Claims (21)
- 외형을 형성하고, 내측으로 대상물이 세척되는 세척공간을 형성하는 케이스;상기 세척공간으로 상기 대상물을 거치하는 거치대;상기 거치대의 상측으로 이격배치되고, 상측으로 세척수를 분사하는 제1워터노즐;상기 제1워터노즐을 기준으로 서로 다른 반경방향에 이격배치되고, 상기 제1워터가 배치되는 내측으로 세척수를 분사하는 복수의 제2워터노즐을 포함하는 세척장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2워터노즐은, 상기 거치대로부터 상측으로 이격배치되는 세척장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1워터노즐은, 상기 제2워터노즐보다 높은 위치에 배치되는 세척장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1워터노즐은, 상측으로 볼록한 반구형상을 가지고, 상기 제1워터노즐에는, 서로 다른 위치에서 서로 다른 방향으로 세척수를 분사하는 복수의 제1분사홀이 형성되는 세척장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 제1분사홀은, 반구형상의 중심에 형성되는 제1-1분사홀과, 상기 제1-1분사홀을 기준으로 서로 다른방향으로 이격배치되는 복수의 제1-2분사홀을 포함하는 세척장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1워터노즐로 세척수를 공급하는 제1워터공급관과,내부에 배치되는 상기 제1워터공급관을 지지하고, 상기 거치대의 상측으로 돌출되게 배치되는 노즐지지대를 포함하고,상기 노즐지지대의 상단에 상기 제1워터노즐이 배치되는 세척장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 거치대는, 테두리를 형성하는 외측그릴과, 상기 외측그릴 내측에서 서로 수직하게 교차되는 내측그릴을 포함하고,상기 거치대의 중앙에는, 상기 노즐지지대가 관통하는 노즐홀이 형성되는 세척장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 노즐지지대로부터 반경방향으로 이격배치되는 환형의 노즐프레임을 포함하고, 상기 노즐프레임의 내주면에는, 상기 복수의 제2워터노즐이 배치되는 세척장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 제2워터노즐은, 상기 노즐프레임이 형성하는 원주방향으로 이격배치되고,상기 복수의 제2워터노즐 각각은, 상기 노즐지지대가 배치되는 방향으로 볼록한 반구형상을 가지는 세척장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제2분사노즐에는, 서로 다른 위치에서 서로 다른 방향으로 세척수를 분사하는 복수의 제2분사홀이 형성되는 세척장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 노즐프레임은, 상기 거치대의 둘레에 배치되고, 상기 제2워터노즐은 상기 노즐지지대가 배치되는 방향으로 세척수를 분사하는 세척장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세척공간 상측에 배치되고, 하측으로 세척수를 분사하는 제3워터노즐을 포함하는 세척장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 제3워터노즐 하측에 회전가능하게 배치되고, 상기 제3워터노즐에서 분사되는 세척수를 반경방향으로 비산시키는 회동부재를 더 포함하는 세척장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 세척공간의 하측에서 중심을 향해 세척수를 분사하는 상기 제2워터노즐과 상기 세척공간의 상측에서 하측방향으로 세척수를 분사하는 상기 제3워터노즐의 배치를 지지하는 노즐프레임을 더 포함하는 세척장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 노즐프레임은:상기 거치대의 상측으로 돌출되게 배치되어 상기 제1워터노즐이 상단에 배치되는 노즐지지대로부터 반경방향으로 이격배치되고, 상기 복수의 제2워터노즐이 배치되는 제1프레임; 및상기 제1프레임의 일측에서 상측으로 연장되고, 상기 제3워터노즐이 배치되는 제2프레임을 포함하는 세척장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 제2워터노즐은, 링형상을 가지는 상기 제1프레임의 내주면에서 동일한 높이로 배치되는 세척장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 제2프레임은, 상기 제1프레임으로부터 상측으로 연장되는 수직프레임과, 상기 수직프레임의 상단에서 밴딩되어 상기 노즐지지대의 상측으로 연장되는 수평프레임을 포함하고,상기 제3워터노즐은, 상기 제1워터노즐의 상측에서 상기 제1워터노즐방향으로 세척수를 분사하도록, 상기 수평프레임의 단부에 배치되는 세척장치.
- 외형을 형성하고, 내측으로 대상물이 세척되는 세척공간을 형성하는 케이스;상기 세척공간으로 상기 대상물을 거치하는 거치대;상기 거치대 상측으로 이격배치되고, 상기 대상물의 내측공간에서 상측으로 세척수를 분사하는 제1워터노즐;상기 거치대 상측으로 이격배치되고, 상기 대상물의 입구단의 외주면으로 세척수를 분사하는 제2워터노즐을 포함하는 세척장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 대상물의 상측에 배치되어, 하측방향으로 세척수를 분사하는 제3워터노즐을 포함하는 세척장치.
- 외형을 형성하고, 내측으로 대상물이 세척되는 세척공간을 형성하는 케이스;상기 세척공간으로 상기 대상물을 거치하는 거치대;상기 거치대의 상측으로 이격배치되고, 상측으로 세척수를 분사하는 제1워터노즐;상기 세척공간 상측에 배치되고, 하측으로 세척수를 분사하는 제3워터노즐을 포함하는 세척장치.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 제3워터노즐 하측에 회전가능하게 배치되고, 상기 제3워터노즐에서 분사되는 세척수를 반경방향으로 비산시키는 회동부재를 더 포함하는 세척장치.
