Abstract
一种电子膨胀阀和用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法。电子膨胀阀包括:架体(10),架体(10)具有容置腔(20)和安装腔(30);感应磁环(40),感应磁环(40)沿容置腔(20)的高度方向可移动地设置在容置腔(20)内,安装腔(30)至少位于感应磁环(40)所在容置腔(20)的活动区域的周向外侧;霍尔传感器(50)为至少两个,位于安装腔(30)内并绕容置腔(20)的周侧设置,位于同一高度处,感应磁环(40)始终处于霍尔传感器(50)的检测范围内,解决了现有技术中电子膨胀阀存在无法判断转子的转动情况的问题。
Description
本申请涉及一种流量控制设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种电子膨胀阀和用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法。
目前,电子膨胀阀包括电机,电机由控制器控制转动,电机带动转子转动,在电机转动的过程中遇到障碍物时,电机会发生堵转。在电子膨胀阀发生堵转时,如果控制器不能正确检测到堵转并采取相应的措施,电子膨胀阀的工作将出现异常;或者如果控制器误报了电机的堵转信息,也会导致电子膨胀阀的工作异常。而电子膨胀阀的转子具有两个转动方向,转子向第一方向转动时,转子处于上升阶段,转子向第二方向转动时,转子处于下降阶段,控制器无法判断转子的转动情况的问题。
也就是说,现有技术中电子膨胀阀存在无法判断转子的转动情况的问题。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种电子膨胀阀和用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法,以解决现有技术中电子膨胀阀存在无法判断转子的转动情况的问题。
为了实现上述目的,根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种电子膨胀阀,包括:架体,架体具有容置腔和安装腔;感应磁环,感应磁环沿容置腔的高度方向可移动地设置在容置腔内,安装腔至少位于感应磁环所在容置腔的活动区域的周向外侧;霍尔传感器,霍尔传感器为至少两个,至少两个霍尔传感器位于安装腔内并绕容置腔的周侧设置,至少两个霍尔传感器位于同一高度处,感应磁环始终处于霍尔传感器的检测范围内。
在本申请的一个实施例中,相邻两个霍尔传感器的感应部的中心和感应磁环的中心在容置腔的高度方向的投影之间的夹角X、感应磁环的磁极数n之间满足:

其中,夹角X的单位为度;N为整数。
在本申请的一个实施例中,至少两个霍尔传感器与感应磁环之间的距离相同。

在本申请的一个实施例中,感应磁环具有上升位和下降位,感应磁环的周向侧壁包括感应面段,感应面段与容置腔的内侧壁之间的距离在容置腔的高度方向上不变,感应磁环位于下降位时,感应面段的顶部侧向霍尔传感器的投影位于霍尔传感器的感应部内;感应磁环位于上升位时,感应面段的底部侧向霍尔传感器的投影位于霍尔传感器的感应部内。
在本申请的一个实施例中,感应磁环的周向侧壁还包括位于感应面段上方的上部保护面段和位于感应面段下方的下部保护面段,上部保护面段与感应磁环的顶面圆弧过渡,下部保护面段与感应磁环的底面圆弧过渡。
在本申请的一个实施例中,感应面段的高度大于感应磁环在容置腔的高度方向上的运动行程。
在本申请的一个实施例中,电子膨胀阀还包括驱动转子,驱动转子设置在容置腔内,且感应磁环设置在驱动转子靠近安装腔的一侧,驱动转子驱动感应磁环转动,驱动转子与感应磁环的磁极数相同。
在本申请的一个实施例中,霍尔传感器贴合设置在容置腔的外侧壁上。
在本申请的一个实施例中,电子膨胀阀还包括至少两个固定架,霍尔传感器通过固定架贴合在容置腔的外侧壁上,且至少两个固定架与至少两个霍尔传感器一一对应贴合设置,以将霍尔传感器限位在容置腔的外侧壁与固定架之间。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法,电子膨胀阀具有驱动电子膨胀阀的感应磁环转动的驱动转子和至少两个用于监测感应磁环的霍尔传感器,至少两个霍尔传感器绕感应磁环的周侧间隔设置,用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法包括:各霍尔传感器分别同时采集感应磁环的运动情况,以形成运动磁场曲线;将不同的霍尔传感器采集的运动磁场曲线进行比较;根据不同的运动磁场曲线的相位差和/或周期以确定驱动转子的运动情况。
在本申请的一个实施例中,根据不同运动磁场曲线的相位差和/或周期以确定驱动转子的运动情况时,驱动转子的运动情况至少包括驱动转子是否转动、驱动转子处于上升阶段、驱动转子处于下降阶段。

应用本申请的技术方案,电子膨胀阀包括架体、感应磁环和霍尔传感器,架体具有容置腔和安装腔;感应磁环沿容置腔的高度方向可移动地设置在容置腔内,安装腔至少位于感应磁环所在容置腔的活动区域的周向外侧;霍尔传感器为至少两个,至少两个霍尔传感器位于安装腔内并绕容置腔的周侧设置,至少两个霍尔传感器位于同一高度处,感应磁环始终处于霍尔传感器的检测范围内。
通过设置容置腔,使得感应磁环能够沿容置腔的高度方向移动,同时感应磁环还能够在容置腔内进行转动,容置腔的设置可以减少其他结构件对感应磁环运动的干涉,使得感应磁环能够稳定工作。通过设置至少两个霍尔传感器,各霍尔传感器能够采集感应磁环在运动过程中的磁场,并形成运动磁场曲线。通过分析至少两个运动磁场曲线的关系来判断驱动转子的运动情况,进而判断驱动转子是处于上升阶段还是处于下降阶段,还能够判断驱动转子是否转动。解决了现有技术中电子膨胀阀存在无法判断转子的转动情况的问题。

需要指出的是,除非另有指明,本申请使用的所有技术和科学术语具有与本申请所属技术领域的普通技术人员通常理解的相同含义。
在本申请中,在未作相反说明的情况下,使用的方位词如“上、下、顶、底”通常是针对附图所示的方向而言的,或者是针对部件本身在竖直、垂直或重力方向上而言的;同样地,为便于理解和描述,“内、外”是指相对于各部件本身的轮廓的内、外,但上述方位词并不用于限制本申请。
为了解决现有技术中电子膨胀阀存在无法判断转子的转动情况的问题,本申请提供了一种电子膨胀阀和用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法。
如图1至图8所示,电子膨胀阀包括架体10、感应磁环40和霍尔传感器50,架体10具有容置腔20和安装腔30;感应磁环40沿容置腔20的高度方向可移动地设置在容置腔20内,安装腔30至少位于感应磁环40所在容置腔20的活动区域的周向外侧;霍尔传感器50为至少两个,至少两个霍尔传感器50位于安装腔30内并绕容置腔20的周侧设置,至少两个霍尔传感器50位于同一高度处,感应磁环40始终处于霍尔传感器50的检测范围内。
通过设置容置腔20,使得感应磁环40能够沿容置腔20的高度方向移动,同时感应磁环40还能够在容置腔20内进行转动,容置腔20的设置可以减少其他结构件对感应磁环40运动的干涉,使得感应磁环40能够稳定工作。通过设置至少两个霍尔传感器50,各霍尔传感器50能够采集感应磁环40在运动过程中的磁场,并形成运动磁场曲线。通过分析至少两个运动磁场曲线的关系来判断驱动转子60的运动情况,进而判断驱动转子60是处于上升阶段还是处于下降阶段,还能够判断驱动转子60是否转动。解决了现有技术中电子膨胀阀存在无法判断转子的转动情况的问题。
如图1所示,电子膨胀阀还包括驱动转子60,驱动转子60设置在容置腔20内,且感应磁环40设置在驱动转子60靠近安装腔30的一侧,驱动转子60驱动感应磁环40转动,驱动转子60与感应磁环40的磁极数相同。驱动转子60驱动感应磁环40转动,而驱动转子60的磁极数与感应磁环40的磁极数相同,可以避免驱动转子60的磁极对感应磁环40产生的磁场的影响,以保证霍尔传感器50能够稳定工作。
当然,感应磁环40与驱动转子60可以是一体设置的,这样便于驱动转子60与感应磁环40同步转动。
需要说明的是,驱动转子60驱动感应磁环40转动,且驱动转子60与感应磁环40之间是连接在一起的,在驱动转子60转动时会同步带动感应磁环40运动。或者说,驱动转子60转动,则感应磁环40转动;驱动转子60处于上升阶段,则感应磁环40处于上升阶段;驱动转子60处于下降阶段,则感应磁环40处于下降阶段。也就是说,感应磁环40的运动能表明驱动转子60的运动。通过分析多个运动磁场曲线的关系也可以来判断驱动转子60的运动情况,进而判断驱动转子60是处于上升阶段还是处于下降阶段,还能够判断驱动转子60是否转动。需要说明的是,由于驱动转子60在处于上升阶段和处于下降阶段时的转动方向不同,进而使得两个运动磁场曲线的相位差是相反的。在进行设计电子膨胀阀时,需要给哪条曲线在前时是上升阶段还是下降阶段。或者给定两条运动曲线的相位差的正负对应的是上升阶段还是下降阶段等,以用于判断驱动转子60处于上升阶段还是下降阶段。
以两个霍尔传感器50为例,标定一个霍尔传感器50为第一个霍尔传感器,则另一个霍尔传感器50为第二个霍尔传感器,相位差为第一个霍尔传感器的运动磁场曲线减去第二个霍尔传感器的运动磁场曲线。当两条运动磁场曲线的相位差为正,则确定驱动转子60处于上升阶段,当两条运动磁场曲线的相位差为负,则确定驱动转子60处于下降阶段。这样就可以根据两条运动磁场曲线的限位差的正负来判断驱动转子60是处于上升阶段还是下降阶段的。
由于驱动转子60是匀速转动的,所以霍尔传感器50采集到的感应磁环40的运动磁场曲线是规律的,在驱动转子60不再转动或不再匀速转动时,感应磁环40的运动磁场曲线的周期则就发生了改变,通过观察运动磁场曲线的周期来判断电子膨胀阀是否发生了堵转。在设计电子膨胀阀时,预先采集感应磁环40正常运动时的运动磁场曲线的周期。在电子膨胀阀工作的过程中,若运动磁场曲线的周期小于感应磁环40正常运动时的运动磁场曲线的周期,则电子膨胀阀发生堵转。
如图3和图4所示,相邻两个霍尔传感器50的感应部的中心和感应磁环40的中心在容置腔20的高度方向的投影之间的夹角X、感应磁环40的磁极数n之间满足:

其中,夹角X的单位为度;N为整数。
根据感应磁环的磁极数n来确定相邻两个霍尔传感器50之间的夹角,同时也能计算出可以放置多少个霍尔传感器50。这样设置能够准确通过运动磁场曲线来判断感应磁环的运动情况。
需要说明的是,一般情况下说的角度为锐角,所以夹角X的度数大于0度小于等于180度。这样便于计算能够放置多少个霍尔传感器50。
夹角X与磁极数n之间的关系是对勾函数。
具体的,至少两个霍尔传感器50与感应磁环40之间的距离相同。这样设置使得每个霍尔传感器50采集到的感应磁环40的磁场的强度是相同的,而至少两个运动磁场曲线的峰值和周期是相同的,便于通过至少两个运动磁场曲线来判断驱动转子60的运动情况。
如图3和图4所示,相邻两个霍尔传感器50的感应部的中心的距离L、感应磁环40的磁极数n和霍尔传感器50的中心到感应磁环40的中心在容置腔20的高度方向的投影距离r之间满足:

其中,距离L的单位为厘米,投影距离r的单位为厘米。
当然,距离L和投影距离r是长度单位即可。距离L和投影距离r的单位也可以是毫米、米等长度单位。
在感应磁环40的磁极数n确定的情况下,距离L与投影距离r之间是一次函数。相邻两个霍尔传感器50的感应部的中心的距离L与感应磁环40的磁极数n和霍尔传感器50的中心到感应磁环40的中心在容置腔20的高度方向的投影距离r有关,不同的感应磁环40的磁极数n中,设计的相邻的两个霍尔传感器50的感应部的中心的距离L不同。
可选地,感应磁环40具有上升位和下降位,感应磁环40的周向侧壁包括感应面段41,感应面段41与容置腔20的内侧壁之间的距离在容置腔20的高度方向上不变,感应磁环40位于下降位时,感应面段41的顶部侧向霍尔传感器50的投影位于霍尔传感器50的感应部内;感应磁环40位于上升位时,感应面段41的底部侧向霍尔传感器50的投影位于霍尔传感器50的感应部内。感应磁环40的磁极设置在感应面段41上,而将感应面段41与容置腔20的内侧壁之间的距离在容置腔20的高度方向上不变,使得霍尔传感器50采集到的是周期稳定的磁场,便于用于通过运动磁场曲线来判断驱动转子60的运动情况。这样设置使得霍尔传感器50能够始终检测到感应面段41,以保证霍尔传感器50能够实时监测感应磁环40的运动情况。
如图2所示,感应磁环40的周向侧壁还包括位于感应面段41上方的上部保护面段42和位于感应面段41下方的下部保护面段43,上部保护面段42与感应磁环40的顶面圆弧过渡,下部保护面段43与感应磁环40的底面圆弧过渡。上部保护面段42和下部保护面段43的设置,能够对感应面段41形成保护,以避免感应面段41被其他结构撞到,保证了感应面段41工作的稳定性,以产生稳定的磁场。上部保护面段42与感应磁环40的顶面圆弧过渡,下部保护面段43与感应磁环40的底面圆弧过渡,这样设置便于感应磁环40在容置腔20中运动,避免感应磁环40对容置腔20的内侧壁形成剐蹭,保证了感应磁环40工作的稳定性。
具体的,感应面段41的高度大于感应磁环40在容置腔20的高度方向上的运动行程。这样设置使得感应面段41始终处于霍尔传感器50的检测范围内,保证霍尔传感器50能够实时检测到感应面段41。
如图1所示,霍尔传感器50贴合设置在容置腔20的外侧壁上。这样设置便于对霍尔传感器50的安装,便于使得霍尔传感器50与感应磁环40之间的距离相同,以保证霍尔传感器50检测的稳定性。
需要说明的是,容置腔20为圆柱状,感应磁环40为圆饼状。
电子膨胀阀还包括至少两个固定架,霍尔传感器50通过固定架贴合在容置腔20的外侧壁上,且至少两个固定架与至少两个霍尔传感器50一一对应贴合设置,以将霍尔传感器50限位在容置腔20的外侧壁与固定架之间。固定架的设置为霍尔传感器50提供了安装位置,便于霍尔传感器50与容置腔20的外侧壁贴合设置。固定架还对霍尔传感器50形成保护,以避免其他结构件对霍尔传感器50形成碰撞,保证了霍尔传感器50稳定工作。
电子膨胀阀具有驱动电子膨胀阀的感应磁环40转动的驱动转子60和至少两个用于监测感应磁环40的霍尔传感器50,至少两个霍尔传感器50绕感应磁环40的周侧间隔设置,用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法包括:各霍尔传感器50分别同时采集感应磁环40的运动情况,以形成运动磁场曲线;将不同的霍尔传感器采集的运动磁场曲线进行比较;根据不同运动磁场曲线的相位差和/或周期以确定驱动转子60的运动情况。
通过设置至少两个霍尔传感器50,各霍尔传感器50能够采集感应磁环40在运动过程中的磁场,并形成运动磁场曲线。通过分析至少两个运动磁场曲线的关系来判断驱动转子60的运动情况。具体的,根据不同运动磁场曲线的相位差和/或周期以确定驱动转子60的运动情况时,驱动转子60的运动情况至少包括驱动转子60是否转动、驱动转子60处于上升阶段、驱动转子60处于下降阶段。由于驱动转子60在处于上升阶段和处于下降阶段时的转动方向不同,进而使得两个运动磁场曲线的相位差是相反的。所以可以根据相位差来判断驱动转子60是处于上升阶段还是处于下降阶段。由于驱动转子60是匀速转动的,所以霍尔传感器50采集到的感应磁环40的运动磁场曲线是规律的,在驱动转子60不再转动或不再匀速转动时,感应磁环40的运动磁场曲线的周期则就发生了改变,通过观察运动磁场曲线的周期来判断感应磁环是否发生了堵转。
具体的,根据不同运动磁场曲线的相位差和/或周期以确定驱动转子60的运动情况时,根据不同运动磁场曲线的相位差以确定驱动转子60处于上升阶段或下降阶段;根据不同运动磁场曲线的周期以确定驱动转子60是否转动。
需要说明的是,由于驱动转子60在处于上升阶段和处于下降阶段时的转动方向不同,进而使得两个运动磁场曲线的相位差是相反的。在进行设计电子膨胀阀时,需要给哪条曲线在前时是上升阶段还是下降阶段。或者给定两条运动曲线的相位差的正负对应的是上升阶段还是下降阶段等,以用于判断驱动转子60处于上升阶段还是下降阶段。
由于驱动转子60是匀速转动的,所以霍尔传感器50采集到的感应磁环40的运动磁场曲线是规律的,在驱动转子60不再转动或不再匀速转动时,驱动转子60的运动磁场曲线的周期则就发生了改变,通过观察运动磁场曲线的周期来判断感应磁环是否发生了堵转。在设计电子膨胀阀时,预先采集感应磁环40正常运动时的运动磁场曲线的周期。在电子膨胀阀工作的过程中,若运动磁场曲线的周期小于感应磁环40正常运动时的运动磁场曲线的周期,则电子膨胀阀发生堵转。
以两个霍尔传感器50为例,霍尔传感器50为两个,在根据不同运动磁场曲线的相位差和/或周期以确定驱动转子60的运动情况时,若两条运动磁场曲线的相位差为正,则确定驱动 转子60处于上升阶段;若两条运动磁场曲线的相位差为负,则确定驱动转子60处于下降阶段。标定一个霍尔传感器50为第一个霍尔传感器,则另一个霍尔传感器50为第二个霍尔传感器,相位差为第一个霍尔传感器的运动磁场曲线减去第二个霍尔传感器的运动磁场曲线。当两条运动磁场曲线的相位差为正,则确定驱动转子60处于上升阶段,当两条运动磁场曲线的相位差为负,则确定驱动转子60处于下降阶段。这样就可以根据两条运动磁场曲线的限位差的正负来判断驱动转子60是处于上升阶段还是下降阶段的。
如图5、图6所示的具体实施例中,实线为第一个霍尔传感器50的运动磁场曲线,虚线为第二个霍尔传感器50的运动磁场曲线。如图5所示,驱动转子60正向转动时,实线是领先虚线的,相位差为正。如图6所示,驱动转子60反向转动时,虚线是领先实线的,相位差为负。
如图7、图8所示的具体实施例中,霍尔传感器50的运动磁场曲线为方波,实线为第一个霍尔传感器50的运动磁场曲线,虚线为第二个霍尔传感器50的运动磁场曲线。如图7所示,驱动转子60正向转动时,实线是领先虚线的,相位差为正。如图8所示,驱动转子60反向转动时,虚线是领先实线的,相位差为负。
当然,霍尔传感器50的数量也可以是至少两个,可以仅参考两个霍尔传感器50运动磁场曲线的相位差,也可以参考至少两个霍尔传感器50运动磁场曲线的相位差。
如图3和图4所示,相邻两个霍尔传感器50的感应部的中心和感应磁环40的中心在容置腔20的高度方向的投影之间的夹角X、感应磁环40的磁极数n之间满足:
X=N*(360/n)+(360/2/n) 公式(1)
其中,夹角X的单位为度;N为整数。
根据感应磁环的磁极数n来确定相邻两个霍尔传感器50之间的夹角,同时也能计算出可以放置多少个霍尔传感器50。这样设置能够准确通过运动磁场曲线来判断感应磁环的运动情况。
具体的,至少两个霍尔传感器50与感应磁环40之间的距离相同。这样设置使得每个霍尔传感器50采集到的感应磁环40的磁场的强度是相同的,而至少两个运动磁场曲线的峰值和周期是相同的,便于通过至少两个运动磁场曲线来判断驱动转子60的运动情况。
如图3和图4所示,相邻两个霍尔传感器50的感应部的中心的距离L、感应磁环40的磁极数n和霍尔传感器50的中心到感应磁环40的中心在容置腔20的高度方向的投影距离r之间满足:
L=2*r*sin[(2*N+1)*π/(2*n)] 公式(2)
其中,距离L的单位为厘米,投影距离r的单位为厘米。
当然,距离L和投影距离r是长度单位即可。距离L和投影距离r的单位也可以是毫米、米等长度单位。
在感应磁环40的磁极数n确定的情况下,距离L与投影距离r之间是一次函数。
相邻两个霍尔传感器50的感应部的中心的距离L与感应磁环40的磁极数n和霍尔传感器50的中心到感应磁环40的中心在容置腔20的高度方向的投影距离r有关,不同的感应磁环40的磁极数n中,设计的相邻的两个霍尔传感器50的感应部的中心的距离L不同。
电子膨胀阀还包括线圈组件、阀体组件、套筒,线圈组件设置在架体10内且位于驱动转子60外侧,阀体组件包括阀座和阀针,阀针随驱动转子60运动开闭阀座上的阀口,套筒设置在容置腔20内且与阀体组件固定连接,套筒具有空腔,驱动转子60在套筒内运动。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (16)
- 一种电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,包括:架体(10),所述架体(10)具有容置腔(20)和安装腔(30);感应磁环(40),所述感应磁环(40)沿所述容置腔(20)的高度方向可移动地设置在所述容置腔(20)内,所述安装腔(30)至少位于所述感应磁环(40)所在所述容置腔(20)的活动区域的周向外侧;霍尔传感器(50),所述霍尔传感器(50)为至少两个,至少两个所述霍尔传感器(50)位于所述安装腔(30)内并绕所述容置腔(20)的周侧设置,至少两个所述霍尔传感器(50)位于同一高度处,所述感应磁环(40)始终处于所述霍尔传感器(50)的检测范围内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,相邻两个所述霍尔传感器(50)的感应部的中心和所述感应磁环(40)的中心在所述容置腔(20)的高度方向的投影之间的夹角X、所述感应磁环(40)的磁极数n之间满足:X=N*(360/n)+(360/2/n) 公式(1)其中,夹角X的单位为度;N为整数。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,至少两个所述霍尔传感器(50)与所述感应磁环(40)之间的距离相同。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,相邻两个所述霍尔传感器(50)的感应部的中心的距离L、所述感应磁环(40)的磁极数n和所述霍尔传感器(50)的中心到所述感应磁环(40)的中心在所述容置腔(20)的高度方向的投影距离r之间满足:L=2*r*sin[(2*N+1)*π/(2*n)] 公式(2)。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述感应磁环(40)具有上升位和下降位,所述感应磁环(40)的周向侧壁包括感应面段(41),所述感应面段(41)与所述容置腔(20)的内侧壁之间的距离在所述容置腔(20)的高度方向上不变,所述感应磁环(40)位于下降位时,所述感应面段(41)的顶部侧向所述霍尔传感器(50)的投影位于所述霍尔传感器(50)的感应部内;所述感应磁环(40)位于上升位时,所述感应面段(41)的底部侧向所述霍尔传感器(50)的投影位于所述霍尔传感器(50)的感应部内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述感应磁环(40)的周向侧壁还包括位于所述感应面段(41)上方的上部保护面段(42)和位于所述感应面段(41)下方的下部保护面段(43),所述上部保护面段(42)与所述感应磁环(40)的顶面圆弧过渡,所述下部保护面段(43)与所述感应磁环(40)的底面圆弧过渡。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述感应面段(41)的高度大于所述感应磁环(40)在所述容置腔(20)的高度方向上的运动行程。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述电子膨胀阀还包括驱动转子(60),所述驱动转子(60)设置在所述容置腔(20)内,且所述感应磁环(40)设置在所述驱动转子(60)靠近所述安装腔(30)的一侧,所述驱动转子(60)驱动所述感应磁环(40)转动,所述驱动转子(60)与所述感应磁环(40)的磁极数相同。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述霍尔传感器(50)贴合设置在所述容置腔(20)的外侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子膨胀阀,其特征在于,所述电子膨胀阀还包括至少两个固定架,所述霍尔传感器(50)通过所述固定架贴合在所述容置腔(20)的外侧壁上,且至少两个所述固定架与至少两个所述霍尔传感器(50)一一对应贴合设置,以将所述霍尔传感器(50)限位在所述容置腔(20)的外侧壁与所述固定架之间。
- 一种用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法,其特征在于,所述电子膨胀阀具有驱动所述电子膨胀阀的感应磁环(40)转动的驱动转子(60)和至少两个用于监测所述感应磁环(40)的霍尔传感器(50),至少两个所述霍尔传感器(50)绕所述感应磁环(40)的周侧间隔设置,所述用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法包括:各所述霍尔传感器(50)分别同时采集所述感应磁环(40)的运动情况,以形成运动磁场曲线;将不同的所述霍尔传感器(50)采集的所述运动磁场曲线进行比较;根据不同的所述运动磁场曲线的相位差以确定所述驱动转子(60)的运动情况;或者根据不同的所述运动磁场曲线的相位差周期以确定所述驱动转子(60)的运动情况;或者根据不同的所述运动磁场曲线的相位差和周期以确定所述驱动转子(60)的运动情况。
- 根据权利要求11所述的用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法,其特征在于,根据不同所述运动磁场曲线的相位差以确定所述驱动转子(60)的运动情况时,所述驱动转子(60)的运动情况至少包括驱动转子(60)是否转动、所述驱动转子(60)处于上升阶段、所述驱动转子(60)处于下降阶段;或者根据不同所述运动磁场曲线的周期以确定所述驱动转子(60)的运动情况时,所述驱动转子(60)的运动情况至少包括驱动转子(60)是否转动、所述驱动转子(60)处于上升阶段、所述驱动转子(60)处于下降阶段;或者根据不同所述运动磁场曲线的相位差和周期以确定所述驱动转子(60)的运动情况时,所述驱动转子(60)的运动情况至少包括驱动转子(60)是否转动、所述驱动转子 (60)处于上升阶段、所述驱动转子(60)处于下降阶段。
- 根据权利要求12所述的用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法,其特征在于,根据不同所述运动磁场曲线的相位差和周期以确定所述驱动转子(60)的运动情况时,根据不同所述运动磁场曲线的相位差以确定所述驱动转子(60)处于上升阶段或下降阶段;根据不同所述运动磁场曲线的周期以确定所述驱动转子(60)是否转动。
- 根据权利要求13所述的用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法,其特征在于,所述电子膨胀阀具有容置腔(20)和安装腔(30),所述感应磁环(40)沿所述容置腔(20)的高度方向可移动地设置在所述容置腔(20)内,所述安装腔(30)至少位于所述感应磁环(40)所在所述容置腔(20)的活动区域的周向外侧;至少两个所述霍尔传感器(50)位于所述安装腔(30)内并绕所述容置腔(20)的周侧设置,相邻两个所述霍尔传感器(50)的感应部的中心和所述感应磁环(40)的中心在所述容置腔(20)的高度方向的投影之间的夹角X、所述感应磁环(40)的磁极数n之间满足:X=N*(360/n)+(360/2/n) 公式(1)其中,夹角X的单位为度;N为整数。
- 根据权利要求14所述的用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法,其特征在于,至少两个所述霍尔传感器(50)与所述感应磁环(40)之间的距离相同。
- 根据权利要求15所述的用于电子膨胀阀的监测方法,其特征在于,相邻两个所述霍尔传感器(50)的感应部的中心的距离L、所述感应磁环(40)的磁极数n和所述霍尔传感器(50)的中心到所述感应磁环(40)的中心在所述容置腔(20)的高度方向的投影距离r之间满足:L=2*r*sin[(2*N+1)*π/(2*n)] 公式(2)。
