Claims (20)
- 一种冰箱,包括:箱体,所述箱体内限定有制冰腔室;和制冰机,所述制冰机设于所述制冰腔室内,所述制冰机包括:模壳,所述模壳具有进水口,所述模壳包括多个子模壳,所述多个子模壳被配置为在分离状态和合拢状态之间可转换,在所述分离状态所述多个子模壳相互远离,在所述合拢状态所述多个子模壳相互靠近至合拢;和驱动机构,所述驱动机构被配置为驱动所述多个子模壳在所述分离状态和所述合拢状态之间转换。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其中,所述多个子模壳包括第一子模壳和第二子模壳,所述第一子模壳和所述第二子模壳中的至少一个运动,以使所述第一子模壳和所述第二子模壳在所述分离状态和所述合拢状态之间转换。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其中,所述制冰机还包括:第一顶杆,所述第一顶杆位于所述第一子模壳的背离所述第二子模壳的一侧第一预定距离处;和第二顶杆,所述第二顶杆位于所述第二子模壳的背离所述第一子模壳的一侧第二预定距离处;其中,所述第一顶杆和第二顶杆中的至少一个固定。
- 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其中,所述第一子模壳包括:第一壳部,所述第一壳部的背离所述第二子模壳的一侧设置有与所述第一顶杆相匹配的第一通孔;和第一模部,所述第一模部设于所述第一壳部内,所述第一顶杆被配置为通过所述第一通孔以顶向所述第一模部;所述第二子模壳包括:第二壳部,所述第二壳部的背离所述第一子模壳的一侧设置有与所述第二顶杆相匹配的第二通孔;和第二模部,所述第二模部设于所述第二壳部内,所述第二顶杆被配置为通过所述第二通孔以顶向所述第二模部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其中,所述第一顶杆的邻近所述第一模部的一侧端面被配置为与所述第一模部的第一凹腔的轮廓面相匹配;所述第二顶杆的邻近所述第二模部的一侧端面被配置为与所述第二模部的第二凹腔的轮廓面相匹配。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其中,所述第一模部的第一凹腔的边缘设置有第一结合部,所述第二模部的第二凹腔的边缘设置有与所述第一结合部相适配的第二结合部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其中,所述第一结合部与所述第二结合部中的一个为凸筋,且所述第一结合部与所述第二结合部中的另一个为凹槽。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其中,所述第一模部的顶部设置有第一凹部,所述第二模部的顶部设置有第二凹部,在所述合拢状态所述第一凹部与所述第二凹部围成所述进水口。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其中,所述进水口形成为封闭孔,所述进水口与所述第一模部或所述第二模部形成为一体件。
- 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其中,所述第一壳部的靠近所述第二壳部的一侧设置有第一凹槽,所述第二壳部的靠近所述第一壳部的一侧设置有第二凹槽,在所述合拢状态所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽合拢形成围合在所述进水口外周的避让口。
- 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其中,所述第一子模壳可运动;所述制冰机还包括:第一连杆,所述第一连杆包括第一连杆本体、以及沿厚度方向贯穿所述第一连杆本体设置的固定孔以及第一条形孔,所述固定孔位于所述第一连杆本体的一端,所述第一条形孔比所述固定孔更靠近所述第二顶杆,所述第一连杆本体的所述一端与所述第一子模壳和所述第二子模壳中可运动的一者相连,且所述第一连杆本体的另一端与所述第一顶杆和所述第二顶杆中可运动的一者相连;第一卡部,所述第一卡部位于所述第一子模壳的沿运动方向的至少一侧,且被配置为与所述固定孔相匹配;和第二卡部,所述第二卡部位于所述第二子模壳上,且所述第二卡部与所述第一卡部位于同一侧,所述第二卡部穿设于所述第一条形孔内,且所述第一连杆相对所述第二卡部可运动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其中,所述制冰机满足以下之一:所述制冰机还包括:第一加热机构,所述第一加热机构设于所述第一子模壳的背离所述第二子模壳的一侧;和/或第二加热机构,所述第二加热机构设于所述第二子模壳的背离所述第一子模壳的一侧;或者,所述制冰机还包括:第一加热机构,所述第一加热机构设于所述第一子模壳的背离所述第二子模壳的一侧;第二顶杆,所述第二顶杆位于所述第二子模壳的背侧第二预定距离处;和第一连杆,所述第一连杆的一端与所述第一子模壳相连,且所述连杆的另一端与所述第二顶杆相连;或者,所述制冰机还包括:第一加热机构,所述第一加热机构设于所述第一子模壳的背离所述第二子模壳的一侧;弹性组件,所述弹性组件与所述第二子模壳相连,且所述弹性组件包括拉伸状态和复位状态,在所述拉伸状态,所述第一子模壳与所述第二子模壳处于所述合拢状态,在所述复位状态,所述第一子模壳与所述第二子模壳处于所述分离状态;和第二顶杆,所述第二顶杆与所述弹性组件相连,且位于所述第二子模壳的背侧第二预定距离处,在所述拉伸状态下,所述第二顶杆远离所述第二子模壳,在所述复位状态下所述第二顶杆顶向所述第二子模壳。
- 根据权利要求12所述的冰箱,其中,所述弹性组件包括:第二连杆,所述第二连杆的一端与所述第二顶杆连接,所述第二连杆的延伸方向与所述第一子模壳的运动方向一致;弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与所述第二连杆相连,且所述弹簧的另一端与所述第二子模壳相连;和阻挡部,所述阻挡部设于所述第一子模壳的与所述第二连杆相对应的位置处,且被配置为当所述第一子模壳和所述第二子模壳处于所述合拢状态时抵接所述第二连杆的另一端,以使所述弹性组件处于所述拉伸状态;当所述第一子模壳和所述第二子模壳处于所述分离状态时释放所述第二连杆的所述另一端,以使所述弹性组件处于所述复位状态。
- 根据权利要求13所述的冰箱,其中,所述制冰机包括两组弹性组件,每组所述弹性组件包括一个所述第二连杆,以及一个或两个所述弹簧;每个所述第二连杆包括第二连杆本体、关于第二连杆本体的延伸方向对称布置的两个连接部、以及沿厚度方向贯穿每个连接部设置的环孔,所述弹簧的一端与所述环孔相连;所述第二子模壳的靠近所述第二连杆的侧面设置有凸起,所述凸起与所述环孔一一对应设置,所述弹簧的另一端与所述凸起相连。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其中,所述第一子模壳包括:第一壳部;和第一模部,所述第一模部设于所述第一壳部内;所述第二子模壳包括:第二壳部;和第二模部,所述第二模部设于所述第二壳部内;其中,所述第二模部分别与所述第一壳部和所述第二壳部转动连接;所述制冰机还包括:第一加热机构,所述第一加热机构设于所述第一壳部的背离所述第二壳部的一侧。
- 根据权利要求15所述的冰箱,其中,所述第一子模壳可运动;所述制冰机还包括:第三连杆,所述第三连杆设在所述第一壳部的沿所述第一子模壳的运动方向的一侧;导杆,所述导杆设在所述第二壳部的沿所述第一子模壳的运动方向的另一侧;其中,所述第二模部通过所述第三连杆与所述第一壳部转动连接,所述第二模部的底部与所述第二壳部的底部转动连接,且所述第二模部的顶部通过所述导杆与所述第二壳部的顶部转动连接,以使所述第二模部向下翻转实现脱模。
- 根据权利要求16所述的冰箱,其中,所述第二模部的顶部沿所述第一子模壳的运动方向的两侧分别设有第一限位柱和第二限位柱;所述导杆包括弧形的第三条形孔,所述第一限位柱设于所述第三条形孔内,以通过所述导杆限制所述第二模部的翻转角度;所述第三连杆包括第四条形孔,所述第二限位柱设于所述第四条形孔内,以通过所述第三连杆限制所述第二模部的翻转角度;所述第二模部在所述导杆限制下的最大翻转角度为第一倾角,所述第二模部在所述第三连杆限制下的最大翻转角度为第二倾角,所述第一倾角与所述第二倾角的差值的绝对值大于零且小于或等于15°。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其中,所述驱动机构被配置为驱动所述第一子模壳或所述第二子模壳转动;或者,所述驱动机构被配置为驱动所述第一子模壳或所述第二子模壳移动。
- 根据权利要求18所述的冰箱,其中,所述驱动机构满足以下之一:所述驱动机构包括:主转轴,所述主转轴与所述第一子模壳或所述第二子模壳相连;和电机,所述电机与所述主转轴相连以驱动所述第一子模壳或所述第二子模壳沿预定方向转动;或者,所述驱动机构包括:电机;第一齿轮组,所述第一齿轮组与所述电机传动连接;主转轴,所述主转轴与所述第一齿轮组连接,以通过所述第一齿轮组带动所述主转轴转动;第一齿条,所述第一齿条与所述第一齿轮组传动连接,所述第一齿条与所述第一子模壳或所述第二子模壳相连;和滑杆,所述滑杆穿设于所述第一子模壳或所述第二子模壳,以使所述第一子模壳或所述第二子模壳沿所述滑杆移动;或者,所述驱动机构包括:电机;第一齿轮组,所述第一齿轮组与所述电机传动连接;主转轴,所述主转轴与所述第一齿轮组连接,以通过所述第一齿轮组带动所述主转轴转动;第一齿条,所述第一齿条与所述第一齿轮组传动连接,所述第一齿条设于所述第二子模壳的顶部的沿运动方向的一侧;第二齿轮组,所述第二齿轮组与所述第一齿条传动连接;第二齿条,所述第二齿条与所述第二齿轮组传动连接,所述第二齿条设于所述第一子模壳的中部的方向的一侧;和滑杆,所述滑杆穿设所述第一子模壳和/或所述第二子模壳,以使所述第一子模壳和/或所述第二子模壳沿所述滑杆移动;或者,所述驱动机构包括:第一转轴,所述第一转轴与所述第一子模壳连接;第二转轴,所述第二转轴与所述第二子模壳连接;电机,所述电机与所述第一转轴或所述第二转轴连接以驱动所述第一转轴或所述第二转轴旋转;和四个第三子齿轮,所述四个第三子齿轮中的两个第三子齿轮分别设于所述第一转轴的两端,且所述四个第三子齿轮中的另外两个第三子齿轮分别设于所述第二转轴的两端,位于所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴的同一端的两个第三子齿轮传动连接。
- 根据权利要求19所述的冰箱,其中,所述第一齿条,包括:第一上齿部,所述第一上齿部与所述第一齿轮组传动连接;或者,所述第一齿条,包括:第一上齿部,所述第一上齿部与所述第一齿轮组传动连接;和第一下齿部,所述第一下齿部与所述第一上齿部同向延伸,且与所述第二齿轮组传动连接;所述第二齿条,包括:第二上齿部,所述第二上齿部通过所述第二齿轮组与所述第一下齿部传动连接。
