Abstract
Description
項1.マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)を有効成分として含有する、抗ウイルス剤。
項2.マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)の含有量が0.000001~100重量%である、項1に記載の抗ウイルス剤。
項3.マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)の含有量が0.000001~80重量%である、項2に記載の抗ウイルス剤。
項4.マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)の含有量が0.0001~10重量%である、項2に記載の抗ウイルス剤。
項5.マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)が、MEL-A、MEL-B、MEL-CおよびMEL-Dよりなる群から選択されるいずれかである、項1から4のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス剤。
項6.マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)が式(2)の構造を有する、項1から5のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス剤。
項7.マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)が式(3)の構造を有する、項1から5のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス剤。
項8.マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)がMEL-Bである、項1から5のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス剤。

バイオサーファクタントとは、生物によって生み出される界面活性能力や乳化能力を有する物質の総称であり、優れた界面活性能や、高い生分解性を示すばかりでなく、様々な生理作用を有していることから合成界面活性剤とは異なる挙動・機能を発現する可能性がある。現在、バイオサーファクタントとしては、糖脂質系、アシルペプタイド系、リン脂質系、脂肪酸系、及び高分子化合物系の5つに分類されている。糖脂質型バイオサーファクタントは、糖質と脂肪酸部分からなり、好ましい例として、マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)が挙げられる。
本発明に用いられるMELの種類は特に限定されないが、MEL-A、MEL-B、MEL-CおよびMEL-Dなどが挙げられる。なかでも、MEL―Bが特に好ましい。
MELを精製水に懸濁したものを被験試料として用い、下記試験方法によりウイルス不活化効果を評価した。
・イーグルMEM培地「ニッスイ」(1) 1000mL
・10%NaHCO3 14mL
・L-グルタミン(30g/L) 9.8mL
・100×MEM用ビタミン液 30mL
・10%アルブミン 20mL
・0.25%トリプシン 20mL
以下に、本発明における消毒剤としての処方例を示す。
・MEL―B 0.1%(w/v)
・ビス―PEG/PPG―[14―20]/[5―20]―ジメチコン 1%(w/v)・エタノール 80%(w/w)
・全組成物を100質量%とする量で存在する精製水
以下に、本発明における消毒剤としての処方例を示す。
・MEL-B 0.1%(w/v)
・エタノール 35%(w/v)
・全組成物を100質量%とする量で存在する精製水
以下に、本発明における化粧水としての処方例を示す(w/v%)。
・ポリオキシエチレン(60EO)硬化ヒマシ油 0.03%
・ポリエチレングリコール4000 1%
・エタノール 8%
・1,3―ブチレングリコール 7%
・グリセリン5%
・カルボキシビニルポリマー 0.02%
・アクリル酸・メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体 0.16%
・オリーブ油 0.4%
・メチルポリシロキサン 0.4%
・水酸化カリウム 0.065%
・香料 0.1%

・固形パラフィン 1.6%
・PEG4000 2.25%
・1,3―ブチレングリコール 3%
・パラオキシ安息香酸メチル 0.3%
・グリセリン 3%

・アルキル変性カルボキシビニルポリマー 0.15%

Claims (18)
- マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)を有効成分として含有する、抗ウイルス剤。
- マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)の含有量が0.000001~100重量%である、請求項1に記載の抗ウイルス剤。
- マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)の含有量が0.000001~80重量%である、請求項2に記載の抗ウイルス剤。
- マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)の含有量が0.0001~10重量%である、請求項2に記載の抗ウイルス剤。
- マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)が、MEL-A、MEL-B、MEL-CおよびMEL-Dよりなる群から選択されるいずれかである、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス剤。
- マンノシルエリスリトールリピッド(MEL)がMEL-Bである、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス剤。
- 対象となるウイルスがエンベロープウイルスである、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の抗ウイルス剤。
- 対象となるウイルスがインフルエンザウイルスである、請求項11に記載の抗ウイルス剤。
