Claims (15)
- 파우치 필름이 배치되는 다이가 구비된 다이 조립체;상기 다이에 배치된 파우치 필름의 양쪽을 각각 가압하여 고정하는 스트리퍼 조립체; 및상기 다이에 배치된 파우치 필름에 전극조립체 수용부를 성형하는 펀치가 구비된 펀치 조립체를 포함하며,상기 스트리퍼 조립체는, 상기 펀치 조립체 하부에 구비되고 상기 다이에 배치된 파우치 필름을 가압하여 고정하는 스트리퍼; 상기 펀치 조립체의 상부에 구비되고 상기 스트리퍼가 상기 파우치 필름을 가압하게 힘을 제공하는 스트리퍼 구동편, 및 상기 스트리퍼 구동편과 상기 스트리퍼를 힘이 전달되게 연결하는 연결부를 포함하고,상기 연결부는, 상기 스트리퍼에 결합되는 둘 이상의 연결봉; 상기 스트리퍼 구동편에 결합되는 연결바; 및 둘 이상의 연결봉 중 적어도 하나 이상의 연결봉과 상기 연결바를 힘이 전달 가능하게 연결하는 연결편을 포함하는 파우치 성형장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 연결편은, 상기 연결봉과 상기 연결바 사이에 배치되면서 상기 연결봉과 상기 연결바를 힘이 전달 가능하게 연결하게 마련되는 파우치 성형장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 연결부는, 둘 이상의 연결봉 중 어느 하나 이상의 연결봉과 상기 연결바 사이에는 연결편을 배치하고, 나머지의 연결봉과 상기 연결바 사이에는 연결편을 제거하여 상기 스트리퍼 구동편을 통해 상기 스트리퍼에 전달되는 힘의 위치를 조절하는 파우치 성형장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,둘 이상의 연결봉은, 상기 스트리퍼의 테두리를 따라 배치된 상태로 상기 스트리퍼에 결합되는 파우치 성형장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 연결바에는 둘 이상의 연결봉이 각각 삽입되는 2개 이상의 삽입홈이 형성되고,상기 삽입홈의 바닥면과 상기 연결봉 사이에는 연결바에 전달된 힘이 연결봉에 전달되지 않게 빈공간이 형성되며,상기 연결편은 상기 빈공간에 배치되면서 상기 연결봉과 상기 연결바를 힘 전달 가능하게 연결하는 파우치 성형장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 연결봉은 적어도 5개 이상으로 마련되고,상기 연결바에는 5개 이상의 연결봉이 삽입되게 5개 이상의 삽입홈이 형성되며,상기 연결편은, 적어도 연속되는 3개 이상의 연결봉과 연결바의 삽입홈 사이에 배치되게 마련되는 파우치 성형장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 삽입홈, 상기 연결봉 및 상기 연결편은 연결바 상면에서 보았을 때 동일한 수직선상에 위치하고, 원형의 형태를 가지는 파우치 성형장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 연결편에는, 관통구멍이 형성되어 있는 파우치 성형장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 연결편은, 상기 연결봉에 끼워져 결합되게 마련되는 파우치 성형장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 연결편은, 상기 연결봉 또는 상기 연결바와 동일한 강도를 가진 재질로 마련되는 파우치 성형장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 연결편은 복수개의 연결블록이 다단으로 적층되는 구조를 가지며,상기 연결편은 상기 연결블록의 적층 개수에 따라 두께가 조절되는 파우치 성형장치.
- (a)다이 조립체의 다이에 파우치 필름을 배치하는 단계;(b) 스트리퍼, 스트리퍼 구동편 및 상기 스트리퍼와 상기 스트리퍼 구동편을 힘 전달 가능하게 연결하는 연결부를 포함하는 스트리퍼 조립체를 통해 다이에 배치된 파우치 필름을 가압하여 고정하는 단계; 및(c) 펀치 조립체의 펀치를 통해 다이에 배치된 파우치 필름을 성형하여 전극조립체 수용부가 형성된 파우치 필름을 제조하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 (b) 단계에서 상기 연결부는 둘 이상의 연결봉, 연결바 및 연결편을 포함하되, 상기 연결부는, 상기 스트리퍼에 둘 이상의 연결봉이 결합되어 있고, 상기 스트리퍼 구동편에 연결바가 결합되어 있으며, 둘 이상의 연결봉 중 적어도 하나 이상의 연결봉과 상기 연결바가 연결편에 의해 연결되면서 상기 스트리퍼와 상기 스트리퍼 구동편을 힘 전달 가능하게 연결하는 파우치 성형방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계에서 연결편은 상기 연결봉과 상기 연결바 사이에 배치되면서 상기 연결봉과 상기 연결바를 힘이 전달 가능하게 연결하는 파우치 성형방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계에서 연결부는, 2개 이상의 연결봉 중 어느 하나 이상의 연결봉과 상기 연결바 사이에는 연결편을 배치하고, 나머지의 연결봉과 상기 연결바 사이에는 연결편을 제거하여 상기 스트리퍼 구동편을 통해 상기 스트리퍼에 전달되는 힘의 위치를 조절하는 파우치 성형방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 (b) 단계에서 상기 연결봉은 적어도 5개 이상으로 마련되어 있고, 상기 연결바는 5개 이상의 연결봉이 삽입되게 5개 이상의 삽입홈이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 연결편은, 적어도 연속되는 3개 이상의 연결봉과 연결바의 삽입홈 사이에 배치되면서 상기 스트리퍼에 전달되는 힘의 위치를 조절하는 파우치 성형방법.
