Abstract

本发明提供一种紧固装置,其包含外壳单元、线盘、掣动单元、旋钮以及连接单元,连接单元连接旋钮并限位于掣动单元或线盘。其中,连接单元及线盘中至少一者限位于环壁,以使环壁、线盘、掣动单元及旋钮组接为一体,且连接单元未直接穿过或直接连接底座。借此,紧固装置具有容易拆组的优点。

Description

紧固装置 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种紧固装置,且尤其是有关一种能收放系线的紧固装置。
背景技术
在日常生活中,常使用绳子及系带等线体来收束物品,最常见的收束手段是利用线体来回穿梭于物品上的孔洞,再以绳结固定,例如绑绳鞋类等。但是此种收束手段容易因为外力因素而导致绳结松脱,不仅必须重绑绳结,也因为无法稳固地收束物品而带来许多的不便。
为了解决此类的问题,有业者发展出简易束线机构,其包含一壳体,一掣动单元及一弹簧,壳体上具有穿孔供线体通过,其透过弹簧与掣动单元之间的作用力使线体被夹在掣动单元及壳体之间而达到紧固效果,按压弹簧改变掣动单元位置即可拉动线体改变长度。但,此种束线机构是透过弹簧的复位力来提供紧固力,仍然容易因为振动或外力因素而使线体松脱,且此种束线机构并无空间容纳线体,因此线体外露也容易造成危险。
是以又有业者发展出另一种可旋转收束并固定系带的扣具,其线体可容置在扣具内部,且透过内部构件的机械力干涉使得线体长度可以被调整,同时调整收束的紧度。然而,此种扣具的结构复杂,使得制造成本提升,同时具有组装及维修困难的问题。
因此,不断有业者针对扣具内部的结构进行调整及改良,皆希望可以在结构简化的前提下,仍保有扣具的紧固能力,并增加结构可靠度以避免寿命减短。
有鉴于此,如何有效改善扣具等紧固装置的结构,遂成相关业者努力的目标。
发明内容
依据本发明一实施方式提供一种紧固装置,其包含一外壳单元、一线盘、一掣动单元、一旋钮以及一连接单元,外壳单元包含一环壁、一上开口、一下开口及一底座,环壁围绕一内部空间,上开口连通内部空间,下开口相反于上开口且连通内部空间,底座可拆地直接连接环壁;线盘位于内部空间且供一系 线卷绕;掣动单元位于内部空间且选择性地阻挡线盘朝一释放方向转动;旋钮盖设于环壁;连接单元连接旋钮、线盘及掣动单元中至少一者。其中,旋钮、连接单元、掣动单元及线盘中至少一者限位于环壁,以使环壁、线盘、掣动单元及旋钮组接为一体,且连接单元未直接穿过或直接连接底座。
借此,透过结构配置,紧固装置具有容易拆组的优点。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置的一实施例,其中,外壳单元可还包含一第一内环凹槽,第一内环凹槽位于环壁的一下端,连接单元包含一底盘,底盘容设于第一内环凹槽。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置的一实施例,其中,外壳单元可还包含一第二内环凹槽,第二内环凹槽位于环壁且位于第一内环凹槽的上方,线盘包含一下环部,下环部容设于第二内环凹槽。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置的一实施例,其中,连接单元可还包含一螺杆以及一连接杆,螺杆连接旋钮,连接杆自底盘朝上凸出以插入线盘的一轴心空间,连接杆并连接于螺杆。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置的一实施例,其中,连接单元可还包含一凸柱以及一螺杆,凸柱直接自旋钮的一内顶面朝下凸入线盘的一轴心空间,螺杆将底盘锁接于凸柱。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置的一实施例,其中,连接单元可还包含一螺杆以及一塞柱,螺杆连接旋钮且限位于掣动单元,塞柱自底盘朝上凸出以插入线盘的一轴心空间,且塞柱耦合于掣动单元。
依据前述实施方式的紧固装置的一实施例,其中,掣动单元包含至少一棘臂及至少一限制块,当掣动单元受系线的一拉力拉往释放方向时,前述至少一棘臂抵顶于前述至少一限制块。

依据前述实施方式的紧固装置的一实施例,其中,掣动单元还包含至少一内缩槽,前述至少一内缩槽邻近前述至少一限制块,掣动单元沿一轴向定位于一上升位置及一下降位置,掣动单元位于上升位置时与设置在环壁上的多个咬合齿分离,掣动单元由上升位置朝下降位置移动时,前述至少一棘臂径向朝内偏摆并进入前述至少一内缩槽。

外壳单元200d可还包含第一内环凹槽270d、第二内环凹槽260d及多个咬合齿230d,第一内环凹槽270d位于环壁220d的一下端,第二内环凹槽260d位于环壁220d且位于第一内环凹槽270d的上方,咬合齿230d位于环壁220d的一上端且面向内部空间240d。在直径的大小排序上,二相对的咬合齿230d 的尖端连线小于环壁220d的内部直径,环壁220d的内部直径小于第二内环凹槽260d的直径,且第二内环凹槽260d的直径小于第一内环凹槽270d的直径。
线盘300d可包含一上环部360d、一下环部370d及一轴心空间340d,当线盘300d由环壁220d的下开口往上置入内部空间240d时,线盘300d的上环部360d会位于咬合齿230d的下方,且下环部370d会容设于第二内环凹槽260d。
连接单元600d可包含一底盘621d,底盘621d可容设于第一内环凹槽270d。仔细而言,连接单元600d可还包含一螺杆610d以及一连接杆622d,螺杆610d连接旋钮500d,连接杆622d自底盘621d朝上凸出以插入线盘300d的轴心空间340d,连接杆622d并连接于螺杆610d。
如图2至图4所示,底盘621d及连接杆622d是一体连接为一件式构件,底盘621d位于线盘300d的下方以使连接杆622d凸入轴心空间340d,而螺杆610d可由上而下锁入连接杆622d的中心通道并限位于旋钮500d。底盘621d的直径大于下环部370d的直径,而由于底盘621d是容设于第一内环凹槽270d且被环壁220d限位,故当螺杆610d自旋钮500d锁入连接杆622d后,环壁220d、线盘300d、掣动单元400d及旋钮500d即可组接为一体,换句话说,环壁220d、线盘300d、掣动单元400d及旋钮500d无法彼此脱离。
掣动单元400d可包含一环状本体440d、三导引部430d、三棘臂450d及一中心孔480d。中心孔480d位于环状本体440d的中央,导引部430d为自环状本体440d朝外突伸的斜齿结构且用以与旋钮500d耦合,而棘臂450d则与咬合齿230d可分离地啮合。
旋钮500d包含一导引轨道510d、一凸座520d及一通孔530d,导引轨道510d设于旋钮500d的一内壁且用以与导引部430d耦合,凸座520d沿轴向朝内部空间240d凸出,通孔530d贯穿凸座520d,连接杆622d可进入通孔530d内,再锁接螺杆610d。
如图4所示,此时掣动单元400d位于第一位置,掣动单元400d的嵌卡齿470d与线盘300d的嵌合齿320d啮合,因此,朝束紧方向A2(仅标示于图2,其余附图中未标示)转动旋钮500d,可带动掣动单元400d连动线盘300d收线,且旋钮500d无作动时,棘臂450d抵顶于咬合齿230d以防止线盘300d朝释放方向A1转动,而能防止系线被释放。又,旋钮500d朝释放方向A1转动可带动掣动单元400d沿轴向上升改位于第二位置,以使掣动单元400d与线盘300d 分离,此时掣动单元400d的嵌卡齿470d与线盘300d的嵌合齿320d分离,线盘300d不受掣动单元400d影响,而能朝释放方向A1转动,拉动系线即可放线。
请参阅图5及图6,其中图5绘示依照本发明第2实施例的一种紧固装置100e的爆炸示意图,图6绘示图5第2实施例的紧固装置100e的剖视示意图。紧固装置100e包含一外壳单元(未于图5及图6中标示)、一线盘300e、一掣动单元400e、一旋钮500e以及一连接单元600e。连接单元600e可还包含一凸柱610e以及一螺杆623e,凸柱610e直接自旋钮500e的一内顶面朝下凸入线盘300e的一轴心空间(未于图5及图6中标示),螺杆623e将底盘621e锁接于凸柱610e。

环壁220m可包含三刻槽261m位于环壁220m的上方表面。各刻槽261m可邻近部分的咬合齿230m,而此些邻近刻槽261m的咬合齿230m均有部分被切除以形成一上斜面。旋钮500m被下压会使掣动单元400m定位于一下降位置,并让棘臂450m再度与咬合齿230m啮合,而当掣动单元400m由上升位置朝下降位置移动时,棘臂450m会径向朝内偏摆并进入内缩槽410m,再被刻槽261m及咬合齿230m的上斜面导引而能顺畅地与咬合齿230m再度啮合。各限制块420m可包含一倾斜面421m,倾斜面421m亦有助于让棘臂450m与 咬合齿230m顺畅地啮合。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种紧固装置,其特征在于,包含:
    一外壳单元,包含:
    一环壁,围绕一内部空间;
    一上开口,连通该内部空间;
    一下开口,相反于该上开口且连通该内部空间;及
    一底座,可拆地直接连接该环壁;
    一线盘,位于该内部空间且供一系线卷绕;
    一掣动单元,位于该内部空间且选择性地阻挡该线盘朝一释放方向转动;
    一旋钮,盖设于该环壁;以及
    一连接单元,连接该旋钮、该线盘及该掣动单元中至少一者;
    其中,该旋钮、该连接单元、该掣动单元及该线盘中至少一者限位于该环壁,以使该环壁、该线盘、该掣动单元及该旋钮组接为一体,且该连接单元未直接穿过或直接连接该底座。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该外壳单元还包含一第一内环凹槽,该第一内环凹槽位于该环壁的一下端,该连接单元包含一底盘,该底盘容设于该第一内环凹槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该外壳单元还包含一第二内环凹槽,该第二内环凹槽位于该环壁且位于该第一内环凹槽的上方,该线盘包含一下环部,该下环部容设于该第二内环凹槽。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该连接单元还包含:
    一螺杆,连接该旋钮;以及
    一连接杆,自该底盘朝上凸出以插入该线盘的一轴心空间,该连接杆并连接于该螺杆。

    一凸柱,直接自该旋钮的一内顶面朝下凸入该线盘的一轴心空间;以及
    一螺杆,将该底盘锁接于该凸柱。

    一螺杆,连接该旋钮且限位于该掣动单元;以及
    一塞柱,自该底盘朝上凸出以插入该线盘的一轴心空间,且该塞柱耦合于该掣动单元。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该掣动单元包含至少一棘臂及至少一限制块,当该掣动单元受该系线的一拉力拉往该释放方向时,该至少一棘臂抵顶于该至少一限制块。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该至少一棘臂位于该至少一限制块的下方。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该掣动单元还包含至少一内缩槽,该至少一内缩槽邻近该至少一限制块,该掣动单元沿一轴向定位于一上升位置及一下降位置,该掣动单元位于该上升位置时与设置在该环壁上的多个咬合齿分离,该掣动单元由该上升位置朝该下降位置移动时,该至少一棘臂径向朝内偏摆并进入该至少一内缩槽。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该至少一限制块包含一倾斜面。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该旋钮包含三卡臂,该掣动单元包含三卡凸,各该卡臂分别与各该卡凸嵌合。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,该环壁包含一无齿上部,且该无齿上部与该掣动单元之间的一间隙用以容置三该卡臂。
