随着人们生活水平的提高,照明装置所扮演的角色绝不仅仅只在于照明,人们往往要求照明装置在具备照明这一基本功能的同时,还应兼具一定的装饰效果,为用户带来美的体验。
对于设于屋顶的照明系统,该照明系统包括磁吸导轨组件和照明装置,照明装置通过磁吸导轨组件安装在天花或墙壁上。在安装照明系统的过程中,不仅需要将照明系统较牢靠地固定在屋顶上,同时,还需要考虑照明系统具体的安装位置,以使整个照明系统所带来的外观感较好。但是,现有技术中,磁吸导轨组件通常需要较多的部件进行装配,且安装方式较复杂,进而使得照明装置不方便安装。具体地来说,磁吸导轨组件一般由导轨、塑胶型材、电极、铁件、转接件以及端盖等组成。在安装的过程中,先将导轨和塑胶型材组装后,再将二者通过螺丝将导轨和塑胶型材固定在天花板上,最后再将其他部件与导轨和塑胶型材组装形成一磁吸导轨组件。
对于整个照明系统来说,由于导轨结构笨重、边框宽等缺点容易导致安装后的照明系统外观不简洁,整体性效果不佳。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于,提供一种磁吸导轨组件及照明系统,以解决现有导轨结构笨重、边框宽,安装繁琐的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种磁吸导轨组件,包括:一条形轨道,具有一导槽;一绝缘件,为一体式结构,具有连接部和连接于所述连接部的装载部;所述连接部可卡接在所述导槽内,所述装载部位于条形轨道外部,且其两侧均具有一条形卡槽,所述装载部远离所述连接部的一侧具有一收容槽;一对条形电极,每一条形电极对应插接于绝缘件的装载部的一个所述条形卡槽中;以及至少一磁性器件,设置在所述收容槽内。
进一步地,所述条形卡槽连接至所述收容槽且位于远离所述连接部的一侧。
进一步地,所述条形轨道包括:一底板;以及两个相对设置的侧板,所述侧板垂直设置在所述底板的两侧边,所述底板和所述侧板围成所述导槽;所述侧板相对设置的两面具有第一卡接结构;所述连接部具有相对设置的两个板状体,每一板状体的外侧面具有与第一卡接结构相适配的第二卡接结构;当所述连接部安装于所述导槽内时,所述第一卡接结构与所述 第二卡接结构相互配合。
进一步地,当所述连接部通过卡接方式安装于所述导槽内时,所述第一卡接结构与所述第二卡接结构相互卡接且过盈配合,或当所述连接部安装于所述导槽内时,所述第一卡接结构与所述第二卡接结构相互卡接,且至少一螺母或螺栓从所述侧板的外侧壁连接至所述连接部。
进一步地,所述条形轨道还包括两条加强筋,相互平行地设置在所述导槽中,每一加强筋和与其距离最近的一所述侧板之间形成一限位槽,当所述连接部卡接于所述导槽内时,所述板状体位于所述限位槽内。
进一步地,所述条形轨道还包括两个或以上的开孔,均匀等距分布,所述开孔从所述底板延伸至所述加强筋,且用以将所述加强筋分隔若干段。
进一步地,每一板状体上设有若干开槽,所述开槽用以将所述板状体分隔为若干段。
进一步地,所述条形轨道的宽度小于9mm。
进一步地,所述磁性器件所用的材料为含铁的薄板结构;当所述磁性器件具有两个或以上时,均匀等距地分布在所述收容槽内。
为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种照明系统,包括前文所述的磁吸导轨组件。
进一步地,所述照明系统还包括:照明装置,设于所述磁吸导轨组件的下方;配接部,用以装载所述磁吸导轨组件和所述照明装置,且所述磁吸导轨组件磁性连接至所述照明装置。
进一步地,所述配接部包括:两个相对设置的板体;以及连接板,用以连接固定两个所述板体;所述连接板与所述板体的上部围成一第一安装槽;所述连接板与所述板体的下部围成一第二安装槽;所述磁吸导轨组件设置于所述第一安装槽内;所述照明装置设置于所述第二安装槽内。
进一步地,所述照明装置还包括:两个相对设置的第一固定板,设于所述第一安装槽,且位于所述板体的上部,所述第一固定板用以分隔所述第一安装槽形成第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽,或两个相对设置的第二固定板,设于所述第二安装槽内,且位于所述板体的下部,所述第二固定板用以分隔所述第二安装槽形成第三容纳槽和第四容纳槽。
进一步地,所述磁吸导轨组件设于所述第一容纳槽内;至少一磁铁,设于所述第二容纳槽内,所述磁铁与所述磁性器件相互吸附。
进一步地,所述照明装置还包括:灯板,设于所述第三容纳槽内,所述磁吸导轨组件中的所述磁性器件吸附所述灯板;光学元件,设于所述第四容纳槽内。
本申请的技术效果在于,本申请提供一种磁吸导轨组件及照明系统,磁吸导轨组件采用铝型材作为条形轨道,该条形轨道的宽度较小,两个条形电极内置于绝缘件中,因此,在安装磁吸导轨组件的过程中,产品组装简单、包装简单、运输方便,很大程度减少包材用量,不需要耗费大量的人力、物力,有利于节省空间。另外,该磁吸导轨组件在运输的过程中,可以避免磁吸导轨组件的因碰撞而受损,从而节约成本,特别是减小运输过程中的损坏。
进一步地,所述照明系统包括该磁吸导轨组件,由于磁吸导轨组件的结构较小,且重量较轻、强度可靠、安装简易。因此,当磁吸导轨组件与所述照明灯具安装在一起时,可以使得照明装置的整体结构较小,且具有强度可靠、质量轻、外观简洁、拆装方便、节约成本等优点。
下面结合附图,通过对本申请的具体实施方式详细描述,将使本申请的技术方案及其它有益效果显而易见。

本实施例提供一种照明系统1000,其包括磁吸导轨组件100、照明装置200以及配接部300,其中,所述配接部300用以装载所述磁吸导轨组件100和所述照明装置200,且所述磁吸导轨组件100磁性连接至所述照明装置200。
如图2-3所示,图2本申请实施例提供的磁吸导轨组件的结构示意图;图3为本申请实施例提供的条形轨道的结构示意图。
结合图1所示,本实施例还提供一种磁吸导轨组件100,其包括条形轨道10、绝缘件20、一对条形电极30、磁性器件40。
所述条形轨道10包括底板102和侧板103。两个相对设置的侧板103,所述侧板103垂直固定在所述底板102的两侧边,所述底板102和所述侧板103围成一导槽101。
所述侧板103相对设置的两面具有第一卡接结构104。所述第一卡接结构104包括条形的第一凸条104a和条形的第一凹槽104b,所述第一凹槽104b设置于相邻的两条第一凸条104a之间,或者所述第一凹槽104b设置于所述第一凸条104a与所述底板102之间。
所述条形轨道还包括两条加强筋105,相互平行地设置在所述导槽101中,每一加强筋105和与其距离最近的一所述侧板103之间形成一限位槽106。
所述条形轨道10还包括两个或以上的开孔107,均匀等距分布,所述开孔107从所述底板102延伸至所述加强筋105,且用以将所述加强筋105分隔若干段。这样设置,可以方便工作人员将所述条形轨道10放置于墙壁、天花板等其他的安装位置后,然后在所述开孔107安装螺钉或螺栓等使其固定在安装位置。所述开孔107将加强筋105分隔若干段,使得在安装时,能够避免螺钉或螺栓的部位发生形变时,减少对所述条形轨道10其他部位的影响,防止所述条形轨道10其他部位也发生形变,有利于保持所述条形轨道10的笔直状态。
需要说明的是,在现有技术中,为了便于在导轨上打孔,且将其固定于墙壁或者天花板 上等其他安装位置,因此条形轨道的宽度在20mm以上。在本实施例中,所述条形轨道10的材质铝型材,其可以将宽度做到小于9mm。所述条形轨道10的优选宽度为7mm、7.5mm、8mm、8.5mm、9mm,在这些数值范围内,所述条形轨道10宽度做到极致窄,产品强度可靠,重量轻,整体拆装方便,节约包装空间。
如图4所示,图4为本申请实施例提供的绝缘件的结构示意图。
所述绝缘件20其为一体式结构,具有连接部201和连接于所述连接部201的装载部202。所述绝缘件20所用材料为塑胶材料、橡胶材料,优选为弹性的塑胶材料或者橡胶材料。所述橡胶材料采用EPDM,所述EPDM为三元乙丙橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶有优越的耐氧化、抗臭氧和抗腐蚀的能力。
如图1-图5所示,图5为本申请实施例提供的照明系统的部分拆解图。
所述绝缘件20的所述连接部201可卡接在所述导槽101内,所述装载部202位于所述条形轨道10外部,且其两侧均具有一条形卡槽203,所述装载部202远离所述连接部201的一侧具有一收容槽204。其中,所述条形卡槽203连接至所述收容槽204且位于远离所述连接部201的一侧。
所述连接部201具有相对设置的两个板状体201a、201b,每一板状体201a、201b上设有若干开槽2011,所述开槽2011用以将所述板状体201a、201b分隔为若干段。
每一板状体201a、201b的外侧面具有可以与第一卡接结构104相适配的第二卡接结构205。所述第二卡接结构205包括条形的第二凸条205a和条形的第二凹槽205b。
所述第一卡接结构104和所述第二卡接结构205均为齿状结构、波浪状结构中的一种,只要可以使得所述第一卡接结构104和所述第二卡接结构205相互牢固卡接即可,在此不做特别的限定。
当所述连接部201安装于所述导槽101内时,所述第一卡接结构104与所述第二卡接结构205相互配合。具体的,当所述连接部201安装于所述导槽101内时,所述第一卡接结构104与所述第二卡接结构205相互卡接,且至少一螺母或螺栓(图未示)从所述侧板103的外侧壁连接至所述连接部201。或者,当所述连接部201可以通过卡接方式装于所述导槽101内时,所述第一卡接结构104与所述第二卡接结构205相互卡接且过盈配合。
每一条形电极30对应插接于一个所述条形卡槽203中。这一对条形电极30的极性可以根据用户需求而定,比如,所述条形电极的横截面可以是圆形、也可以是梯形、也可以是“┠”形等等,只要能够保证条形电极30能够稳定地被插接在条形卡槽203中即可,在此不一一赘述。
至少一磁性器件40设置在所述收容槽204内。所述磁性器件40所用的材料为含铁的薄板结构,当所述磁性器件40具有两个或以上时,均匀等距地分布在所述收容槽204内。当然,所述磁性器件40也可以为一体式结构设置于所述收容槽204内。
所述配接部300包括板体2001以及连接板2002。其中,两个板体2001相对设置,连 接板2002用以连接固定两个所述板体2001。
所述连接板2002与所述板体2001的上部围成一第一安装槽210。所述第一安装槽210包括第一容纳槽210a、第二容纳槽210b以及第一固定板21。两个相对设置的第一固定板21设于所述第一安装槽210内,且垂直连接至所述板体2001的上部,用以分隔所述第一安装槽210形成所述第一容纳槽210a和所述第二容纳槽210b,所述第一容纳槽210a连通至所述第二容纳槽210b。其中,所述第一固定板21与所述板体2001围成所述第一容纳槽210a;所述第一固定板21与所述板体2001、所述连接板2002围成所述第二容纳槽210b。
所述连接板2002与所述板体2001的下部围成一第二安装槽220。所述第二安装槽220包括第三容纳槽220a、第四容纳槽220b、第二固定板22以及第三固定板23。两个相对设置的第二固定板22设于所述第二安装槽220内,且垂直连接至所述板体2001的下部,用以分隔所述第二安装槽220形成所述第三容纳槽220a和第四容纳槽220b,所述第三容纳槽220a连通至所述第四容纳槽220b。其中,所述连接板2002与所述板体2001、所述第二固定板22围成所述第三容纳槽220a;所述第二固定板22与所述板体2001、所述第三固定板23围成所述第四容纳槽220b。
在本实施例中,所述磁吸导轨组件100设置于所述第一安装槽210内;所述照明装置200设置于所述第二安装槽220内。
所述照明装置200包括配接部磁铁50、灯板60、光学元件70、弹片80以及盖板90。
至少一所述磁铁50设置于所述第一安装槽210内。具体的,所述磁铁50安装于第二容纳槽210b内,且设置在所述装载部202远离所述连接部201的一侧,所述磁铁50与所述磁性器件40相互吸附。所述磁铁50的数量与所述磁性器件40相同或不同,所述磁铁50等距地分布在所述收容槽204外。
所述灯板60安装于所述第三容纳槽220a内,所述灯板60的表面具有多个阵列排布的用以发光的灯珠。所述灯板60通过所述磁铁50与所述磁吸导轨组件100中的所述磁性器件40实现吸附功能。
所述光学元件70设置于所述灯板60的下方,位于所述第四容纳槽220b内,且与所述灯板60相对设置。当所述灯板60发光时,光线从所述第三容纳槽220a与所述第四容纳槽220b的连通口照射至所述光学元件70上,以使所述光学元件70对光线进一步扩散,从而使得光线的传播范围以及传播效果较佳,以提高用户体验。该光学元件70可以为导光板、反射器等光学器件,在此不一一赘述。
所述弹片80设于所述配接部内,其一端连接至所述条形电极30,其另一端连接至所述灯板60,当所述磁吸导轨组件100与所述照明装置200相互磁吸吸附时,所述条形电极30和所述灯板60实现电连接,所述照明系统1000处于工作状态。
所述盖板90盖合至整个所述照明装置200的边侧,即将所述磁吸导轨组件100和所述照明装置200的端部密封起来,进而使得所述照明系统1000显得更加整洁、美观,提高用 户体验。
下面将对所述照明系统1000的安装操作进行详细的说明:
第一,用螺丝或者螺栓所述条形轨道10安装于墙壁、天花板等安装位置上。
第二,将所述条形电极30、所述磁性器件40等部件安装于所述绝缘件20上。
具体的来讲,将所述条形电极30插入与其相匹配的所述条形卡槽203内,所述磁性器件40容置于所述收容槽204内。
第三,将所述绝缘件20嵌入至所述条形轨道10的所述导槽101内。在嵌入的过程中,当所述连接部201卡接于所述导槽101内时,所述第一卡接结构104与所述第二卡接结构205相互卡接且过盈配合,所述板状体201a、201b位于所述限位槽106内。
具体地来讲,当所述连接部201卡接于所述导槽101内时,所述第一凸条104a嵌入至所述第二凹槽205b内,所述第二凸条205a嵌入至所述第一凹槽104b内,从而使得所述条形轨道10和所述绝缘件20方便安装和取下,不但节省工作时间,而且能提供稳定的保护。
当所述连接部卡接于所述导槽101内时,所述板状体201a、201b位于所述限位槽106内,在卡接的过程中,所述开槽2011既便于将板状体201a、201b嵌入至所述导槽101中,且又不会碰触到固定在开孔107处的螺钉或螺栓,有利于提高所述第一卡接结构104与所述第二卡接结构205卡合的牢固性。
第四,将所述灯板60、所述光学元件70安装于所述照明装置200内。
具体的来讲,所述灯板60设于所述第三容纳槽220a内,所述光学元件70安装于所述第四容纳槽220b内,且被所述第三固定板23固定。其中,所述灯板60与光学元件70相对设置,灯板60发出的光透过所述光学元件70散发出去。
第五,将所述照明装置200卡合至所述磁吸导轨组件100,使得所述磁吸导轨组件100设置于所述第一安装槽210内,且所述磁吸导轨组件100中的所述磁铁50吸附所述灯板60,即采用磁吸快接的方式将所述灯板60牢牢地固定于墙壁、天花板等其他安装位置。
具体的来讲,所述条形轨道10和所述绝缘件20的所述连接部201设于所述第一容纳槽210a,所述绝缘件20的所述装载部202、所述条形电极30、所述磁性器件40、所述磁铁50等部件设于所述第二容纳槽210b。其中,所述条形电极30通过一弹片80连接至所述灯板60。在所述第二凹槽205b还设有一驱动装置(图未示),该驱动装置用以控制所述灯板60上的灯的亮灭。
需要说明的是,本实施例提供一种照明系统1000,其还包括转接件,如二通转接件、三通转接件等,其中该转接件用以延长所述磁吸导轨组件100,以使得磁吸导轨组件100可以适用于任何不同空间布局的环境。当然,所述照明系统1000还可以包括其他部件,在此不一一赘述。
本实施例提供一种磁吸导轨组件100,其采用铝型材作为所述条形轨道10,该条形轨道10的宽度较小,两个条形电极30内置于绝缘件20中,因此,在安装磁吸导轨组件的过程 中,产品组装简单、包装简单、运输方便,很大程度减少包材用量,不需要耗费大量的人力、物力,有利于节省空间。另外,该磁吸导轨组件在运输的过程中,可以避免磁吸导轨组件的因碰撞而受损,从而节约成本,特别是减小运输过程中的损坏。
本实施例提供一种照明系统,包括本申请的磁吸导轨组件,由于磁吸导轨组件的结构较小,且重量较轻、强度可靠、安装简易。因此,当磁吸导轨组件与所述照明装置安装在一起时,可以使得照明系统的整体结构较小,且具有强度可靠、质量轻、外观简洁、拆装方便、节约成本等优点。
以上对本申请实施例所提供的一种磁吸导轨组件及照明系统进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的技术方案及其核心思想;本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例的技术方案的范围。
Claims (15)
- 一种磁吸导轨组件,其中,包括:一条形轨道,具有一导槽;一绝缘件,为一体式结构,具有连接部和连接于所述连接部的装载部;所述连接部可卡接在所述导槽内,所述装载部位于条形轨道外部,且其两侧均具有一条形卡槽,所述装载部远离所述连接部的一侧具有一收容槽;一对条形电极,每一条形电极对应插接于绝缘件的装载部的一个所述条形卡槽中;以及至少一磁性器件,设置在所述收容槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸导轨组件,其中,所述条形卡槽连接至所述收容槽且位于远离所述连接部的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸导轨组件,其中,所述条形轨道包括一底板;以及两个相对设置的侧板,所述侧板垂直设置在所述底板的两侧边,所述底板和所述侧板围成所述导槽;所述侧板相对设置的两面具有第一卡接结构;所述连接部具有相对设置的两个板状体,每一板状体的外侧面具有与第一卡接结构相适配的第二卡接结构;当所述连接部安装于所述导槽内时,所述第一卡接结构与所述第二卡接结构相互配合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的磁吸导轨组件,其中,当所述连接部通过卡接方式安装于所述导槽内时,所述第一卡接结构与所述第二卡接结构相互卡接且过盈配合,或当所述连接部安装于所述导槽内时,所述第一卡接结构与所述第二卡接结构相互卡接,且至少一螺母或螺栓从所述侧板的外侧壁连接至所述连接部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的磁吸导轨组件,其中,所述条形轨道还包括两条加强筋,相互平行地设置在所述导槽中,每一加强筋和与其距离最近的一所述侧板之间形成一限位槽,当所述连接部卡接于所述导槽内时,所述板状体位于所述限位槽内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的磁吸导轨组件,其中,所述条形轨道还包括两个或以上的开孔,均匀等距分布,所述开孔从所述底板延伸至所述加强筋,且用以将所述加强筋分隔若干段。
- 根据权利要求3所述的磁吸导轨组件,其中,每一板状体上设有若干开槽,所述开槽用以将所述板状体分隔为若干段。
- 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸导轨组件,其中,所述条形轨道的宽度小于9mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸导轨组件,其中,所述磁性器件所用的材料为含铁的薄 板结构;当所述磁性器件具有两个或以上时,均匀等距地分布在所述收容槽内。
- 一种照明系统,其中,包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的磁吸导轨组件。
- 根据权利要求10所述的照明系统,其中,还包括:照明装置,设于所述磁吸导轨组件的下方;配接部,用以装载所述磁吸导轨组件和所述照明装置,且所述磁吸导轨组件磁性连接至所述照明装置。
- 根据权利要求11所述的照明系统,其中,所述配接部包括:两个相对设置的板体;以及连接板,用以连接固定两个所述板体;所述连接板与所述板体的上部围成一第一安装槽;所述连接板与所述板体的下部围成一第二安装槽;所述磁吸导轨组件设置于所述第一安装槽内;所述照明装置设置于所述第二安装槽内。
- 根据权利要求12所述的照明系统,其中,所述照明装置还包括:两个相对设置的第一固定板,设于所述第一安装槽,且位于所述板体的上部,所述第一固定板用以分隔所述第一安装槽形成第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽;或两个相对设置的第二固定板,设于所述第二安装槽内,且位于所述板体的下部,所述第二固定板用以分隔所述第二安装槽形成第三容纳槽和第四容纳槽。
- 根据权利要求13所述的照明系统,其中,所述磁吸导轨组件设于所述第一容纳槽内;至少一磁铁,设于所述第二容纳槽内,所述磁铁与所述磁性器件相互吸附。
- 根据权利要求13所述的照明系统,其中,所述照明装置还包括:灯板,设于所述第三容纳槽内,所述磁吸导轨组件中的所述磁性器件吸附所述灯板;光学元件,设于所述第四容纳槽内。
