能的移动用户设备处于NPN服务区域时,在无法从网络侧获得CAG签约数据的前提下,就能够在NPN服务区域接入为这个NPN服务的CAG小区。
下面结合应用实施例对本申请再作进一步详细的描述。
本应用实施例中,在USIM中,预置CAG接入指示,取值可以为“允许(英文可以表达为allowed)”和“不允许(英文可以表达为not allowed)”。这个指示是一个可选的信息。运营商可以根据NPN部署需求选择是否针对NPN用户批量在USIM中写入这个指示,以及确定这个指示的取值。
在本应用实施例中,终端在自动选网时,先检查是否保存有CAG签约数据,如果没有,会进一步检查USIM是否有CAG接入指示。当有CAG接入指示且取值为“允许”时,终端可以尝试接入USIM卡中SUPI对应的HPLMN的CAG小区,但不会尝试其他PLMN的CAG小区。其中,终端在自动选网时,如果保存有CAG签约数据,按照相关技术进行选网。
假设终端没有CAG information list,即没有CAG签约数据。终端里的USIM写入CAG接入指示,且取值为“允许allowed”。
本应用实施例终端选网的步骤包括以下步骤:
步骤1:终端进入自动选网模式,AS功能搜索所有可用网络的小区,读取小区广播信息,并向NAS功能上报所有可用PLMN ID、小区以及关联的CAG ID。
假设报告的内容包括:
PLMN-1/cell-1/CAG ID=1;
PLMN-1/cell-2/CAG ID=2;
PLMN-1/cell-3/CAG ID=3;
PLMN-2/cell-1/CAG ID=1;
PLMN-2/cell-2/CAG ID=空;
PLMN-3/cell-1/CAG ID=7;
PLMN-4/cell-1/CAG ID=11。
其中,空表示没有广播CAG ID,即表示是非CAG小区。
步骤2:NAS功能收到AS功能的报告后,检查没有保存用户的CAG information list,所以去读取USIM中的信息。
步骤3:NAS功能读取到USIM中有CAG-access-indication=allowed,读取HPLMN为PLMN-1。对报告中所有可用小区中归属于HPLMN的CAG小区进行判断,并向AS下发CAG选择策略。
其中,NAS功能向AS功能下发CAG选择策略有两种实现方式:
第一种实现方式:NAS功能向AS功能指示允许接入的CAG ID为通配/ALL,即下发第二信息;策略格式具体可以是选择PLMN-1,CAG ID=ALL;
第二种实现方式:NAS功能根据所述AS功能报告的可用的PLMN及关联的CAG ID,确定出用户的HPLMN关联有哪些CAG-ID,将这些HPLMN的CAG ID作为允许的CAG ID发送给所述AS功能,即下发第三信息。当报告的可用的PLMN有HPLMN,HPLMN ID=PLMN-1,且有3个关联的CAG ID,CAG-ID=1、2、3时,策略格式具体可以是选择PLMN-1,允许的CAG ID=1、2、3。
步骤4:AS功能根据下发的CAG选择策略(也可以称为选择策略),进行小区选择。
具体地,当采用第一种实现方式下发的CAG选择策略时,由于CAG ID为ALL,所以AS在HPLMN的所有CAG小区中进行选择,可以根据其他小区选择原则进行选择,如选择信号最强的CAG小区,即PLMN-1/cell-3/CAG ID=3。
当采用第二种实现方式下发的CAG选择策略时,由于CAG ID=1、2、3的CAG小区都允许接入,所以AS在CAG ID=1、2、3的CAG小区中进行选择,可以根据其他小区选择原则进行选择,如选择信号最强的CAG小区,即PLMN-1/cell-3/CAG ID=3。
从上面的描述可以看出,采用本申请实施例的方案,对于支持CAG功能的终端,当处于NPN服务区域时,无需手动选网,无需在NPN服务区域部署非CAG小区或者将设备搬运至大网CAG小区从网络获取CAG签约数据,就能够实现在NPN服务区域自动接入CAG小区。
为了实现本申请实施例的方法,本申请实施例还提供了一种移动网络选择装置,设置在移动用户设备上,如图2所示,该装置包括:
NAS功能单元201,配置为根据所述移动用户设备的全USIM中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区;以及在所述移动用户设备收到一个CAG小区的广播消息且允许所述移动用户设备接入 PLMN的CAG小区时,能够选择所述CAG小区广播消息中指示的PLMN标识对应的移动网络。
其中,在一实施例中,所述NAS功能单元201,还配置为:
当所述移动用户设备上没有CAG信息时,从所述USIM读取所述信息。
在一实施例中,所述NAS功能单元201,配置为:
所述USIM中有第一信息,所述第一信息与HPLMN标识关联,且所述第一信息指示允许,确定允许所述移动用户设备接入HPLMN的CAG小区。
在一实施例中,所述NAS功能单元201,配置为:
所述USIM中有第一标识,所述第一标识与指定的PLMN标识关联;确定允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区;所述PLMN为指定的PLMN标识对应的PLMN。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,该装置还可以包括:AS功能单元202;其中,
所述NAS功能单元201,还配置为向所述AS功能单元202发送能够选择的PLMN的标识及对应的CAG选择策略;所述CAG选择策略用于供所述AS功能单元202选择CAG小区;
所述AS功能单元202,还配置为接收能够选择的PLMN的标识及对应的CAG选择策略;利用所述CAG选择策略,选择CAG小区。
在一实施例中,所述NAS功能单元201,配置为:
向所述AS功能单元202发送第二信息;所述第二信息指示允许接入所述能够选择的PLMN所有的CAG小区;
所述AS功能单元202,配置为接收所述第二信息;利用所述第二信息选择CAG小区。
在一实施例中,所述NAS功能单元201,配置为:
向所述AS功能发送第三信息;所述第三信息包含允许接入的CAG小区的信息;
所述AS功能单元202,配置为接收所述第三信息;利用所述第三信息选择CAG小区。
实际应用时,所述NAS功能单元201和AS功能单元202可由移动网络选择装置中的处理器实现。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的移动网络选择装置在进行移动网络选择时,仅以上述各程序模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述处理分配由不同的程序模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的程序模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分处理。另外,上述实施例提供的移动网络选择装置与移动网络选择方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
基于上述程序模块的硬件实现,且为了实现本申请实施例的方法,本 申请实施例还提供了一种移动用户设备,如图3所示,该移动用户设备300包括:
通信接口301,能够与网络设备进行信息交互;
处理器302,与所述通信接口301连接,以实现与网络设备进行信息交互,配置为运行计算机程序时,执行上述移动用户设备侧一个或多个技术方案提供的方法。而所述计算机程序存储在存储器303上。
具体地,所述移动用户设备300的NAS功能通过所述处理器302执行:
根据所述移动用户设备的USIM中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区;以及在所述移动用户设备收到一个CAG小区的广播消息且允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区时,所述NAS功能能够选择所述CAG小区广播消息中指示的PLMN标识对应的移动网络。
其中,在一实施例中,所述NAS功能还通过所述处理器302,执行:
当所述移动用户设备上没有CAG信息时,从所述USIM读取所述信息。
在一实施例中,所述NAS功能通过所述处理器302,具体执行:
所述USIM中有第一信息,所述第一信息与HPLMN标识关联,且所述第一信息指示允许,确定允许所述移动用户设备接入HPLMN的CAG小区。
在一实施例中,所述NAS功能通过所述处理器302,具体执行:
所述USIM中有第一标识,所述第一标识与指定的PLMN标识关联;确定允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区;所述PLMN为指定的PLMN标识对应的PLMN。
在一实施例中,所述NAS功能通过所述处理器302,还执行:
向所述移动用户设备300的AS功能发送能够选择的PLMN的标识及对应的CAG选择策略;所述CAG选择策略用于供所述AS功能选择CAG小区。
在一实施例中,所述NAS功能通过所述处理器302,具体执行:
向所述AS功能单元202发送第二信息;所述第二信息指示允许接入所述能够选择的PLMN所有的CAG小区。
在一实施例中,所述NAS功能通过所述处理器302,具体执行:
向所述AS功能发送第三信息;所述第三信息包含允许接入的CAG小区的信息。
需要说明的是:处理器302和通信接口301的具体处理过程可参照上述方法理解。
当然,实际应用时,移动用户设备300中的各个组件通过总线系统304耦合在一起。可理解,总线系统304配置为实现这些组件之间的连接通信。总线系统304除包括数据总线之外,还包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图3中将各种总线都标为总线系统304。
本申请实施例中的存储器303配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持移动用户设备300的操作。这些数据的示例包括:用于在移动用户设备300上操作的任何计算机程序。
上述本申请实施例揭示的方法可以应用于所述处理器302中,或者由所述处理器302实现。所述处理器302可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过所述处理器302中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。上述的所述处理器302可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor),或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。所述处理器302可以实现或者执行本申请实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者任何常规的处理器等。结合本申请实施例所公开的方法的步骤,可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于存储介质中,该存储介质位于存储器303,所述处理器302读取存储器303中的信息,结合其硬件完成前述方法的步骤。
可以理解,本申请实施例的存储器303可以是易失性存储器或者非易失性存储器,也可包括易失性和非易失性存储器两者。其中,非易失性存储器可以是只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、可编程只读存储器(PROM,Programmable Read-Only Memory)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM,Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM,Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory)、磁性随机存取存储器(FRAM,ferromagnetic random access memory)、快闪存储器(Flash Memory)、磁表面存储器、光盘、或只读光盘(CD-ROM,Compact Disc Read-Only Memory);磁表面存储器可以是磁盘存储器或磁带存储器。易失性存储器可以是随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory),其用作外部高速缓存。通过示例性但不是限制性说明,许多形式的RAM可用,例如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM,Static Random Access Memory)、同步静态随机存取存储器(SSRAM,Synchronous Static Random Access Memory)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM,Dynamic Random Access Memory)、同步动态随机存取存储器(SDRAM,Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory)、双倍数据速率同步动态随机存取存储器(DDRSDRAM,Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory)、增强型同步动态随机存取存储器(ESDRAM,Enhanced Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory)、同步连接动态随机存取存储器(SLDRAM,SyncLink Dynamic Random Access Memory)、直接内存总线随机存取存储器(DRRAM,Direct Rambus Random Access Memory)。本申请实施例描述的存储器旨在包括但不限于这些和任意其它适合类型的存储器。
在示例性实施例中,本申请实施例还提供了一种存储介质,即计算机存储介质,具体为计算机可读存储介质,例如包括存储计算机程序的存储器303,上述计算机程序可由移动用户设备300的处理器302执行,以完成前述方法所述步骤。计算机可读存储介质可以是FRAM、ROM、PROM、EPROM、EEPROM、Flash Memory、磁表面存储器、光盘、或CD-ROM等存储器。
需要说明的是:“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
另外,本申请实施例所记载的技术方案之间,在不冲突的情况下,可以任意组合。
以上所述,仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本申请的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种移动网络选择方法,包括:
    支持闭合接入组CAG功能的移动用户设备在自动选择移动网络时,所述移动用户设备的非接入层NAS功能根据所述移动用户设备的全球用户识别模块中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入公共陆地移动网PLMN的CAG小区;
    在所述移动用户设备收到一个CAG小区的广播消息且允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区时,所述NAS功能能够选择所述CAG小区广播消息中指示的PLMN标识对应的移动网络。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当所述移动用户设备上没有CAG信息时,所述NAS功能从所述全球用户识别模块读取所述信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述移动用户设备的全球用户识别模块中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区,包括:
    所述全球用户识别模块中有第一信息,所述第一信息与归属PLMN标识关联,且所述第一信息指示允许,确定允许所述移动用户设备接入归属PLMN的CAG小区。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述移动用户设备的全球用户识别模块中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区,包括:
    所述全球用户识别模块中有第一标识,所述第一标识与指定的PLMN标识关联;确定允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区;所述PLMN为指定的PLMN标识对应的PLMN。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    所述NAS功能向所述移动用户设备的接入层AS功能发送能够选择的PLMN的标识及对应的CAG选择策略;所述CAG选择策略用于供所述AS功能选择CAG小区。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述NAS功能向所述移动用户设备的接入层AS功能发送能够选择的PLMN的标识及对应的CAG选择策略,包括:
    所述NAS功能向所述AS功能发送第二信息;所述第二信息指示允许接入所述能够选择的PLMN所有的CAG小区。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述NAS功能向所述移动用户设备的接入层AS功能发送能够选择的PLMN的标识及对应的CAG选择策略,包括:
    所述NAS功能向所述AS功能发送第三信息;所述第三信息包含允许接入的CAG小区的信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述允许接入的CAG小区为与所述能够选择的PLMN关联的CAG小区。
  9. 一种移动网络选择装置,设置在移动用户设备上,包括:
    NAS功能单元,配置为根据所述移动用户设备的全球用户识别模块中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区;以及在所述移动用户设备收到一个CAG小区的广播消息且允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区时,能够选择所述CAG小区广播消息中指示的PLMN标识对应的移动网络。
  10. 一种移动用户设备,包括:处理器及通信接口;其中,
    所述移动用户设备的NAS功能通过所述处理器执行:
    根据所述移动用户设备的全球用户识别模块中的信息判断是否允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区;以及在所述移动用户设备收到一个CAG小区的广播消息且允许所述移动用户设备接入PLMN的CAG小区时,所述NAS功能能够选择所述CAG小区广播消息中指示的PLMN标识对应的移动网络。
  11. 一种移动用户设备,包括:处理器和配置为存储能够在处理器上运行的计算机程序的存储器,
    其中,所述处理器配置为运行所述计算机程序时,执行权利要求1至8任一项所述方法的步骤。
  12. 一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至8任一项所述方法的步骤。
