本開示のヒートシール性樹脂組成物は、エチレン・ビニルエステル共重合体(A)を含む。エチレン・ビニルエステル共重合体(A)は、エチレンに由来する構成単位と、ビニルエステルに由来する構成単位とを含む共重合体であれば特に限定されない。

基材層の形状は特に限定されず、例えば、シート状、フィルム状等の形状が挙げられる。
接着層は、例えば、各層同士の接着性を高めるために設けられる層である。
包装材の形状は特に限定されず、例えば、シート状、フィルム状等の形状が挙げられる。
本開示の包装容器は、例えば、開口を有する容器本体と、前記容器本体の前記開口に蓋をする前述の本開示の蓋材と、を備える。本開示の蓋材は、透明性に優れ、APET及びsi-APETに対して優れた剥離強度を有する。
前述の成分は、開口を有する容器本体の少なくとも一部に含まれていればよく、本開示の蓋材と接触する部分に含まれていることが好ましく、蓋材の包装材に含まれるヒートシール材と接触する部分に含まれていることがより好ましい。
EVA1:エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(MFR=7.5g/10分、エチレンに由来する構成単位の含有率=94質量%、酢酸ビニルに由来する構成単位の含有率=6質量%)
<エチレン・ビニルエステル共重合体(A)>
EVA2:エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(MFR=3.0g/10分、エチレンに由来する構成単位の含有率=90質量%、酢酸ビニルに由来する構成単位の含有率=10質量%)
EVA3:エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(MFR=2.5g/10分、エチレンに由来する構成単位の含有率=81質量%、酢酸ビニルに由来する構成単位の含有率=19質量%)
粘着付与樹脂1:芳香族系炭化水素樹脂を核内水添した樹脂(荒川化学工業社製、アルコンAM-1、環球法軟化点=115℃)
粘着付与樹脂2:α-メチルスチレンを主成分とした樹脂(エア・ブラウン社製、SYLVARES SA100、環球法軟化点=100℃)
スリップ剤:エルカ酸アミド(ELA、日油株式会社製)
<評価サンプルの作製>
(1)ヒートシール性樹脂組成物の調製
表1に示す配合割合で各成分を押出機(65mmφ、L/D=28、先端ダルメージフライトスクリュー)にて160℃で溶融混練し、各実施例及び各比較例のヒートシール性樹脂組成物を得た。
40mmφ単層キャスト成形機を用いて、上記の各種ヒートシール性樹脂組成物を加工温度200℃、加工速度25m/分の押出ラミネート法により溶融膜とし、予め作製したPET(厚さ12μm)/PE(厚さ15μm)の基材上に上記ヒートシール性樹脂組成物を30μm厚で積層し、PET(厚さ12μm)/PE(厚さ15μm)/ヒートシール性樹脂組成物層(厚さ30μm)の包装材(1)を得た。
得られた前記包装材(1)について、以下の評価をそれぞれ行った。その結果を表1に示す。
包装材(1)を、厚さ0.4mmのシリコーンが塗布されたAPETシート(以下、「シリコーン塗布APET」とも称する。)上に、押圧力0.2MPa、加熱温度180℃、加熱時間1.0秒の条件でヒートシールし、室温で24時間放置した。その後、前記包装材から切り出した15mm幅の試験片の両面を反対方向に(180°の剥離方向で)引張り、最大応力を求めた。
-評価基準-
A:剥離強度が8N/15mm以上
B:剥離強度が8N/15mm未満
包装材(1)を、厚さ0.4mmのシリコーンが塗布されていないAPET(以下、「シリコーン未塗布APET」とも称する。)シート上に、押圧力0.2MPa、加熱温度180℃、加熱時間1.0秒の条件でヒートシールし、室温で24時間放置した。その後、前記包装材から切り出した15mm幅の試験片の両面を反対方向に(180°の剥離方向で)引張り、最大応力を求めた。
-評価基準-
A:剥離強度が8N/15mm以上
B:剥離強度が8N/15mm未満
40mmφの3種3層キャスト成形機を用いて、共押し出し加工を行う低密度ポリエチレン(密度=917kg/m3、MFR=23g/10分)を加工温度200℃、上記各種のヒートシール性樹脂組成物を加工温度200℃で、加工速度30m/分、エアナイフでのキャスト成形で積層し、低密度ポリエチレン(厚さ22μm)/ヒートシール性樹脂組成物層(厚さ8μm)の包装材(2)を得た。
得られた包装材(2)について、村上色彩社製ヘイズメーターHM-150を用いて、JIS K 7136:2000に準拠してヘイズ(曇り度、単位:%)を測定した。評価がAであれば、包装材(2)の透明性は良好であり、評価がBであれば、包装材(2)の透明性は不良である。
-評価基準-
A:ヘイズが6.0%未満
B:ヘイズが6.0%以上
以上から、本実施形態に係るヒートシール性樹脂組成物によれば、対シリコーン塗布APET剥離強度、対シリコーン未塗布APET剥離強度、透明性に優れた包装材を実現できることが確認できた。

Claims (13)
- エチレン・ビニルエステル共重合体(A)と、
粘着付与樹脂(B)と、
を含み、
前記エチレン・ビニルエステル共重合体(A)に含まれるビニルエステルに由来する構成単位の含有率が、前記エチレン・ビニルエステル共重合体(A)を構成する共重合体の全構成単位に対して8質量%以上であり、
前記粘着付与樹脂(B)は、脂環族系炭化水素樹脂(B1)と、芳香族系炭化水素樹脂(B2)とを含むヒートシール性樹脂組成物。 - 前記粘着付与樹脂(B)の含有率が、ヒートシール性樹脂組成物に含まれる樹脂成分の全質量を100質量%とした場合に1質量%以上50質量%以下である請求項1に記載のヒートシール性樹脂組成物。
- 前記芳香族系炭化水素樹脂(B2)の軟化点が70℃以上140℃以下である請求項1又は請求項2に記載のヒートシール性樹脂組成物。
- 前記脂環族系炭化水素樹脂(B1)及び前記芳香族系炭化水素樹脂(B2)の合計含有量に対する前記芳香族系炭化水素樹脂(B2)の含有量の質量比(B2/(B1+B2))が0.05以上0.8以下である請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性樹脂組成物。
- 前記エチレン・ビニルエステル共重合体(A)の含有率が、ヒートシール性樹脂組成物に含まれる樹脂成分の全質量を100質量%とした場合に50質量%以上95質量%以下である請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性樹脂組成物。
- 前記エチレン・ビニルエステル共重合体(A)及び前記粘着付与樹脂(B)の合計含有量に対する前記粘着付与樹脂(B)の含有量の質量比(B/(A+B))が0.05以上0.5以下である請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性樹脂組成物。
- 下記方法により測定されるヘイズが6.0%未満である請求項1~請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性樹脂組成物。
(方法)
40mmφの3種3層キャスト成形機を用いて、共押し出し加工を行う低密度ポリエチレン(密度=917kg/m3、MFR=23g/10分)を加工温度200℃、前記ヒートシール性樹脂組成物を加工温度200℃で、加工速度30m/分、エアナイフでのキャスト成形で積層し、低密度ポリエチレン(厚さ22μm)/ヒートシール性樹脂組成物層(厚さ8μm)の包装材を得る。次いで、得られた前記包装材のヘイズをJIS K 7136:2000に準拠してヘイズメーターにより測定する。 - 請求項1~請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のヒートシール性樹脂組成物により構成されたヒートシール材。
- 基材層と、前記基材層の一方の面に設けられた請求項8に記載のヒートシール材を含むヒートシール層と、を備える包装材。
- 請求項9に記載の包装材を含む蓋材。
- 開口を有する容器本体と、前記容器本体の前記開口に蓋をする請求項10に記載の蓋材と、を備える包装容器。
- 前記容器本体の少なくとも一部が非晶性ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む請求項11に記載の包装容器。
- 前記容器本体の少なくとも一部が、シリコーンが塗布された非晶性ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む請求項11又は請求項12に記載の包装容器。
