此时通话网络会由LTE网络转变为宽带码分多址(Wide band Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)/全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communications,GSM)网络,通话进入初始化建立(Call Initiated)状态。而后主叫与网络侧和被叫之间,通过多次信令的交互传输,使得通话状态由初始化建立(Call initiated)状态变更为通话接收(Call Received)状态,并通过网络侧向主叫发送振铃(Alerting)信令,此时被叫执行振铃提醒,而主叫在接收到振铃(Alerting)信令后,也可以对应接听到拨号音。
然而,在通话进入初始化建立状态(Call Initiated)之后,网络可能会存在异常情况,例如无线链路不稳定造成前置信令无法正常接收或发送。在这些情况下,通话状态可能无法进入通话接收(Call Received)状态,因此被叫不会执行振铃提醒,被叫用户无法感知到此次通话,从而可能会对用户业务造成影响。
基于此,本申请实施例提供了一种通话处理方法,该方法可以由第一通话处理装置执行,上述第一通话处理装置可以为通话过程中的被叫侧,第一通话处理装置的用户即为被叫用户,该方法包括:
步骤101、第一通话处理装置接收第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求。
步骤102、第一通话处理装置根据所述第一通话请求,与所述第二通话 处理装置建立通话连接。
步骤103、第一通话处理装置在所述通话连接终止的情况下,检测所述第一通话请求对应的第一振铃消息。
步骤104、第一通话处理装置在未检测到所述第一振铃消息的情况下,输出漏话提醒信息。
在上述步骤101中,上述第二通话处理装置可以为通话过程中的主叫侧,第二通话处理装置用户即为主叫用户,上述第一通话请求可以由第二通话处理装置用户对第二通话处理装置的拨号输入生成,由第二通话处理装置向网络侧发送,再经由网络侧下发至上述第一通话处理装置。具体地,上述第一通话请求可以以信令的形式发送至网络侧设备,再由网络侧设备下发至上述第一通话处理装置。可以理解的是,上述网络侧设备,可以为LTE、独立组网(Standalone,SA)、非独立组网(Non-Standalone,NSA)和无线保真(无线保真,WiFi)等网络中任一类型的网络中的设备,具体可以根据通话场景进行设置,在此不作限定。
例如,在CSFB通话中,上述第二通话处理装置在接收到用户的拨号输入的情况下,当第二通话处理装置处于连接态时,可以向LTE网络发送CS服务通知(Circuit Switched Service Notification)信令;当第二通话处理装置处于空闲态时,可以向LTE网络发送寻呼(Paging)信令,该信令在网络侧接收后,下发至上述第一通话处理装置,此时相当于上述第一通话处理装置接收到上述第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求。
而在IP多媒体系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IMS)通话中,在主叫和被叫均已在IMS网络注册的情况下,第二通话处理装置可以向网络侧发送邀请(Invite)信令,该信令再由网络侧下发至上述第一通话处理装置,此时相当于上述第一通话处理装置接收到上述第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求。具体的信令内容可以根据实际的通话场景进行设置,在此不再赘述。
在上述步骤102中,在上述第一通话处理装置接收到上述第一通话请求后,可以根据上述第一通话请求,与上述第二通话处理装置建立通话连接。
上述第一通话请求中可以携带有上述第二通话处理装置的信息,例如CSFB通话中CS服务通知(Circuit Switched Service Notification)信令、IMS通 话中的邀请(Invite)信令和建立(SETUP)信令中均可以携带第二通话处理装置的设备号码,以及用于标识通话的通话ID等信息。上述第一通话处理装置可以根据上述第二通话处理装置的设备号码,通过网络侧与上述第二通话处理装置进行信令交互。上述通话连接建立的过程,即为上述第一通话处理装置和第二通话处理装置通过网络侧进行信令交互的过程。
进一步地,在通话连接建立的过程中,若上述第一通话处理装置生成了与上述第一通话请求相对应的振铃消息,则表示上述第一通话处理装置感知到了此次通话,并可以将上述振铃消息,通过网络侧上发至上述第二通话处理装置。在上述第二通话处理装置接收到上述振铃消息的情况下,即表明第一通话处理装置已执行振铃提醒,此时第一通话处理装置用户可以感知到本次通话,并可以在来电提醒界面,通过触控输入选择是否与上述第二通话处理装置进行通话连接。
而在通话连接建立的过程中,若上述第一通话处理装置与网络侧或者第二通话处理装置与网络侧的通信链路存在异常,此时第一通话处理装置和第二通话处理装置无法建立通话连接,例如在通话连接建立的过程中,第一通话处理装置或第二通话处理装置长时间未接收到网络侧设备发送的某一信令,则可以判断上述通话连接建立失败,上述第一通话处理装置或第二通话处理装置可以在通话连接建立失败的情况下,终止上述通话连接。
需要说明的是,若上述第一通话处理装置和第二通话处理装置可以建立通话连接,则第一通话处理装置会执行振铃提醒,上述通话连接可以根据第二通话处理装置用户或者第一通话处理装置用户的输入终止,包括但不限于第二通话处理装置用户在第一通话处理装置执行振铃提醒时,点击去电界面的挂断按钮;第二通话处理装置用户的去电请求在被接听后,点击通话界面的挂断按钮;第一通话处理装置用户在第一通话处理装置执行振铃提醒时,点击来电提示界面的挂断按钮;第一通话处理装置用户在接听来电后,点击通话界面的挂断按钮等。也即无论通话连接是否建立成功,通话连接最终均会进入终止状态。因此,需要在上述第一通话处理装置接收到上述第一通话请求后,在上述第一通话处理装置与第二通话处理装置的通话连接终止时,判断用户是否感知到了此次通话,并在用户未感知到此次通话的情况下,输 出漏话提醒信息。
若第一通话处理装置与第二通话处理装置无法建立通话连接,则上述第一通话处理装置无法生成上述振铃消息,第一通话处理装置不会对应执行振铃提醒,因此第一通话处理装置用户无法在第一通话处理装置上感知到本次通话,需要输出漏话提醒信息,以进行漏话提醒。
在上述步骤103中,上述第一通话处理装置可以在上述通话连接终止的情况下,通过检测是否生成上述振铃消息来判断第一通话处理装置用户是否感知到本次通话。
具体而言,在一些实施例中,上述第一通话处理装置可以在上述通话连接建立的过程中,将生成的信令和接收到的信令都在目标存储位置进行存储,从而第一通话处理装置可以通过检测目标存储位置是否存储有上述振铃消息,来判断上述第一通话处理装置是否生成了上述第一振铃消息,进而判断第一通话处理装置是否执行振铃提醒,即第一通话处理装置用户是否感知到本次通话。
上述第一振铃消息可以为上述CSFB通话中的振铃(Alerting)信令,也可以基于包括但不限于LTE的语音(Voice over LTE,VoLTE)通话、演进分组系统回落(Evolved Packet System Feedback,EPSFB)通话、基于LTE的视频(Video over LTE,ViLTE)通话、基于Wifi的语音(Voice over WiFi,VoWiFi)通话、基于WiFi的视频(Video over WiFi,ViWiFi)通话和基于新空口的语音(Voice over New Radio,VoNR)通话中的振铃(Ringing)信令,具体可以根据实际的通话场景进行设置,在此不作进一步地限定。
进一步地,在上述步骤104中,在上述第一通话处理装置未生成上述振铃消息的情况下,输出漏话提醒信息,以在用户未感知到第一通话处理装置的通话请求的情况下,及时告知第一通话处理装置用户发生了漏话情况,从而实现漏话提醒。
具体地,上述输出漏话提醒信息的方式,可以根据实际需要进行设置。示例性地,在一些实施例中,上述第一通话处理装置可以在目标界面,显示包含漏话提醒信息的文字消息;在一些实施例中,上述第一通话处理装置也可以通过显示漏话标识,在用户点击漏话标识后,显示漏话提醒信息,在此 不作进一步的限定。当然,在一些实施例中,上述第一通话处理装置也可以语音输出上述漏话提醒信息,在此不作进一步的限定。
在本申请实施例中,第一通话处理装置可以在接收到第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求后,与第二通话处理装置建立通话连接,并在通话连接终止的情况下,检测是否存在第一通话请求对应的第一振铃消息,若未检测到第一振铃消息,则输出漏话提醒信息。这样,通过第一通话处理装置本地检测是否存在第一振铃消息,并在未检测第一振铃消息时,输出漏话提醒信息,可以避免由第二通话处理装置向第一通话处理装置发送漏话提醒信息时,由于第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备或者第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备通信链路异常,而导致第一通话处理装置无法及时接收到漏话提醒信息的问题,从而第一通话处理装置的用户可以及时获知漏话情况,提升了漏话提醒的实时性。
可选地,所述上述步骤104,具体可以包括:
第一通话处理装置在未检测到所述第一振铃消息的情况下,根据所述第一通话请求,获取所述第二通话处理装置的第一通话信息,所述第一通话信息包括主叫号码;
第一通话处理装置在预设数据库中,查询所述主叫号码对应的主叫信息,所述主叫信息包括以下至少一项:主叫姓名信息、主叫归属地信息、主叫社交账号信息;
第一通话处理装置根据所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息,显示第一漏话提醒信息。
由上述内容可知,上述第一通话请求可以为通话信令,而通话信令中通常会包含第二通话处理装置的信息,例如CSFB通话中的CS服务通知(Circuit Switched Service Notification)信令和IMS通话中的邀请(Invite)信令就会携带有第二通话处理装置的设备号码和用于标识通话的通话ID等信息。在本申请实施例中,上述第一通话信息即可以基于上述第一通话请求对应的信令中携带的信息生成。
具体地,在一可选的实施方式中,上述第一通话处理装置可以通过提取通话信令中所携带的主叫号码的方式,来获取上述第一通话信息。同时,在 第一通话处理装置接收到上述第一通话请求时,第一通话处理装置可以记录下接收到上述第一通话请求的时间,上述第一通话信息也可以一并包括来电时间。
由于在发生漏话的情况下,第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备的通信链路可能存在异常,因此若需要进一步获取如主叫归属地、主叫用户姓名等第二通话处理装置的信息,第一通话处理装置可以在预设数据库中通过上述主叫号码来进行第二通话处理装置信息的查询。应理解,为了避免第一通话处理装置由于与网络侧设备的通信链路异常而导致的查询结果延迟,上述预设数据库可以为上述第一通话处理装置的本地数据库。
上述主叫信息可以包括以下至少一项:主叫姓名信息、主叫归属地信息、主叫社交账号信息。举例而言,在一可选的实施方式中,上述预设数据库可以包括第一通话处理装置的通讯录数据,上述第一通话处理装置可以首先通过主叫号码,查询通讯录数据中是否有对应的联系人。若存在对应的联系人,则可以通过通讯录数据中的备注名称、社交账号、地址和电子邮箱等,获取上述主叫号码对应的联系人的姓名信息、归属地信息和社交账号信息。
由于通讯录数据中,联系人信息通常只包括联系人的姓名,因此上述预设数据库中还可以包括号码归属地数据,上述第一通话处理装置可以根据上述主叫号码,在号码归属地数据中查找主叫号码对应的归属地。在一可选的实施方式中,上述第一通话处理装置也可以在拨号面板对主叫号码进行模拟键入,第一通话处理装置可以自行根据键入的号码调用预设数据库进行归属地查询,从而获取到主叫号码对应的归属地信息。
上述第一漏话提醒信息,即可以包括上述第一通话信息和上述主叫信息,即包括了通话号码、来电时间、姓名、社交账号以及归属地等信息,以告知用户具体的来电用户以及来电时间。示例性地,上述第一通话处理装置可以显示一条“手机号码为XXXXX的用户在8点21分来电”的漏话提醒信息,以便于用户在漏话发生后,及时获知第二通话处理装置的信息。
在本申请实施例中,由于第一通话信息可以包括主叫号码,而主叫信息中可以包括主叫姓名信息、主叫归属地信息、主叫社交账号信息,从而用户在漏话发生后,及时获取到第二通话处理装置对应的号码和归属地,以及主 叫用户姓名以及社交账号等,以便于用户根据上述信息,确定主叫用户,并进行漏话后的回拨、通过社交软件发送消息等处理操作。
进一步地,所述根据所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息,显示第一漏话提醒信息,包括:
第一通话处理装置在目标界面,显示第一漏话提醒信息,所述第一漏话提醒信息包括所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息,所述目标界面还包括第一控件和第二控件;
第一通话处理装置在接收到用户对所述第一控件的第一输入的情况下,响应于所述第一输入,根据所述主叫号码,向所述第二通话处理装置发送第二通话请求;
第一通话处理装置在接收到用户对所述第二控件的第二输入的情况下,响应于所述第二输入,查询并显示与所述主叫号码关联的社交账号信息。
在本申请实施例中,上述第一通话处理装置可以在目标界面,显示包含上述第一通话信息和主叫信息的第一漏话提醒信息。具体而言,上述目标界面可以为应用程序的通知界面,如图3所示,图3即为本申请实施例一种可能的目标界面,此时目标界面可以为短信通知界面300,上述第一漏话提醒信息301具体可以为“来自某地的用户某某在某年某月某日几小时几分几秒给您来电一次,您可按通话键或选项键直接回拨”。当然,在其他可选的实施方式中,上述目标界面也可以为来电通知界面或者社交应用程序的通知界面等,在此不再赘述。
上述目标界面的显示方式可以根据实际需要进行设置。在一可选的实施方式中,电子设备可以在发生漏话后,自动跳转至上述目标界面。在一可选的实施方式中,上述目标界面也可以由第一通话处理装置根据用户的输入进行显示。例如,第一通话处理装置可以预先在系统桌面的短信应用图标上显示漏话提醒标识,用户在启动短信应用程序后,即可进入如图2所示的短信消息列表界面200,此时上述第一漏话提醒信息201的列表选项可以置顶显示,并可以在接收到用户对第一漏话提醒信息201的列表选项的触控输入后,显示如图3所示的短信通知界面300,以获取第一漏话提醒信息301的详情。
进一步地,上述目标界面还可以包括第一控件和第二控件,在接收到用 户对上述第一控件的第一输入的情况下,第一通话处理装置可以响应于第一输入,根据主叫号码,向第二通话处理装置发送第二通话请求,。
在接收到用户对所述第二控件的第二输入的情况下,响应于所述第二输入,查询并显示与所述主叫号码关联的社交账号信息。
具体地,如图3所示,在上述短信通知界面300中,上述第一控件302上可以显示有回拨选项,在接收到用户对第一控件302的第一输入时,第一通话处理装置可以根据主叫号码,向第二通话处理装置发送第二通话请求,即实现了回拨操作。
上述第一输入可以为用户的触控输入,例如用户对上述第一控件302的单击、双击或者长按等输入。当然,在其他可选的实施方式中,上述第一输入也可以为用户对上述第一控件302的语音输入或手势输入等。
上述第二控件303上可以显示添加该号码的社交账号的选项,在接收到用户对第二控件303的第二输入时,第一通话处理装置可以根据主叫号码,查询并显示与主叫号码关联的社交账号信息,以便于用户根据社交账号信息,通过社交软件与主叫用户进行联系。上述第二输入与上述第一输入类似,为避免重复,在此不再赘述。
在本申请实施例中,上述第一通话处理装置可以在目标界面上显示包含有上述第一通话信息和主叫信息的第一漏话提醒信息,以便于用户在漏话发生时,及时获知通话信息和主叫信息,并可以通过对上述目标界面的第一控件的第一输入,以使第一通话处理装置执行回拨操作,通过对上述目标界面的第二控件的第二输入,以使第一通话处理装置执行查询关联社交账号的操作,从而便于用户在漏话发生后,及时与主叫用户进行联系,提升了用户操作的便捷性。
可选地,所述根据所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息,显示第一漏话提醒信息,还包括以下至少一项:
第一通话处理装置在来电通知界面,显示包含所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息的来电记录;
第一通话处理装置在当前显示界面的目标位置,显示提醒标识。
参照图4至图5,在本申请实施例中,为了用户在使用第一通话处理装 置时,及时注意到发生了漏话情况,在一可选的实施方式中,上述第一通话处理装置可以在来电通知界面显示包含有上述第一通话信息和主叫信息的来电记录。
可以理解的是,与上述短信通知界面类似地,上述来电通知界面可以根据用户的输入进行显示,第一通话处理装置可以预先在系统桌面的拨号应用图标上显示来电提醒标识,在用户启动拨号应用程序后,在来电通知界面显示包含上述第一通话信息和主叫信息的来电记录。
当然,在一可选的实施方式中,上述第一通话处理装置可以在当前显示界面的目标位置,显示提醒标识,以提醒用户存在漏话情况。上述目标位置可以根据实际需要进行设置。如图4至图5所示,在第一通话处理装置处于横屏或者竖屏显示的情况下,上述提醒标识401可以悬浮显示于第一通话处理装置当前显示界面400的右上角,提醒标识501可以悬浮显示于当前显示界面500的右上角,并包括“未接来电”字样,从而可以避免用户在使用第一通话处理装置观看视频或者进行游戏时,未能及时察觉漏话情况的问题,进一步提升了漏话提醒的实时性。
进一步地,上述提醒标识可以同时为一交互按钮,在用户对上述交互按钮执行第一触控输入,例如单击上述提醒标识时,电子设备可以跳转至上述短信通知界面或者来电通知界面,以便于用户及时获取到第一漏话提醒信息的详情。在用户对上述交互按钮执行第二触控输入,例如左右横滑提醒标识时,电子设备可以将上述提醒标识隐藏,以避免影响到用户的操作,从而进一步提升用户的使用体验。
在本申请实施例中,上述第一通话处理装置还可以通过在来电通知界面,显示包含第一通话信息和主叫信息的来电记录和/或在当前显示界面的目标位置,显示提醒标识,从而可以进一步避免用户在使用第一通话处理装置的过程中错过第一漏话提醒信息,提升了漏话提醒的实时性。
由于漏话提醒的延迟,通常是由于主叫和网络之间的链路或者被叫和网络之间的链路出现问题所导致的,基于此,参见图6,本申请实施例还一种通话处理方法,该方法可以由第一通话处理装置执行,该方法包括:
步骤601、第一通话处理装置接收第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请 求;
步骤602、第一通话处理装置根据所述第一通话请求,与所述第二通话处理装置建立通话连接;
步骤603、第一通话处理装置在所述通话连接终止的情况下,接收第二通话处理装置通过目标处理装置发送的第二漏话提醒信息;
步骤604、第一通话处理装置根据所述第二漏话提醒信息,输出漏话提醒信息;
其中,所述目标处理装置包括以下至少一项:可与所述第一通话处理装置建立设备到设备(Device-to-Device,D2D)连接的第一处理装置、可与所述第二通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第二处理装置。
在本申请实施例中,上述第二通话处理装置也可以同时检测是否接收到上述第一通话处理装置发送的第二振铃消息,从而判断是否发生了漏话情况。在通话连接终止的情况下,若上述第二通话处理装置未接收到上述第二振铃消息,则第二通话处理装置也可以向第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息,以提醒第一通话处理装置用户出现了漏话情况。
在上述步骤601和上述步骤602中,上述第一通话处理装置接收上述第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求,以及根据第一通话请求与第二通话处理装置建立通话连接的步骤,与上述步骤101和步骤102相同,为避免重复,在此不再赘述。
由于通话建立失败可能是由于第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备的通信链路异常,或者第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备的通信链路异常所导致的,若第二通话处理装置通过网络侧设备发送上述第二漏话提醒信息,则可能会造成第二漏话提醒信息延迟送达。因此,本申请实施例中的第二漏话提醒信息可以由第二通话处理装置通过目标处理装置发送至上述第一通话处理装置,上述目标处理装置可以包括以下至少一项:可与第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第一处理装置和与第二通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第二处理装置。
举例而言,在上述第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备的通信链路异常的情况下,上述第二通话处理装置可以基于D2D通信技术,通过可与第二通话处理装置D2D连接的第二处理装置,向上述第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提 醒信息。
在上述第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备的通信链路异常的情况下,上述第二通话处理装置可以先将上述第二漏话提醒信息发送至网络侧设备,在由网络侧设备指示可与上述第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第一处理装置,将上述第二漏话提醒信息发送至上述第一通话处理装置。
在上述第一通话处理装置和第二通话处理装置,与网络侧设备的通信链路均异常的情况下,上述第二通话处理装置可以先基于D2D通信技术,通过可与第二通话处理装置D2D连接的第二处理装置向可与第一通话处理装置D2D连接的第一处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息,再由上述第一处理装置基于D2D通信技术,将上述第二漏话提醒信息发送至上述第一通话处理装置。
与之对应地,在上述步骤603中,上述第一通话处理装置可以在通话连接终止的情况下,接收第二通话处理装置通过上述目标处理装置发送的第二漏话提醒信息。
上述第二漏话提醒信息可以包括上述第二通话处理装置的主叫号码,以及用于标识通话的通话ID,以便于用户获知第二通话处理装置的主叫号码,以及通话时间等信息。
在第一通话处理装置在接收到上述第二漏话提醒信息后,可以基于上述第二漏话提醒信息,输出漏话提醒信息。上述漏话提醒信息的输出方式包括但不限于,显示包含有上述第二漏话提醒信息的文字消息,以及显示包含有上述第二漏话提醒信息的提醒标识等,当然,上述输出方式也可以为语音输出等方式,在此不再一一列举。
在本申请实施例中,上述第一通话处理装置可以在通话连接终止的情况下,接收第二通话处理装置通过目标处理装置发送的第二漏话提醒信息,并可以根据第二漏话提醒信息,输出漏话提醒信息。由于上述目标处理装置包括以下至少一项:可与所述第一通话处理装置建立设备到设备D2D连接的第一处理装置、可与所述第二通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第二处理装置,因此上述第一通话处理装置可以通过D2D的通信方式,获取到上述第二漏话提醒信息,并基于第二漏话提醒信息,输出漏话提醒信息,避免了由于第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备或者第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备通信链路异常, 而导致第一通话处理装置无法及时接收到漏话提醒信息的问题,从而第一通话处理装置的用户可以及时获知漏话情况,提升了漏话提醒的实时性。
可选地,上述方法还可以包括:
第一通话处理装置在所述通话连接终止的情况下,检测所述第一通话请求对应的第一振铃消息;
第一通话处理装置在未检测到所述第一振铃消息的情况下,根据所述第一通话请求,获取所述第二通话处理装置的第一通话信息,所述第一通话信息包括主叫号码;
第一通话处理装置在预设数据库中,查询所述主叫号码对应的主叫信息,所述主叫信息包括以下至少一项:主叫姓名信息、主叫归属地信息、主叫社交账号信息;
所述根据所述第二漏话提醒信息,输出漏话提醒信息,包括:
第一通话处理装置基于所述第二漏话提醒信息、主叫信息和所述第一通话信息,生成第三漏话提醒信息;
第一通话处理装置显示所述第三漏话提醒信息。
在本申请实施例中,上述第一通话处理装置在接收上述第二通话处理装置发送的第二漏话提醒信息的同时,也可以检测第一通话请求对应的第一振铃消息,在未检测到上述第一振铃消息的情况下,根据第一通话请求获取上述第一通话信息,并根据主叫号码查询主叫信息,具体的实现方式与上述步骤103和步骤104对应的实施例类似,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,为了避免重复提醒,在上述第一通话处理装置接收到上述第二漏话提醒信息后,可以将基于第二漏话提醒信息、上述第一通话信息和上述主叫信息,生成上述第三漏话提醒信息,并进行显示。

由上述内容可知,上述第一通话处理装置可以在上述通话连接终止的情况下,通过检测是否生成上述第一振铃消息来判断第一通话处理装置是否进行了振铃提醒。
与之类似地,在上述步骤702中,上述第二通话处理装置也可以在上述通话连接终止的情况下,通过检测是否接收到上述第二振铃消息,来确定第一通话处理装置是否执行了振铃提醒,从而判断第一通话处理装置用户是否能够根据振铃提醒获知第二通话处理装置的通话请求。
可以理解的是,上述第一通话处理装置在生成第一振铃消息后,可以将第一振铃消息发送至网络侧设备,在网络侧设备接收到上述第一振铃消息后,发送第二振铃消息至上述第二通话处理装置,以通知第二通话处理装置上述第一通话处理装置已进行振铃提醒。
而若在通话连接建立的过程中,若第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备或者第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备通信链路异常,而导致第一通话处理装置无法生成上述第一振铃消息,此时第二通话处理装置也无法接收到上述第二振铃消息。
在上述步骤703中,上述第二通话处理装置在未接收到上述第二振铃消息的情况下,可以判断上述第一通话处理装置未进行振铃提醒。因此,上述第二通话处理装置也可以向上述第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息,以提示第一通话处理装置用户发生了漏话。
相应地,若第二通话处理装置接收到上述第二振铃消息,则说明上述第一通话处理装置已进行振铃提醒,第一通话处理装置用户能够根据振铃提醒获知第二通话处理装置的通话请求,上述第二通话处理装置无需再发送第二漏话提醒信息。
由上述内容可知,由于通话连接终止可能是由于第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备的通信链路异常,或者第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备的通信链路异常所导致的,若第二通话处理装置通过网络侧设备发送上述第二漏话提醒信息,则可能会造成第二提醒信息延迟送达。
为了避免由于第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备或者第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备之间的通信链路异常,而导致第二漏话提醒信息的送达存在延迟,在本申请实施例中,上述第二通话处理装置可以基于D2D通信技术,通过目标处理装置向上述第一通话处理装置发送上述第二漏话提醒信息。其中,上述目标处理装置可以包括以下至少一项:可与所述第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第一处理装置、可与所述第二通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第二处理装置。
举例而言,在上述第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备的通信链路异常的情况下,上述第二通话处理装置可以基于D2D通信技术,通过可与第二通话处理装置D2D连接的第二处理装置,向上述第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息。
在上述第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备的通信链路异常的情况下,上述第二通话处理装置可以先将上述第二漏话提醒信息发送至网络侧设备,在由网络侧设备指示可与上述第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第一处理装置,将上述第二漏话提醒信息发送至上述第一通话处理装置。
在上述第一通话处理装置和第二通话处理装置,与网络侧设备的通信链路均异常的情况下,上述第二通话处理装置可以先基于D2D通信技术,通过可与第二通话处理装置D2D连接的第二处理装置向可与第一通话处理装置D2D连接的第一处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息,再由上述第一处理装置基于D2D通信技术,向上述第一通话处理装置发送上述第二漏话提醒信息。
当然,应理解,如上所述的三种情况下,第二通话处理装置通过目标处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息的方式,并不构成对本申请实施例的限定,上述第二通话处理装置通过目标处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息方式可以根据实际的应用场景具体设置。
本申请实施例中,第二通话处理装置可以向第一通话处理装置发送第一 通话请求,并通过在通话连接终止时,检测是否接收到第二振铃消息,判断用户是否感知到本次通话,在未接收到第二振铃消息的情况下,可以基于D2D通信技术,通过可与第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第一处理装置和可与第二通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第二处理装置中的至少一项,向上述第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息,从而避免了由于第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备或者第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备之间的通信链路异常,而导致第二漏话提醒信息的送达存在延迟的问题,从而使得第一通话处理装置的用户可以及时获知漏话情况,提升了漏话提醒的实时性。

其中,上述被叫信息可以包括上述第一通话处理装置的设备号码,基站可以通过上述第一通话处理装置的设备号码,查找到上述第一通话处理装置最后一次注册的地址,并通过注册地址所在小区的基站,向上述第一通话处理装置下发上述第二漏话提醒信息。
上述第二漏话提醒信息中可以包括上述第二通话处理装置的设备号码、用于标识通话的通话ID、来电时间等信息,以便于上述第一通话处理装置在接收到上述第二漏话提醒信息后,基于第二漏话提醒信息,输出漏话提醒信息。

参照图9,如9为本申请实施例中一种可能的通信链路图,如图9所示,若上述第二通话处理装置902与基站通信连接成功,则上述第二通话处理装置902可以先向基站发送上述第二漏话提醒信息和上述被叫信息,基站可以根据被叫信息,查找到被叫最后一次注册的小区地址,从而将上述第二漏话提醒信息和上述被叫信息发送至第一通话处理装置901所在小区的基站。
此时,若上述第一通话处理装置901与基站之间的通信链路存在异常,第一通话处理装置901所在小区的基站可以基于上述第二漏话提醒信息和上述被叫信息,向第一处理装置903发送指示消息,从而指示第一处理装置903基于D2D通信方式发送携带所述第二漏话提醒信息的第二广播消息,直至上述第一通话处理装置901接收到上述第二广播消息。
应理解,上述第一处理装置可以为一个,也可以为多个,基站可以向小区内开启D2D通信功能的通信装置群发上述指示消息,以使得其中可与上述第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第一处理装置发送上述携带有上述第二漏话提醒信息的第二广播消息,直至被上述第一通话处理装置接收到。
在本申请实施例中,第二通话处理装置可以在未检测到振铃消息,且第二通话处理装置与基站通信连接成功的情况下,通过基站向第一通话处理装置注册的小区内,可与第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第一处理装置发送指示消息,以指示第一处理装置发送携带第二漏话提醒信息的第二广播消息,直至上述第一通话处理装置接收到上述第二广播消息。
这样,基于与基站配合的集中式D2D通信方式,通过上述第一处理装置实现将第二漏话提醒信息发送至上述第一通话处理装置,可以避免由于第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备的通信链路异常,而导致第二漏话提醒信息的送达存在延迟的问题,提升了漏话提醒的实时性。

在一种可选的实施方式中,开启D2D功能的通信装置可以组成分布式网络,其中每一个通信装置可以看作网络中的一个节点。上述第一通话处理装 置可以向周围节点(即至少一个第二处理装置)发送第三广播信息,而第二处理装置在接收到上述第三广播信息后,继续将上述第三广播信息向周围节点发送,最终由可与上述第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接点的第一处理装置向周围节点发送上述第三广播信息,直至被上述第一通话处理装置接收到。也即,上述第二处理装置和上述第一处理装置之间,还可以存在至少一个传递广播消息的通信装置,从而通过多个通信装置的D2D通信,实现向第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息。
可以理解的是,由于上述第三广播消息中携带了第一通话处理装置对应的被叫信息,因此每一通信装置在接收到上述第三广播信息后,可以根据被叫信息路由寻址,确定第一通话处理装置的网络地址,而由分布式网络中的各个节点根据第一通话处理装置的网络地址进行多次路由转发,直至上述第一通话处理装置接收到上述第二漏话提醒信息。
在本申请实施例中,上述第二通话处理装置可以通过向可与第二通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第二处理装置发送第三广播信息,从而指示上述第二处理装置,通过可与第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第一处理装置,向第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息,从而可以通过多个通信装置的D2D通信,实现向第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息,避免了由于第一通话处理装置或第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备的通信链路异常,而导致第二漏话提醒信息的送达存在延迟的问题,提升了漏话提醒的实时性。

本申请实施例中的通话处理装置可以是装置,也可以是终端中的部件、集成电路、或芯片。该装置可以是移动电子设备,也可以为非移动电子设备。示例性的,移动电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载电子设备、可穿戴设备、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等,非移动电子设备可以为服务器、网络附属存储器(Network Attached Storage, NAS)、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、电视机(television,TV)、柜员机或者自助机等,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
本申请实施例中的通话处理装置可以为具有操作系统的装置。该操作系统可以为安卓(Android)操作系统,可以为ios操作系统,还可以为其他可能的操作系统,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
本申请实施例提供的通话处理装置能够实现图7至图10的方法实施例实现的各个过程,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
可选地,如图14所示,本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备1400,包括处理器1401,存储器1402,存储在存储器1402上并可在所述处理器1401上运行的程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器1401执行时实现上述通话处理方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的电子设备包括上述所述的移动电子设备和非移动电子设备。

其中,在电子设备为上述第一通话处理装置时,射频单元1501,用于接收第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求;
处理器1510,用于根据所述第一通话请求,与第二通话处理装置建立通话连接;在所述通话连接终止的情况下,检测所述第一通话请求对应的第一振铃消息。
显示单元1506或音频输出单元1503,用于在未检测到所述第一振铃消 息的情况下,输出漏话提醒信息。
在本申请实施例中,第一通话处理装置可以在接收到第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求时,与第二通话处理装置建立通话连接,并在通话连接终止的情况下,检测是否存在第一通话请求对应的第一振铃消息,若未检测到第一振铃消息,则输出漏话提醒信息。这样,通过第一通话处理装置本地检测是否存在第一振铃消息,并在未检测第一振铃消息时,显示漏话提醒信息,可以避免由第二通话处理装置向第一通话处理装置发送漏话提醒信息时,由于第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备或者第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备通信链路异常,而导致第一通话处理装置无法及时接收到漏话提醒信息的问题,从而第一通话处理装置的用户可以及时获知漏话情况,提升了漏话提醒的实时性。
可选地,处理器1510,还用于在未检测到所述第一振铃消息的情况下,根据所述第一通话请求,获取所述第二通话处理装置的第一通话信息,所述第一通话信息包括主叫号码;在预设数据库中,查询所述主叫号码对应的主叫信息,所述主叫信息包括以下至少一项:主叫姓名信息、主叫归属地信息、主叫社交账号信息;
显示单元1506,还用于根据所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息,显示第一漏话提醒信息。
可选地,显示单元1506,还用于在目标界面,显示第一漏话提醒信息,所述第一漏话提醒信息包括所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息,所述目标界面还包括第一控件和第二控件;

本申请实施例中,上述第一通话处理装置可以接收第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求,并根据所述第一通话请求,与所述第二通话处理装置建立通话连接,在通话连接终止的情况下,接收第二通话处理装置通过目标处理装置发送的第二漏话提醒信息,并可以根据第二漏话提醒信息,输出漏话提醒信息。由于上述目标处理装置包括以下至少一项:可与所述第一通话处理装置建立设备到设备D2D连接的第一处理装置、可与所述第二通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第二处理装置,因此上述第一通话处理装置可以通过D2D的通信方式,获取到上述第二漏话提醒信息,并基于第二漏话提醒信息,输出漏话提醒信息,避免了由于第二通话处理装置与网络侧设备或者第一通话处理装置与网络侧设备通信链路异常,而导致第一通话处理装置无法及时接收到漏话提醒信息的问题,从而第一通话处理装置的用户可以及时获知漏话情况,提升了漏话提醒的实时性。
在电子设备为上述第二通话处理装置时,射频单元1501,用于向第一通话处理装置发送第一通话请求,所述第一通话请求用于与所述第二通话处理装置建立通话连接;

  1. 一种通话处理方法,应用于第一通话处理装置,包括:
    接收第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求;
    根据所述第一通话请求,与所述第二通话处理装置建立通话连接;
    在所述通话连接终止的情况下,检测所述第一通话请求对应的第一振铃消息;
    在未检测到所述第一振铃消息的情况下,根据所述第一通话请求,输出漏话提醒信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在未检测到所述第一振铃消息的情况下,根据所述第一通话请求,输出漏话提醒信息,包括:
    在未检测到所述第一振铃消息的情况下,根据所述第一通话请求,获取所述第二通话处理装置的第一通话信息,所述第一通话信息包括主叫号码;
    在预设数据库中,查询所述主叫号码对应的主叫信息,所述主叫信息包括以下至少一项:主叫姓名信息、主叫归属地信息、主叫社交账号信息;
    根据所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息,显示第一漏话提醒信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息,显示第一漏话提醒信息,包括:
    在目标界面,显示第一漏话提醒信息,所述第一漏话提醒信息包括所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息,所述目标界面还包括第一控件和第二控件;
    在接收到用户对所述第一控件的第一输入的情况下,响应于所述第一输入,根据所述主叫号码,向所述第二通话处理装置发送第二通话请求;
    在接收到用户对所述第二控件的第二输入的情况下,响应于所述第二输入,查询并显示与所述主叫号码关联的社交账号信息。
  4. 一种通话处理方法,应用于第一通话处理装置,包括:
    接收第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求;
    根据所述第一通话请求,与所述第二通话处理装置建立通话连接;
    在所述通话连接终止的情况下,接收第二通话处理装置通过目标处理装置发送的第二漏话提醒信息;
    根据所述第二漏话提醒信息,输出漏话提醒信息;
    其中,所述目标处理装置包括以下至少一项:可与所述第一通话处理装置建立设备到设备D2D连接的第一处理装置、可与所述第二通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第二处理装置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在所述通话连接终止的情况下,检测所述第一通话请求对应的第一振铃消息;
    在未检测到所述第一振铃消息的情况下,根据所述第一通话请求,获取所述第二通话处理装置的第一通话信息,所述第一通话信息包括主叫号码;
    在预设数据库中,查询所述主叫号码对应的主叫信息,所述主叫信息包括以下至少一项:主叫姓名信息、主叫归属地信息、主叫社交账号信息;
    所述根据所述第二漏话提醒信息,输出漏话提醒信息,包括:
    基于所述第二漏话提醒信息、主叫信息和所述第一通话信息,生成第三漏话提醒信息;
    显示所述第三漏话提醒信息。
  6. 一种通话处理方法,应用于第二通话处理装置,包括:
    向第一通话处理装置发送第一通话请求,所述第一通话请求用于与所述第一通话处理装置建立通话连接;
    在所述通话连接终止的情况下,检测是否接收到第二振铃消息,所述第二振铃消息由所述第一通话处理装置基于所述第一通话请求发送;
    在未接收到所述第二振铃消息的情况下,通过目标处理装置向所述第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息;
    其中,所述目标处理装置包括以下至少一项:可与所述第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第一处理装置、可与所述第二通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第二处理装置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述在未接收到所述第二振铃消息的情况下,通过目标处理装置向所述第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息,包括:
    在未接收到所述第二振铃消息,且所述第二通话处理装置与基站通信连 接失败的情况下,按照D2D通信方式,发送第一广播消息,所述第一广播消息携带所述第二漏话提醒信息和所述第一通话处理装置对应的被叫信息,所述第一广播消息用于指示第二处理装置根据所述被叫信息,通过基站向所述第一通话处理装置发送所述第二漏话提醒信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述在未接收到所述第二振铃消息的情况下,通过目标处理装置向所述第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息,包括:
    在未接收到所述第二振铃消息,且所述第二通话处理装置与基站通信连接成功的情况下,通过所述基站,向第一处理装置发送指示消息,所述指示消息用于指示所述第一处理装置按照D2D通信方式,发送第二广播消息;
    其中,所述第二广播消息携带所述第二漏话提醒信息和所述第一通话处理装置对应的被叫信息,所述第一处理装置为所述第一通话处理装置当前注册的小区内,可与所述第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的通信装置。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述在未接收到所述第二振铃消息的情况下,通过目标处理装置向所述第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息,包括:
    在未接收到所述第二振铃消息的情况下,按照D2D通信方式,发送第三广播消息,所述第三广播消息携带所述第二漏话提醒信息和所述第一通话处理装置对应的被叫信息,所述第三广播消息用于指示所述第二处理装置根据所述被叫信息,通过所述第一处理装置向所述第一通话处理装置发送所述第二漏话提醒信息。
  10. 一种第一通话处理装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求;
    第一通话建立模块,用于根据所述第一通话请求,与所述第二通话处理装置建立通话连接;
    第一检测模块,用于在所述通话连接终止的情况下,检测所述第一通话请求对应的第一振铃消息;
    第一输出模块,用于在未检测到所述第一振铃消息的情况下,输出漏话提醒信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述第一输出模块,包括:
    获取单元,用于在未检测到所述第一振铃消息的情况下,根据所述第一通话请求,获取所述第二通话处理装置的第一通话信息,所述第一通话信息包括主叫号码;
    查询单元,用于在预设数据库中,查询所述主叫号码对应的主叫信息,所述主叫信息包括以下至少一项:主叫姓名信息、主叫归属地信息、主叫社交账号信息;
    第一显示单元,用于根据所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息,显示第一漏话提醒信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述第一显示单元具体用于:
    在目标界面,显示第一漏话提醒信息,所述第一漏话提醒信息包括所述第一通话信息和所述主叫信息,所述目标界面还包括第一控件和第二控件;
    在接收到用户对所述第一控件的第一输入的情况下,响应于所述第一输入,根据所述主叫号码,向所述第二通话处理装置发送第二通话请求;
    在接收到用户对所述第二控件的第二输入的情况下,响应于所述第二输入,查询并显示与所述主叫号码关联的社交账号信息。
  13. 一种第一通话处理装置,包括:
    第二接收模块,用于接收第二通话处理装置发送的第一通话请求;
    第二通话建立模块,用于根据所述第一通话请求,与所述第二通话处理装置建立通话连接;
    第三接收模块,用于在所述通话连接终止的情况下,接收第二通话处理装置通过目标处理装置发送的第二漏话提醒信息;
    第二输出模块,用于根据所述第二漏话提醒信息,输出漏话提醒信息;
    其中,所述目标处理装置包括以下至少一项:可与所述第一通话处理装置建立设备到设备D2D连接的第一处理装置、可与所述第二通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第二处理装置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二检测模块,用于在所述通话连接终止的情况下,检测所述第一通话请求对应的第一振铃消息;
    获取模块,用于在未检测到所述第一振铃消息的情况下,根据所述第一通话请求,获取所述第二通话处理装置的第一通话信息,所述第一通话信息包括主叫号码;
    查询模块,用于在预设数据库中,查询所述主叫号码对应的主叫信息,所述主叫信息包括以下至少一项:主叫姓名信息、主叫归属地信息、主叫社交账号信息;
    所述第二输出模块,包括:
    生成单元,用于基于所述第二漏话提醒信息、主叫信息和所述第一通话信息,生成第三漏话提醒信息;
    第二显示单元,用于显示所述第三漏话提醒信息。
  15. 一种第二通话处理装置,包括:
    第一发送模块,用于向第一通话处理装置发送第一通话请求,所述第一通话请求用于与所述第二通话处理装置建立通话连接;
    第三检测模块,用于在所述通话连接终止的情况下,检测是否接收到第二振铃消息,所述第二振铃消息由所述第一通话处理装置基于所述第一通话请求发送;
    第二发送模块,用于在未接收到所述第二振铃消息的情况下,通过目标处理装置向所述第一通话处理装置发送第二漏话提醒信息;
    其中,所述目标处理装置包括以下至少一项:可与所述第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第一处理装置、可与所述第二通话处理装置建立D2D连接的第二处理装置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述第二发送模块,包括:
    第一发送单元,用于在未接收到所述第二振铃消息,且所述第二通话处理装置与基站通信连接失败的情况下,按照D2D通信方式,发送第一广播消息,所述第一广播消息携带所述第二漏话提醒信息和所述第一通话处理装置对应的被叫信息,所述第一广播消息用于指示第二处理装置根据所述被叫信息,通过基站向所述第一通话处理装置发送所述第二漏话提醒信息。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述第二发送模块,包括:
    第二发送单元,用于在未接收到所述振铃消息,且所述第二通话处理装 置与基站通信连接成功的情况下,通过基站向第一处理装置发送指示消息,所述指示消息用于指示所述第一处理装置按照D2D通信方式,发送第二广播消息;
    其中,所述第二广播消息携带所述第二漏话提醒信息和所述第一通话处理装置对应的被叫信息,所述第一处理装置为第一通话处理装置当前注册的小区内可与所述第一通话处理装置建立D2D连接的通信设备。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述第二发送模块,包括:
    第三发送单元,用于在未接收到所述振铃消息,且所述第二通话处理装置与第一基站通信连接失败的情况下,按照D2D通信方式,发送第三广播消息,所述第三广播消息携带所述第二漏话提醒信息和所述第一通话处理装置对应的被叫信息,所述第三广播消息用于指示所述第二处理装置根据所述被叫信息,通过所述第一处理装置向所述第一通话处理装置发送所述第二漏话提醒信息。
