本申请涉及储能装置领域,尤其是涉及一种电池。
背景技术
当前能源存储手段主要存在电化学储能、机械储能与电磁储能三种方向,而电化学储能因为其高能量密度、长寿命、响应速度快等特征,在未来储能领域占据着越来越大的比例。软包装电池中,由电芯头部伸出的极耳从包装袋伸出,此结构会造成包装袋气密性下降的问题。
发明内容
本申请的一个目的在于提出一种电池,其可抑制因配置第一金属板和第二金属板导致壳体气密性下降的现象发生。
本申请一些实施例提供一种电池,该电池包括第一电极、第二电极、第一层和壳体。第一电极包括具有第一面和第二面的第一导电体以及与第一导电体的第一面相连接的第一金属板。第二电极包括具有第三面和第四面的第二导电体以及与第二导电体的第三面相连接的第二金属板。第一层包括绝缘材料并与第一金属板的第一表面和第二金属板的第三表面相连接。壳体包括第一部分和第二部分,并通过第一部分和第二部分覆盖第一电极、第二电极以及第一层的至少一部分,第一部分的至少一部分与第一层相连接。
本申请通过设置位于第一金属板/第二金属板和壳体之间的第一层,实现壳体内第一电极和第二电极的密封,且可抑制因配置第一金属板和第二金属板导致壳体气密性下降的现象发生;且通过设置覆盖第一金属板和第二金属板的第一层,使第一金属板和第二金属板的相对位置被固定,在受到外力时第一金属板和第二金属板不易倾斜,可避免因倾斜而影响密封性的情况。另外,具有整片形态的第一层使位于第一金属板和第二金属板之间的壳体的第一部分和第二部分不会直接接触,从而封印区中各处的高度差较小,进一步提高密封性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一层包括与第一部分相连接的第一区域以及与第二区域相连接且离开壳体的第二区域。通过设置离开壳体的第二区域,使第一层部分外露于壳体外,可避免壳体边缘在封装时压空的风险,利于密封。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一层还包括与第二区域相连接且被壳体覆盖的第三区域。通过设置第三区域,使第一层从封印区向内延伸,可避免因第一层未从封印区向壳体内部延伸而导致的有效封印宽度变窄的风险。
根据本申请的一些实施例,在第一层中,沿自第一区域向第二区域延伸的第一方向,第一区域的长度小于第二区域的长度。

请参阅图1至图3,本申请一实施例提供一种电池100,包括壳体10、电极组件20、电解液(图未示)、第一层30和第二层40。
壳体10包括相对设置的第一部分11和第二部分12。第一部分11和第二部分12的形状相配合。第一部分11包括相互连接的第一区11a和第二区11b。第一区11a与第二部分12相连接,第二区11b的三侧边被第一区11a包围。从Z方向观察时,第二区11b覆盖电极组件20。第二部分12包括相互连接的第三区12a和第四区12b。第三区12a与第一部分11相连接,第四区12b的三侧边被第三区12a包围。从Z方向观察时,第四区12b覆盖电极组件20。第一部分11的第二区11b和第二部分12的第四区12b共同形成一收容腔14,用于收容电解液、部分电极组件20以及第一层30和第二层40的至少一部分。壳体10可以采用封装膜封装得到的包装袋,即电池100为软包电池。
在一些实施例中,用于形成壳体10的封装膜包括依次叠设的保护层、金属层和封装层,封装层靠近电极组件20,而保护层远离电极组件20。保护层的材质为高分子树脂,用于保护金属层,避免金属层因外力作用破损,同时能够阻止外部环境的空气渗透,维持电池100内部处于无水无氧的环境。金属层的材质为金属,例如为铝、钢等,用于阻止外部环境的水分渗透,并防止外力对电池100造成损伤。封装层的材质为聚合物,例如为聚丙烯、聚酰胺等,用于对封装膜进行封装,防止封装膜被电解液中的有机溶剂溶解或溶胀,封装层还用于阻止电解液中的电解质与金属层接触而导致金属层被腐蚀。制备壳体10时,可将封装膜对折,然后利用热封封头在对折后的封装膜表面施加一定的温度和压力 进行热封,使封装膜的封装层熔融相连接。此时,壳体10的最内层为封装层。在另一些实施例中,电池100并不限于软包电池,还可以为钢壳电池或铝壳电池等,本申请并不作限制。
电极组件20包括第一金属板214和第二金属板224。第一金属板214和第二金属板224均从壳体10的一端穿出,以连接外部元件。第一金属板214包括面向第一部分11的第一表面214a和面向第二部分12的第二表面214b。第二金属板224包括面向第一部分11的第三表面224a和面向第二部分12的第四表面224b。
第一层30为片状,其覆盖第一金属板214的第一表面214a的至少一部分和第二金属板224的第三表面224a的至少一部分,并与第一表面214a、第三表面224a和第一部分11的至少一部分均相连接。第一层30的材质包括绝缘材料,该绝缘材料选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、有机硅树脂和聚氨酯中至少一种。
第一层30与金属板的贴合度较壳体10与金属板的贴合度高,由于金属板在封装过程中只经过较短时间的加热和加压过程,如果不在壳体10和金属板之间设置第一层30,金属板与壳体10之间可能存在空隙,或有较大的可能在后续的生命周期中发生分离,严重影响密封性。且第一层30和壳体10的封装层的材料均可为聚合物,熔点较为接近,在高温加压环境下结合度较好,可提高密封性。
第二层40为片状,其覆盖第一金属板214的第二表面214b的至少一部分和第二金属板224的第四表面224b的至少一部分,并与第二表面214b、第四表面224b和第二部分12的至少一部分均相连接。第二层40的材质包括绝缘材料,该绝缘材料选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、有机硅树脂和聚氨酯中至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,第一层30可通过可视光,第二层40可通过可视光。
请参阅图5,电极组件20包括第一电极21、第二电极22和隔离膜23,隔离膜23设置于第一电极21和第二电极22之间。隔离膜23用于防止第一电极21和第二电极22直接接触,从而防止电极组件20短路。电解液用于浸润第一电极21、第二电极22和隔离膜23。图5中,电极组件20为卷绕结构,即,第一电极21、隔离膜23和第二电极22依次层叠卷绕形成电极组件20。在另一些实施例中,电极组件20也可以为叠片结构,即,第一电极21、隔离膜23和第二电极22依次层叠形成电极组件20,本申请并不作限制。
第一电极21包括第一导电体211、第一导电材料层212、第一极耳213和第一金属板214。第一导电体211包括相对设置的第一面211a和第二面211b。第一面211a和第二面211b均包括设有第一导电材料层212的区域和离开第一导电材料层212的区域。第一导电材料层212的材质可为活性材料,例如可为选自LiCoO 2、LiFeP0 4等可脱嵌锂离子的电化学活性物质中的一种或几种。第一极耳213焊接于第一导电体211的第一面211a上,并与第一金属板214的第一表面214a相连接。在其他实施方式中,第一极耳213可由位于离开第一导电材料层212的区域的第一面211a的一端向外延伸形成,并与第一金属板214的第一表面214a相连接,本申请并不作限制。第一金属板214的一端与第一极耳213相连接,其另一端从壳体10的一端伸出壳体10外。第一金属板214在壳体10内与第一电极21相连接,在从Z方向观察时,第一金属板214在第二区11b通过第一区11a延伸至壳体10外。
请参阅图6,本申请另一实施方式提供的电池,其与图5所示电池的区别在于:第一电极体21包括多个第一极耳213,每个第一极耳213由位于离开第一导电材料层212的区域的第一面211a的一端向外延伸形成,并通过转接板24与第一金属板214的第一表面214a相连接。
请参阅图7,第二电极22包括第二导电体221、第二导电材料层222、第二极耳223和第二金属板224。第二导电体221包括相对设置的第三面221a和第四面221b。第三面221a和第四面221b均包括设有第二导电材料层222的区域和离开第二导电材料层222的区域。第二导电材料层222的材质可为活性材料,例如可为选自石墨、软碳、硬碳、Li 4Ti 50 12等可嵌锂离子的电化学活性物质中的一种或几种。第二极耳223由位于离开第二导电材料层222的第三面221a的一端向外延伸形成,并与第二金属板224的第三表面224a相连接。在其他实施方式中,第二极耳223可焊接于第二导电体221的第三面221a上,本申请并不作限制。第二金属板224的一端与第二极耳223相连接,其另一端从壳体10的一端伸出壳体10外。第二金属板224在壳体10内与第二电极22相连接,在从Z方向观察时,第二金属板224在第二区11b通过第一区11a延伸至壳体10外。
壳体10通过第一部分11和第二部分12覆盖第一电极21的一部分、第二电极22的一部分、第一层30的至少一部分和第二层40的至少一部分。

请参阅图4和图8,在Y方向上,第一层30和第二层40均覆盖第一金属板214和第二金属板224,且均沿Y方向和与Y方向相反的方向延伸一定距离。第一层30还包括位于第一金属板214和第二金属板224之间的第四区域34、位于第一金属板214的一侧且背离第四区域34的第五区域35以及位于第二金属板224的一侧且背离第四区域34的第六区域36。在沿Z方向观察时,第一层30与第一金属板214具有相重叠的第一重叠部分30a,第一层30与第二金属板224具有相重叠的第二重叠部分30b。第一重叠部分30a包括覆盖第一表面214a的部分第一区域31、部分第二区域32和部分第三区域33,第二重叠部分30b包括覆盖第三表面224a的部分第一区域31、部分第二区域32和部分第三区域33。第四区域34连接第一重叠部分30a和第二重叠部分30b。第五区域35与第一重叠部分30a背离第四区域34的一侧相连接。第六区域36与第二重叠部分30b背离第四区域34的一侧相连接。在沿Z方向观察时,第四区域34与第一区域31、第二区域32和第三区域33分别具有相重叠的第一重叠区域34a、第二重叠区域34b和第三重叠区域34c,第五区域35与第一区域31、第二区域32和第三区域33分别具有相重叠的第四重叠区域35a、第五重叠区域35b和第六重叠区域35c,第六区域36与第一区域31、第二区域32和第三区域33分别具有相重叠的第七重叠区域36a、第八重叠区域36b和第九重叠区域36c。第一层30和第二层40具有相连接的部分。在一些实施方式中,在沿Z方向观察时,第四区域34与第二层40相连接,第五区域35和第六区域36中至少一者与第二层40相连接。在一些实施方式中,第五区域35和第六区域36均与第二层40相连接。其中,第四区域34在第一重叠区域34a、第二 重叠区域34b和第三重叠区域34c中至少一者处与第二层40相连接,第五区域35在第四重叠区域35a、第五重叠区域35b和第六重叠区域35c中至少一者处与第二层40相连接,第六区域36在第七重叠区域36a、第八重叠区域36b和第九重叠区域36c中至少一者处与第二层40相连接。第四区域34覆盖第一金属板214上连接第一表面214a和第二表面214b的一个侧壁以及第二金属板224上连接第三表面224a和第四表面224b的一个侧壁,第五区域35覆盖第一金属板214的另一个侧壁,第六区域36覆盖第二金属板224的另一个侧壁,即第一层30与第一金属板214和第二金属板224的两个侧壁均紧密接触,由此可抑制因为在此处配置第一金属214和第二金属板224带来的壳体10气密性下降的现象发生。在一些实施方式中,第二层40与第一金属板214和第二金属板224的两个侧壁均紧密接触。
在另一些实施方式中,在沿Z方向观察时,第一层30在第一区域31与第二层40相连接。在另一些实施方式中,在沿Z方向观察时,第一层30在第二区域32与第二层40相连接。
请参阅图9,第一层30由一层或多层材料沿Z方向堆叠形成。在一些实施方式中,第一层30由两层材料堆叠形成,包括基材301和胶粘剂层303。基材301的材料可以为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚酰亚胺、聚酰胺酰亚胺中至少一种。胶粘剂层303的材料可以为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、有机硅树脂和聚氨酯中至少一种。胶粘剂层303与第一金属板和第二金属板相粘接,基材301与壳体10的封装层具有相熔接的部分。
请参阅图10和图11,在一些实施方式中,在第一层30中,沿X方向,第一区域31的长度小于第二区域32的长度。
请参阅图11和图12,在一些实施方式中,在第一层30中,沿X方向,第一区域31的长度大于第三区域33的长度。第三区域33的长度越短,使得电极组件20占用壳体10的内部空间越少,可提高能量密度。
本申请通过设置位于第一金属板214/第二金属板224和壳体10之间的第一层30/第二层40,实现壳体10内第一电极21和第二电极22的密封;且通过设置均覆盖第一金属板214和第二金属板224的第一层30和第二层40,使第一金属板214和第二金属板224的相对位置被固定,使得在受到外力时第一金属板214和第二金属板224不易倾斜,可避免因倾斜而影响密封性的情况。另外,具有整片形态的第一层30和第二层40使位于第一金属板214和第二金属板224之间的壳体10的第一部分11和第二部分12不会直接接触,从而封印区中各处的高度差较小,进一步提高密封性。
以下通过具体实施例和对比例对本申请作详细说明。
实施例1
将第一层和第二层均与第一金属板和第二金属板连接进行贴胶,然后将第一金属板和第二金属板分别与第一极耳和第二极耳进行焊接,其中贴胶工序和焊接工序的顺序可交换。接着将第一电极、第二电极和隔离膜一起卷绕得到电极组件。然后进行注液、化成、封装,制成如图2所示的电池。
对比例1
与实施例1不同之处在于,请参照图13,将两个第三层210分别与第一金属板214和第二金属板224连接进行贴胶。第三层210包括绝缘材料。
每组实施例和对比例的电池各取100个进行测试,然后统计每组电池的成品优率,并将结果记录于表1中。

从表1数据可知,实施例1的成品优率高于对比例1,其通过使第一层30和第二层40均与第一金属板214和第二金属板224相连接,将第一金属板214和第二金属板224的相对位置固定,在受到外力的情况下,该种技术方案抑制第一金属板214和第二金属板224倾斜的效果较好,从而提高密封性,提高了成品优率。而对比例1中,两个第三层210分别贴在第一金属板214和第二金属板224上,在受到外力的情况下,该种技术方案防止第一金属板214和第二金属板224倾斜的效果不够(如图13所示),从而影响密封性,降低了成品优率。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请较佳实施方式而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请,因此依本申请所作的等同变化,仍属本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种电池,包括第一电极、第二电极、第一层和壳体,其特征在于:
    所述第一电极包括具有第一面和第二面的第一导电体以及与所述第一导电体的第一面相连接的第一金属板;
    所述第二电极包括具有第三面和第四面的第二导电体以及与所述第二导电体的第三面相连接的第二金属板;
    所述第一层包括绝缘材料并与所述第一金属板的第一表面和所述第二金属板的第三表面相连接;
    所述壳体包括第一部分和第二部分,并通过所述第一部分和所述第二部分覆盖所述第一电极、所述第二电极以及所述第一层的至少一部分,所述第一部分的至少一部分与所述第一层相连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层包括与所述第一部分相连接的第一区域以及与所述第一区域相连接且离开所述壳体的第二区域。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层包括与所述第一部分相连接的第一区域以及与所述第一区域相连接且被所述壳体覆盖的第三区域。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层还包括与所述第一区域相连接且被所述壳体覆盖的第三区域。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的电池,其特征在于,在所述第一层中,沿自所述第一区域向所述第二区域延伸的第一方向,所述第一区域的长度小于所述第二区域的长度。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的电池,其特征在于,在所述第一层中,沿自所述第一区域向所述第二区域延伸的第一方向,所述第一区域的长度大于所述第二区域的长度。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的电池,其特征在于,在所述第一层中,沿自所述第一区域向所述第二区域延伸的第一方向,所述第三区域的长度小于所述第二区域的长度。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的电池,其特征在于,在所述第一层中,沿自所述第一区域向所述第二区域延伸的第一方向,所述第三区域的长度大于所述第二区域的长度。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,沿所述第一金属板向所述第二金属板延伸的第二方向,所述第一层的长度小于所述壳体的长度。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层由一层或多层材料沿与所述第一金属板的第一表面垂直的第三方向堆叠形成。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层离开所述第一导电体设置。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,所述电池还包括含有绝缘材料的第二层,所述第二层与所述第一金属板的第二表面和所述第二金属板的第四表面均相连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层和所述第二层相连接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层包括位于所述第一金属板和所述第二金属板之间的第四区域,在沿与所述第一金属板的第一表面垂直的第三方向观察时,所述第四区域与所述第二层相连接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层还包括位于所述第一金属板的一侧且背离所述第四区域的第五区域以及位于所述第二金属板的一侧且背离所述第四区域的第六区域,在沿与所述第一金属板的第一表面垂直的第三方向观察时,所述第五区域和所述第六区域中至少一者与所述第二层相连接。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层包括与所述第一部分相连接的第一区域以及与所述第一区域相连接且离开所述壳体的第二区域。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电池,其特征在于,在沿与所述第一金属板的第一表面垂直的第三方向观察时,所述第一层至少在所述第一区域与所述第二层相连接。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的电池,其特征在于,在沿与所述第一金属板的第一表面垂直的第三方向观察时,所述第一层至少在所述第二区域与所述第二层相连接。
  19. 如权利要求13所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层包括与所述第一部分相连接的第一区域以及与所述第一区域相连接且被所述壳体覆盖的第三区域。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的电池,其特征在于,在沿与所述第一金属板的第一表面垂直的第三方向观察时,所述第一层至少在所述第三区域与所述第二层相连接。
  21. 如权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、有机硅树脂和聚氨酯中至少一种。
  22. 如权利要求12所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第二层包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、有机硅树脂和聚氨酯中至少一种。
  23. 如权利要求1所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第一层可通过可视光。
  24. 如权利要求12所述的电池,其特征在于,所述第二层可通过可视光。
