有益效果:本申请通过对水盒内部的结构进行改进,改变了热蒸汽在水盒内流动的方向,结构内的挡筋(包括分流板和挡流板等)及空间变化降低了汽流的温度,在热蒸汽流向水盒前端之前发生冷凝,凝露析出部分水珠,当汽流到达水盒前端时温度与外界环境温度相差不大,凝露现象得到解决;由于热蒸汽在水盒内部结构流动改变降温并改变了流动方向,水盒内部的零件就不会发生因长期处于高温环境而导致的变形现象,提高了用户体验。

目前洗干机的水盒组件中会流通热蒸汽,当蒸汽无法在水盒中完全液化凝结时会导致面板等外观件处产生凝露,凝露现象严重时,水盒提手扣手处会形成水珠,用户抽拉水盒时就会接触到水珠,抽拉过程中会有水珠滴下。本申请通过对水盒内部设计结构,改变热蒸汽的汽流方向;水盒内部结构设计成汽流通道的变化,热蒸汽从进汽管进入大的空间向上流动,再经过小的通道进入另一个大的空间向下流动,最后从低端向水盒前端流动,整改的布局改变了汽流的流速,让汽流在结构内降温更多;水盒内部结构的大空间里面设计档筋,档筋不仅降低了汽流的速度,还让汽流在结构内凝露更多,从而降低汽流进入水盒前端时的温度。
为进一步阐述本申请中的技术方案,现结合图1-图12,提供了如下具体实施例。
实施例1
在本实施例中提供了一种水盒组件3,该水盒组件3包括:接水斗31和流道板32。该接水斗31具有水槽,且在接水斗31上设有连通水槽内、外侧的进汽部30。该进汽部30位于图5中的B位置处,进汽部30包括:进汽通道,进汽通道沿其延伸方向具有多段变向以将进汽在通道内进行液化,其中:进汽通道第一端连通至水槽的外部,进汽通道第二端连通至水槽内部36。流道板32设置在水槽的上部且与接水斗31可拆卸连接,流道板32与接水斗31配合形成有安装洗涤剂盒2的安装空间。本实施例中的水盒组件3改变了热蒸汽进入水盒内的流动方向,并降低汽流的温度,在洗干机的筒内热蒸汽进入水盒内前就凝露水珠一部分,水盒前端凝露情况得到很好的改善,有效解决面板、提手等外观件的凝露问题。
在本实施例中,接水斗31设有与水槽连通的漏水孔,漏水孔设置在接水斗31的底部且位于远离进汽通道的一端。该相对位置设置漏水孔和进汽部30可以尽量增大热蒸汽和凝露在水盒内部的流动距离,避免由于凝结的水过快流出水盒导致汽流过于通畅,该方式提升了水盒内部的凝露效果。
在一些可选地方式中,进汽部30还包括进汽接口33。进汽接口33设置在接水斗31的侧壁上,进汽接口33的一端与进汽通道第一端连接,另一端用于接入汽管。通过增设凸出于水盒接水斗31外壁的进汽接口33,方便了与洗干机的排汽管道进行连接。
优选地,进汽通道包括依次连通的第一进汽通道、第二进汽通道、第三进汽通道和第四进汽通道,其中第一进汽通道、第二进汽通道、第三进汽通道和第四进汽通道在连通处形成变向点且沿进汽通道走向使所述进汽通道具有大小变化的截面积。如截面积先变大后变小,再变大后变小……即在各端进汽通道依次连通后满足进汽通道的截面积具有有限次数的变化,加速了蒸汽液化。
进一步地,第一进汽通道沿水平方向设置,第一进汽通道的进汽口位于接水斗31的下部且与进汽接口33连通;第二进汽通道沿竖直方向设置,第二进汽通道的进汽口与第一进汽通道的出汽口连通;第三进汽通道沿水平方向设置,第三进汽通道的进汽口与第二进汽通道的 出汽口连通;第四进汽通道沿竖直方向设置,第四进汽通道的进汽口与第三进汽通道的出汽口连通,第四进汽通道的出汽口位于接水斗31的下部且与水槽的内部连通。本实施例通过将进汽通道改为弯曲通道,延长了热蒸汽的流通速度,加速了热蒸汽的液化;解决了洗干一体机烘干过程水盒凝露造成漏水等问题,还避免了水盒内部零件长期受高温导致变形的发生,提高了用户体验。
需要说明的是,该进汽通道可以是多段依次连接形成弯曲延伸的通道,也可是组成多条分支通道通入水盒的内部。其通道段数不做限制,可根据实际设定。
此外,可以将多段通道弯折后在一平面内弯曲延伸,即从附图中进汽部30方向看时,进汽走向为汽流进入进汽接口33后经过第一进汽通道的出汽口进入第二进汽通道,由第二进汽通道改变走向向上流动,再经过第三进汽通道改变向右或左流动,经过第四进汽通道后向下流动,最后从下端的第四进汽通道的出汽口向水槽的靠近漏水孔的一端前端移动。
在一些替代方式中,为降低加工难度,可以将第二进汽通道和/或第三进汽通道和/或第四进汽通道的朝向水槽内的一侧开放设置,即在侧壁上形成蒸汽流动槽道即可。此时,当蒸汽流动至第二进汽通道和第四进汽通道时,由洗涤剂盒2的外壁与蒸汽流动槽道配合形成进汽通道以对进汽进行导向并液化;当蒸汽流动至第三进汽通道时,由流道板32下壁面与第三进汽通道配合形成该段的进汽通道。此种方式不仅降低了加工难度,还结合了接水斗31侧壁的厚度,避免由于接水斗31侧壁过薄无法开设出相应的进汽通道。
可选地,在本实施例中第一进汽通道内设有沿通道走向设置的分流板35,该分流板35可以加强对进汽的液化,还能够分流进汽。进一步的,第一进汽通道的设有出汽口的一端还设有子进汽孔34,子进汽孔34用于将进汽的一部分和/或进汽通道内液化的凝露直接分流进水槽内。需要说明的是,该子进汽孔34也可作为泄流小孔。在洗干机运转过程中,筒内的水会随着内筒转动从排汽孔甩出,接水斗31的排汽孔前面挡筋下方开一个子进汽孔34,及时泄流,防止水残留太多导致溢出水盒外面,造成漏水。优选:在子进汽孔34前面增加挡筋,防止筒内热蒸汽从排汽孔出来后直接吹向子进汽孔34,降低子进汽孔34对凝露的影响。
优选地,水槽的槽底采用V形底,其中进汽接口33的水平高度高于槽底的最低位置。
实施例2
在本实施例中提供了一种洗干机的洗涤剂投放组件,投放组件包括:实施例1中任意一种水盒组件3以及洗涤剂盒2。洗涤剂盒2安装在安装空间内,其中:洗涤剂盒2的底壁与接水斗31的水槽的上表面保持预设间距以形成进汽间隙,进汽间隙用于提供进汽流动空间。
在一些可选地方式中,洗涤剂盒2的底壁上设有挡流板21,挡流板21用于对进汽进行导流并增大与进汽的接触面积以将进汽液化。进一步地,洗涤剂投放组件还包括:面板1。面板1上设有用于安装水盒组件3的安装部,且面板1上设有洗涤剂盒装配口;其中洗涤剂盒2插设在洗涤剂盒装配口内且与水盒组件3滑动连接。需要说明的是,该面板1可以与洗涤剂盒2 和水盒组件3模块化后成为一体的投放模组,也可以为一洗干机的独立部件与投放模组进行后期装配。
具体的,现结合实施例1中的水盒组件3,在本实施例中还提供了洗涤剂投放组件的具体凝露过程。
洗涤剂投放组件包括洗涤剂盒2和水盒组件3。其中洗涤剂盒2包括挡流板21、分配器盒22、提手23、翻板24等;水盒组件3包括接水斗31、流道板32等。洗涤剂盒2和水盒组件3组成了洗干一体机整个投放系统,洗涤剂盒2下挂提手23和翻板24为外观面,提手23、翻板24和面板1共同组成操作系统的外观,直接影响着用户的体验。
洗干一体机在烘干过程中,筒内的热蒸汽经过接水斗31的进汽口进入接水斗31后端结构(设有进汽部的一端),附图中箭头为热蒸汽的流动过程,先向上流动,再向左流动,再向下流动,最后向前端流动,汽流吹向水盒组件前端。
流道板32和接水斗31通过卡扣及卡槽连接,接水斗31的后端结构与流道板32下端面形成密闭的空间,汽流进入进汽口后经过挡板的改变向上流动,再经过流道板32下端的改变向左流动,经过左侧挡筋的阻挡后向下流动,最后从下端的十字孔向水盒组件3前端移动。整个流动过程中,汽流的温度会很大程度上的降低,汽流经过接水斗31后端各处挡筋以及流道板32下端过程中由于温差会发生凝露现象,汽流的含水量会减少很多,当汽流到达水盒组件3前端时,汽流温度及湿度都会下降很多;汽流经过洗涤剂盒2和面板1的装配缝隙到提手23和翻板24表面时,与外界的温差不大,凝露现象很少,用户直观及抽拉过程中都不会接触到凝露水珠,很大程度上改善了洗干一体机烘干过程中的用户体验。
需要说明的是,当挡流板21设置在靠近面板1一侧时,可以防止未液化的蒸汽直吹面板1以致在面板1处液化出水,通过在该处加设挡流板21,使得洗涤剂盒2和操作面板1的装配缝隙明显减小,直接阻止了汽流吹向提手23及翻板24处,避免凝露现象的发生,改善了用户直观体验。
实施例3
本实施例中提供了一种洗干机,洗干机包括实施例1中任一种水盒组件,或实施例2中任一种洗涤剂投放组件。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水盒组件,其特征在于,所述水盒组件(3)包括:
    接水斗(31),所述接水斗(31)具有水槽,且所述接水斗(31)设有连通所述水槽内、外侧的进汽部(30),所述进汽部(30)包括:进汽通道,所述进汽通道沿其延伸方向具有多段变向,所述进汽通道第一端连通至所述水槽的外部,所述进汽通道第二端连通至所述水槽的内部;
    流道板(32),所述流道板(32)设置在所述水槽的上部且与所述接水斗(31)可拆卸连接,所述流道板(32)与所述接水斗(31)配合形成有安装洗涤剂盒(2)的安装空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水盒组件,其特征在于,所述接水斗(31)设有与所述水槽连通的漏水孔,所述漏水孔设置在所述接水斗(31)的底部且位于远离所述进汽通道的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水盒组件,其特征在于,所述进汽部还包括进汽接口(33);
    所述进汽接口(33)设置在所述接水斗侧壁上,所述进汽接口(33)的一端与所述进汽通道第一端连接,另一端用于接入进汽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的水盒组件,其特征在于,所述进汽通道包括依次连通的第一进汽通道、第二进汽通道、第三进汽通道和第四进汽通道;
    所述第一进汽通道、第二进汽通道、第三进汽通道和第四进汽通道在连通处形成变向点且沿所述进汽通道走向使所述进汽通道具有大小变化的截面积。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的水盒组件,其特征在于,所述第一进汽通道内设有沿通道走向设置的分流板(35),用于液化并分流进汽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的水盒组件,其特征在于,所述第一进汽通道的设有出汽口的一端还设有子进汽孔(34),所述子进汽孔(34)用于将进汽的一部分和/或进汽通道内液化的凝露直接分流进所述水槽内。
  7. 一种洗干机的洗涤剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放组件包括:权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的水盒组件以及洗涤剂盒(2);
    所述洗涤剂盒(2)安装在所述安装空间内,其中:所述洗涤剂盒(2)的底壁与所述接水斗的水槽的上表面保持预设间距以形成进汽间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗干机的洗涤剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒(2)的底壁上设有挡流板(21),所述挡流板用于对进汽进行导流并增大与所述进汽的接触面积。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的洗干机的洗涤剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂投放组件还包括:面板(1),
    所述面板(1)上设有用于安装所述水盒组件的安装部,且所述面板(1)上设有洗 涤剂盒装配口;其中所述洗涤剂盒(2)插设在所述洗涤剂盒装配口内且与所述水盒组件滑动连接。
  10. 一种洗干机,其特征在于,所述洗干机包括权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的水盒组件,或权利要求7-9中任意一项所述的洗涤剂投放组件。
